I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.

Hi nziceman

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).

I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.

Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.

Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

No obvious hiding place here, and my gps put gz much too close to the rubbish than I wanted to search.
Then read all of the previous DNFs.

A not so mad day caching,.. but I certainly benefited! Out with Keylev and NZTravellers again. As they have all gotten most of the caches in this area, it was up to be to play catchup to these 2. They were feeling extremely charitable and I wasn't going to pass the opportunity up. Sure they used me for cache maintenance labour, but as long as I get to sign the logs, I don't very much care Smile

On the maintenance run with CO and only too happy to find these off as we go. TFTC

A little exposed when found, hid a little better in the same spot (less visible)

An early start to head out and make a few finds today whilst mrs c is back to work for the morning. Started out on the awesome Mangere mountain and volcano which is my third visit there and has been a good walk each time. The weather came to play again with scorching hot temperatures. It was a big day for hitting the various caching trails and had around 17kms under my boots before i got home. A trip out to the poo ponds and Ambury Regional Park were also in scope and thanks to all COs for their caches and efforts towards my finds today.

03-Jan-22
After accidentally passing number 6, Anastriel dropped me off here to grab this one, before heading back to 6. She had already found this so took some time to have a nice cold drink, while I wandered looking confused for a moment. Soon spotted the obvious hide and had the log signed and the cache replaced. Stayed at the nearby backpackers last night and made a new friend so this morning we went for a walk and I showed her all about geocaching. She can't wait to get home to tell her family about it. TFTC keylev

Strange, that the last cacher (007-Kelkheim) hasn't signed most of the logbooks. No sign, but online log? Just if the owner mind. Wink Thanks a lot for the fun today. Smile

TFTC

After traveling along the country in a rental campervan we had to drop it off today…. But shortly before "ending" our lovely journey we just visited some final caches hiden at Greenwood road. Thanks for hiding them here...

After arriving in New Zealand that morning we had some free time near the airport. So we did an extended walk around the area and found quite a few caches. Sadly this part of our route is in need of an CITO.

TFTC

Out today for an attempt on this series of caches. As we were a part of that fateful trip, we decided that it was time that we went and got these caches. So a plan was hatched to grab them sometime these school holidays, and that day was today.

After we had pulled up close to GZ, we hopped out and started our search for this cache. Well, that was the simplest find that we had so far as the cache was in plain sight right where the co-ordinates said it would be. So, all the formalities were completed and the cache put back, but this time a little more hidden with some natural camo to help hide it.

Another great find my the mini chacher - didn’t even need the hint!

01-Jan-19
This one gave us the most trouble of the 14 or so we found today, it nearly spoiled our run! But 2 stubborn women weren't going to let that happen, finally found, very well hidden by the last cacher, glad to get the smiley here! Tftc Smile

Back in Auckland I went a road-tour in the periphery of the city.

Thanks for the cache!

02-Dec-18
Very dusty road and I am glad I chose Sunday to cache along this road. An easy find. TFTC.

29-Nov-18
We were glad that this round was almost finished. It is such a pity to have a beautiful park behind but we have to walk on the road in order to find the caches! And with the dirt and dust at the moment it is really not advisable to do it. This box was a quick find again. TFTC

18-Nov-18
Spotted this one straight away whilst the walk is nearing the end. TFTC.

21-Sep-18
Very late to log - with apologies.
Trying to catch up so we can achieve our next milestone.
After a trip to Canada, we now have a short trip of the Nth & Sth Islands.
It was a fantastic trip.

Beautiful weather, warm and sunny so I used it to make a nice Caching tour about noon team at the airport area. I could find a couple of Caches, most of them were not hard to find. I was glad that I didn't have any DNFs. Great joy!
This was one of the ones which took me a bit longer. Not because the hide was so hard, my phone was heading me to another place. Finally found it.
Thanks for hiding!

On a 24hr mission to Auckland with Philip.Perry and three of my kids started caching at about 3pm getting back to accommodation at 330am then up and back on the road for a xouple of hours before heading home. We decided we had three caches we had to find this mission then the rest was all about getting our numbers up so concentrated on a high cache area. Meet Sethraven just on dusk who helped us on a cache we couldnt find before she headed home so that was great. Really enjoy caching in Auckland at night no traffic and no muggles to get in our way. We only had a few DNF caches for the day which isnt to bad. Thanks to all th CO for the caches.

21-Jul-18
Had a cheeky Auckland Mission on the cards this weekend - just had to drop the family off in Pukekohe first and then meet up with Davidsonclan. We had a few caches on the list today but mainly this was just a numbers mission. A late start meant we'd be late to finish but 3am isn't too bad. There were some great finds and some grotty finds Smile but cheers to the CO's and those that help maintain their caches. We didn't have any problems here - the cache was found quickly thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward hint. Cheers nziceman, TFTC.

Out hunting for Hidden Creatures today. Nice new log. Like this trail as log are all clean and dry.

20-Jul-18
There was a dog walker at GZ with five dogs so decided to wait for her to move on. After 15 minutes she still hadn't moved so decided to go for it. Walked right past her... signed the log and returned the cache and she didn't even notice. TFTC

Maintenance completed on most of the series...didn't get to this one but will do so in the next couple of days...

05-Jul-18
Glad this was a nice quick find after my previous DNF! However, the log is full although I did manage to squeeze in my green autograph. Seen a few cars stop and people with dogs get out and I now realise there is a track behind here. Since I am on a cache hunt, investigating the walk is going to have to wait. Still early and hoping I can make some headway to earning a turtle in the Hidden Creatures souvenirs so on to the next hide in the series. Thanks for your efforts keylev!

01-Jul-18
Found amongst all the empties and rubbish strewn along the road. Tftc

01-Jul-18
The car was in sight now and the cache eventually came to sight also. Tftc

30-Jun-18
On the way home from the airport, so Miss & Mr Jacksonz looked here for some hidden creatures. Started at the wrong end so the caches were all on the wrong side of the road, but exercise is good for you eh?

Took a bit of searching but once we stopped being distracted by the rubbish bin, it was found.

20-May-18
Took a bit longer here than it should of but eventually we found the cache and signed the log.

18-May-18
Thanks for this series. An easy find!

23-Apr-18
This series was hit and miss, at night at least. One found, the next one DNF etc.

Thank you for the cache!

---------

I arrived in New Zealand and after sleeping off the jetlag, I spent a day mostly geocaching around Auckland. Next day was even more lazy, I only went out in the evening and slowly made my way to the airport. Nice weather, though hot in the sun but chilly when the clouds covered it. Putting the coat on and off all the time ... Love the waterproof paper in film boxes and similar, it's not very common in Europe. Unfortunately mostly just in Auckland area.

25-Mar-18
Visiting from Dunedin for a couple of days. Taking advantage of a bit of down time before our flight later this afternoon. Log full but found a bit of white paper to sign. Tftc

#8497 @1255
Filling in some time with a few caches on the way to the airport. Quickly found. TFTC.

28-Oct-17
Cache number 3583. I was up on another visit to the area to clear a few more off. I actually came in from the wrong direction that I intended but this allowed me to park on the correct side of the road. The weather was a little damp and a lot of cyclist going past. Managed to get the cache in between them. This cache did cause me a little trouble. Not the locating of it but the getting my hands on it. In the end I had to resort to a toll to lever. Thank you for the placement.

03-Sep-17
Another tricky one

19-Aug-17

04-Aug-17
#1978. Counting down to a big milestone.
Have checked into a motel by the airport ready for an early morning flight.
I hope to celebrate my next milestone in Australia, so need to kill a few more quick caches to reduce my required number in Aus.
I thought this series would be a quick way to clock up some numbers but I ran out of light and ran out of time.
Still managed a few, but I didn't want to get down and muddy in my clean clothes, so had to leave a few.
A quick find here luckily.
Tftc

23-Jul-17
This small little fellow took longer to find than thought. Looked at the different potential points and also at the dogs running around close by. After a while Fishie2 stepped out of the car and had the cache discovered in seconds. It ca be so easy sometimes.

TFTC

20-Jul-17
Came here this morning in the pre-dawn darkness to collect a few down this road. Nice quick PnG but even at this early hour, it is such a busy road. TFTC

08-Jul-17
Sneaky hide here, but good hint and quick find, cheers
