I'd noted the co-ordinates for this one quite a while ago, when searching for others in the neighbourhood.
Had a look, and the container was in the right spot, open and empty, sad.
I added a signed notebook page, and replaced it,
Thanks for Trying against the Forces of Evil

26-Sep-16
Unfortunately it seems as if a muggle has found this cache and is destroying it. Sad
Will think about placing another cache nearby (but in a more secure spot) soon.

24-Sep-16
Okay, I found the container, but no log book. A bag full of yuck was there though. I've put the container back, but I suspect this is going to be one for the archives.

I'm logging it as found because I took the yuck. That's fair isn't it?

17-Sep-16
After seeing the last log I went and checked on the cache.
It was filled with a bag of rotten fruit, yuck!
The container was fine, I washed the little remaining fruit out of it and replace the logbook and bag.
Ready to find once again

13-Sep-16
Found at the opposite end to the coords so have moved container back to match. But that's all I'm doing! Plastic bag is full of a yellowish smelly liquid & log is trashed. Photo log only for this one

Found @ 1:41pm with Shadow! on a short stroll around the streets before we headed to Jamison to watch the women's AFL preliminary between Gungahlin and Belconnen

This one took a bit to find as we were looking at the wrong end. The hint sent us off on a wild goose chase before Shadow! checked the other end. Not sure why there were soggy teabags in there but I removed them and disposed of them thoughtfully.

Thanks again Army_Stealth

19-Jul-16
Spent a good 20 minutes looking around in all the possible spots and came out empty handed. We will have to come back another day.

Found it with geopal samalam - a little messy but a good find. Thanks

Found by Mary & David at 1531. The grandchildren had hoped there were real jokes inside, but still enjoyed another kind of hide even if they did get a bit grubby retrieving it. Our thanks to Army_Stealth.

F(H)ound It! No.1135 - @3:18:00 PM

A quick find after the Puzzle Solver II event. I used to play around here when I was 2-3yo. Thanks for the cache and making me act like a kid again, Army_Stealth

#1229. 211 days in a row.

I stopped by here on my way home from the Civic area. Got to the area and started searching around where the GPSr in my phone was pointing me. Once I read a few previous logs I realised that I needed to head in and then I made a fairly quick find. But the cache name has got me inspired to give a few animal jokes I remember from my childhood...

Why did the koala fall out of the tree?
He was dead.

Why did the second koala fall out of the tree?
He was tied to the first koala.

Why did the third koala fall out of the tree?
He was laughing at the first two koalas.

Why did the fourth koala fall out of the tree?
Peer pressure.

Why did the fifth koala fall out of the tree?
He thought it was a game.

Why did the boy fall of the bike?
He was hit by five falling koalas.

Why did the elephant paint his toenails red?
So he could hide in the strawberry patch.

How do you get down off an elephant?
You don't, you get down off a duck.

Why did the dog cross the road?
To get to the barking lot.

What's worse than finding a worm in your apple?
Finding half a worm in your apple.

Well hidden. The hint helped.

Today is another zero day in my days of the year calendar, so I need a cache to remedy this. I've driven a mate to Belconnen to collect her car, and this one was on the way home. So I stopped, dodged the occasional rain drop, and sought the cache. After a bit of poking and prodding, I spotted the well-hidden little blighter, and signed it. Thanks, Army Stealth.

After picking up my geomobile from the exhaust repairers, I took the opportunity to grab a cache. Quickly found after reading the previous logs. TFTC.

Took a bit of standing and thinking to get this one...nice work and appreciate the hint! Especially when doing it by torchlight and headlamps TFTC

4843. A quick stop over while in the area. A nice short wander and I arrived at a muggle free GZ. A bit of head scratching and then the container appeared.

While I'm over here might as look around a bit, so found this, not a 3 star difficulty, patted a passing collie, appropriate place to do this and off to the next one.

Ok second challenge for the day. I'm a little dirty now but feeling energised. No big spiders today! Used nearby tools to help retrieve cache. Not sure who left the screw driver nearby but a stick does just as well. TFTC

After spending an hour and half finding Governors Gold multi near the Governor Generals residence I headed over to Macquarie / Weetangera for a few easier caches. TFTC.

22-Mar-16
Next stop on a drive through the area. Parked up above, ran down below, and thankfully spotted the cache fairly quickly. Took longer to get it out of its hidey hole than anything else. All was good though and the log was soon signed.

Thanks for another one AS......

Found cache but didn't grab. Due to large eight legged guardian. Will come back in day light and try.

Quick find thanks.

Saturday 27 February 2016 - an overcast warm Summers afternoon in the mid to late twenties after suffering many days previous in the high thirties. Found 6 from 6 caches in 1 3/4 hours bike riding just short of 10 kms. GPS was out by 3m hinderly the search somewhat. TFTC.

20-Feb-16
Found on a Saturday afternoon escape from chores. Most unusual container. I got distracted by a telegraph pole which I incorrectly assumed was the obvious hiding spot. Took TB Shifty ear tag.

Thanks Army Stealth for the hunt,

10021. Found during a quick run around Belconnen this afternoon.

A short detour after work for four cache finds. This was the first one. Parked in the suburb and walked into GZ. Looked in the obvious location and made the grab. The cache sure is a nice fit ! Signed, returned, and went on my way to the next one.

Thanks Army Stealth !

It all makes sense now. Smile Great container. Thanks Army_Stealth!

On the way home after work I was confronted with another wet wet wet day. It made the last few meters to the cache very dramatic, but with care it went smoothly.

Thanks.

A very quick find today on a quick walk from home. The heat meant that there were surprisingly few muggles out and about. TFTC!

A clever hiding place for this cache!
Thank you Army_Stealth.

We looked around here for a bit and in various cracks but didn't spot it. We then moved further afield to a spot that matched the hint - but couldn't see it there. Decided to go and do another cache then checked this one on the return when it was eventually spotted. I blame the bright sun and the sunglasses!

Thanks

Found on another nice day out geocaching. After a short walk to GZ, the cache was spotted in a really cool hiding spot. Nicely coloured and nicely named! TNLNSL. TFTC Army Stealth!

A spur of the moment caching excursion today with Rapidlywild, we were going out for just one, but one turned into a few more.

This was one of them and a quick find at GZ here today.

After picking up a first to find on a puzzle earlier this morning, a last minute mini caching expedition was organised with one half of the FurfacesLL clan. We were only supposed to head out to grab this one, however we ended up collecting 5 caches..... whoops [:p] they just kept popping up on the map..... Red Face

The D/T of this one had us intrigued so we just HAD to go have a look. Was an interesting find and we found it pretty quickly. Logging duties completed and we were on our way again.

Thanks for the cache placement Army_Stealth Big Grin

Found 9:24 pm with LuckyL10n. I met up with LuckyL10n today and we decided to do a couple of relatively new caches over near Weetangera. After an earlier find we headed over to this cache. We parked nearby to GZ and headed over to GZ I started my search in one location and LuckyL10n in the other likely area. After some searching the cache was found by LuckyL10n and the clue now became clear. The log was signed and cache returned to where it was found. I grabbed the TB since I am visiting Fiji and this TB wants to go there.

Thanks for the cache.

I climbed up to get this one and Mum signed the log, TFTC

Wasn't sure what to expect being a d2.5, t3 small in this area but we rocked up, Pagan spotted it immediately and we soon had the cache in hand no problems. Thanks Army_Stealth

21-Dec-15
After yet another very long day at the lab, I decided to swing by this one for the daily nab.

Parked in one of the side streets then wandered up to make the nice easy find by torchlight.

Thanks for the hide Army_Stealth. Cool I always appreciate these quick grabs to keep the streak going after a very long day! Smile

#3850 - 21:25; Caught up with MrDamage this evening for what might be our final evening sortie for 2015. We decided to grab a couple of newer caches close to home for MrD. The first one in the bag, it was off to grab this one. Only had the iPhone and the overhead power lines were causing havoc. Decided to let the geosenses loose and after checking a couple of possibilities, came up with the goods. Dropped a TB looking for a ride to Fiji in the New Year. TFTC Army_Stealth Smile

Don't really have much time for caching but really need to fill in a few gaps on my calendar, so grabbed a couple on my way to Fyshwick. A quick find. Cache in good condition. TFTC SL as SG

The only find for the day. Another cache this side of town that had been published overnight. I caught the bus over to this side of town, on an all to familiar route. Hopped off at the same stop and headed down the same path on my way to this cache. It was a bit of a walk but I eventually arrived at GZ, ready to begin searching for the cache.

I was worried that the cache would be hard to find as I didn't notice anything that matched the hint when I arrived at GZ. I checked a few spots out and then realized where the cache had to be located. I waited out a couple of muggles and then headed in for the grab. It took a bit of manipulation but I soon had the cache in hand. Log signed and cache replaced. TFTC Army_Stealth!

16-Dec-15
Out and about for another daily in the endless stream of dailies.....Very difficult to get this one out as the cache had been jammed in. We found an item to extract the cache and after some clever engineering eventually had the cache in hand. Hopefully we replaced this one to make it easier for the next finder, better than getting lost forever ! Thanks for another "container" cache Smile

16-Dec-15
Interesting container. I found it a little hard to extract it from its hidey hole, but I just needed to take my time and all was fine. I'm sure I could have located some 'tools' nearby if I needed them.

I was fortunate that the muggle I encountered walked past just after I'd put away the cache. The person gave me a funny look but continued on.

Nice to get a *STF* (if only they counted for something 'cause I got a whole lot of 'em) behind AngelG27 and HypoHippo.

XNSL.

Thanks for another cache Army Stealth.

When I got home I couldn't find my phone, and wondered if it had fallen out of my bag. But I had just put it in a different pocket. Phew!

*FTF* with HypoHippo at 1410. We were at home doing pre-Christmas cleaning (well, I was, HH was playing computer games) when the notification came through - I don't really need an excuse to stop cleaning, but this was perfect - gotta go! Parked nearby and walk under the road. The hint threw us off for minute (it refers to the container, not the hiding place), but we looked at the T rating and figured where it should be - bingo! HypoHippo did the finding and I did the signing. Took the TB to move it on. Thanks Army_Stealth for an excuse to down cleaning tools for a few minutes!

15-Dec-15
Joint *FTF* with AngelG27. It was a quick exit from the house and race to see if we could finally nab an FTF. I did the terrain climb to find the cache - not that side, the other side! I have a container just like this one at home - but it still has its jokes! Thanks Army_stealth for the cache Smile
