What a classic, just the old days. Lovely location too. Thanks ashweesway.
Nice sized container. All in good order. Though I found it sitting in the middle of nowhere really. So moved it back in line with the hint and the obvious feature here.
Not today looked all over and around and nothing will definitely have to come back
Great look out, interesting information., found with monica_is_evil. Thanks for the cache
Last Wedding Anniversary geocache. Nice little place, definitely wanting to find out more about it.
In the area for work and after finishing early, took a look at nearby geocaches that caught my eye. This was one of them.
The rain was holding off nicely and I timed it well getting to this GZ. Of course took the wrong way in andbumped by head intoa long hanging branch. Wasn't where I expected it, but saw it from afar.
Thanks for the cache Ash Wees Way

Day Trip: Home/Drouin/Poowong/Korumburra/Leongatha/FishCreek/Waratah/SandyPoint/Foster . . . Warragul/Home.
Our primary purpose for today's day trip was to enjoy a long walk along the magnificent Waratah Bay beach to take advantage of a lovely sunny day before winter descends and whilst there are more direct routes to get there I prefer to take alternative back roads rather than droning along busy highways. Drouin was our "jump-off point" from the Princes Fwy and after a short coffee break we headed south towards Korumburra via Poowong.
This cache wasn't too far off our route so we headed to this location to seek it out and have a look at the Reservoir. Fortunately the cache wasn't difficult to find so after signing the log we continued on our way.

A quick find here while caching in the area. Never knew there was a reservoir out here.

First to find this year! Woo! TFTC. This one got me lost as I took a wrong turn somewhere. But it’s okay because I traveled on a dirt road with a fantastic view of the countryside. The location is wonderful.
Cache pretty much in plain sight though, not hard to find at all. Log signed, thanks for the adventure.

Another great year of geocaching was concluding, heralded not only by the usual fireworks scheduled for midnight, but also surefoot24's NYE event at a far earlier hour of the day!
The weather was heating right up, but with the Astra's aircon blasting and a Maxibon consumed just before the event kicked off, there was nothing buhfuhguh and I couldn't handle with a nice collection of caches in the surrounding region found prior to arriving in Nyora.
The coordinates brought us right to one notable place in particular, and it wasn't difficult to spot the hide once we were in there.
It was very visible where it was sitting, but the location itself is pretty secluded from the public's eye so I doubt it'll encounter any issues in the near future at least.
The logbook was signed and everything sat back where it was found.
Thanks to ashweesway and onlyfarmville1 for placing this cache here!

Out and about today with Brainiac03 for another day of caching and another event and final event for the year. We'll another year ends a new one begins.
With this little cluster around to be the main focus for the pair of us today we proceeded all in all with no real stress or drama.
Thanks for the caches, the laughs and the adventures

Nice place for a fish. Good find, probably a bit bigger than small but it’s not massive. TFTC
Wow! What a spot!! I’ve lived nearby for many years and had no idea this place existed!!
Every time we have stopped for a cache today it starts to rain....quick easy find thankfully. tftc
Found it whilst walking opp side lol!

Love that you can enter reservoir area. No swans today but very friendly magpies. Thanks for bringing me here.
Beautiful drive to get here loved it. Cache was a bit damp but still going strong. Signed and replaced. Thanks.
We came here while in the area for some treasure finding. Found, signed and returned. Geokids wanted to have a look at the reservoir while I chatted to 2 members of the fishing club who had been there all day and caught 0. 1 was local, the other a local too- just from Officer.
Find 2382.
So long since we have been out caching. A lovely spot and view. Cache found without hassle and in good condition. Log signed and all back as found.
Thanks for putting this cache out there.

This was a nice quick find, we sampled some of the plums here. They were yummy. Thanks for the cache.
Out for caching day around Poowong and surrounds with a friend. A lot on interesting stuff here - beautiful houses, farms and awesome views. Saw cattle, sheep, llamas, fox, and more. Also saw a dead snake. I received interesting information about ragwort, stone fruit and fox. I had a great time finding your cache ashweesway onlyfarmville1, thank you so much for placing it. Nice lookout!
Out for a drive exploring new areas, this was a great location that I must retun to with My fishing gear, took a minute to spot the cache and it was soon signed, I went for a walk to check out the Reservoir. Thanks for the cache.
Taking the roads less travelled, following the old historical trails of different areas is always fun. What a lovely spot for a picnic complete with seats and a view. I wonder if there are any fish if fishing is allowed. While Kat and Ana checked out the facilities, I went looking for the cache and was pleased to find a good sized well hidden cache. TNLNSL. TFTC. Today’s frosty morning made for a sunny Sunday drive and a chance for a bit of cache maintenance while enjoying the beautiful views of the area. Our travels brought us to this lovely spot where we met a local fisherman at the end of his day. This was a fascinating location.
Thank you for the cache.

Surprised to see so many campers at the camp ground. Cache found quickly & log signed.
Continuing on our adventure after attending the Alexandra Mega Event, we found ourselves breaking up our camp site not far away from Korumburra and headed off toward Phillip Island. Obviously, we took the opportunity to find a few caches along the way.
We had no difficulty in locating this cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way [^]
Thank you ashweesway for having placed the cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Today we explored Poowong and surrounds using Geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Found on day out. Followed hint but it's not there, totally opposite actually. TFTC
Easy find but Muggles put me off till they went for a walk down the hill to the reservoir. Some ducks and coots on the water but scattered when the Muggles went down there before I could identify them. Cache and contents in good condition. TFTC
With some cooler weather we set out to do a few of the caches around us we hadnt done yet. Nice quick find tftc

If you take a walk down to the reservoir the view is magical.

2klm down a gravel road on my road motorcycle made the T rating higher for me as dirt roads and my motorbike don't mix well. At GZ the compass was pointing into the overgrown grass, the bike gear helps walking in long grass. Made a quick find. The gates to the reservoir were closed today, had my afternoon tea break at the nearby picnic table and enjoyed the serenity of the location.

I can still remember when this one was published, the reviewer ask me if I was doing anything with the area as I had a cache page started, I let the spot go as it's just as exciting to find one by someone else as it is to place your own. I can't believe it took me so long to get down here and 'find' it.

We found this cache today at 3:55pm as 6 of 6 on the Round Route to Korrumburra. A nice spot and interesting reservoir to visit on a wet day and slimy road. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.
Found it!! Such a lovely little spot. Will be back in the warmer months for sure.... thanks for bringing us here and tftc!
Oh wow!! Definitely coming back here for some fishing. What a beautiful place. Signed log and left a marvel badge. TFTC
Now time for a walk to the waters edge.

Out having fun with The Swaggies attempting to complete the Strezleki rail trail series. 18 May 2016 5:11 pm Find 1071 for me. Getting pretty dark but managed to pull a couple of photos while The Swaggies signed the log. Will have to come back here on a nice sunny day.
Out with Yorsys on our usual Wednesday caching day. This time we thought we would finish the S2SRS series as well as pick up any other caches that we might come accross. There were some tricky caches in this second series, some we missed on which we will pick up next time.
Seeing as it was pretty cold this arvo we did not see any other cars whilst we were here. An easy find so we could keep going.

Once I drove back a couple of miles and got some phone reception, found it fairly easily. Nice spot.
Went with my little brother to fi d this Cache today, didn't have very much luck at all at the Bass Camping Ground so this was a nice easy find!
Grabbed the Travel Bug as I'm off on an adventure very soon and hope to drop it off somewhere very different!

Too many camping nearby for a find there. As we approached GZ here, phone reception dropped out. Fortunately it returned enough to point us in the right direction for an easy find. A car took a very slow drive past and stopped up the road a bit until we left. Couldn't have seen the hiding spot from where they were parked. TFTC
Easy find.
Pretty reservoir.
Dropped VW TB.

Quite a nice little spot. The cache was a quick find, but unfortunately didn't see the swan today. TFTC
I didn't even know that this place even existed. After reading the rules, we realised that we couldn't have a quick flick of the line. Currently researching how to fix that. TNLN TFTC
Wow, didn't know this place existed. A lovely Sunday afternoon drive following a family lunch at the Poowong pub. Ducks on the reservoir. TFTC
30/08/2015 - 4.50pm - No. 483 - 12th for the day - with dgfb33. I can't say we would have had dry feet if we hadn't still been wearing rubber boots but why should the last cache of the day break what had been happening for the rest of the trip? Dry feet & legwear? Who needs them? At least this time we could dodge the watery potholes but the grass was still very wet (glad, glad, glad for having thought to take rubber boots!). Thanks for the cache. I had to curtail my photo activity. I ended up with only one left! Used the little phone camera but photos won't be anywhere near as good quality. Yep..first thing I did when I got home was download photos & clear a bit of space!
Thanks for bring use here. There are so many places that geocaching takes us that we would never see. TN Left Goat TFTC ashweesway
Im always curious about this location, how a fishing club which is only contactable by the local post office has monopoly over a waterway has always had me a bit baffled, perhaps people coming here could get the answer. TFTC
Never knew this place was here looks like there could be some fishing done at some time in the future. Thanks ashweesway onlyfarmerville FTC.
