Replaced cache, slightly different spot, same co-ords will have you find it...No sign of any of the other cache placements here, and the metal drum is now roadside!Keep on caching...
A most enjoyable morning spent caching on the backroads north of Kapunda and south east of Riverton.Plenty of trampled sour sobs here as if someone has had a recent search for this one. No luck for us today Im afraid. Many thanks for the hide anyway Hurtle
Being from WA we are not used to this kind of cold - icy with a fine mist . Found replacement under rusty bucket. Thanks Hurtle
I found two broken caches and no log at GZ. Have replaced cache and log!
TFTC.
Wish I could get closer to those buildings!

Found the container but it appears to have been hit with a slasher and has been cut open. No contents could be found.
Cache needs to be replaced!

You sure you found the right container?
Pretty sure this was hidden in a stump, amongst other trees. Making it pretty hard for a slasher to get too?

Found during a day out caching in the Kapunda and wider area with Freddo and Team Waldron. We signed our names in full or abbreviated to F.F.TW in caches that none of us had previously found, and in full when one or the other (various combinations) had already claimed on a prior visit. A total of around 40 finds for each of us today, plus 5 for the local Lab cache to clear up a nice area on the map. Great to see another fine example of Lost Heritage featured during the day. Thanks for the cache Hurtle!
Out for a day around Kapunda with Freddo and Featherwaite. We got hot from the sun, soaked from the rain and every type of weather in between.
A quick find as we toured around.

Out and about with Felixll on a day trip from Greenock where we are camping for a few days.

First stop on our Saturday geomob adventure with theboyz14 and geo car operator kapqueen.
Out geocaching with hevwalker after enjoying a hearty lunch at the event in Nuri.
The afternoon was spent caching and the evening spent socialising.
A awesome day/evening was had.
Was after dark when locating this cache so did not see the Lost Heritage, soursobs are hiding the cache well enough. The tin and rock must be a red herring.

The usual Wednesday Wander for members of the Puzzled Puzzlers saw only myself and Mrs. S.A. Sewer Rat available for the day. Time to take the circuitous route between the main arterial roads cleaning out all those caches just a little off the beaten track. Of course we also needed to pick up a few that had popped up in the main towns since the last time we had been through.
A quickish find in amongst the sour sobs. Seems like all the old tyres for the distinct have been dumped here. Interesting to see if that is for a future purpose!
**Thanks Hurtle for this cache. **

On the way home from Blanchetown this afternoon I decided to do some caching along the way, then catch up with Davidwazza and GeckoJ for one final cache before heading home. A detour through the back roads. Cache was quickly found at another interesting location TFTC
Shame about all the lost heritage buildings up and around the area.
Thank you for bringing me out this way, and thank you for the cache.

My 100h geocache . and wow what an adventure it was. My 99th geocache up the Bald Hill Road was an adventure in itself as I got a flat tire and had to change it there and then and then limp my car back down here to my 100th now i hope I can just make it to some Tarmac so I can feel safe driving home. Thanks for the adventures!
It's amazing how hard/easy (depending on the season) caches can be found. No weeds, no sour sobs, no undergrowth at all at the moment. Cache was found quickly. TFTC Hurtle.
Never assume that is the cache hiding spot. You could be wrong. Cache easily located if you don’t get distracted. TFTC
What's this!? A Hurtle cache. We checked the coords and they were spot on but it was not in the "obvious" place. A little tooing and froing with H423L about where I should replace it but I was out voted. I wonder where it should go? It's not in the first place you will look players.
Thanks to Hurtle and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!
It’s probably there somewhere under all those cold, wet sour sobs. Thanks for getting us out on these back roads anyway.
Another lost heritage off the list only a few more to go on the never ending list, another fine example of building built by our pioneers

Staying at Kapunda for the weekend. Thought we would drive some country roads even though the weather is HOT. TFTC.
Dropped off friend to work this morning decided to pick up a few caches while i wait.
Easy find at GZ.
Went out looking for a calendar filler tonight, but had no luck at the first cache.
Decided to head to this cache, quite a few kms away!
It got dark, then drizzly, the fuel light come on and then once arriving at GZ it poured down and the lightning filled the sky.
Typical cache adventure!
Nice spot out here!

Found this one twice and both times, forgot to log!!! Remembering this time....! TFTC
Out on a learner driver tour of our local area, decided a few caches wouldn't go astray while we were out and about. No sheep for us but good spot to practice a 3 point turn.
Cheers Hurtle for the cache today.

Number five on our big northern loop today .
As with the CO's photo, there were lots of sheep around here when we visited this morning , but didn't notice any smell - maybe the breeze was blowing the other way .
TNLNSL.
Thanks again Hurtle.

Placing a temporary found log on this one until the FTFer gets around to logging a proper find log instead of a 'note'...
so it takes it off other cachers unfound lists.

Brodie, muggle partner and I were at Berri for an event yesterday at our 'home' for the weekend
Today was head for our real home day and I was supposed to be back in Adelaide by 6.30pm for a meeting but at 8pm, we were just leaving Barmera
There was just too many great spots to visit and caches to find
All up, 40 caches for the day (well, 40 after we had been to bed and slept ) and the last 2 were FTFs which required a small (about 20km) detour from our journey home.
Unless mentioned otherwise, please know that your cache and log book was in good condition.
This is why we detoured! There's some ruins here with a cache nearby that just had to be found.
A quick find and the cache was opened to see a clean log book
Woohoo! *FTF* at 11.36pm
I wonder how many of the thousands of ruins in the state will end up with Lost Heritage caches at them
No strong sheep smell tonight, either [^]
