I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Jodiporsche
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Not found for more then 2 years and no response to request for maintenance. Maybe time to archive?
In view of another DNF it would be great if the CO could check this is all fine. Much appreciated. Thanks.
We tried this one over about an hour. We made good progress until our ascent. We caught glimpse of a cache path keading to a reflector, but then the trail went cold. There was no obvious cache in that place, too much overgrowth on the right, too steep straight ahead, and no cache to the left. Nevermind.
Headed down the stairs as others have done and found the first 2 fire tacks but got no further. This was our first Night cache so will plan to return sometime having tried some others.
Actually found by accident and because we’ve geocached before kids knew exactly what it was.they were super excited. Great cache found after some climbing and exploring.
A night cache all 7 of us form Auckland have come together to do. me and rusty and Rebel arrived at the starting point first and quickly the others arrived. Down the stairs we started then as quick as we started the fire tacks seemed to disappear! But luckily Aiden has a brighter torch than anyone and found a tack in the far distance. Then we were able to carry on. We came to GZ and did wonder if the cache could be so high on such unstable ground, but there you have it, that's where we found it. Happy all the same to log this one though.
This group of Westies merged for dinner, and to set off on a quest to find a nightcache, as we all like finding these.
So its almost dark, and off we race following tacks to the bottom. Then they seemed to disappear, and it was going so well? with us all spread about, it was aiden29 who spotted something, and we were back on the hunt. As to the final a tricky/technical climb, but there the cache was, and the log was soon being signed. Thanks for the hide and the adventure

All seven Westies joined back up together for dinner and to head out to complete some night caches. It wasn't fully dark when we headed out, but my powerful headlamp helps spot the reflectors with ease. At the bottom of the stairs it took a bit to locate the next tack, but I spotted something in the distance and followed it.
At the final GZ a bit of hunting around and I noticed something that helped us in our search. We scrambled up and found the cache lying out exposed. Thanks for the adventure.

We had made up a group of 7 Westies and flown down to Napier for a few days of caching. It was now getting dark as we set off down the trail. Had the market and then lost it for quite some distance. Went the only reasonable way possible. We eventually found some more tacks and eventually found our way to GZ. A difficult scramble up the bank among dodgy trees and broken branches. Thank god there were no wasps around.
Seven of us Westies from Auckland met up just as it was getting dark and set off following the trail. We lost it as we got to the bottom of the steps so used geosense and went the way we thought we should and sure enough we eventually found some more tacks. I'm glad it wasn't too dark when we reached final gz as it was a bit of a scramble but we were rewarded with a quick find
In Napier for the weekend with Six others from Auckland had to try this night cache as I have several in Auckland, nice night for a walk in the park TFTC
CZECH
zpočátku to byla hezká procházka, ale finálka zkazila dojem, je na hrozném místě
navíc byla na místě jen tak na očích, nijak nepřikrytá a otevřená, tak jsem ji aspoň zavřel

Had a nice walk tonight with mrBMrsP and replaced the missing markers. All
Good to go again. Please cover the cache as you found it

Had another go at this one after completing the other nearby night trail. Markers were non existant within about 100m from the start. Wont try again until some maintanance is done here. TFTC anyway. Good spot for a night trail
When we found this cache at night it had been left open and everything was wet so we left it to dry and find another day. Today we were in the area for a daytime walk and so checked in on how things were going. We were able to sign the log and leave a few goodies
the reflecters were spaced out alot then we found a strip on a tree, kept walking...and walking without any sign of anymore reflecters.went back to the strip on the tree had a good look around but nothing.
The full moon was rising and stars sparkling on our way to this cache. We loved following the shining markers and it was exciting being out in the dark in a place we know so well from daytime adventures! Unfortunately, we found the cache container open and log wet so have left it to dry. Fantastic cache! We had fun
Finally found this tricky cash! Definitely have to use some logic to find this one as the markings are not always clear! I love the idea of night caches though and will try and seek out some more!
One of my favourite caches to date took a good half hour to follow all the reflectors and despite being mislead a few times we managed to use logic to find the way, there were some large gaps between reflectors so we just kept walking on. The cache itself had a bit of a steep climb and was a little dodgy in the dark and the realisation that we didn't have a pen with us came as a bit of a shock, but luckily there was a highlighter in the cache so we managed to sign the log with that instead
Found on a lovely Autumn evening with my Muggle in tow; I'm pretty lucky that he let me drag him out caching on the night of his birthday! It was very calm and quiet and from the look of the moisture on the leaves and the fog in the air from our combined breathing, I'd say we're in for a bit of a frost overnight! Bit of a shock to the system as I'm an Aussie native and just flew in from Perth on Sunday morning. Must say I do find the NZ climate much more preferable.
This was a great little night cache just up the road from where we're staying. The path was not too difficult to follow despite some (I assume, after reading previous logs) missing tacks and a bit of logic at work to get us to GZ. No problems retrieving the cache and adding my name to the log. Also dropped off a nocturnal Trackable that's looking for a new adventure. Cheers, Jodiporsche and TFTC.

Little Miss A skipped up to check on this cache container today when we checking a nearby cache of ours and finding a few new ones in the area. All good.
Another good find while away in the area with Just-Lookin.
Nice night and we spent a long time here as looks like some fire-tacks missing as in areas trail is difficult to follow.
Quite tricky to find the cache, but we got it after quite a bit of searching and log signed. TFTC

Another great weekend away with tmann421 in the Hawkes Bay.
It's pretty cool to cache with tmann and all his experience, which found this pretty tricky night cache with missing fire tacks.
TFTC and the fun on a perfect summers evening.

Wonderful, wonderful night cache. Thanks so much for putting it out and maintaining it. We enjoyed it immensely.
Some fire dots overgrown and some limbs down at final making it a little tricky but cache still intact and findable.
Loved this - 'twas a full moon and all was quiet except for the rustle in the bushes and the big black spider's shadow across the path! TFTC
After failing on the Hastings night cache, I decided to try this one instead. It was quite tricky as there were some big gaps. I think some of the reflectors are becoming a bit hidden. It actually seemed a lot easier following the trail in reverse and I'm sure I spotted several more reflectors on the way back to the car.
Great location for a night cache and I really enjoyed it.
Thanks.

So this happen to be the longest night trail I have done. Rats and possims are not the one.....ltd
A much fun little adventure with kiwiowl and MorganEd doing this one. Ground was a little wet and greasy in parts and we lost the trail at one point but after spending too much time looking about decided to just proceed in the general direction we had been heading, and sure enough it didn't take too long to pick up the trail again.

twinkle twinkle little reflectors how i wonder where you are. got stuck at one point but continued on to the find. Nice and wet here after the rain and a bit of splish splashing about but a nice night trial tftf aroha and happy caching nice to complete trial with ADV and Kiwiowl
[blue]Finding myself torchless for a night cache I didn't expect to do tonight was an interesting challenge. Fortunately MorganEd has a spare which was just enough to see where I placed my feet in the sludgy darkness following all the rain. But then ADV produced his super trooper!! We got a bit mislead at one of the markers but after a few minutes chasing wet leaves glittering in the moonlight we moved on and soon picked up a very strong trail again. Despite the very soggy underfoot conditions cache soon located. TNLNSL TFTC.[/blue]

It was such a lovely evening I took dad out on his first night cache. We had fun. Tftc
I took the dog for a walk at 10 at night to do this one. Heard two Moreporks and the stars where out. Beautiful. Nice little trail this. A cat or opossum eyes sent me off in the wrong direction for a bit. Loved it. It gets a favourite point from me.

We had lots of fun finding this cache. We set off after a day of rain so were well prepared to slip and slide our way to find the cache. This is a favourite walking track of ours and we have 4 caches of our own hidden along these walkways. The kids loved the adventure and fun of finding each tack and racing each other to find the next one. Mum was more cautious. We didn't come across any other night cachers but someone had signed the log just before our arrival. Thank goodness we didn't 'bump' into them. An awesome spot for a night cache!! Thanks for all the work that you put into setting this up! We released a tb to start it's adventures.
A very early start this morning as I had a couple of night caches on the cards, plus a couple of other must do caches while we are in the area and a trail or two to while we are at it. The first cache being signed at around 5.45am and finished up with the last about midday with just over 40 finds. Not a too bad a effort I don't think. Thanks to very one for the placements.
The park was very quite this early in the morning and as I've done a few of these now, a super bright torch is always a must. This morning it proved it's worth and I could spot several tacks at once in some places. Lost the trail at one point but a quick scout around put me back on the right track. Was quite amazed how close the final is to another cache, well within 100m of it! Still a very enjoyable trail though, so worth a fav point for the effort in setting it up.

I like the title. DON'T go at day time you can not find it. Keep your eyes peeled. Cameron(11) find it. Thanks Mrs H.
Had a fun night finding this well marked out cache. Highly recommend this for a great outing.
Thanks for this awesome night cache! Did this with munkis, definitely take proper torch for this one, we managed to do it with our phones only just. Such fun
Thank you for this trail! We had a lot of fun even if we did take a few wrong turns and walk up a few wrong hills only to be chased along a fence line by a dog. We did manage to do this with our phones but it was difficult at times as the phones don't have a good long range. Thank you for an interesting night out
Truley awesome, thank you for the fun! Kory(11) did this one with mum and dad in toe, used a head torch which was a great way to do it I think. Very clever cache!
FTF! I went a little early, and had to wait for darkness, but once it started to get dark was easy to follow. Cool trail, and a neat container. I grabbed a pet rock for my collection and left a dead ant. TFTC.
Great area for a night cache. Many thanks to the nasty FTF man for a fright as I approached the cache.
Cheers for setting this up for us to do FP from us
