We were hoping to collect a TB from Napier to take with us closer to Whanganui.
After being thwarted yesterday at the Napier Port TB Hotel I discovered this cache close to where we were staying.
A nice and easy find by Arcane Junior and the trackable still inside! Will take it with us to help it on it’s journey.

An extremely windy day so were blown along towards cache. Beautiful view of green sea and white caps.
A great time to have a break from the bikes and doing some hunting, drink some water and think about the weather. T4tc
Lovely view and the trail is well used by runners, dog walkers and just strollers. all was well here with the cache.
Visiting Napier for several days using up accommodation Points and petrol vouchers to do a little geocaching and enjoy the area. The weather has been very kind to me although one afternoon of rain and not too cold at the nights. Napier certainly did not seem nearly as busy as usual and looking at the occupancy rate of the hotels it is clear Napier is missing out on the international visitors that usually visit Hawkes Bay area. I did not have time to walk around the wet land area and locate the other caches there unfortunately but i felt i had covered a fair number of caches with several did Not Finds.

Went for a walk along the beach, got this one on the way back to camp site. Left a TB. Cache all in good condition.

Found with a sister during our expedition to NZ (from CZ), where we explored part of the North Island and could visit our classmates and friends that we have not seen for several years, as it is here, in Auckland and Napier live ... Thank you for cache ...
(# 5524). On a trip up to the Bay to grab a few caches and took check out a work mate who up here to play cricket for Wellington A. A quick find. Everything in order. Just as I was returning the container I heard a crash and one the main road there was a nose to tail car accident as the traffic was very heavy. Unfortunately the second vehicle had a nicely crunched up nose as it lost out to a Ute. TFTC
Scrummaged behind centre pole could not find. New to this though with 2 cold kids. Dotterels nesting nearby
Out with Libranj. A lovely place to sit and take in the view on any day.

A quick find of the cache with Cee Vee. Nice spot with great views. Took nothing - left a couple of bracelets. TFTC 
As with those before us, we came, we looked, and we could not find it also...Probably time for a replacement.
Looked a few weeks back & forgot to log-all we found were broken branches in the tree
A short walk after camping nearby last night. We loved the container and it was nicely hidden away. SL. TFTC.

Aiden29, Merlot58 and ourselves were down in Napier for a weekend of caching. We had headed North so we could do some bush walks and were returning to Napier. We decided to pull over and check this one out. Took a little while.
Jag50, Aiden29 and I were heading back into town after enjoying some bush walking through some lovely reserves. We only had time for a couple more caches before heading to the airport, this one took a little bit longer to find than it should have.
Jag50, Merlot58 and I were down in Napier for a weekend adventure. We had headed North so we could stretch our legs with a walk and were returning to Napier. We pulled up near this one and wandered over. Don't know how it took us so long to locate this one!
Waylaid by a muggle who was very interested to learn about our electric bikes and apparently oblivious to our weird behaviour around the ..... ( no spoiler here)
Found on a bike ride from Napier to Crab Farm Winery. It's a lovely ride except for the sections where we had a howling head win - west from bluff hill and here where I would swear it was a head wind coming and going. Took a break here and found a nice big fruit on the tree.
I was driving through the Hawkes Bay and stopped to grab some of what I thought would be easy drivebys. Turns out some were easier than others! A good day of finds. Thanks.

WOW its cold like freezing cold glad it didn't take long to find the cache tipped the water out before replacing, I think I was lucky with the weather as I got to hunt in a muggle free zone. thanks for the placement
This is a very popular walkway, with muggles coming and going constantly.
We had to be very watchful as we located the cache.
I might be blind, but I didn't notice any TB's in there.
We left a pet rock - a mermaid.

Day 12 of our North Is trip, and today we are travelling from Taupo to Havelock North where we will be spending 2 nights.
Took several hours, but at last we are nearing Napier
. Good views and it didn't take long to track down the cache (after first thinking it was hidden elsewhere). We had a laugh at the nearby sign about the seals. TFTC.

After a long drive good to give the legs a quick stretch before the final drive. Nice view out across the bay.
Heading to Clive today for Cito Event. Needing event caches for a challenge that the Squirrel and I are doing so this will end up been a very long day.

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... A cross country adventure. We are working our way down to a CITO event in Napier this afternoon...
We could see the seat as we motored on down the main drag. Gap had to quickly backtrack to get us on side. Once we parked, it was a short walk down to ground zone. Our eyes were initially painted on, as we struggled to spot this well blended container. Got it... TFTC.

Hoping for better luck at this seat,
I wandered along the 'beach front' to reach an identical seating pavilion to the last [:o]
It wasn't raining here though,
and I did find a cache
A very nice looking cache too,

Day 10 of our Mega Roadtrip. A nice quick find once at GZ. Abit windy out but lovely views. Thanks for the smilie

First day of a winter touring holiday in Barnaby and we'd elected to stop at the nearby campground for the night. It was a lovely sunny day, so we ventured along the road via the footpath from the far end of the camp until we got to the start of the Rotary Cycleway and there was a cache! Didn't take long to find: I've see a few a bit like this before so soon had retrieved the log for signing on the nearby seat. We watched a woman throwing a ball to her dog a few times before she moved on and I was able to return the cache to its rightful place. TFTC nickhbnz
Last find of the day, having cycled 60km along the cycle trails starting and finishing at the nearby holiday park. What a tremendous network of cycle trails there is to explore. We enjoyed a beautiful warm, sunny, calm day in the Hawkes Bay. This was a straight forward find and it is a quality container - well camoed too. Thanks for your caches today nickhbnz.

Banian and I found this cache on our autumn northern roadtrip- where we did a circuit of the north island from Wellington right up to Raglan, then across to Napier through Taupo, before heading home, finding masses of caches and discovering a plethora of unique and interesting locations.

Found with Redants on our April Holidays Road Trip to Raglan and back. Yesterday was spent around Taupo, today we head to Hawkes Bay.
