Took us longer than it should have. Just as Mr P had had enough, Mrs P shouted I found it. Woohoo! Very clever hide.
Out today with Happy Feet making our way to Echuca for a day out to catch up and cache. Pulled up and thought this would be yet another head scratcher but surprisingly managed a reasonably quick find. Thanks again Little Squirell for the hide, nice work! Fave point added.
Tried everything I could think of but too clever for me today. With a huge list to be getting on with I had to give up. TFT hunt
A great hide, only three of us here at this one and with each of us trying different things, the log was signed quite quickly. Thank for a great hide.
Yes, we twisted with success so we shouted loudly to the gathering cachers. Thanks for the fun
What a weekend... Aim for this weekend was to hit my 3000th Cache and have an awesome time on the cache crawl. Left early afternoon Friday iwh the muggle wife and headed up to Macedon stopping at a few caches along the way.Checked into our hotel in Macedon and then heading across to Riddell's Creek for the pre crawl dinner. A great crowd and some tasty food then it was back for an early night.Saturday morning I woke to a lot of rain that continued throughout the day, first stop was Sunbury for the 7am meet a few caches in the town and then up the road to Malmsbury for a pie and a coffee, next was onto Bendigo for lunch and a walk around the lake. After that it was on the road again to Colbinabbin for a cup of tea and to celebrate Roaming Howies 18,000 cache. The painted Silo's are amazing... next was a drive up to Echuca to check into the hotel. After a brief rest and a walk along the river we heading to the pub for dinner, followed by a few drinks in the Gin Distillery. In the morning I headed over to NSW to grab a few ad labs before the breakfast meet and then it was back on the road again to Cussen Park in Tatura for the CITO followed by lunch. After lunch it was onto the final stop in Seymour to celebrate the mazing cache crawl and my 3000th cache on my 6th Anniversary of Geocaching. A massive thanks to every who helped organise and support the event, everyone who hid the caches and gave me pointers when I was stuck. What an awesome community we have. 793Km covered and 116 Caches found... not a bad weekend. Thanks for the cache and the hideLog Book has been signed and Returned or answers sent to cache ownerFind #2991
Found during the Great Victoria Cache Crawl event (day 3). Little Squirell, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area. ?? Clever hide. FP here!
We found this cache after attending the 2024 Cache Crawl breakfast in Echuca. So cool!TFTC. Fave point awarded
When we turned up, there was already one car here. When we left it looked more like a used car lot! Tricky hide, had us going for a while and it was a big hooray indeed.
*18 Aug 2024, Found @10:17AM, Find # 3877.*Leaving Echuca for our next stop of the cache crawl weekend and couldnt resist stopping here. Two other teams were already here and in no time at all a quick find was made. Another creative cache. **Thanks to Little Squirell for placing this cache.**

The cache crawl was on and this year apart from the Friday night dinner which I couldn't make it to I will be doing the whole crawl. Today on the return trip the weather was much better and it was much more enjoyable not needing the raincoat all the time.So many cars turned up here just after we parked that there was no way were not finding this one and in a couple of minutes that was the case. Thanks Little Squirell for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
Had a shot at this one last year but had no luck. This year with no shoes as a distraction we found the log Tftc
Found by The Empire + HAfter a cozy winter holiday in Echuca, we set off for Melbourne, with a detour planned to savour the famous vanilla slice at North End Bakery in Shepparton. The journey began with a gentle mist rising from the Murray River, casting a serene veil over the historic paddle steamers docked along the banks.Leaving Echuca, the road stretched out before us, bordered by fields that still glistened with morning dew. The countryside, though muted by winter's touch, exuded a quiet charm. As we drove, the landscape gradually shifted from the riverside beauty of Echuca to the pastoral scenes typical of Victoria's interior. We came past this cache to have another look and made the find pretty quickly - probably because we'd looked everywhere else yesterday! Favourite point added, love it. Thanks for the cache Little Squirell.-M
Unfortunately, we ran out of time and had to head home. Thanks, Little Squirrel, for the interesting local history.
We let out a collective groan as we parked, but that soon dissipated. Another cache that had us puzzled for a while until we looked more closely. Well done again. Beautifully manufactured.A favourite for the beautifully crafted cache. Our last day in Echuca before moving on, but what a good one it was. Some of the best caching we have done in a long time. Some really innovative, intriguing and creative hides that took us some time, but well worth it. Thank you so much to the creators/hiders.A challenging but well spent day.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Little Squirell.**SKI Pair****
During our mini-break in Echuca, we decided to explore some geocaches in the area, adding a thrilling dimension to our trip. Overall, it was a great cache find, and we appreciated the adventure it offered. Thank you for the experience!
Second blue emoji today, I know it was right in front of my eyes, but didnt got lucky
Thankfully we are leaving with a smiley face after visiting twice on Tuesday and coming away empty. Very tricky but well thought out. Thanks to TYBKFullofadventure for your MAC (message another cacher). SL TFTC
So well crafted and accordingly impressive. First time away for awhile - back in Echuca and this time the Riverboat Festival with a few star attractions is the main lure. BUT as my dear mum would say, always make time for some casheering so here I am and hip hip hooray. Headed over here on trusty treadles and by not too much ado located the truly fab prize.
Twist and shout..... my shout wasn't very loud, but I did twist with Glee after discovering this cache..
We decided on a quick day trip to echuca .....just because. While here we decided to target a few caches with high F.P's this was the first. It didn't take to long to find this well made cache and we'll be adding to the favourites.TFTC.
This was a very sneaky hide. Great construction. We hope it doesnt get muggled again. Thank you Little Squirell for placing and maintaining "Old Road" Number 2 for us to find today.
So frustrated we couldnt find this but the heat of the day was too much to be out for too long. Next time we are back we will keep looking
All fixed and ready to be found. We hope that it doesn't disappear again. Have fun!!!

Sadly the cache is not there. We feel that someone has taken it. Mr Little Squirell will replace it as soon as he can.Sorry to disappoint all of you.Little Squirell
We stopped at this one, saw a broken attachment, looked at logs, saw dnfs and decided to move on as there are lots of caches to discover here
I think we found this today but the cashe was missing I have messaged little squirrel to confirm
Old fence and water wheel kept thus cache hidden. Glad someone commented it was not in the shoes!!!
Sebbowem 123 and us looked for a while no joy sadly. Tyftc

No luck today as it was getting cold and dark but will head back tomorrow to try again
I was very close from finding the cache from the beginning. A PAF helped but I probably would have found it myself, just time was pressing as had to get to Shepparton for a CITO. We loved the location and the cache was ingenious.
Found earlier today after finding the other caches by this owner. Thanks for the adventures.
Oh boy took me awhile to find it
Crank1 found it well done
Yeah sneaky hide
Well done to CO and clever too
Thank you so much

Back again this morning for another look, this time armed with some more information received in a text msg from a PAF that must have this cache in their watchlist.
This time we knew where to look and now know why we couldn't find it yesterday; both our GPS' and mapview had the cache at the other end of the gate. A very sneaky hide but to be honest I don't think the hint is much help until after the cache is found, others may disagree. Thx Little Squirrel for the hide and interesting cache notes.

Bouyed by our success at Village Gate a few minutes ago this one was our next stop. But it didn't take long for our hearts to sink and with much frustration, reading past logs and lengthy searching this one eluded us today. Maybe in 5 years time we may have better luck. Thx anyway.
This one had a stump for a little while thank you very much for the cache Little squirrel I have liked your hides have been very well thought of
Find #2786 for me. Found at 8:15am with my dog Bonnie while visiting the area from Bendigo. The hint sounded hopeful until I arrived at GZ to discover just how many objects the hint could potentially described... So I set to work, testing the twistability of anything remotely round or hexagonal, but to no avail. There was a broken screw close by and for a brief moment I had a sinking feeling it might be the cache that had come to a nasty end, but then I checked the latest logs and saw it had been found less than a week ago, so dismissed that thought and persevered. After about 15 minutes I finally spotted it and knew it would be what I was seeking before I even touched it. Very nicely hidden and worth a FP from me! Thanks for the clever hide and yet another fantastic cache Little Squirell!
Found with dalerious on a "take the girls for a drive" Sunday. The girls by the way are our working dog's, Peggy and Rosy. dalerious has enough on his hands with just his number one girl (me),without adding more non furry girls to his list [:o)].
We loaded them in the car and headed to Echuca for a relaxing couple of caches and getting the girls used to the social scene. Woof, woof, sniff, sniff .
This little beauty was found on our way home. Love the camo and I was very excited by the quick find here as you could see very quickly that this kind of hide could be tricky to locate.
Another Little Squirell wonder. Love your hides guys .

I am so glad I was here with catnap777.
She saved us both a lot of heartache by finding this devious hide much sooner than I would have, if at all. A DNF here could have been "sole" destroying. [xx(]
See what I done there?
TFTC my friends. Another very fine hide well worthy of being called a Little Squirell cache and I can't believe it had been sitting there so long before we discovered it.
"Foot"note... No shoes, orphaned or otherwise, were harmed in the retrieval of this cache. [^]

Last morning around Echuca. Thought we would tackle the TTT v2 series.
Then we collected a few odd caches on the way home.
Sure I had been here before, but I suspect we must have DNFed it as we had no idea where to start.
BB eventually located the sneaky container.
Glad we didn't have to look in all the pairs of shoes!
Thanks, Robmc.

#18265. We are making our way home today after a couple of nights in Echuca. Will be pleased to escape the gale force wind - I am not used to it. We started with the replacement TTT caches and did only a few others on the way out of town and a couple near Yarrawonga.
We had been here once before but not sure which year exactly. Was about to give up for the second time when suddenly I spied what we needed and retrieved the cache, to Rob's surprise. Very pleased to get a smilie for this sneaky hide today. Favourite point.
Thanks Little Squirell

Well i spent ages looking for this one and scratching my head, came up empty handed. But i will be back to Echuca one day to get it for sure.
Numurkah to Echuca camping at the Rotary grounds alongside of the Campaspe River. A great spot only a couple of caravans here.
Today we headed back into NSW attended the markets & just a coupl eof caches.
This afternoon we followed TTT trail along the back roads.
Such a peaceful location we decided tostay another day & just cache around the local area.
This cache certainly deserves its D rating, a really tricky hide.
Thankyou Little Squirell for placing this cache.
Tftc little squirrel, took a while before we found this excellent hide

Tricky. Got down low. Twisted but no shouting. Took a second look after meeting the CO to locate this little bewdie. Such an out of sight cache.
This was first on our list this morning but despite reading the hints and the logs we were unable to locate the cache. Not to worry we thought, we will come back on our way home with fresh eyes.
Fast forward a cache or 2, where we happened to have met the CO, and a one word hint was offered. This was enough for us to renew our search and claim the prize!
Thanks Little Squirell, a small but tricky cache.

Not without a little tip did we find the twist that made us shout. Thanks LS. You’ve made this caching trip with snips & Co so much more enjoyable cos of your clever caches.
Thanks for the cache find!! After looking around lots, we were on the edge to the decision of hopping back in the car and travelling onwards when we decided to read the previous logs and had another look then BINGO!! Great little sneaky cache!! Without giving too much away we suggest looking up does not help. TFTC
Another tricky hide by the CO, we scratched around at GZ for wheely long time before the penny dropped, and the cache was in hand, TFTC Little Squirell
We searched for quite awhile here without any luck until we spied it on the ground. After signing the logbook we found where it belonged and made sure it was more secure this time.
Cheers for another well thought out cache hide Little Squirell.

So many options for a cache. Finally a call form Mrs Snorka that she had found something NQR ad after a little effort this sneaky little hide finally was i hand. May thanks Little Squirell for a great hide.
A day of geocaching in Echuca brought me to this tricky little hide. I had a quick glance where the gps was pointing me. No obvious cache to be seen. I sat back in the car and read a few previous logs. A couple in particular were very helpful so I went back and looked from a different angle. A bit of a feel and that aha moment - this doesn't feel quite right. Followed the hints instructions and my name was soon on the log book. A favourite from me for ingenuity. TFTC
On a morning trip to Echuca for our first Adventure Lab.
With that task completed had time for a few caches before heading back home
This one took us awhile to find but persistance eventually prevailed on our second go
Thanks Little Squirell for the great hide. A FP from us today [^] [^] [^]
Time to hit the frog and toad for home with a slight detour for a landmark??
Woof Woof Richard [:o)]

Found today while out on the deadly treadly (pushbike)cache was out in open, signed log book and returned to where I believe cache was ment to be. Will message owner. This is find #44. I enjoy these creative caches.
Very very sneaky cache! Little squirrel definitely puts in the work on these! Thanks for an awesome hide
