Last night I saw that some of this series that I hadn't yet found was archived, so I took a gamble that they were still actually in place. The best opportunity was an early morning raid. Still dark when I started with a beautiful full moon. As I cached the moon set and on the drive home the sun rose. A quick find here. TFTC.

Releasing the spot for another Geocache. Thank you to everyone who found my Geocaches.
Someone really likes eclipse mints. On the way to this cache i realized that on the logs for most of today's fonds I have used yesterday's date. But since I submitted them here with the correct daye it shouldn't be a major issue. TFTC
A great day out caching with the Geoson The storms were threatening but we were determined to get some caches done before it broke. This is a nice hide and a great highlight of our day Thanks JackaKid for the cache. TNLN SL
Today I planned a big day of caching with my friend Gepru. The plan was to do the new part of the CCT trail that was recently published and then head into Gold Creek to collect a couple more. I picked Gepru up early, at 8, and we were on the trails by 8:30. He wanted to see the most northern point in the ACT so we found Northern Exposure first before beginning the trail.
On the trail, it was all easy finds made as we chatted away. We enjoyed the views at CCT - S3 - The Throne and Fire Finder II. We made good time, only being delayed at CCT - S3 - Speeding because the GPS was all over the place and there was a big brown snake very close to GZ. After a slight delay there, we eventually made it to Hall. There were quite a lot of muggles right next to CCT - S3 - The Last of Three but eventually we found the cache.
After finishing up the CCT trail, we continued on past Barton Highway TB Hotel so Gepru could make the find and then collected Lonely Gum and Power of North before continuing on to finish the Jackakid series (well, the ones that were still there when I visited). After that we headed into Gold Creek, picking up a few more and making our way over toward Meerkat Manor. We searched for Meerkat Manor by ourselves at first and couldn't find it so went off to find Oz Rock - The Angels' 3rd Album (which I found on the ground). After my dad picked us up, we went back to Meerkat Manor and found it pretty quickly after arriving.
Thanks to all the COs who placed caches! I apologize for the generic logs, I had a really great (if rainy) day with Gepru!

Second find for the day with grandson after luring him away from his PS3 with the promise of some chicken nuggets from a nearby outlet. A quick find. SL as SG TFTC
ACTchil and I had just found 48 when it started to sprinkle rain, we quickly got back to car and ACTchil drove a little closer while I walked to gz, wasn't far away from car. It didn't take long to find and sign log book and jump into the car before the rain got heavier. tftc JackaKid
A two day trip to Canberra to pick up a few caches and to attend an event.
With a good variety of cache hides, we were kept busy.
Cache was found quickly, and in good condition. Signed the log, and replaced.
Many thanks for placing this cache, JackaKid, for us and others to find.

Quick find on the way to the lolly shop at Federation square with HypoHippo and Bobl27. Found in the usual place with one bag outside and one inside! Thanks Jackakid
Found with AngelG27 and HypoHippo. HypoHippo did the finding in this one - not too tricky! Thanks JackaKid
Our visit to Canberra is in its closing stages and with a visit to Cockington Green and the Dino museum with the grand daughter and family, there was still time to fit in a couple more Canberra caches. Parked safely and followed the GPSr. A bit of a look around and then spotted. Signed the log and rehid. TFTC jackaKid. Love the VC series including the ones down the Hume and Fed Highway.
Found while in Canberra for the weekend in the company of Rapidlywild. Thanks for the fun JackaKid
Day 2 of caching around Canberra with Coruze from Albury/Wodonga. We picked up a handful of caches last night prior to resorting back to the warmth of the house.
As we continued our travels south side, this was the next target. After a spider fright at the last cache, we decided to head back towards the north and grab these 4 caches before heading home. We had done a nice number of caches today so we were content and ready to chill. Once parked, these caches were nice quick finds, logs signed, caches rehidden before we headed home.
Thanks for the cache placement JackaKid

Quick find. Those fauna lovers might spot the cockatoo penthouse in the big gum on the median island just north of the cache. The cockatoo was home watching all passing traffic, and caching. TFTC.
Out for the day with MGROCKS and JWSTORMY for some geocaching before the Canberra weather became nasty. TFTC

Found 9:33 pm with LuckyL10n. I went out for a caching run and LuckyL10n and I met up to do the small group of Jackakids caches in this area. This was third to do and the find was pretty much reminiscent of previous Jackakids caches. A quick find. The log was signed for both and now onto the next. We then decided to keep walking since my geovehicle was parked near the other end and use it to drop LuckyL10n back the other end.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
#3432 - 21:35; Out and about again tonight with MrDamage. Decided to clear a few new caches in the local area, so after MrD collected a couple nearby which I had previously found, we parked the geomobile and headed along the track for a few more in this series. Made the right choice about the track to take and after grabbing #47 and #48, we continued on our way towards #49. The absence of the familiar hiding place had us scratching our heads briefly, but we soon produced the goods. TFTC JackaKid
Today's yet another beautiful day, and continued therapy on my mending broken ankle is indicated. It's a little stiff after yesterday's kilometre, but I think it's OK for a further walk. I've loaded up the geocaching gear, and the GeoSchnauzers, and I've picked a spot with unfound caches on the northside.
Here's the first of a sting of new ones since I was last near here, and I know the walking looks easy enough, with a bit of uphill. I parked, extracted the GeoSchnauzers, and then we walked down to this one and found the cache. My ankle is liking the walk today, so far. TFTC.

While this is the third of three caches today it was the first one that I saw while walking to the others. As I walked past this spot the path through the grass was so marked that I thought to myself that the third cache I was aiming at was in there. And sure enough.
I was surprised to find 3 more of your VC series. These were an easy walk on a cold, wet afternoon. Thanks JackaKid
Takibi and I were in the area today specifically to undertake a particular errand....but then we got distracted caching and the errand never happened....ooops. We had a fun day anyway despite the cold. We parked at the Gold Creek shops and rugged up to make the wander. When in the more sheltered areas it was alright but the wind had a way of finding us. Most of these all found easily.
We parked nearby and took a walk to the three nearby caches. All easy finds. TFTC JackaKid.
We needed a quick drive by today so we stopped on our way to client visit.

Found on a lovely afternoon around here. Parked over at Maccas and walked along the Centenary Trail to get these JackaKid caches. These were all really easy finds, as the sun went down and the temperature started to drop. TFTC JackaKid!
Victorian Murray River region caching weekend 2015. On the way out of town I stopped at these three Jacka caches on the way up to where a fun old cache used to be.
Thanks.

Out on a suburban cache run with mr_roo. We made our way down here and soon had the CIH. TFTC
After finishing a few others in the series, met up here with fitzy_1965 to knock off these couple as well. Didn't take long to walk the line and the 4 caches (at this stage?) were soon in hand and the log signed.
Thanks again JackaKid....

Stopped nearby for a short walk along the highway to find more of this series. TFTC.
Came out to find these 4 caches that seem to be distant from the rest of the series, will get to 1-30 in the series tomorrow. All caches were easy to find, did the small trail in about 15 mins!
Thanks JackaKid for this new series in Gungahlin

Chooo ooo *FTF* with Mr SC. Surprised these 3 were still unfound after 2 hours! Not complaining though. Thanks JK.
Out and about this morning, and thought we'd check out this exciting new run of caches by JackaKid. At our first stop we ran into Stormcatchers (well, half of them), and Tankengine! I think it was Stormcatchers' last stop and Thomas was somewhere in the middle of his run.
We would have followed the trend, but after finding the three we could get from our first parking spot, we discovered only mint tins. I don't find those very exciting, so we came home to do some work around the house instead.

Out and about with Just a cacher this morning, and we decided to head over and grab a few of the new caches. At our first stop we ran into Stormcatchers and Tankengine just after their finds here today.
After a quick find here we headed off back to the work.
Thanks JakaKid.
