A cool and fun day of caching around the Central Tablelands. This cache was a straightforward find in the obvious location. Container and log in good condition. Thanks!
Long weekend trip to Bathurst. Barb2e and I are collecting caches in smaller towns on the way. Another one that barb2e had found on a previous trip. Sometimes I wish these churches would be open so you can have a look inside. TFTC *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
A caching trip from Canberra, ACT to Cape York, Qld and the around the gulf to East Arnhem Land, NT. TFTC. Nice quick stop at this little town.
Reperio 17:39Day 5 of our Capital GeoBash mega event trip to Canberra with Miss Vitruvius, and today it was time to head home, but not before finding plenty of caches. We decided to line up the caches around the Sutton area, which had plenty of high DT caches, and plenty of easier ones as well. This one was one of the nicer easier drive by finds today.Gratias Joshwa27As a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV

Took me a while because I was looking in all the wrong spots. Really nasty spiky plant at GZ that latches on to your hand. TFTC
A charming little walk from the camp ground for the children. They were very excited to find the Skippy TB. We thought Skippy had pondered long enough, so we picked him up.
Nice structure to look at and photograph. Skippy TB decided to stay for some soul searching until next moved on.
A quick find after bashing through the spiky weeds. Thanks for the cache Joshwa27

#7208 Last day of our "Dayboro Plan B" trip. mtrax & myself, having decided to ditch the mega came up with a last minute re-route using some of the accommodation we'd already booked and find some interesting caches. To this end we were very selective and only chose caches with sufficient FPs along the route. Today we are heading home, leaving Bathurst and heading down south via the AL on Mt Panaorama. Warm clear conditions again today, unlike north of the border
There were some nettles as guardians here.
Thanks Joshwa27

Driving the back-roads to Canberra today, we managed a mixed bag of 46, including 15 labs and 8 GA goodies. Great scenery and some historic locations down here, its worth the drive.
Container quite exposed, covered with some stone, and stung by a thistle... TFTC!

Today I travelled with a group of friends from ACT as Capital Crunchers to see how many smilies we could gather along TRLT as we headed to Bathurst. It was a glorious sunny, warm winter's day and we had a ball finding many of the caches. Some were not found and now have a temporary cache until the CO has time to check. Apologies for the generic logs but so many to log. TFTC SL as Capital Crunchers.
With COVID19 locking everyone down for so long, a MUCH overdue geocaching mission was welcomed. FurfacesLL #1 and myself decided to head towards Bathurst and attack some of the TRLT caches and see how far we can go. Spoke to a few of the CO's prior to heading up to see if we could assist with any maintenance that was required, so we went prepared with some camo containers and some fresh log books. We had a wonderful weekend stretching the legs and enjoying the country side.
A lovely old church to view whilst collecting this cache
Thanks for the hide Joshwa27 And thanks to the FFLL ladies for another fun weekend out and about the TRLT trails and others

With the COVID19 restrictions lifting, we decided to head to the Bathurst area this long weekend on a Geomission with Rapidlywild.
We hit the road early and resisted the urge to stop along way. We decided to attack the TRLT trail and others around the area. We had a great four days, only a few DNF’s but mostly smiley's, and have left plenty for another adventure.
Lovely area to cache in and we look forward to coming back for some more fun and laughs.

We based ourselves in quaint Neville and while doing some of the TRLT caches we were able to get some variety by getting caches outside the series including yours. The countryside is looking awesome and we enjoyed the rural location, wonderful views and history. Thanks to Joshwa27 for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Another if day out caching. Today it's all about getting home. Long drive from Orange to Shellharbour with lots of caches on the way. Was getting sunny and warm quickly, but otherwise good caching weather.

Travelling from Goulburn to Bathurst and stopping for caches along the way. Many thanks to all the COs for placing the caches and showing us around your region.
Today we are travelling from Goulburn to Bathurst and doing the caches along the way. The weather was fine and windy, however we hit the road running. Found various caches of various types and sizes. Due to the number we found, I have done a genereic log. Thank you. TFTC.
Found by Mary and David at 1020. Beautiful old building that still seems to be in use. Looks like local stone, too. Our thanks to Joshwa27.

A quick find after a short walk from the camping ground. No mobile signal in Tuena so limited info available via app. In this case we didn’t need the benefit of previous logs. Cache in good condition. Left some beads but not of the religious kind. Tftc Joshwa27
We found the cache and then decided that this was such a pretty spot that we would take a panoramic shot for our website. We have a carousel of panoramas with a reading theme, since we review books on our website. That's why Toriaz can be seen with a book at the church door. Thanks for showing us.
My seventh cache of Day One of our Overnight Road Trip to Tuena!

We are always happy to be able to tick off some more caches by Joshwa27 that are on our "to do" list. The ones here at Tuena were not difficult to find and many thanks go to the CO for placing so many caches around the country which encourages us to go caching and exploring.
Easy find. The lizard didn't like us disturbing him getting his sun rays. TFTC
Found while on a camping weekend at Abercrombie Caves. Must have been a very religious or a very dodgy little town to need 3 churches! Nice quick find. TFTC
Last minute drive in the country with fitzy_1965 and DK had us heading out to Blayney and back. Such a glorious day to be out in the fresh air and doing a bit of caching whilst we were at it.
Was able to drive right up to the cache making for a quick find today.

Our sole find today in Tuena. Walked up from the nearby camp ground. In town for the arvo for some metal detecting for gold in the creek. Had better luck with this cache than for gold or the other local caches!

TFTC Thank you for going to the effort of hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
Nothing beats a "road trip". My find count had been suffering from the "rest of life" getting in the way of caching so along with Steeba and Hoojar a plan was hatched to go "beyond the Great Divide". The 2nd half of the TRLT looked to be the obvious solution. Under perfect skies and with gps loaded we hit the dirt roads.
Caching on our first night had us grabbing a few more Goulburn caches then Crookwell, Tuena and then finishing up at Abercrombie River. Thanks to the CO’s of the caches we found along the way. Apologises for the template style log but with 300 finds for the weekend each container begins to look the same.

After much deliberation and comparing of diaries, The Rats, Steeba and I eventually found a weekend that we could all commit to completing the lower (Southern) half of 'The Road Less Traveled' Series, along with some caching in Bathurst (which was actually the scene of our first combined geocaching trip nine years ago!). A last minute trip overseas for me cropped up; but I arranged it so that I could fly home just in time to not miss out on this caching extravaganza.
Friday night we headed to Abercrombie River via Goulburn (from Wollongong), and camped at the campsite there. Saturday saw us drive the lower (Southern) half of 'The Road Less Traveled' Series, ending up in Bathurst right on dinner time. We then found some local caches before staying at a friend's house for the night. On Sunday we headed back out to Oberon for some more caches and then did a couple of loops around Bathurst. We had originally planned to stay Sunday night, but once we clicked over 300 finds for the weekend the inspiration started to wane, and we all agreed to turn our heads for home.
Our last find of the evening.
Cheers

The Rats, Hoojar and myself made for the wider Bathurst area for a weekend finding some of TRLT series of caches.
The whole area was quite green and recent rains had meant the grass had exploded everywhere and was 3 or 4 foot high around many of the caches.
Not only did we find plenty of TRLT, there were many 'History of' caches found amongst others. Thanks to all the hiders. TFTC!

On a quiet weekend I decided go for a drive in the country. I mostly spent the day driving from Goulburn to Blayney. I managed to see many great spots along the way before spending the night at Blayney. On Monday I headed home with only a few cache stops along the way.
Thanks.

#4705 - 11:15; Off on another day run with Sol de lune. This time we are headed to Blayney via Goulburn and Crookwell and many small towns in between. A few more in the 'History of.....' series are on the radar, along with any other caches along our planned route. We had now reached Tuena and after gathering the required information for the local multi, had to abandon the hunt for that one until the return trip due to muggles and head on to this one. Found ourselves in a familiar type of location and made another quick find. TFTC Joshwa27
