### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

----------

Hi ArtLee(AL),

This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. The cache is being temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.

Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current COVID19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue.

CO's of caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel it is safe to maintain will not be archived in the normal time frame, as long as there is some indication from the CO. **Don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**

#What should you do:-#
- Should the Regional Health and State Government requirements allow it **AND** you feel it safe for you to maintain this cache now, please feel free to do so.

- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you expect/hope you might be able to attend to the issue/s.

#Please Note#
When the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.

**JUST A HINT:-** In case you are not aware, there is a new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own. Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)

Can't find. Too gross (maybe?). Not sure if the hint means in front of us or behind us. Too many muggles for a day time find.

Stopped by here after visiting the library with geo kid 1. Looked as much as we could but there was a group of youths consistently hanging around harassing and intimidating people here so we decided to leave. Spent a good 10 mins here but couldn’t spot anything.
Nice leafy trees and flower under growth.
Thank you anyway ArtLee(AL)

After making a blood donation nearby I came here to knock this one off the ‘have not found list.’ Writing in the logbook in the dark was harder than actually making the find.

This was going to be out last one for 2018, but we had an almost muggle free hunt in all the obvious spots as per the clue, but had no success so we gave up. Just as we walked off the boys in blue cam around the corner, and we were wondering if they saw our suspicious behaviour or were just on patrol, they continued on, as did we. I wonder if they knew where it was.

Heading down the Hastings, to drop off my son's car, now that he is finally turning 18 this week. It is a beautiful sunny, winters day which allow me to stop off and stretch the legs while making a few finds for the day. Unfortunately, I had a number of DNF's and not so used to the muggles of the city, decided to leave some for a quieter day. I discovered many great and clever hides. A very successful day, a great to catch up with my son.

I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. As of the start of 2018 my average was only 47 words per log, which seems along way from the 100 target. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 7000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 50 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.

Had a bit of a feel while seated but there were far too many muggles about, to be able to take any better look so I had no luck here for me today. Hopefully there will be less muggles when I'm back again next time.
Thanks anyway

Found it! No pencil to write in log so I've added a photo of most recent log visit. Sneaky little hide. Well done. TFTC

while in the area with 2peasinapod2012, we had a look at obvious place,
GPS started to settle, which pointed to another location, no one around and soon found
the cache, we soon had the log signed and returned, great location and hide.

Wow. What a relief. I don't think I could count on ten hands how many times I've wandered past here. Pretty much every time I'm in the area, I'll park the car and do a quick wander past. Inevitably, muggles will have set up camp there. So, today I was lucky enough that we parked nearby, I saw there was no-one there (all visiting their Mum's?) and the ever-patient missus told me to go have a look, she'll go and order us a coffee. What a gem! Anyway, I knew the GPS would be hopeless here, so I checked out the satellite view, read the clue, and immediately knew where to look. And there it was! Co-ords are bang on. Finally got to sign that pesky log!!! Replaced carefully. Thanks for providing the challenge, nice to finally see that smiley.

kmace met me at the hospital with a cappuccino and once I was finished we went out caching [^] By the time I dropped her back at her car, I found one more cache on my own and then headed to kmace's for some sleep it was well after midnight [)] I'm guessing I'll sleep tomorrow in the hospital Wink
Total of 11 Smile caches found under a super full blue moon of gigantic proportions Cool

My last cache for the day as kmace headed for her home. I didn't have this in the GPSr as my polygon had been left behind since I had not expected to come out this far from the CBD.
The cache took a little while to find as I'm not used to caching by phone SurprisedRed Face

After managing to escape a nearby medical facility I headed here to see if I could find this cache. It was the perfect time of day for it as the muggles were sparse. I managed to make a quick find due to a clear run to search. I managed to sign the log and replace the cache before muggles appeared. TFTC ArtLee(AL)

I was in the area with CaptainCoop09 and we had some time to find a few caches. Parking nearby we made the short stroll across the road to GZ. With the close proximity of the buildings and a steady drizzle of rain, we had a little trouble narrowing down the search area, but a with a bit of caching nous, we soon had the cache in hand. Would be a tricky extraction during busy times.
Nice hide and thanks.

Yippee. We closed a gap here and was the third we looked for today, but we only found this one. Had to use phone, because this wasn't programmed into GPS for some reason. It left us 7mts out, but we followed our senses and came up with the goods Was very quiet around the area as there are works going on, despite school holiday. Nice neat cache in tricky location. Good urban example. Thanks!

I had been past this one before but a combination of too many muggles and the plethora of hiding spots saw me abandon the attempt before it even got underway.
Today was a different story given the high temperatures. Sure there were a two muggles near GZ but they moved on in short order and after consulting the satellite view the cache was found in the second spot I looked.

Just after 2am and the only muggles are in the tree above GZ, the whole time spent here was to the sound of the birds in the tree, had some fun with them when the LED torch was pointed in there direction. Took awhile to find as the camouflaged blended in nicely with the location. No sitting on seats for me this morning.

This was my second attempt at this cache. Having just been to the blood bank and giving my 100th donation I thought I'd give this another try. Not too many people this time of the day. So many possibilities for a hide here. The cryptic part of the hint is where to sit! TFTC, glad to now have a smiley face.

14-Oct-16
With my busy schedule today there was no time to go and find a cache. At 8:30. I convinced my muggle son to come out with me so I could fill the spot on my calendar for today. We headed to Seaford to the football ground as we arrived there my son was concerned we might come across some crazy clowns. No clowns thankfully, but what we saw instead were some people camping in their van with a rather big dog who looked as if he might want to eat us for his dinner. We both agreed that this wasn't the cache for us, so we left there and headed to Frankston to get this one instead. A much better choice of cache at this time of night. As this was my second attempt I was keen to make a find and get a smiley. Not much searching required tonight even the homeless man paid me no attention. TFTC

After having a hectic day at university trying to finish off the onslaught of assignments that are being thrown at me left right and centre hahaha. After attending a Industry night for my geology degree I started to make my way back home to go and finish another assignment but to my dismay I just missed the bus and have to wait for the next bus to come (which is one hour away Sad), so instead of sitting in the cold I decieded that my best movement would be to find some local caches and finish off the area haha this was one of two caches that I found in my waiting extravaganza hahaha Thanks for the cache

There were two young people sitting close to GZ but when we arrived and sat down, they moved off - funny about that!! However their departure enabled us to search without any hassles. We looked in places consistent with the hint but did not have any success. Then we widened our search area and after a few minutes, the cache was located. The cache and contents were in good condition. After we replaced the cache, a silver gull cam and perch right over GZ. Thanks ArtLee(AL) for the cache.

Apologies for the late log! I'm just catching up on finds that I made before I jetted off overseas for five weeks. This is close to my work so had been on the radar for a few months but every time I came past it didn't appear convenient (or suitably muggle free) to look for it. Whilst passing today the coast was clear and without GPS or phone I took to the task. Fortunately this time I soon had the cache in hand. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Returned without any attention from the locals. Thanks for the cache ArtLee.

Well, this wasn't where I suspected it might be and I wonder if it has been replaced in an incorrect spot... perhaps not but I didn't sit down to grab it. I'm glad I visited this area on a Sunday afternoon when there weren't many people walking around. Even though it was Sunday, there was enough foot traffic to make the searching a little sporadic. I managed to miss the cache on my first look but having exhausted other potential hides I went back to my original search area, got a better perspective and found the cache nicely tucked away. Picked up the TB that was in there to continue its journey. TFTC!

Never usually a fan of the mint container but that doesn't stop me from looking. The only cache I didn't find of the 6 I looked for. So many muggles around on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks for the brief hunt, shall return.

Hoorah! Happily found this one after meeting the CO at one of our own at home yesterday. I had to go searching when I came to see Arj Barker nearby tonight and enlisted the help of geohubby. Luckily at this time of night we weren't bothered by too many muggles however I did sit on birdpoo in my search attempts. Hmmm. Oh well, the price of a good find! Thanks for the cache guys!

I headed out tonight to find a few around the Frankston area, this was one of them.
I had passed by this one earlier on, but found someone sitting very close to GZ, so I moved on.
I have now returned and this time there is no one around so over to GZ I went and once I was there I was able to make a quick find

Hi All,

Thank you Scody. Yes it was muggled.

We have just replaced it, same co-ordinates, same description, size etc.

It is in a very high muggle area, so we have set the Difficulty up for that reason.

Happy Hunting.

I thought I'd clean this one up after being out and about for a nearby ftf. After searching for a while in the early morning darkness a random stranger turned up and started doing the suspicious search thing. Nice to meet you alanica.

Our combined effort didn't produce the results we wanted, and even when the council guys joined in (after a brief explanation of what we were up to) we couldn't find it. The council was there to pressure wash the area, which they do every morning because the roosting birds make a bit of a mess. Could the cache have been dislodged by these morning ablutions?
We chatted for a while as the morning commuter rush built and the opportunity for surreptitious searching evaporated.
