Together with TBU2Uwe001 and my muggle brother Siggi we were using this beautiful sunny winter day for a caching trip to the Sunny Coast area.We found this cache after a short search and signed the log. Off to the next one......Tftc Wesso Family

Out and about for a few hours to grab a few caches to increase our monthly count as the last few months have been a bit quiet due to bub. We decided to head up to the coast as theres a large swathe of caches that are easy to access plus theres a challenge were working on in the areaWell, I think we searched over the entire structure checking every square inch of it. We gave up and made our way back up, hmm, I havent checked there and yep! There it was. Very sneaky! All that time wasted looking elsewhere. Thanks for bringing us here.#4266 - TFTC
This was a cache that we spent a while searching, and close to giving up a couple of times, but eventually, with persistence, we found it. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [Wesso Family](https://coord.info/PR53GJK) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, I joined [georode](https://coord.info/PR2V198) on a trip north to the Sunshine Coast, with the Caloundra [Midday Meetup at Kings](https://coord.info/GCAF30H) event providing us with the motivation for our northern drive. Before meeting [georode](https://coord.info/PR2V198), I visited a few targeted puzzles in Bells Creek that I hadn't solved until recently, and it was a longer walk than I had appreciated. We then tree-fished a few geocaches in Baringa, before meandering through the vicinity before joining the event for lunch. We both had notional times to finish our day mid-afternoon with either promises made to the family or home chores to perform, so we utilised our remaining time visiting *Howzat?!* cricket series geocaches that we had solved, in addition to the three newly published *MakkuMob* geocaches.
I made a last minute decision to head up to the Sunnie Coast for the day with a vague plan to tackle a couple of puzzles requiring me to load up Renaldo with more tools than the average tradie hilux…
The weather sabotaged that plan which meant I spent the day between Baringa and Meridan Plains caching up a storm…
Hints in some of the logs had me considering the options here, more than I probably would… that didn’t stop me maki g this much harder than it needed to be…
Thanks Wesso Family

A trip up to Caloundra to meet up with E_Smiley and grannysmith1947 for a day of caching. It was pouring rain all the way from the Gold Coast to the outskirts of Corbould Park, and then the sun appeared from nowhere! Thank goodness we never got to use the wellies, fowl weather gear, or the brolly
The majority of caches found today were in excellent condition and a real credit to the CO's who placed them, and we certainly had fun finding them all
Thank you, Wesso Family, for another good hide

Wesso Family I found your cache Creekwood Trolls on 6/2/2023, 9:30 am. This is my find 4716 and find # 1 today. Found it after a brief search. Sneaky, not where I thought it would be. Logbook completely full, unable to sign. Message sent to CO. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Was here last night, couldn’t see it in the dark. Returned to day. Was a quick find. Sneak little thing.
Needs new log.

Shazzar66 and I were searching one side when Duppers announced from the other side that she'd found it. Thanks Wesso Family and happy caching
I had been here yesterday and had looked for the cache in numerous places, when I had a message and needed to leave without a find. Today, as we were nearby looking for another cache, I suggested a look for this one. I freely admit that I wouldn’t have found this sneaky nano without some help. I put my hand on the cache with a feeling of gratitude.
Thanks for the sneaky hide. TFTC Wesso

Out in small group today to pick up some caches in the area. Brislions and I both needed to pick up this one. At GZ we quickly located the cache; we soon had our names in the log. TFTC
I was up on the Sunshine Coast to grab a few cache’s with Selva Girls and CuriousQuest. We had lots of today plus lots of chatting. End the we found 6 caches.

A planned weekend trip up to the sunshine coast to grab a few caches. I still need a few more to get me closer to that sunshine coast challenge. The trip worked in well for the Sunday morning CITO event in Coolum.
I meet up with Esmiley and we spent Saturday, day and night, caching areas that neither of us had been to before. We were not certain if the recent rains and floods would have effected any of the caches but we gave it a shot.
We first of hit the Sippy Downs area and we had some fun. Many of the caches here took much longer than they should have; we spent way too much time trying to find simple caches. We then moved towards the north, working our way to Coolum however, time ran out and we had to stop for the day. It seemed as though the day was getting hotter as it went on and got even worse during the night.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the caches, some I kept notes on, some were just great caches and some I really do not understand why. We signed all logs with both names and replaced as we found them.
Very sneaky bugger, we took the yellow pages approach here and let our fingers do the walking.

Fun day with chamad aiming to get 150 caches to qualify for the Sunshine Coast Challenge . Picking up caches from Sippy Downs, went south to Meridan Plains, clear out DNFs in Currimundi and finishing up at Foote Sanctuary area.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here Wesso Family. Another one I couldn't find alone. So quick when you know where to look.

Chamad and I decided to meet up on this lovely "getting closer to spring" day. We need to get 555 Sunshine Coast caches for a Challenge cache we collected last weekend. Let's just say I am a looooooooong way off. So we spent Saturday afternoon and way into the night collecting caches and so early the next morning that I am wondering why we bothered to go to sleep
Unfortunately this was not a find for today.

Found all the cobblers pegs but no cache. I'm sure it's still there, just too sneaky for me today
This was nearly going to be a DNF this afternoon. After searching all around this bridge, I was confident I had looked everywhere, so I was about to leave when I had to have one final check in a cryptic spot, and there it was! Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for another sneaky hide wesso family!

Finally! Our third visit to this site. So much easier to find than what we thought. I had re-read some of the logs for the third time and knew what I was looking for and that I had to feel for it. Some naughty geocacher has written in geocaching terms on the bridge and this "clue" certainly helped with the find. Thanks naughty geocacher
I like trolls caches, but only when smallwombat is with me. He has more guts than me to go into areas I won't. Tftc
Weirdly, this was a super quick find.
Literally seconds after rolling up today i was unravelling a log. If only they were all this spidersensey. It was only upon reading past logs now i chance upon it frustrating many...
Thanks wesso for another local cache!
Found with sunshine58 today sometime after one pm.

Tuesday. After strolling through everything spikey and then peeking everywhere else, I decided to take the look and see approach and actually spotted the little blighter sitting ‘right there!’ Signed the log and replaced in almost exactly the same spot. Lovely locale here.
This was the 1st of 4 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Wesso Family***, for showing us this place.

A bit of a half-hearted look after we read that touch rather than sight was required to find this cache. Would be fine in NZ but no way here in Aus.

Time for the girls and I to avenge a DNF here today. At least this time it wasn't raining. So, with clear skies, receptive signals, dry bodies and serious optimism, we pulled up and wandered over. We looked here, there and everywhere and I must say it looks like a number of people have really tried pulling this bridge apart since our last visit!
Eventually while NyssaFlutterby and Wombles&Co looked in that area, I decided to alter my view and also rely more on feel than eyesight, and at very accurate coordinates (once the bounce stopped), the cache was finally uncovered. A cry of victory from me, which was doubted by at least one other party until they saw me sitting signing, soon had our smile on the map. Log signed as QQ for the three of us to save space.
Thanks for the cache Wesso Family.

We had a dnf here previously but were determined to find it today!

The first wacky Wednesday of the year for wombles, 1MinnieMoo and I. It was HOT! HOT! HOT!
We had visited this cache a while ago and came away with a big fat DNF
Today we returned and thanks to 1MM's persistence, our frown was turned upside down
Very sneaky and no trolls today.

While staying at Elimbah we have been meandering up and down the coast finding caches including this one. Nice hide in a good location. Thankyou Wesso Family for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
I had parked about 200m away as there was not many parking spots around. It looks like most homeowners have extra cars which they have to park on the road.
I initially started my search by exerting myself and decided that I didn't want to continue there and relocated to an easier spot and my hand felt the cache.

Out for some fun caching on the Sunshine Coast with Dora the Explorer! I had previously DNFed this cache, Today, I located within a minute of arriving at GZ. I am SURE it wasn't there the last time I was here! TFTC
Should have gone back to basics on this one and trusted Mr Wesso's caching prowess! Perfect coords, description and terrain rating. Spent way too long in the wrong place doing dumb things!
Thanks for the lesson Wesso. Good fun anyway

Out for an afternoon of caching with stortigirls. After finding a nearby cache, we headed to this one. We searched and searched without luck. Two PAFs later and a lot more searching and still no luck.
Having avoided the hard work at the previous cache Crookedpete was dispatched this time round to perform the initial search. We left him at it for a good long search, while in the meantime Swellerfungus and I had a read of some previous logs. We made sure he had got into an uncomfortable position before revealing that that wouldn't be necessary, much to Crookedpete's annoyance. We all joined in searching then but even after an even lengthier search we still had nothing to show for it. Swellerfungus had called time on our search but he decided to check one more spot while I checked a corresponding location. What do you know, I finally managed to turn up its hiding spot. TFTC
Cyclone Debbie was naughty. Not only did she make a real mess everywhere and get everything wet - she also spoilt the Bromance plans for a hike in Lamington NP. Somehow we ended up on the Sunshine Coast instead, which turned out to be a good alternative.
Oh yes, we searched high and low here. After exhausting all the other options, I climbed in there over that. At some point in time quite a while later I suggested to one of my mates to look there. Nothing, but upon checking the other side in the same location, hey presto!
A lot of development here. Thanks Wesso

The Bromance (Swellerfungus, Seffnjarah and CrookedPete) came north from Brisvageas for a spot of Sunshine Coast hospitality - caching style. We started early and cached through for most of the day. As usual we looked for interesting caches with some better D/T statistics. Many of the Puzzles had not yet been solved by me (as this was a last minute decision to come here), so I have relied on the kindness of my companions, and am slowly solving all the ones we did before logging each one.
Our last for the day (long day) and took us a while. We looked in all the wrong spots - until we found the right one!

Parked and walked over to the GZ. Well I did a more thorough search than I should have, I just should have gone where the geosenses tell me .

Thought a Saturday would ensure there were less tradies about and it was very quiet here today. I actually surprised myself with a rather quick find as the cache was not what I was expecting after reading the description and name. TFTC yet again Wesso.
Before reading previous logs and any clues, we headed straight to one part of the bridge just thinking of the cache name alone. With nothing of significance found, we rechecked some hints and realised we were in the wrong area.
Searching further with not too many places to hide anything, we nearly gave up as it was quite hot and even though no muggles were within sight, we thought we might be looking a bit suspicious by now. One more check of another spot and my hand was on it! Yay!!!
Quick sign and back to the even hotter car...

Time for a Wacky Wednesday with teamdfl [^]
This one was a good one to leave to late in the afternoon as all the tradies had knocked off for the day. We tried to make it harder than necessary, but a read of the Description changed our viewpoint. teamdfl soon spotted the sneaky hide. TFTC, Wesso Family.

This was one of or planned caches for the day and it was left till last. We did try to make this much harder than needed, but the terrain rating was not right.
Nice and quiet out here late in the afternoon. We got lucky with a nice quick find to finish the day off.

Wow workers in every direction! While bones hunts i pretend to be on the phone talking to some person waving my arms around for authenticity lol. Quick recheck of the terrain we narrow our search area and bingo.
Out with Egg Zachary for another afternoon of caching. Pulled up near the GZ to find it a hive of activity with houses galore popping up left right and centre. Once we realised the builders couldn't have cared less what we were doing we started our search. We looked high then looked low, no luck, so took a more measured approach and actually read the attributes of the cache and it was soon in our hot little hands. Thanks Mr Wesso
Cant believe all the building work thats going on here. Started my search completely in the wrong place and then noticed the terrain rating and realized I was making it a lot harder than it should have been. Signed the log and returned the crafty little devil back to its hiding place. TFTC Wesso Family
Woo-hoo so after 3 attempts and some nagging kids I got a hint that I desperately needed and had the little bugger in hand at last tyvm found it
A few muggles around this morning walking dogs and working on houses though none of them took mush notice of me. Soon had a free stretch to search and there it was. Very sneaky.
Thanks for the cache Wessos (and the handy hint).

Another cache on a bridge and I can’t find it.. If it’s under the bridge (as I suspect) I can’t get into the confines space to search for it (note to self, lose weight and become more flexible Ha Ha!). If it’s on top then I don’t know where it is.
Thanks anyway

Watching the weather & trying to decide where to raid today.
Hoping to hit the Sunshine Coast but looking north it didn't look very sunny.
A few words with the Sun God, Mighty Ra, expressing our displeasure seems to have done the trick, the closer we get the more the weather is clearing! LOL ...
Selected Little Mountain & surrounds, filled up the Geo-beast & it was GAME ON!
After our previous 2 DNFs, on mtill17 caches, we arrived to find this one behind a temporary high fence & a sign advising us not to enter.
Fair go, we're cachers!
So we began our search & initially thought this was going to be our 'hat trick' of DNFs, 3 in a row.
We poked & prodded to no avail &, after about 5 minutes, returned to the Geo-beast with our proverbial tails between our legs.
I sat there & looked back at GZ.
NO!!!
I'm going back in!
I KNOW this one is here!
30 seconds later it was 'cache in hand!'
Made our mark & replaced as found.

This was our second attempt at this one. Thanks to the cache owner's help we were able to find the sneaky little blighter quite quickly this time. TNLNSL TFTC
We decided to take Geomum up the mountain for a stop at the lookout and then onto Montville and the beautiful chapel built for weddings. Although not open today it still was an impressive site.
After lunch and a wander around it was time to make our way slowly home and to stop for a cache for the day. This one caught my eye and I love stopping for a Wesso Family cache and once arrived at GZ after getting through the roadworks and we had to backtrack and come in the back way to GZ. Traffic lined up all the way back up Parkwoods Ave to the Caloundra Road.
Once at GZ, I looked in a couple of spots and thought to myself knowing the CO, I spotted the container.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Wesso Family All good with this cache

This is one of those moments where you punish yourself by not reading a cache listing.
I had just finished work at the hospital and thought that I might grab a cache on the way home. And, this was the lucky cache that was chosen.
I headed over towards ground zero and loaded up the compass, bypassing all the details. I headed straight for where I thought that I should be and started looking around. 'Hmmm...' I could not find anything that pointed me in the direction of the cache. I checked EVERYTHING here and nothing was giving anything away.
I then went back up and loaded up the listing and then it became apparent that I had been looking in the completely wrong area, the name had thrown me a little. After a new approach, and a little dexterity, I soon found what I had come here for.
Thanks for yet another cache Wesso Family. Everything is in perfect order with your new hide!

Wandering around the area today and stopped by to check this one out.
Once at GZ it took a lot of dexterity to retrieve a cache from a spot that I just new the CO wouldn't have placed it.
Once the log was signed all was returned in the right spot.
Looking at the new estate and I was amazed at how they cram everything in.

Had the place to ourselves. Had a really good look up top and below. A bit confused between the cache name and the terrain rating. We will be back.
I was out hunting dragons, and after that little jaunt I checked my phone, new caches!
Just my luck, one pretty close to home and I am out, oh well, not too far away, I will have to finish slaying those dragons another time. i'm going for the FTF!
I headed to the cache location and had quite a search around, I think it was 15-20 minutes before I re-checked one of the first places I looked a bit more closely and put my hand on the sneaky little cache!
I opened up the container and found a fresh new log, woohoo, *FTF*! I added my name then popped the cache back just as I found it.
