I hate it when all the logs say its a quick and easy find but unable to find.
Muggled for a second time. Unfortunately this location becomes too public if the cache isn't returned properly. No real alternative for a regular size, so it's time for this one to go.
Sorry to any TB owners that have lost theirs due to this cache.

Found with mum and Miss 2 on the way home from the beach. Dropped off 2 trackable and picked up 2 more

Happy to find this cache because have been wanting to visit this for AGES! Finally got the chance to visit it this weekend. Traded a TB. TFTC!
Down from Northland, visiting the South Island on a 7 day caching and sight seeing trip. The main object was to find the last four CANZ caches, finish off my D/T grid, fill as many spaces as possible in my Jasmer grid and then concentrate on special types, solved puzzles, completed challenges and those with good numbers of favourite points, plus maybe a few extras that were close to any of our stopping points.
The trip started off on a good note, with our rental cache mobile being little more than a week old and only 109 kms on the clock. It certainly had a few more by the time we returned it..!
Day three today and heading northward from Kaikoura. Made it to Blenheim around lunch time and then carried on to here for this special cache type. Once at GZ, the cache was soon located beside the crystal clear stream. Was surprised at how many TBs were inside, so hoped I wasn't going to get muggled while I recorded the numbers to discover them. In the end, I grabbed some to take on further travels. TFTC

Saw this one on the map and knew it was one we just had to get as I had a bundle of tb's to drop off. Cache was an easy find and I took the same amount of tb's as I dropped off. tftc
Found all good here...what beautiful clear water in the stream...wish all rivers and streams were like this..thanks GH6710 for the nice placement ...wow thats a lot of TBs ha ha
Wow what a lot of TBs! We were at the 4 Square yesterday picking up essentials before heading to our park over spot. Google maps took us the long way round!! Glad we could return today to find this cache. Thanks for the placement GH6710.
Welcome back to this one, called in this morning to grab 3 and drop lots. I pulled up some decent camo as the can was exposed at GZ.
On our way to Nelson we stopped by Four Square and found the big box.

**This was 1 of 12 caches that was found by me on the 10th of 19 days in New Zealand.**
**Which also was the 63rd of 75 days that my travels thru southeast Asia and Oceania would last.**
I did at least buy an ice cream in the store before I continued towards Picton and the ferry crossing over to the north Island. Maybe I also bought something else that I could eat before the departure. But that is nothing that my memory can say for sure.
*During 19 days I traveled from Christchurch to Auckland in an SUV, that i also slept in during most of the nights. 5.956 km of driving did it take to visit the 351 caches that I have marked as found in c:geo.*
*Earthcaches was my main focus during the stay. And I manage to visit 106 of them. So New Zealand is right now the only country where earthcaches are my most found cache type .*

A quick and easy find. Smells like something dead nearby. Also found the cache open to the weather and some TB's scattered about the place. Maybe there is a less public place for this especially with all the TB's in there. Thanks
A weekend away, first this month!! Time to cache around a bit and then head home.
Thanks to the CO's for placing and maintaining these caches. Cheers.

Visited the Trading Point yesterday to leave a couple of TB’s. Lid off the container so a bit damp inside. Took out rubbish, leaves and plastic bags, reattached lid and put back in hide hole. Noted that a wintering hedgehog is also sharing the site, he is real and prickly. Also noted that the published list of TB’s is out of date. There were only 9 taravellers there when we visited.
Our week in Blenheim is over, so we stopped here to show Miss 3Prettys what an ammo can looks like and also to drop and pick up some TBs. We enjoyed the search for the cache, signed and stamped the logs, and left 3 trackables we've had with us since Easter. We've taken more to the North Island with us, to tour the wilds of the Wairarapa.
Thank you for the cache and the TB hotel!

I'ive started my beautiful trip of the South Island in Christchurch, I've visited many beautiful locations. I've travelled via Lake Tapeko, from Dunedin to the most southern part of Bluff. I've then continued with a cruise in Milford Sound and then back to Queenstown.
From there on I've visited Wanaka and the Haast pass to the Franz Josef glacier. I went all the way up to the Abel Tasman NP. Richmond und Nelson as the sonnierst cities were on my list as well.
I've soon reached the east coast in Picton and Blenheim.
After a couple of days, I've then travelled back to Christchurch via Kaikoura.
I've spent a couple of days in Christchurch and it's surroundings.
I've visited many geological sites and have found many caches along the way.
I've travelled 3500km and have experienced so much.
Thank you to all the owners

This one obviously hasn’t seen a visitor for a while so picked up the traveller to take him on a ride on our Geocaching world trip
I took my youngest son up to Wellington in the camper van. I dropped him off at his friend's house where he will stay. Meanwhile I get to geocache and be on standby.
After staying at Greytown and spending another day in the Wairarapa, it was time to head to The Hutt area.
Son number two got dropped off at the airport. Hubby got picked up.
I needed to get the Camper's clutch checked out at Miro Auto Repairs. Once we got the all clear it was time to continue our adventure. We stayed in Paraparaumu last night.
Time to head home to Christchurch. First on the agenda was a walk before lunch.
Next was a swim at TiTahi Bay. Then a ferry ride, then buy provisions at the four square. Then stay the night at Spring Grove. Dropped two tbs and took the ones on the box.

VikingNav and I are enjoying our visit to New Zealand. We have been on the North Island exploring since January 7th. We have driven many kilometers, and still have many more to go as we took the ferry to Picton today to start exploring the South Island for a few weeks. We have loved finding this great cache during our adventure. Our target caches have been virtuals, earthcaches, letterboxes, and traditionals. We appreciate all the cache owners for the time and effort put in to giving us the joy of the hunt. Answers have been sent to all virtual and earthcache questions for both VikingNav and myself. If pictures are required, they are posted. All traditional, letterbox, or puzzle logs have been signed. Cheers! >^..^
After taking the morning ferry over from Wellington, we are on the way to Nelson for a few nights. Along the way we are stopping to break up the drive and find a few caches. Lots of trackables in the cache waiting to be moved on. We already have to many with us, so discovered most and only took 2. TFTC
We were on our annual family reunion/holiday to Momirangi Bay for 10days and Mum and I took a day to head into Blenheim to go geocaching. My purple pen had gone walkabouts at camp which I was abit miffed about (but everyone was looking for it before we left, so I couldnt be too upset) The day started off hot and muggy and got up to 27° but then turned into rain late afternoon so we called it a day and headed back to camp only for it to alot get worse. A great day with 22 finds and when we arrived back at camp my 7yr old niece had brought me a new purple pen.
A revisit here to discover all the listed TBs (of which all the listed one were actually present). I didnt expect to find so many actually here. 7TBs plus a logging stamp to discover. Thanks again

Bit of a scramble but soon had the cache in hand. Grabbed some TBs to take back to the North island but left a lot behind to travel further south. TFTC
I'm from Norway, escaping the cold winter and travelling around New Zealand for 7 weeks, using geocaching as my tourguide. Today I drove from Picton to Christchurch. It was a very interesting drive, as the road had just opened after last years earthquake, I could still see all the damages from the earthquake. I could actually see that some of the rocks in the sea had been lifted up, and I could see mountainsides that had just fallen down. It's just luck that nobody died.
About this cache:
It's always nice to find letterboxes, so I decided to stop for this one. A quick and easy find, so easy that it is strange that it hasn't been muggled. Picked up a TB that I'm taking south. Tftc

The little green jeep has been dropped off at the top of the South Island in New Zealand. There appears to be some confusion as to where this little fellow has been. We picked him up in Queensland , Australia......hopefully he finds his own way from here on.
I've had my eye on visiting this cache for a while now, so when the need to head over to Blenheim for work today came up, this one was on my mental 'must-do' list.
Obviously, it's a busy wee place at any time, but more so with a encampment of workmen in situ as they do their thing on the road here.
So, I took an innocuous walk (I hope) around the Four Square and approached form the Rapaura Road side.
Spotted a wee geo-trail towards the GZ and having checked I was not being watched, dived in for a retrieval.
No TBs to drop off I'm afraid, but I grabbed one and paid my regards to the other.
Thanks

Time to sort out the TBs in this cache and move some along. Picked up all in the cache to check, and dropped off 6 new ones.
Cache #3 on our drive from Blenheim to the Picton ferry terminal this morning. Miss 9 found this one. We have never seen so many trackables in one cache before! Chose 3 to move on to the North Island with us. Tftc
Out with Red Roaming as we tour the globe, especially New Zealand, celebrating my 1/2 retirement (Unfortunately I have to go back doing 2 days per week). Log signed with our full names or DD & RR. on our way from Nelson to Picton today. this one was on our way. MTFTC
Cache easily found with its hoard of trackables - we discovered most of them leaving them in situ, but I took 2 and left 2. Lovely stamp too which we took a copy each, and I stamped the log book with my caching stamp as well as wrote our names. Many thanks
Travelling around the world with Dartmoor Deliverer to help her celebrate taking early retirement!
NB Dont forget our Devon UK Mega 2017 GC6JZNY this August in the beautiful East Devon area of our county. UK Megas are over one week full of events and geocaching - a wonderful way to enjoy our county!

I came here this morning to make the quick find, picking up a couple of TBs to take with me on my journeys. A neat spot for this LB! TFTC
We had thought that driving all day with only a few stops would be boring, but it wasn't. We found some nice caches while making our way from Hanmer Springs to Picton, and the landscapes were absolutely stunning. The high mountains and the wide valleys, the rivers and the changing skies, sometimes cloudy sometimes blue. The light has a different quality here, it was like seeing everything in 3D.
Great cache! We spotted the object of the hint immediately and headed straight down to the cache. It was nice to see one of those good old ammo-cans full of trackables and swaps. Took two, left two and a favourite point. TFTC!

A quick visit to drop off our haul of TBs collected on our South Island lap.
Dropped by today on the way to Picton to drop off some travelers from Christmas. 5 added to the 3 already present
Happy travels all

Quick find this morning with eltee291! Awesome tb hotel, very nicely set up and in a great spot too! Signed the log and replaced as found. Dropped off 3 travel bugs to move along. Visiting from Victoria, BC, Canada! Thanks for the cache! A favorite!
Quickly found today with hingis20. Nice to find a stocked TB hotel. Retrieved 3 TBS and dropped off 3. In NZ from Victoria, BC, Canada visiting family in Blenheim for a while and geocaching. TFTC
Had hoped to find a TB or two but that was not the case today. Still it was about the easiest find we have had on our trip so far tftc
A quick find. Most of the ammo cans that I have found are old and rusted so it was nice to find out what they look like new. Took several TB's and had one to put in but somehow I can't find it along with my geocaching kit. It will turn up when the car gets emptied at the endof the holiday
Wow! an ammo can! Between Radionut50 and Butterfly_Lady we own several ammo can caches, but they are pretty rare these days. Well done!
This is home-town of Radionut50, way way back in history - before this new 4 square was built - in fact the 4 square was the shop across the railway then, this was an IGA, and the old building here was much further forward against the road.
A great spot for a hide, and great to see a TB exchange. We did not bring any with us from Hamilton on this trip, but picked up a bunny for a trip to the North Island.

Dropped off a bug and picked one up...thanks Capperz...big effort made to pick up that haul of bugs.
Dropped by whilst 'near' by to deliver some TBs/GCs brought back from overseas
A healthy 8 additions to the cache, none others in residence

Jojo and I on the way to Picton for a few caches and thought we would pop in for this one. Nice hide. Always like the ammo boxes. TFTC.
After checking-in at the Holiday Park nearby we decided to fit in a few more caches while it was still light enough. We made the approach to GZ harder than it needed to be but made a beeline straight for the cache so it was a nice quick find. I really liked the dual container and thought it was goona be a side each for geocache and letterbox - but sadly that wasnt the case . We didnt see any trackables in here tonight. Thanks for the cache
Surprisingly this took us ages to find. So many places I could be hidden. Eventually found, nice container & thanks for the placement
Keewee's GPS put us a long way away at first but it soon settled down and we managed to locate the right place. I had a good tug on the wrong thing first after getting closer to the water than what Keewee was comfortable with. He quickly located the correct item and the cache was soon in hand. I grabbed the TB to move on to a new cache in the North Island. This was our final find in the South Island for this trip.
TFTC - worth a favourite point from me.

Had an interesting day cleaning up unfound caches in the Picton and Port Underwood areas, there were some extremely good ones. This was the first of the day, a very quick find. Signed log, TFTC
TB drop off and cache check. Help yourself to some spare log bags from the cache. Please remember to add a little natural cover when you return the cache. Cheers
Stopped to buy some food and drink and then remembered there was a cache here to find. Good to find such a generous sized container, thanks!
TFTC. The biggest cache we've seen. A lovely find. 2 trackables there which we left as don't feel we could help them on their journeys.
On the way from Nelson to somewhere on the East Coast I broke my trip by doing some sightseeing along the way and also find some caches. Most of the time it coincided as caches had often been placed near interesting locations anyway but sometimes I also just stopped for a cache (when I thought it was about time to find another one)...
It is alway nice to combine travelling and geocaching as I have often found really cool spots I would have otherwise missed out on.
Oh, great! A letterbox! it is always nice to do other caches than the abundant traditionals (although technically, this one wasn't really different)... Nice big box - also great for a change! I will also place a box similar to this in the near future.
Well, easy find, stamped my trackable stamp into the log book and picked up a few trackables...
**TFTC** says *kinderarzt* from Germany!

Out caching for the weekend with mum. She had hired a 4wd for us to be able to attempt getting some caches which we may not be able to otherwise! So we did a quick two day weekend trip to see what and how many we could find.
On day two, we decided to finish clearing out some more caches towards molesworth way, with a stop in Blenheim central to get some of those caches that would be easiest first thing on a Sunday morning with noone around! Then went back down towards Molesworth as it had been getting late yesterday so we skipped a few!
Didn't do that huge a weekend, but had fun, and still got sleep too!
Thanks for all the hides on the way

TFTC!!
Girls weekend with daughter! Last year we decided to head out to Molesworth with a suitable vehicle, and now was a good time for it. Sunday was nice, hot, and sunny. We started caching past Hanmer Springs and wanted to see where we get to, aiming mainly for drive-by's with a few shorter lookout walks in the mix. As we ended up in Blenheim for the night, we found a few there, before heading back into Awatere, and then down south. Great time in an amazing area, thanks to all the CO's for their caches to keep us entertained along the way!!!
After some planning Shannonp1 and I got sorted for a mission into areas we hadn't been. Up to Hanmer through the Molesworth to Blenheim, down the Wairau valley to St Arnaud down the Shannandoa to Murchison and then home via the Lewis. 209 caches for the weekend and a pretty high success rate. Thanks to all the cache owners especially Bum and Worker and sorry for the cut and paste. Awesome Big Cache.
So a few weeks in the planning phase, me and Surveybase finally got out and about for a mission. Through Hanmer, up the Molesworth to Blenheim, across through St Arnaud, Murchison and then home. 209 caches for the weekend and a pretty high success rate. Thanks to all the cache owners and sorry for the cut and paste. Cheers.
