Ah yes, the elusive leap day... something that I sadly missed the last time it was around, and have been kicking myself over it for a long time now. nevertheless, today was the day to rectify this mistake and smash out some finds to try and prepare me for any of those pesky challenge caches.
Tagging along with BecknMontz, Ahomburg, and SedgwickDave, we had a succesful day with many finds along the way. Thanks for the cache and being part of a great day.

Had some fun trying to find our first one. Got swarmed by the ducks, enjoyed the pond, and then found the tree!! The boys loved it!
Struggled a bit, but a clue in a previous log had me with cache number 200 in hand quickly. TFTC
I had an evening to myself so I headed out to do some caching. I was slowly working my way back to where I had to pick the family up, but as I still had some time I headed to this set of caches here. Walking in from one side I quickly spotted the cache. It was a bit exposed so I tried to conceal it a bit more when. I left. TFTC casey.cachers!
After a DNF at a nearby cache earlier this afternoon, I was determined to still keep the streak alive. This one seemed easy enough, and was on the way home. A quick park and grab and we were on our way. Tftc
A very quick find today .. unfortunately the cache was found out in the open in full view however it didn’t seem to have been muggled ... perhaps due to recent weather or a resident possum. Thankyou casey.cachers for placing this cache.
Searched for this cache while out for looking for Mystery At The Museum clues.
Followed the title and had the cache within no time.
Signed the log and replaced it, nicely perched within the branches.
Thanks for placing this cache!

An extraordinary and sad day with a trip to Melbourne to check over my dog resulting in an agonizing decision to put him down. My parents had kindly offered to pick me up from the airport earlier and have me over for the night. With no toiletries with me I ducked out to the shops to stock up for the night and grab this cache located close by. tftc
Came back after an unsuccessful look last time. This time we found it very easily.

This cache was sitting in plain view so
I returned it a little further back to avoid it getting muggles. After finding one in the series then not finding the second this was easy work and I quickly had the cache logged and back in place
Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for the cache.
Found at 9:28 pm on 9/10/18.

Out this morning and midday chasing a few caches with a difference, AR_ caches (and few gap fillers on the way).
Testing my geo-senses here, read the clue some ways back and put away the GPS and walk right up to the hide
**Thanks for placing this cache Pinkpiggy7**

After a failure at a cache nearby in the same series I headed on to this one to see if I could turn my luck around. My map showed a dead end off the roundabout but of course urban development has progressed and there is now a through road and house building going on nearby. This leaves GZ a little exposed but I was able to make a quick find which hopefully didn’t draw any attention to me poking around there. Stashed it back in place with a bit of camo so hopefully it’s all good for the present. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache casey.cahers and Pinkpiggy7.

It was Father’s Day and I got a notice on my iPad saying there was a geo cash I thought it would be a great Father’s Day idea! It was fun riding my bike here (it is near a tree) it was sort of challenging I like the prize inside. Is it artificial? I like this treasure hunt it was my 1st hunt ever I really enjoyed it I recommend it for new geocashers.
The kids headed over to something that interested them, and geodad made the fast find. Thanks Casey.cachers!!
I approached this one from the new estate as this was the closer access from home. As I wandered across the clearing I was eyeballing some of the new constructions nearby thinking how little land there was around each of the houses here. Appears that low maintenance has shifted to No maintenance due to No land. Anyway the cache was no problem today as it was just sitting there for all to find. Not knowing how it was meant to be hidden, I can only assume it was covered some what so I added some coverage only to hide it a little better than it was found. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kkams
Took me a while to find since it was my first one but was so stoked when I found it!
Gotta love caches near playgrounds!!!
Miss 3 got a play and i got a find.
Thanx

Met a Pokémon pal for lunch at a nearby cafe to fuel up for an arvo of cacheing & Pokémon in the area. This was our first find not far from a gaggle of geese and some ducks. Thank you.
Massive paperbark tree near here. I hope the cache stays active once the new estate over the road is complete. Was access today although the threatening thunderstorm made a dramatic background. I don’t expect we’ll get home before it breaks.
An easy find, but that estate is approaching fast. Sent the little miss off for a play after collecting thins one.
Today we explored Beaconsfield and surrounds using Geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

I found this cache today at 4:10pm as 16 of 17 on my Mysteries of Cardinia, Berwick and Beaconsfield Tour. Third of a quick fire late afternoon three. Amazing how they built this section of dead end road with line markings and all. Thanks from D B-A.
