No finds yesterday, so cache binge today. And back to my current favourite caching area Thirlmere / Tahmoor. And still at least one firetrail powertrail still to find.
But today I grabbed random caches starting just north of Bargo.
Found 10 but DNFed three (of which I suspect only one is actually MIA). Even got some unloved days on one. Bargain!

The junior geo-gangsta reckons he spotted it first but Gabstar protested the truth of that claim. I just stood back and waited for someone to hand me the logbook as I didn't get a chance to look! Found after visiting the rail museum.
OCW GeodudeAU around this area today. The trail along the Bargo River was a lovely hike, with only our detours to go hunting for caches in the bush that made our journey longer than it would normally take. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining these hides in such a nice place.
Almost a PAG, but I did have to cross the road for an easy find. I almost left the toy spider behind, but decided to put it back in the container as it would have scared the next finder. TFTC

Travelling from Sydney to Goulburn for a family birthday celebration, we decided to take the scenic route, and do a bit of hunting as well. Don't know the song, but found the cache anyway.

I guessed what the theme of the song was, but had to look up the title as it isn’t one I’m familiar with. We parked at the museum and walked over to GZ. We both guessed where it would be hidden as we approached, and we were right.
Thanks

We came to Thirlmere today to do trickygav's cache trail along the railway track. We picked up this cache just before we did that series, although I've logged it after that series, since I am hopeless, it appears, when it comes to following my own notes. The cache, however, was a nice easy find. I don't remember that big railway museum being there last time I was in Thirlmere. It looks pretty new. Thanks
Alas I am not familiar with the group or the song but love the chance to grab the cache while I am here for a bit of work at Thirlmere.
A visit to the Rail Museum is recommended. It is much better than I remember from my childhood.
Thanks for one more to add to the list from The Booos.

A quick find while driving home. I really enjoyed this cache even though it was easy to find.

With it being school holidays I had a few days off with the kids so we decided to head towards Thirlmere to grab a few caches. This was one of the ones we found today.
A nice easy park and grab.
Thanks

Quick find, very confused with one of the recent previous logs about looking everywhere?
I think I exhausted every possible hiding location before turning this one up.

13044. Found during a run through the Bargo, Tahmoor, Picton and Camden region.
Next stop for the day. I remember coming up here many years ago with my railway-mad father. I must come up again one day with my kids. A quick find on the cache. Signed the log, returned the cache, and it was off to the next one.
Thanks again The Booos !!

Headed up to the Picton/Camden region today for a spot of caching in the rain. Out with fitzy_1965, b0tmun & darkonas delights. Logged as BDFM in some logs.
Parked nearby and fitzy found the cache quickly. Would be great to come back to the museum another day.

We visited the "Trainworks" Park and have searched for some caches. This hiding place was also there, he could be found relatively well and quickly.

Primary objective for the day-trip to this area was to recover and move a TB left at Castaway.
Tally for the day, 17 finds, 1 revisit, 1 start on a multi and 1 DNF.
- - -
Decided to 'warm up' the geo-senses by picking up a few en route.
So this became the third for the day.
A quick park-n-grab but getting back on the road took quite a bit longer as a 5-minutes cavalcade of bikies rolled past.

Had the eldest and his girlfriend up for the weekend. So decided to show her what I get up to for fun. We had a wonderful afternoon walking, chatting and ended up finding eight.
This was our sixth for the arvo. This was my second go at this one, only to find out it had been muggled. No problem today with a very quick find. Thanks

My last for the day on a little run around here this afternoon. When I was a kid this was old skool but I have enjoyed bringing my kids in recent times since it has all been done up inside. The cache was easy! TFTC!
A quick stop and find, just in time before it gets busy at the nearby attraction.

We have been to the trainworks several times with the geokids who enjoy the Thomas days. Cache was a very quick find early in the morning before the muggles woke up! TFTC
TFTC. A quick park and grab as we pulled up beside this one to hide what we were doing from all the passing traffic. This would be a hard one to grab when the Thomas day is on.
Nice m easy one wanted to get this one before the steam festival next weekend so I can smile at all the sneaky geocachers with better stealth than me
Today I went caching with Dirk and Hanorah near Appin/Picton/Thirlmere. Well, I drove them around and looked for the caches
Quick find, loooooved the size of the tube. TFTC!
