#15,531. Park, walk and grab in Tuamarina. The GZ was fortunately all quiet at the time of our visit. Relatively quick find. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. A place well deserving of a cache, parked here, quick find before setting out on foot to grab a coupe more nearby, TFTC
Driven up from Christchurch with an empty car and empty trailer, to fill said car and trailer with possessions and children/grandchildren to move them to Christchurch. Made good time up the island so a few geocaches needed to be found.A quick find once I was looking in the right place. Thanks for the cache.
I had some time before the event, so I came to this area to grab a few caches. TFTC.
**19,966**A nice quick find here and even took the opportunity to let the dogs out for walk and some water. Great year 1966 LOL TFTC
Out in Marshlands for a walk along the Wairau diversion. Now driving back and collecting some park and grabs. No problems finding this in the dark. Cache all fine. Thanks for the smiley
Day 10 on our holiday in New Zealand. Today we are in the area and surrounding area of Nelson, and then we go to Wellington. We also visited this tradi, found it, and signed the logbook.

Nice and easy to pull over and park. Walked round as you do then found the clever wee hide. All good here. Thanks for this cache capperz.
Because I'm an idiot I parked over by what once may have been the trainstation saw a cache that was "just there" and couldn't help myself.
Crossing over the road one way was much easier than the other given I timed myself with the whacky races off the ferry.
There is parking here for those who are smarter than I LOL

Nice hide. I'm still not used to putting my hands in places like that. Too many horror movies I have watch lol.
Cache in good condition. Easy park and grab. Good to find this one as we started the day with a couple of DNFs on our way north.
TFTC!! GPS had me looking on the neighbors fence, had a feeling it wasn't right and found it in the 2nd likely spot
One for the courageous and fearlessly optimistic:). Beautiful day with low mist among the vines/ranges waiting to be burned off. Birdsong, cool & crisp. Perfect geocaching weather! Log snug. TFTC .
I only get one day off this week, and given the perfect autumn weather today (pretty much everyday here in Marlborough!), I thought I'd take the motorbike for a short ride to Picton and see what Geocaches I can pick up along the way.
It's often a hassle caching on a bike, as each time you stop you need to find a level surface to park the bike so it doesn't fall over, remove your gloves and helmet, by which stage you're sweating in the insulated black jacket so off it comes too! However, awkward highway roadside caches are often made easier, as parking a slim motorbike can be much easier than trying to park the car! And some little trails are able to be ridden along, rather than parking and walking. So there are pros and cons, but the bike is so much cheaper, not to mention fun!
I always get the willies reaching into funny places, as I grew up in Aussie where you just don't do this! Ended up getting my mobile's camera out and taking a series of photos inside the hole, and just managed to spot one corner of the container well within reach.

I have found many a cache at a Wairarapa Community Hall, but it took me two tries to find this one. This second try didn't take me too long and I'm really wondering why I didn't find it the first time.
Thank you for the cache.

Found with @peadub while travelling home to Wellington after a stay at the beautiful Cape Campbell Lighthouse. Nice hidey-hole. Signed log and replaced where found. TFTC
(# 6245). Last day of my South Island odyssey and it is very windy around Blenheim. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
1st stop on my CAPPERZ Cache hunt today with a quick find. Cheers
Today Im on a Capperz Cache Hunt before these all disappear. Enjoyed wandering around Blenheim, caching with Lenny my new (techy) caching partner.

Having done one, nearly two, of these type of hides I was prepared with gloves so it was a 10 second grab. Signed and returned, all good.
I'm not a fan of placing my hands somewhere I can't see but this was quickly found. Yippee.
#7793. Day 3 of my short holiday in Marlborough. I have a work meeting this week in Blenheim so I flew down early and rented a car to allow me to find the Marlborough TMGT caches and few other caches in the back of beyond. Today the mission was to do some caches in the Blenheim and Picton areas. I headed off down to the Wairau Bar first up to get the TMGT cache. Its a lovely fine sunny day. Breezy but stinking hot. The car reached 34 degrees in the afternoon.
Heading north now and stopped at Tuamarina. Nice to visit the community hall. Another quick find here in the first place checked. Signed the logbook and returned the cache where found. Thanks capperz for setting this one up.

Day 2 of our southern excursion and the town of Tuamarina was finally starting to falter in its cache offerings. Luckily it still had a hall and associated cache to allay our restlessness before we headed out to the coast. TFTC
A short getaway to catch up with family on the Mainland and drive some roads not travelled before.
Quick find by redants.

Find #38 for MnAJ - child navigators parked us at Wairau Affray, but a short walk back got us to the right place, and logbook was soon in hand. Dropped a wee 3D geocaching logo keyring that Dad printed. Tftc.
Paddle chick, Sir Belac and I stopped to get this quick park and grab. Thanks for this cache capperz
Couldn’t see it, 1m left but in direction of someone’s property. Didn’t want to cross their boundary.
A great 2 weeks of travelling the south island it's been amazing great weather only 1 half day if wind and rain nearly 500 caches found over the time incredible views tftc a quick find here I thought I had it sorted by the hint prior to approaching and yes I did but then it was an ahha moment tftc great place and area to explore hope to visit again the Sourh Island soon. No muggles around only traffic zooming by none caring what I was up to tftc signed the log and placed it back exactly where I found it. Nicely presented hall no muggles in the area
On day 3 of a geocaching mission through the Molesworth and back to Chch via the Lewis with Nosynel. Having done all the Awatere valley and Redwood Pass it was time to find a few out Tuamarina and Rarangi way. First up, the hall. I was a little nervous here as travelling here there were cops galore and one followed me right from Grovetown to here. I had forgotten my licence in Christchurch! It was a quick find. Even with eating an icecream and having to find the cache one handed! I think there is another in Marlborough very similar.
The big Molesworth circuit is in progress. Today is day three of Jude _E and my geotour. Thanks to her kind son we have use of a Toyota Hilux, extremely helpful indeed. We stayed a night at Blenheim with some of Jude's friends and are staying another night. Therefore our focus has been Blenheim based.
We wanted to finish the Awatere Road geocaches via Redwood Pass first.
Next on our list was a puzzle, virtual and wherigo. Anything else was a bonus.
Sadly there is no large event in New Zealand in 2019 but there are a few Mega events planned in Australia. I plan on going to the OzGeomuster in July. To find out more visit this site: https://www.ozgeomuster.com.au
If you can't make Aussie. New Zealand will have another large event in 2020 in Auckland. I will keep you posted in my logs.
Thanks for hiding this geocache.

Quick find this morning with eltee291, crman1 and coastal martinis! Interesting hiding spot. Nothing attacked us from within though so all good! Signed the log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache, capperz!
Found today with hingis20, crman1, and coastalmartinis. Have come frome Victoria, BC, Canada to visit with my daughter and her family in Blenheim and, of course take in some of the great geocaching here. Really great to be enjoying summer in January. TFTC
Found on our return journey north to Papamoa. Missed it on first check then inly after a perimeter check did we find it where we first looked TFTC.
Only in NZ is it a natural thing to be placed on your back, with an arm shoulder deep into a pubic building.. well ok, it could be normal in other places too, but I haven't tried it anywahere else
Quick find.

Time for a geocache tiki tour as we haven't been out and about for some time. Nice, easy find. TFTC.
A quick and dusty grab in here and then I watched some Yak flew overhead. Awesome. Cheers
Quick stop on our way to Picton to catch the Interislander. Thanks capperz for the cache.
made hubby grab this one, he was not impressed these types of hints make us both delay the find, but hubby grabbed and cache is all in good order, thanks for the placement
We were wondering what we were going to do to qualify for the latest hidden creatures challenge. We have been streaking for a couple of years so our supply of caches around Nelson are starting to thin out. We decided to come over to Marlborough for the weekend to make up the numbers we needed. We had noticed there were many park and grab type caches in this area so this is where we decided to target.
We leapt out of the car and ended up walking around the building because I had not given the phone time to catch up with where I was heading.
We soon found the right GZ and man was I pleased GK was with me - I really do not like putting my hand anywhere I cannot see, so given what and where this was I gladly let GK do the honours with this one. It was really dusty but did not have any livestock attached to it (which is what I hate). So a quick sign and moved onto the next one.
Thanks for placing this cache and thanks for the smilie

A nice quick find, Cheers.
Today was a day spent cruising around Blenheim, waiting for the late ferry to leave. I was so hot today, >30 degrees. The aircon in the car was working overtime.
Thanks to all of the COs for placing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.
