Day 11 of my fortnight+ road trip up to Brisbane and back to Blue Mountains. A leisurely drive up. Avoiding GC power trails. Randomly driving to various spots that take my fancy. Geospouse Graubunden now with me for five days.Morning finds with Deafcat and Graubunden. TFTC 4ando
Deafcat took us in the park. My geocaching spouse and I had found it . Thank you
DNF at 2:12 PM. Looked for a while on both sides and managed to clear a bit of the spider webs - but couldn't feel or spot anything after getting down on all fours looking under!
We have moved to Caboolture staying at the showgrounds for a few days. Our final day here. Our plan today was the south area of town, a couple of ALs included. We also found a few other caches during our trip. While wandering the CREEC grounds we wandered over to this cache.A great area, giving it a FPThanks for placing this cache 4ando
I had a spare couple of hours between appts and I am trying to slowly contribute towards the 15 million points needed to save our alien friends. Well, more so focussed on my own 100 that I need. So I completed the AL in this beautiful area that I didn't know existed. I also needed caches along the way because I have been patiently waiting for a Tues in Aug to complete a challenge signed back in September last year. Apparently over 7 years, I had never found a cache on a Tuesday in August. Unfortunately this one couldn't add to my statistics today. Will have to come back and try again one day.
Out and about on one of the shortest days, to grab a cache to gain a souvenir; Thanks 4ando, all is in good condition here today
A wonderful afternoon of caching.A short walk in the reserve took us to this cache.Thank you for the CacheTeam sissifalke
What are pretty setting especially with the sun filtering through the trees and the birds singing. Cache found safe and dry. TFTC
This cache took quite a while to locate, and I think I was looking in the usual spots followed by the tougher Terrain options. There were moments of me giving up, but I had high persistence in crossing this one off as a find, and eventually, my stubbornness yielded the prize; The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [4ando](https://coord.info/PR9DE8J) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, my general plan was a northern expedition towards Dayboro, noting that I still had several clusters of ex-Dayboro Mega caches yet to be found. Along the way, I stopped at Cedar Creek Falls and hiked towards Love Creek Falls, and then continued to Dayboro for a bakery lunch. I then continued to head north-east towards Burpengary, and stopped at Caboolture Region Environmental Education Centre (CREEC) to complete the [Burpengary C.R.E.E.C.](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/238e69db-725c-4a77-b5c4-42b7bb4a245b) Adventure Lab.
Found whilst enjoying a walk in the area. Thanks for the placement and smiley.
I headed out in the geo-car for a few caches today.
Decided to hit a few around xxx.
This is find # 2286. Cache was found on 15 Sep 2023.
Quick scramble soon had me spotting the cache. Returned as found.

This one had us tricked before, we were doing the ad lab and didn't have a pen but Waz found an insert of a pen near it so was able to sign. Tftc
All good, no pen, what to do? Yikes found a biro tube in the dirt, it worked. Yay. Tftc
On a whirlwind trip over from WA to pick up our caravan and head back to WA, hoping to be able to grab a few easy caches along the way, this one was along the path while doing a nearby AL so thought it might be an easy find....not to be, had to read alot of the activity to get an idea of where to look and eventually found it! D/T (both!) should definitely be higher for this one but it was a good feeling to leave with a smiley face! Definitely needed a torch and some limberness
Thank you 4ando for placing and maintaining Narangba meets Burpengary for us and others to find and enjoy.

Apologies for the late log here (08.01.24) but I've had a busy time since getting back to the UK.No luck here, even with a bit of a clamber around on and under the bridge. Still, I enjoyed the ALs in the area so SP (UK) on an epic trek right around the world.
I arrived at this area looking for a ‘Dangerous’ cache for a challenge I’m working on. And while I was here, of course there was an Adventure Lab that I needed to complete. And while I was completing the Adventure Lab, there was this cache which was only 40 meters away.
The sun was starting to set, and my time was running out. I was also running; from AdLab waypoint to waypoint so that I could get it finished before it got dark and so that I wouldn’t be too late to meet muggle-hubby. I’m sure he expects that whatever time I say, that I’ll be at least a half hour late when I’m caching.
So, I arrived at GZ, and had a look around a couple of places. I then realised that it wasn’t going to be that easy. Thankfully I had my mini touch with me, and so I kept looking. As I turned around, deciding that I just really didn’t have the time to look for this cache any more, there it was! Yay. A bonus cache for me.
Thanks for the cache 4ando.

I don't particularly like these either, but a torch enabled a quick find....near a drop off!! T4TC:-)
Another (long) weekend group caching, GEO5. Plus Peppa.
Our final cache for today. Now back to collect the Yak trailer and head for home.
Log signed and cache replaced as found at 4:43 m on 2 May 2023. TFTC, 4ando

There was a plan… I was a late addition (gate crasher) to the group… after deciding that Lake Kurwongbah could wait for another day without whitecaps the group set out on a magical mystery tour of the area…
While completing the nearby Adventure we made the slight detour to add this final find to todays tally… Despite having at least one previous finder with us it took longer than I care admit… surprisingly, or perhaps unsurprisingly if you’ve met them, it was a couple of the less agile members of the group who made the find…
Thanks 4ando very happy to knock this off today…

Off to do a paddle on the Northside with geo-friends and the weather was so bad we abandoned that idea and decided to just turn some other caches into Smilies.
This cache took far longer to find than it should have, log signed before replacing as found. TFTC

After our planned paddle on Lake kurwongbah got quashed due to windy weather, our group decided to go caching on land instead.
Last cache for the day and took longer than we imagined. Searched high and low until one of our group said those wonderful words "found it". With log signed cache was returned.

Our walk through the reserve continued and led us to the walkway bridge where we located the sneaky little hide. If you don’t like spiders watch out! TFTC
4ando I found your cache Narangba meets Burpengary on 2/11/2022, 5:05 pm. This is my find 4423 and find # 10 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
FINALLY! After a couple of failed attempts we returned here today equipped with a torch and it was instantly in sight and after swapping positions we had it in hand. We filled up the last of the log sheet so added a fresh one for the next finder! TFTC!
This is an area I never knew existed. Had a lovely walk. Cache could go with a new log as fairly full. TFTC 4ando
A lovely morning walk along the path picking up a few smileys and this is one I found. The log is full but I squeezed my name on and returned as found. Thanks for this one 4ando.
If you dont like , this one might not be for you. Tricky find. Log nearly full
It was perfect winter weather for a wander this morning so we came to explore this new-to-us area. We started at the centre, walked the length of the creek side track and then looped back around to finish with a well-earned hot chocolate from the lovely volunteers in the cafe. This was an excellent way to spend the morning, so thank you for placing these caches here to entice us.
Quite the experience when a bike rides overhead as you are searching for the cache! Didn’t take too long to find. TFTC 4ando

Couldn’t find this one today ... there were a few muggles around so when it started spitting rain we gave up to leg it back to the car and will try again another day!
Out and about for a girly adventure with one 1/7 of Knights in the Castle.
A great little trail to tick all our boxes, caching time, chatting time, exercise time!
Tackled from both side when A called it found. Log signed and returned as found. TFTC 4ando

We were here recently for some MTB champs, but this time came back at a slower pace to grab some caches. We don't particularly like these either, but TFTC
It took us a far while groping around in places we’d rather not have been but we bagged it in the end, avoiding any bites on the way. TFTC
Out and about for a spot of caching. Unfortunately the weather turned and my putting was cut short.
Ah yes. Another one where being vertically challenged would help. Knew about where it would be on arrival at gz. Fair few muggles about this afternoon but soon had a few mins to ourselves and made the find. Awesome spot here. TFTC
Picked the wrong side of course lol and having no luck crossed to the other side. Made the mistake of looking at recent logs and saw the long snakey friend before ducking under the bridge and into the scrub . Asked MH (muggle hubby) to watch my back, whilst I grabbed the cache. Coming back to sign the log I noticed MH checking the footy teams for later . He’s not Bear Grylls but I found the cache
I have had these caches on my bucket list since they were published and today I had the afternoon free for a few hours. I ended up finding 10 caches in just under 2 hours and 6km ride along these beautiful paths. At gz I didn't know if I should be a troll or not so I started to read some previous logs and I gathered enough info to figure out where the cache was and yes it was there. Happy days. Signed the log and got back to my bike just as a couple passed me and their cute boarder collie came up to say hello. Thanks for the fun
Had a couple hours free today and wanted to get a start on the new Milestones event.
Second find today. Previous logs helped with this one. Sneaky. Cache in good order.

Out with my mum this arvo, and she made the find! I haven't been caching with her for ages, and we had a lovely time thanks!
I decided to head up towards the Narangba area to clean out some caches that I’ve missed in the past and to grab the new ones that have popped up recently.
It took me several minutes to locate, but found it eventually.

Belated Mother’s Day with the family. I had a DNF on this one before.
Searched for awhile, but was concentrating on the wrong area.
It was Miss 16 who took the find for this one.
Signed log and returned to hiding spot.

I had come here looking for this one about 20 months ago. I was not in a happy place - and sadly I barely even had a fossick before giving up.
Spin on today. 1MinnieMoo and I were in the area and I decided to finally grab this one. After a brief hunt, we finally found the prize. We signed the log and re-hid the cache as found.
Very happy to cross this one off. TFTC 4ando

Thank you, tricky find, wasn't where I expected, had to hold on to the tree to stop sliding down lol.
A day-long run around Pine Rivers shire today - this was my next stop. I'm on a nice little walk around CREEC, and a nice little find here before I moved along.
Thanks 4ando for entertaining me at this location.

We have been hearing so many good things about this park recently. I use to live close by when I was younger and this space has changed so much since then. Amazing facilities and the walk is easy and quite beautiful. Next time I'll be sure to bring the mozzie spray though!
Once we arrived at the location the kids had a ball running up and down the bridge. I had a quick look where I thought it would be and I was spot on. Quick easy find. TFTF

And another find we missed last time, woo hoo. success was had today my fine fellows.
This was our first 4Ando cache, Super Cacher Cooper found this on his own in super quick time. We didn’t even realise this bridge was here even though we live in Burpengary. Thanks for bringing us here. We are planning on cleaning up a few of your hides today. TFTC
1Minniemoo and I were out for a lazier then normal wacky Wednesday, after a big weekend away.
So just filling in gaps in our map, finding caches the third of our usual group had already found.
This one didn't take too long to find! Now to find the right path back to the car park!
