That is really tiny...

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh, greetings from Toronto, Canada. Lyn and I are cruise-caching our way from Florida to Hong Kong on board the ms Amsterdam.
Our stop today is at Napier, New Zealand. We took the shuttle from the ship to the Information Center then started our geocaching tour from there. It was not as hot in Napier as I expected (70 deg). TFTC

Can understand the T and D for this one. Busy place. Escaped the eyes of two security guards; and made the acquaintance of a staff member. Found with dcdawn.
Ashore from NCL Jewel. I was absolutely thrilled to have five members of team Stellography along to do the heavy lifting for this sneaky cache. Thanks for a fun find...the last for my geocaching day.
A lovely warm sunny day to be visiting Napier from our cruise ship, Holland America's Noordam. Come in to see the art deco post 1931 restoration but also for some geocaches to take me to interesting sights. Reading previous logs and the d/t I soon zoned in on this. QEF, TFTC #1098.

After looking at all the obvious places it could be (and then some not so obvious ones) I was wondering where this little son of a gun could be. Then I had a strange idea. Turned out it was right. Thanks for this one!
I came up empty but michaelteacher found this one after a bit of a search. Similar to one of the ones we did earlier today. Sneaky! Tftc
Spotted the cache quickly enough but had to wait patiently for a moment without muggles.
Found with DJZT. Came here early so not too many muggles about. Didn't take long to locate and retrieve this little cache. TFTC
Took a few minutes, but the last couple of logs helped immensely. Soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
A bit behind with the logging - on a 3 day caching adventure with rustynz and gorby
Came here with rusty and Rebel on a caching cause. Initially we were stumped but one last spot checked by rusty and the cache was ours. Nano's don't necessarily have to stick to anything you know!!
We headed here after dinner. It wasn't too busy around, so it didn't look too weird us searching. Merlot located this one, but required a little extra help from me to return the cache.
We had made up a group of 7 Westies and flown down to Napier for a few days of caching. Headed here after dinner and fortunately with few people around did not take us too long to locate it.
With a group of Westies finding caches, this was not a quick find, as we eliminated the obvious, before I looked at the D/T rating and had a thought, and there was the cache
With rebel98 who checked out the pools and maybe next time a place to come for lunch? with gorby & rebel racing around Napier with other westies looking for caches.

There weren't too many people around so we had no trouble searching for this. There really was only one place it could be, and sure enough that's where we found it
Quick find this time.
Lots of muggles but timed the approach!
Thanks for replacement nickhbnz!

A group of us geocachers (myself Loz47, Furbies, lillianz and PhantasmNZ) tried to find this guy, but had no luck unfortunately!
Logging the DNF so that we have a record of once being here, and can maybe return in the future to replace the blue face with a happy yellow one...

DNF had a good look around with 4 others at night with no avail. Looked high and low.
Was in the Hawkes Bay for work and decided that I would get up a bit earlier and go out and find a few caches before the muggles turned up and before I had to see my first client for the day.
After finding GC5MMY6 - Napier Central (Napier), this was the next cache that I decided that i would go and look for, I decided that I would drive around to GZ as it was going to be quicker for me to do this than walk to GZ. As I neared GZ I managed to find a parking spot across the road from GZ and then it was a short and easy walk to GZ, arriving at GZ I had a quick look around but had to be very careful as the local muggles at GZ were getting ready to open the premises for breakfast at 07:00 and I didnt want to cause any issues.
Decided that today was not going to best the best day for searching hereso decided to give it a miss and will come back and have another look another time a bit more earlier or later when there isnt anyone around.

tried but with the works going on and the smell of food we needed to go get some food
Found very quickly today with the pools being surprisingly quiet and noone paying too much attention to us. TFTC
Pretty sure I know where it is but too many muggles. There is also someone lurking nearby. Will have to make another trip another day.
On a mission to ^The Mission^ and Dixie Chicks with McJandals. Almost gave up until saw the terrain rating.
Clever. A favourite.
Cheers

A cheeky one this, if you didn't know anyhow. A couple of people sitting close by yesterday but no-one there today. Tried couple of the 'obvious' places but no joy- but spotted something which I dismissed? Returned to it after fruitless search elsewhere and it was there all along. Very strange as I'm sure 'I had checked it'.
This was a bonus find as didn't expect to be lucky (muggle wise).

Very sneaky. On our way to Napier to see Dixie Chicks. Thanks for placing caches. A def Fave. Cheers.
Monday was a good day to come, since the cafe was closed.
Had to peer around until I saw the spot.
Good hide.

Took me a little while and if it was not for reading previous logs I may have given up. Lucky as I was getting a little to determined with something a little potentially dangerous
Grr, lots of rolling when at this end of the log strip! Greetings from Canada. TFTC
OCW GeoWench78 while exploring Napier from the Radiance of the Seas at our fourth port of call...took a few minutes, eventually spotted it after stepping back and surveying the area from a bit of a distance...TFTC!
This one was a toughie. Found with AF BEE while on a great geocaching vacation. Thanks for placing this cache.
Found. Now I understand the comment made by cath and rog. Us welsh need to stick together!!
Had a look around for a while before reading previous logs, which helped a lot. Rog used a nearby piece of equipment which aided him in finding the cache. We sat down to sign the log then on to the next. Thanks for placing
A bold hide. I checked some spots before taking a few steps back and spotted something that looked interesting. Waited for a biker to leave before making the retrieval. TFTC.
Passing though Napier, My.Precious and I met up with a friend for coffee at the cafe. M.P decided to have a look on the app to see if we were near a cache, not expecting one to be so close. After checking to see that it was clear of any muggles near by, I reached for a convenient tool to give me extra assistance to grab the cache. We signed it with our joint monogram of TT2M.P. Lots of Bathing Belles and Blokes at the pools today.
Passing through Napier on a Waitangi weekend bike trip with Geomate and had a quick meet with an old friend for coffee.
Whilst explaining the intracasies of mobile data I used the GPS app as an example only to discover a geocache nearby.
Took a wander out to case the area only to come back, recheck and head for a slightly different spot. Did a quick recce and sent Tiga off to finish the job which was quickly done, returning with the log container in hand. This was a great opp to show our friend all about geocaching as we unfirled to log, signed it with our joint monogram of TT2M.P and returned it to its container.
Tftc who knows we may have created a new cacher with this find.

I found it yesterday but couldn't get to sign it as there was a couple sitting right in front of it drinking coffee. So I came back today, less sunshine and less people, so it was easier to get it. Good hide, even from a different angle (as some logs suggested) it was hard to spot because it's so small
SisterCorny travelling Asia and Oceania for four month, now in New Zealand.
Day 2 in Napier, we made a bigger sightseeing and cacheing walk around town in rainy weather but enjoying it anyhow...
We had the right idea just when arriving, and it was the right one. Took some waiting time for muggles to pass on both sides of the fence, but then catched the tiny one easily. TFTC

hezky! obhlídl jsem, kde by to mohlo být, ale musel jsem ustoupit, abych dobře viděl... pak najít vhodnou chvilku, kdy se nikdo nedíval, a už jsem logoval

Great find! It's so cute! Easy find only because I read previous logs. My young boys loved this one, tftc!
We arrived in Napier after a drive down from Taupo on what was a very warm day. Following a walk up to the Lookout we came down to see some of the Art Deco buildings grabbing caches as we went. Considering the hide we made a very quick find. We were able to retrieve the cache despite a number of muggles in the area without being spotted and likewise replace again without being spotted. A very good hide which without our little bit of luck we may not have spotted. TFTC
Had a hard time finding this one. It ended up being in the last possible spot very sneaky. Also explained geocaching to some muggles who were very excited when we all found it
I initially told CB that we shouldn't bother with this one because the difficulty rating was too high, but armed with the spoiler from a previous log and a "we're going past anyway" attitude, we stopped to give it a go. CB suggested a spot to look. I followed instructions and the cache was soon in hand. Thanks for placing this sneaky cache. Log was full so we signed in a little space.
When we first arrived, we looked around a few places, but were constrained by a man sitting right at the coordinates. We went away to find some other caches, and on our return, he had gone. We looked around the coordinates, then took a step back and spotted the cache. Retrieval wasn't too difficult, despite people on the other side of the fence. TFTC
Thoughtfully designed and well placed cache! I had to step back to think about it. Decided to go for a swim after locating this one. Thanks.
At World’s End – New Zealand – One of our dream become true.
Our plan was to stay 4 weeks in New Zealand. But this wasn’t this easy to manage at work. So we moved spontanic the plan from march to november. We informed us before about point of interessts. The list was this long so we decided to go by campervan from the north to the south to have the most mobility. We arrived after way to much hours in Auckland and started there our round trip. At first we enjoyed the area in auckland and the north. In Waitomo we were able to see and enjoy glohworms in one of the famous caves. But this area had a lot of nice hiking trails were we could discovered the Piripiri Caves, Natural Bridge and the Marokopa Falls. This was already impressive to see and still the beginning of our adventure for life. The trip went on over Okere Falls Scenic Reserve direction Rotorua. In this area we enjoyed each hour, because each corner was different. We visited the Haumurana Springs – what amazing water -, Blue Lake and Green Lake and relaxed in Kerosene Creek. We liked all the water and in our travel guide we found a hike cloth to the Huka Falls, which ofcourse we did as well. All this flowers were bloom. One oft the Highlights was Wai-O-Tapu. The weather was perfect and all this colors awesome and the geysir a nice shower. By Campercan the to tour went on direction Tongariro Alpine with a short stop at Orakei Korako and the Tongariro River Loop Track. Lu like nice hiking tours and what could be the best for her birthday? Of course the famous Tongariro Alpine Crossing. We started early in the morning and walked approximately 9 hours over gras, stones, snow and colorful water. Now we had to leave the Heart of North New Zealand and went over Taranaki Falls to the East Coast with the goal Napier. The weather was cloudy and often raining but a small sightseeing was a must have. The last stop on the North Irland was Wellington. But it was only raining and some streets were already flooded. That’s why we change spontanic our plan and only did the First Cache of New Zealand and went by ship over the Marlboro Sound to Picton. We went over Farewell Spit to the lonely Wharariki Beach with sea lions. On the way back to the big streets we stopped at Waikoropupu Spring and Janie Sesson Shipwreck and drove untypical to Karamea. In Germany we do not have this much and public caves and that’s way we enjoyed this area! Cloth to the West Coast we took a look at the Pancake Rocks. The weather was just raining and so we could not see the Franz Josef and Fox Glacier, but we still visited them. We leaved the bad weather in the hills and enjoyed the Sun at Ship Creek, Thunder Creek, Fantail Falls and the Blue Pools. Wow they were relly blue and this clean and deep. I never saw something similar before. About Wanaka we read a lot in our travel guide and looked forward to it. There arrived we visited the Puzzling World and walked around the sea. Queenstown the next town we drove just through because at this time there was a marathon and it was really campervan unfriendly. So we used the time and drove to Milford Sound and enjoyed the hills surround us on the water. I never felt this small. After we are landed again on land the trip goes on to the Chasm and Clifden Caves and the Clifden Suspension Bridge. Wow what an adventure. At the end we visited a few cities like Bluff, Duneding, Moeraki Boulders and Christchurch were our Trip sadly ends.
At all this places we looked for nice and unique caches which shows us places which we never would had seen without. We enjoyed the nature and wildlife each day and it was really an adventure for life. At the end we drove approximately 5000 kilometeres and felt this relaxed.
Thanks to all owners for placing this caches and this much informations which we got about the particular areas. This was an adventure for life for us. Thanks for this beauty time.

I called by this cache yesterday and discovered it was gone again. Will look at relocating or replacing soon.
Took a few minutes but dad saw the spot from a distance. Great spot. Will return next time im in napier. Tftc!!! #788
I was just in the right spot to be able to see it. Lots of muggles in every direction. TFTC
We've had this Tauranga to Hawkes Bay trip planned for a couple of months now and this cache was all part of that great *'numbers'* plan. We found a likely spot where the cache had been and after sharing with the CO it was clear this one need some maintenance. Cheers Nick.

#2319. Staying in Napier and attending a conference over Queens Birthday weekend. I parked up the road from here on the Saturday morning. As I walked past I had a quick look around for where it might be placed. But a woman inside the shop was watching me so I moved on. Came back here about 11pm on the Sunday night after the conference dinner. This time the place was deserted so had more opportunity to check a wider range of hiding options. Pleased to feel the cache after a couple of minutes. Signed the logbook back in the car and returned the cache as found. Nicely hidden cache. Quite challenging. Thanks nickhbnz.
after a few DNFs I thought I had better check on this cache. I am pleased to announce that it is still there in place.
I have increased the difficulty rating to reflect the difficulties people are having.

An urban micro with no hint, my GPS pointing the other side of a locked gate, and two recent DNFs. Had a cursory look and moved on.
In Napier for the weekend so decided to collect a few caches whilst we were here.
2nd DNF for the day. Had a good search but moved on in the interests of time.
