I have received confirmation that both WP2 and GZ have been seriously altered so, regrettably, I have no choice but to archive this one.
Got the the GZ and it was in the middle of roadworks and looked like some of the stones had been removed
Parkrun first at Whalan reserve and then caching around Penrith, picking up a lot of solved puzzles and wherigo's. Great weather made for good progress. Gz very muddy and affected by roadworks

Had to fiddle with a couple of the numbers but eventually got there and entered in my calculation for GZ. The hint about GZ being 1.5km away had me not worried about the location and soon had cache in hand. TFTC
OCW The Bebes today with Glenmore Park being our main focus. Perfect caching weather allowed us to keep going all day.
This was an avenged DNF for me because that container was so not here when I tried last time. This time, it was a walk up and grab. Thanks Mr MR.

We arrived at WP1 in time to enjoy our morning tea and coffee from a thermos that we brought along. Then a pleasant walk through this reserve completing this multi and finding two trads. Then off to GZ for a very quick find thanks to the hint. TFTC Mr MR and YGAT
After Getting off work early today i took a detour out here to grab a cache.
While it was raining on my way to WP1 i was lucky when there was a break in the weather when i got there.
There was no one around so I didn’t have any troubles in locating the information for the coords.
The container is in good condition and the log is dry.
Thanks.

We did this one some time and had a DNF. Today we were at an Event made inquiry about our solved Coods and had conformation that we were at the correct location. The cache was signed and placed where it was to be.

This seems to have been unloved for coming up to twelve months, and it could be because there is no container at the final as indicated by the hint. Quite clear where it should be, but the cupboard was bare.
What a great day out!
It started raining as we started this, did the calculations, made the trip over, it stopped raining and we found it straight away.
Thanks for the awesome cache.

This was not a hard multi to do. Went to both of the waypoints and did some counting and worked out were GZ was. Drove over to GZ and the cache was found quickly and easily after a short search. The log was signed and then the cache was replaced as found. Thank you Mr MR and YGAT for placing this cache.
Found the first 2 waypoints the other day but didn't have the time to go to GZ. Today had I had some spare time so popped over to find this well camo-ed cache. Good hide, great camo. TFTC
My friend Shellz85 and I finally met up with each other after months of not cache together and not see each other. We got co ords and got to GZ before unfortunately Shellz85 got a phone call say her boy was sick. Poor kid. She left but I've signed log for her and I.
Good camo. Gz perfect co ords.

Why on this simple multi is the GZ so far away? Seems very impractical. However, I enjoyed the little walk along the paths for the first waypoints. For the final waypoint, I’d make the choice of ‘A’ instead when asked for ‘B’

We like these, we found the first and second then our interpretation of numbers came into debate but when we couldn't use 6 in our corod's we new 4 was right, so we found it. Tftc

A count here, a count there, a discussion about K but the wrong answer was the right answer, instant find once we traveled back the way we had come.

This was a nice straightforward multi and all the numbers for the new co-ords were quickly found. The number substitution was simple and then it was off to find the actual hiding place. All the info on the cache page took us to a simple hide and the cache, complete with camo, was soon in hand. Sitting down to sign the log was good and we were then on our way again. Thank you to Mr MR for this nice little multi cache.
Previously logged under team account BoogieRogue. Re-logging with my individual account. TFTC found with Kise78
I appear to have forgotten to clear the Needs Maintenance flag. Hopefully this works.
Tftc. Mrs Jaybeem did the calcs on her hand, we drove over to the GZ and parked pretty much next to it.
Took awhile but once I realised there was a hint attached it was a quick find. TFTC
2/3/17. 12:25 PM. Cache #4802.
3rd of 5 finds - Orchard Hills, Caddens, Werrington Downs, Kingswood
Only a couple of weeks ago, I was in this area picking off a couple of the nearby traditionals and I skipped this one being a multi, as I was in a hurry. However, I needn't have, as I did it today and it didn't take all that long. I came here today after getting "Waterside Views?" and quickly got the pole's numbers, followed by a short walk to WP2 for the other counting.
A miscount of benches on one side of the path had led to a GZ at 2.9km away, so thank you for providing a sanity check in the description which got me to recount the benches and correct my cords, which now gave me a very likely GZ. Over I headed, and made a quick find. Off to my next cache after this, "Handsome Homer...Plus Three!". TFTC.

New cache in place. As the area has been denuded of undergrowth I hope it lasts.

I think someone has been a bit over exuberant with a whipper-snipper here, the cache is indeed missing. We couldn't locate the bison but recovered the camo. I will replace it all shortly.
Thanks for reporting the problem Minyakano.
Thanks for reporting the problem Minyakano.
Found all the coordinates fine, then couldn't find the cache itself at the GZ. I did find what I thought was the camo with no cache inside, so I'm requesting a cache check.
I had a bit of time to myself this morning while the geo-widow and her girlfriend we were visiting at Penrith went shopping. This multi was one I I hadn't got to on previous visits to the area, so it seemed to be an ideal target for me today. After collecting the numbers I needed at WP1 and WP2, I took advantage of the availability seating to sit down and work out where I had to go next ... I liked the look of what I came up and so it was quickly back to the car for the short drive to my calculated GZ. Thanks to the hint, no problems there either and the cache was quickly in hand. Thanks for putting this straightforward multi together Mr MR ... I enjoyed it!
Either didn't calculate correctly or the camo is too good for me today. Though the cache trail told me i was close
Found all the info and plotted the course. A short distance and parked near GZ. A quick search and had cache in hand. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
Quick find of numbers. Calculations worked to a likely spot. Good hint. Signed and replaced. Cache all good.Tftc

Returning home from a day at Woodford we decided to make our first visit to Orchard Hills. Very surprising to find development meeting semi-rural fringe. After awaking the troll we made our way to WP2 counted things and made calculations. A bit late in the day so we decided to drive to GZ. Marvelled once again at the development happening around here. Found container where it was expected. Thanks for the tour. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Having gathered the conords for this one from the way points awhile ago a small detour to GZ to make the find today on the way to a trip in the mountains. We parked close to GZ and soon spotted the tell tale sign of a hide and extracted the red bison. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
TFTC Thank you for going to the effort of hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.

Car was due for a service, so it was time to load up the bikes and take a long road through suburbia while waiting. A few more caches had been published since the last service, so I had some purpose to the ride.
Bikerbuddy got the bikes ready while I handed over keys, and off we set on what turned out to be a 45km ride today. This was the first cache of the day.
I actually picked up the cache thinking it was camo, then put it back. After looking everywhere else possible, my brain started working and I realised where the cache was.
Thanks

Out and about in Glenmore Park this afternoon so I thought I needed to test out the fairly new Oregon 650 and learn how to either change co-ordinates or go to a new WPT.
First of I needed to gather the necessary answers which I should got a couple of days ago while finding the traditional here.
Sit on the seat and started to do the sums, just a moment that can't be right, that figure is too high. Had another look and I still think my original count should have been correct, but it's not my cache so run with what makes sense.
Struggled with getting the co-ords into the 650 but made it in the end and off to another area that I have been before.
As normal the container was in the last place that I looked and no sign of the Red-back that was mentioned in a previous log but then I was the second cacher here today as a well known cacher from the LBM's had signed the log before me.
Thanks again Mr MR and YGAT for placing this guy.

At home today we are having a scheduled power outage - something about maintenance / upgrades. So no point staying home.
The Geowife originally had plans but they fell through. She ended up taking Geoson #3 to Miranda and I headed *waaaaaaay* out west to find a whole bag of caches.
In the end I found twelve in the late morning / afternoon sun - at one point the car was saying it was 35 outside - but there were also a few DNFs - I blame the heat.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Not sure why I didn't do this multi when I grabbed the nearby traditional a while ago. I suspect it was just that it was a multi and so too much effort for one smiley. However with more and more of the traditionals already found I do need to grab these when I can.
In fact this was the first of two multis today where I had previously been very close to the first waypoint.
Anyway, got the information at the two waypoints and crunched the numbers - hmmm, that can't be right.
Rechecked a number - I can't count. That answer looks much better.
So, made my way to GZ and started my search. Checked the obvious but the only thing I found was a redback spider (and webs of what could have been a few more).
Kept going around and around. Nothing. Hmmm.
Went for the hint... I've checked that. So I rechecked. And where I'd found the redback - and quickly moved on - was where I found the container - CIH!
I'd missed it as the spider was pretty much ON the container - and my eyes were fixed on the redback.
It had gone since I'd disturbed it, so I carefully moved (checking closely), then grabbed the cache and completed signing duties, then replaced.
Good cache with an ***interesting*** twist at the end.

My third cache for the morning. It was close to 'Caddens Troll' so wandered over to WP1 and quickly identified the required number. From there it was a stroll to WP2 where the various mathematics were computed. Using the local seats I sat and worked out the final coordinates. I then encountered a problem with my GPS unit not accepting the next stage coordinates (need to adjust as I have too many caches loaded - in excess of the rated 10,000 ( a 300Km radius of GC caches from home + NSW geocaching caches).
Plan B engaged where the next stage was added to my smart phone GPS. A walk back to the geo-mobile a short drive to GZ I found the coordinates to be spot on. The red bison was quickly found. Signed log and replaced. tftc

As I came by to pick up Brief Encounter, I had a feeling that I had not logged this one. I worked it out a couple of weeks ago and made the find. I have to disagree with the difficulty rating...I believe that if I can work it out, the rating needs to be halved. (LOL). Same applies to the terrain rating btw, (I'm scared of everything!) out
As for the coordinates being out. Maybe they are a touch out.I found myself only a few metres away, but the clue eventually told me where I needed to be. I wouldn't change anything Mr MR. Remember that all devices have their good and bad moments on any given day. Just last weekend, My phone was more accurate than my Garmin, and that was in a valley in Wentworth Falls. Also remember that I found this without an issue...

As a couple of finders have suggested that the final coordinates might be a bit off, I went there today to check them again. I took the eTrex 30 which I'd originally used to average the coordinates for GZ and found them to be pretty spot-on. So, either there's an issue with my GPSr or there is some intermittent interference in the area.
I will not make any adjustments at this time but will monitor the logs and regularly re-check the coordinates as part of scheduled cache maintenance.

Has been awhile between multis for me, just the rush feeling of a multi again.
Stopped 90 degrees to the pole, walked across to grab the numbers, sat down to plot WP2, then realised the CO had that already for us, just needed to answer the questions.
A jogger passed by as I had GZ plotted and was on foot back to the vehicle.
Drove around to The last WP and walked straight past it as iPhone GPS had me sitting in the car while I stood on the grass in the park some 25m away, hmmm.
Read hint, then oh, better check those items.
Had CIH soon afterwards, what a pleasant multi, thanks Mr MR and YGAT

Out with Team Merlin to find our daily cache to keep our streak going.
As we were in the area we decided to complete the multi cache Caddens Quest.
With coordinates in hand we parked close to WP1 then on foot we walked towards the indicated coordinates were we were able to gather information required. Then onto WP2 for the remaining information. With all details obtained we quickly worked out the final WP of this multi.
With coordinates in hand we returned to the car and followed the given coordinates parking as close as possible. Now on foot we made our way to GZ, First checking the closest possible hide location but coming up empty we slowly kept checking all possible hide locations finally we made a find.
We followed the indicated instructions and discovered that we indeed had the cache.
With the cache in hand we both signed the log and returned the cache container as found.
Both the log and cache container are in good condition. This deserves a favouite point from us.

Out with JJCC on an morning cache run in order to find our daily cache to keep our streak going.
Being in the area with a planned visit to State Records later in the morning, we parked on the side of the road in O'Connell Street a short distance from WP1. Walking over to the seat at WP1 we spotted the information required and made a note. On the short walk to WP2 we spotted the home of the Caddens Troll which we had defeated back in July early this year. Approaching WP2 we spotted all of the elements required for the next few questions and took a seat whilst we gathered the information and proceeded to work out the necessary details in order to extract the coordinates for our third and final WP.
A walk back to the car and we drove over towards GZ, parking just 4 metres away. Not many mobile muggles about today at the time we visited so our search was unhindered. Starting with the nearest and most likely spot we worked our way around...but nothing. Next spot we proceeded to search...but nothing. Moving to the third most likely hide, we continued our search pattern and on the last spot we checked found our bright red destination.
As neither JJCC or teamMerlin had our cache for the day, some could say that it was an emergency that we find a cache for our streak...so following the instructions on the cache container...we opened it . With the log now safely in hand, we both signed our names and replaced everything as found.

#504 in the rain this took longer than it should have. However after finding the details at the first point and gathering the information at the second waypoint able to calculate the Ground Zero. With the rain it was rather muddy. Signed the log and replaced. Thanks for the multi. it was fun to attempt
We did the calculations and drove off for a find about 1.5 kilometres away, as we were assured we would need to do. We got there and went to where the hint makes sense, although we found the coordinates to be 18 metres out if we were in the right spot. We wondered whether the coordinates were out, whether we had made a wrong assumption based on the hint, or whether we had calculated incorrectly. We took a look at our GZ coordinates, but there was nothing there. So we went back to the spot that matched the hint, took a look about, but didn't spot the cache.
I phoned Canary. I got his voice mail. I left a message.
By the time he replied by text we had given up on this and were at another cache. We finished off there and came back. The WaywardWoman found the cache while I was still walking across the road from the car. But now we were at the other end of the location and our coordinates wanted us 20 metres away. I'm not sure if we got them quite right or whether the coordinates are out. Maybe it's our fault, since no one else seems to have mentioned it. Thanks

#3294- This area is familiar to us since we found the other traditional here some time ago. A simple enough calculation and we headed off to an obvious spot. However, based on the clue we were a bit of a distance away. After using a paf and doing another cache, we came back- why didn't I see that before? Thanks

I was at home and I could hear a distant thunder and thought I better get my butt into gear if I want to find a cache today before the rains come. Loaded 2 geodogs and 2 guest dogs into the car and headed off to GZ. With the updated clue I knew exactly where to look (for future finders if you get 2 numbers for K it is the lower number). Let the dogs go for a run first and then the first fat drop of rain hit me so mustered the dogs back into the car and started to search. Got it first go but nearly brushed it aside before I thought I better check some of the camo a bit more closely, good thing I did as it was the cache. SL #2284 on streak day #1214 TFTC
Gathering the clues was easy. I had a gz approximately 1.5km away as described. Nice and easy right?
Gz said otherwise. Without the multi, this hiding spot would earn aD4 at least! I had to resort to a PAF and even then I was surprised at just how well the camouflage blends in.
Maybe consider raising the difficulty rate.
Thanks for the cache.

I had been contemplating increasing the Difficulty rating to 3 but following Noodles’ log I have set it at 3.5 but with a different hint as I do want it found .
Wasn't sure of the number for K as we had two answers so we searched everywhere in between the two coords we had. Too much camo around and got too dark.
After half an hour at the trashed GZ I calculated it's time to go.
I shall return on Friday if it's been found.
