Thanks GeoHaffs.Another fav from me!Im going to consider myself lucky here.I knew, from past logs that I would just have to rely on my geo-senses GZ revealed itself quickly enough, and it was only while trying to access the cache on way, that the proper solution presented itself. Phew! This could have been a doozy!TFTH!
I am so happy that I finally have a smile for this cache! All year I have been trying to get it, I lost track how many times I have attempted this cache. But after messaging another geocacher helped me narrow down the cache which had been under my nose the whole time. Now that I found it other peoples logs makes sense. You can see why its a higher favourited cache (by the way, heres another favourite point ) Its been a little hard with muggles about being school holidays and in the after noon after whole bunch of rain but the water looks great with all the sail boats. Heres some wattle I took while waiting for muggles to pass. TFTC
I dont know what I am doing wrong with this one. I read logs, lost track of times I have come here! I think some times I didnt DNF. I feel like its under my nose. Hint anyone?
Unfortunately after looking for this cache on the way there and back from our walk we were unable to locate it. Its either been muggled, damaged from recent weather events, the coordinates are way off or its just a really well hidden cache
Frustrating that I couldnt find after my 3rd shot at this cache. Seems that Green Point reserve isnt a great place for me. I have struggled with a few caches in the area but I have gotten easier ones too. Have to come back again for a 4th shot at the cache another time.
I actually zeroed in on the cache straight away. Extracting it took a couple more minutes to figure out.Very very clever. Very deserving of a FP for the effort.Thankyou for placing and maintaining the cache series and allowing me to discover a new area.TFTCGeneric overly-detailed summation of the day:Weather report: sunny and clear, not really any windCaching conditions: muggles all preoccupied with Anzac day, GPS satellites talking nicely to my phoneSnack situation: poor - Anzac day meant lots of places were closed so I settled for some hummus and cheese and biscuits for lunch. Despite being hungry I did not eat my apples. Maybe tomorrow?Public toilet status: Plenty of toilets all throughout my cachescapades today. The worst toilet was at a BP, it was probably the dirtiest toilet I have ever seen, and I've travelled in some weird places. Best toilet was at Summerland point park.Munzee distractions: loads. Probably found the most munzees that I have in a while, but was surprised that there were some places without any munzees at all.Weirdos encountered: 4 drunks stumbling along the footpath as I walked up the street to grab dinner.("`-''-/").___..--''"`-._ `6_ 6 ) `-. Really awesome construction. Reading through previous logs helped me narrow it down. Beautiful morning along the lake shore. TFTC
Omg-what an awesome cache! So clever and creative -and in an amazing location as well. Well worth all the fave points!! Loved finding this one.
An absolutely amazing cache! We loved this! Super creative!Other logs helped to find!Favourite point from us!
this container is crazy!! had osoosooso and i stumped for a while, we were at gz, doing EVERYTHING to this cache container, until we realised. *insert pikachu face image here*
SLElliot and I searched for the cache for least 15 minutes or maybe even more. We think we got closer with the GZ but we think it might be one of the caches we might have to get another time. Visited area with TB Swiss Duck and Ruby Richies
A nice evening walk watching the sunset and jumping fish! Found it with TB Danny the Dog. Very creative! TFTC.
So good!! Had a suspicion where it could be but took a while to figure it out TFTC
Out for a rest day today while on deployment for the Watagans NP fire. Thought Id go out and do some caching and to have a look around the area. I saw this one, as well as the favourite points, and added it to the list. After a bit of a search and thinking yes..? No..? Surely not. There it was. A little stealth was required due to the muggles and a council worker doing some whipper snipping up the track a little. I retrieved the cache signed the log and returned in a flash. This one deserves a favourite point. Thank you!
A really tricky hide! We thought it was suspicious but didnt have enough strength until someone kind helped us! A fantastic hide TFTC
This is one of the coolest catches I've found so far like others have said look for something unusual. Also really enjoyed the walk along the way as well
Day 7. A last minute plan had been hatched to make my way to QOGM. Very little planning had been done but a very rough outline was in place and it was going to be a day by day trip.
OZHockeyChick had flown in for 3 days of caching around Sydney and Newcastle and today was all about finally getting Frying Pan, and collecting some other targets.
I can see why this one has so many favourites and well deserved. We spotted something odd and after some investigation we found the clever hiding spot. Add another favourite from me!
Thanks GeoHaffs for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

A quick trip to Sydney to meet up with RoamingHowie who was en route to QOGM.
Day Two: Main target: Frying Pan. Lots of other caches & AdLabs along the way.
The sheer number of favourite points piqued our interest as we walked to this cache. Upon arrival, we waited until muggles had passed before beginning our search. We first inspected some usual items, before I noticed something you’d not normally find in a location like this. RH had a closer inspection and soon had the cache in hand.
Another favourite point heading your way.
Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, GeoHaffs

Wandering thru the wildlife reserve on a sunny day Disappointing that dog owners choose to ignore the Dogs Prohibited signs Lots of birds and lizards today Took some nice pics over the water.
Spotted something unusual but took a moment to figure out how a cache could be hidden A nice hide in this environment Dropping off a **FAVE**

Well done on this ingenious Hide.
We arrived at GZ, and studied the area while also admiring the entire view around us.
It was then time to settle into finding the cache, which initially proved elusive.
A little more thought, and looking around the area and we soon had this one sorted.
Beautifully put together, and of course we add a favourite point here for the work that was involved in gaining your scout badge and hiding this cache in a beautiful location.
Thanks GeoHaffs

Very creative & tricky!! Was searching for awhile when some previous comments helped us out, Signed the log & added a sticker tftf
(5 of 7 today - including 2 Adventure Labs)Today's target are up to the Belmont area. Started with a multi I'd already grabbed some info for on a past visit. Then pottered my way back south a little before heading home in the dark. For some inexplicable reason, I dated everything the 22nd, not the 23rd.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Very clever one.Just thankful I was suspicious when I spotted it.Added my ink to the log, replaced and back to the car.Gets a favourite for the camo.SLTNLNTFTC
Great stuff. Another fav, Container could do with a new seal as the log is a bit damp.
Got a bit thirsty looking for this cache, and was not disappointed! TFTC!
Went back for a second look today. After being stumped yesterday.Well thought out hide glad I found it.TFTC
Such a good find. We came for a stroll by accident when we noticed the cache with 61 favourite points and had a good look. Love the whole build. And lovely location to add.

Cool cache in a lovely area. Signed log and replaced as found. +1 favourite point from me, TFTC!
A nice quick find while The Booos are in the area to attend an event

Certainly a really well done hide! I can imagine it must have taken some effort to get this one set up too, well done
There were some people down on the jetty but I don't think they even noticed me searching up the top here! The opportunity's for a cache hide are endless, but luckily I zoned in on it pretty quickly after reading a few logs
TFTC , favourite point from me

Attributes helped, ended up being the first place we looked, but didn’t find for a while.

Nearly walked away from this one. So glad we put our thinking caps on for this great cache!
Great cache. No wonder it has so many fav points. Thanks for such a worthwhile cache to find. Found on our little weekend trip to Central coast from SA. Giving another fav point.
There is nothing more to say about this then absolutely awesome. Favourite awarded. Tftc big thanks.
TFTC.a nice find and a favourite from me for how the cache was hidden and the nice view. I enjoyed walking along the path. I have never walked along there before and even though it was overcast the view was still lovely.
Very tricky and clever hide! Looked a couple of times previously but with two littlies in tow I hadn’t been able to find it. Great find on International Geocaching Day with GVActive! TFTC
I never tire of this walk along the Belmont foreshore and it was a beautiful day today to combine it with a chance to get a cache or two for International Geocaching Day with Team Kershaw. After completing our first Adventure Lab with help from the littlies, we decided to try our hand at this one.
It’s a good thing I was on supervision duties while their Mum did the hard work. Even though the cache was in plain sight, not sure I would have spotted it on my own.
Thanks for this innovative cache, fave point is well deserved!

WENT UNDER THE VERANDA FOR 25 MINUTES CAME OUT AND FOUND IT tftc anyways gotta go have a shower now
TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. An impressive hide. We lost our pen photographed log sheet.
An elaborate hide. Lucky we have an experienced geocacher in our midst and we had the cache in hand relatively quickly. Very cool. TFTC
Found with the geofam on a very pleasant walk around Green Point. Very cool hide, deserving of a FP! Signed R1BG. TFTC!
This one had us groaning. There were so many places for a micro to be. We searched a bit and then spotted something a bit odd. Investigation of this then led us to the cache.
A favourite from us for the effort and imagination that has gone into creating this cache.
We made the move from Narrabeen to Blacksmiths, another area we have not visited before, but certainly want to return to. Our first day was lovely and sunny if not really warm, but the past days have been wet so we have not been able to do much. Still there is much to see.
We managed to find a number of and variety of caches both here and in the Newcastle area where we visited family. The main benefit of the weather was that few muggles were about.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache GeoHaffs.

Five minutes after logging we couldn’t find it, I was insistent on my husband looking for something that was out of place. He even gave up on it, but I told him to keep on looking. Eventually he discovered what he had to do. Awesome cache.
cache has been repaired. new bison tube has been placed. please do not be tempted to use a rock that is located near
Finally!!! Had about 3 goes at this one and finally, with some help from the CO and perhaps another hand we got there. Phew!
Difficult. Well camouflaged. Took 35 minutes. It’s something that you least expect. Left a present for the next one(if there IS someone) Team Acki!!!
Found the hide today and performed maintenance at the CO’s request. New cache and log has been left for future
I was Baloo when I was a cub leader. Many years ago. I found the hide, but like others no body home. Be a waste of all this work, to get it archived.
TFTC. Great camo right in front of our eyes. Think we can see where the bison tube should be, but nothing on hidden wire.
Will be down in Newcastle when able to with the current situation as we are out of the LGA.
Found on 4/7/21 on a walk around green point reserve with my geodaughter and geopa.

Mrs Oz KEG and myself are visiting the central coast for the weekend. Our focus was lab, virtual, letterbox and earth caches to get some of my stats up for some other caches. We found this one while doing the nearby earthcache. We met buz21bee & mstrikes here on our mission. The cache container has awesome camo and a fav point is deserved for this. The container itself seemed to have something on it and we couldn't open it to sign the log. Request the CO do a maintenance check.
Awesome Camo. Not sure how it goes back properly, so put it back a little less obvious than last replace. Cache is rusted so couldn't get to log. TFTC
Like others have said, we spotted something that looked a bit random and out of place, but we still couldn't find the cache. We ended up walking away and going for a walk further up the path, and then came back with a fresh mind. We still couldn't figure it out, but then a strong handed manoeuvre revealed the cache. We were unable to open to cache to sign. TFTC, one of my favourites so far!
1st Belmont North Joey Mob(6-8 year olds) spent 10 minutes looking befit giving up. Did enjoy watching the fish swim underneath the jetty.
