###Cache Owner Action Needed###
This cache has been brought to my attention as likely to be missing.
After a string of successful Finds, it has now had a string of DNFs. I agree that this certainly suggests that something has happened at the cache location which requires investigation by the CO.
I am going to Disable it, and I'll check back in 4 weeks to see if either
- the CO has checked or rectified the apparent problem
- the CO has communicated when action will be taken
If the CO has not taken either of these actions, then regrettably the cache will be archived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Due to no longer owning the necessary equipment to maintain this cache we must archive the cache
Didn’t hunt.
No kayak and previous history suggests it’s gone.
And this sign....

Not expecting much, without a boat and after two years of inactivity. But there is only little water in the lake at the moment, so we could walk around tho the GC. We found a pretty good spot, where we would hide a cache, but even with some climbing, we were not succesfull. This one is really one of fell in too deep maybe.

Got the sad face on! Lol! Pulled the kayak out of the dam where it has been lodged in mud for the last 3 and a half years, cleaned it all up. Paddled out to the GZ with high hopes of finding it. Though adamant that I was in the right spot, as much as I tried to look and feel for the cache I could not. Mind you, I did have a great morning out and had the whole place to myself. Thanks for sharing with us all this wonderful spot
A lovely day canoeing on the lake and meeting up for the event. Thanks Lumpys for the fun caches to find. The canoe was handy for this one but not as handy as when it was placed here, it seems. Water level has dropped considerably. A bit of manouvering of our crafts, some scrambling on the muddy bank, and back to the craft, some height assistance needed, and then we had it. A fun cache for all involved. thanks Lumpys for the challenge and the assistance. A favourite from us.
Today we explored Pine Creek and surrounds using geocaching as a guide.
Well we thought we would have a go at this one as we have not as yet got a FTF on the mainland. I gathered what I thought I needed, channelled Mcgivor, improvised and succeeded in a successful mission. Wow a *FTF* in the Northern Territory. Found at 14:54 hrs and thank you for the pathtag, a great addition to our collection.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
