I really thoroughly checked out the area including tree at gz which is not a pine by the way and all the pines on the plot
Checked out the old tree at gz then went to all the pines on the place. No luck. Maintenance or archive I think.
Come on please CO, We did have a good look.
Just a few to many DNF's. How about a check please.

Fitzy_1965 and I headed out for a drive in the country that took us from Bungendore to Crookwell and home again. Needless to say, we both found quite a few caches for the day - my total was around 36. We skipped caches in Goulburn, saving those for another day. Thanks to all the cache owners for their hides and Fitzy for the fun company!
First cache and first DNF of the day sadly. This one could do with a check up

Seem like this one has been trimmed away. No show here. Perhaps the Co could investigate. Cheers
Didn't realise there were a few DNF's when we came to look. Though we rarely think it's likely a cache is missing, it's quite possible this one's gone due to the work at GZ.....but we did see the old nunnery so that was a find! Thanks anyway geobungers.
This is the second time I tried to find this one and the second and last time I DNF'd.

Just hope this one was too tricky. After a look in several possibilities, I waved the white flag.
Beaut old nuns quarters too.
Sneaky hide but did find it .
Many thanks for the cache .

On our caching road trip from the coast. Cricket practice going on in the nets nearby. SL TFTC geobungers
We decided to have a day out geocaching, and to do some in an area we normally drive through on our way to other places.
We used to have a friend living in this street, and drove past here plenty of times. We didn't realise that the building opposite GZ was a nunnery, even though we knew to church associated with it was there. An easy find today. Left an appropriate little figure for someone. TFTC

My Garmin had the coordinates about 14 metres out (it preferred S 35° 15.167 E 149° 26.674), but this was not a problem because the hint was good. TFTC geobungers.
Found with shrimp 92 and nissan 65. On our way home from caching in canberra. Thankyou for the cache
On my way home from a night stay thanks for the cache with shrimp 92 and cullum68
#466 Long, long time between caches!! Good to get back into it! Nice find TFTC!
Out in this neck of the woods today with LuckyL10n so we could clean up a few different caches. My first one in town and a nice quick easy find....always like that. Signed the log and replaced the cache and started off for the one around the corner...just as the stream train came past. Something you don't see everyday......glad I was here at the right time.
Thanks GB........nicely camo'd....

Took a detour to try to find this one on the way home. No luck. Seems to have disappeared previous pictures would imply it's in a large tree despite not being able to see into the fork of the tree if you attempt a climb it is still not visible. Needs maintenance.
This was a quick and easy find today before the weather really turned horrible.
TFTC whilst out on an early morning walk to stretch the back before driving to Sydney. Love these caches highlighting the history of old buildings. I did think there would be more of these in historic Bungendore.
TFTC. Went straight past this one as geohubby said it was opposite an old nursery, so I was looking for that instead of a nunnery. Eventually found the correct spot and geokiddies were lifted up to make the grab. On our road trip to Dubbo with a short stopover for a birthday party first. TB's stopped for a visit

After orienteering in Kowen Forest I paid Bungendore a visit to clean up the new caches placed here since my last visit. This was a familiar spot, but a different hide. The tell signs were soon spotted - a nice hide. TFTC.

Another drive around today clearing the mind. After my drive (cacheless) I decided I would go and do the Mulligans Flat CCT caches. So I put the push bike into the back of the car and off I went. I arrived to get CCT - S2 - Walkover and was quickly reminded of the cull. Oh damn, wont be going in there as it was already afternoon so there is no way I would be finished by 5pm. So a quick change of plans were in place so i headed off to Lake Road near Lake George instead.
After shooting up the Hume and down Bungendore Road, I was soon on Lake Road. I had finished Lake Road and there was still a little light so I decided to head over to Bungendore for a couple grabs. I searched for this one for a while however there have been recent limb trimming which had me worried that it was gone. I decided to PAF and while I was on the phone, I located the cache on the ground about 8m away from the tree. It appears the cache had been knocked out maybe by the tree trimming people. I placed the cache back where my PAF told me on the phone so all is good
Thanks for the cache placement geobungers

The geo-ute is getting some attention from a local mechanic this morning, so I'm cycling my way around Bungendore picking up some caches! TFTC
Dive trip to Narooma April 2016. After a great day diving I was headed home and descied to stop off for one cache. I think I have done a cache in this place before, oh well, time to go.
Thanks.

#4294 - 16:25; After attending the CITO Event in Canberra this morning, decided to head out to Bungendore for a mini mission to collect the unfound caches I had out there. This was my first stop and after walking around in circles, eventually located the sneaky hide in the obvious location. TFTC geobungers

Found on our 2016 Narooma trip. After having some bakery lunch in Bungendore, we quickly came over to claim this cache. The GPS initially took us to the wrong tree, but after expanding our search area, the cache was nicely found. Great hide in a lovely little spot. TFTC!
Found at 2:11:00 PM
Found at the second tree I searched, which was 14 metres from where my GPS wanted me to be. I was surprised to find myself the second finder that day.
Thanks geobungers

I've done a cache near here before! Headed to the tree indicated by the GPS, but then moved to another that better matched the hint and the cache was quickly found.
Thanks
Thanks
After multiple DNF's on another cache that was very nearby it was refreshing to get a quick find on this one. TFTC.
Found after a bit of a search in the wrong place. Quick find when we readjusted our positioning. Tftc
Find 116 on our geocaching weekend and joint STF with Nibletricecakes & Darkonas Delights. Just stopped for a break on the way home to Goulburn. Excellent spot for a cache. Also my 260th cache.
Choo ooo *FTF* with SC. I too tried this one first, but coords had me in the street! Also there were some muggle cricket players nearby, so I moved on... Came back with SC - and made a quick find! I recon the coords for this one are about 15m out! Thanks again GB.

We were still out and about in this area when we noticed there was four new ones in Bungendore.
So we called passed them all to turn the little green boxes into smileys.
Pulled up close to this one and another quick search was in order and soon came up with the goods.

With the coordinates in the middle of the road we didn't spend long here and tried our luck on some of the other new ones before returning. Now pretty confident with the type of container Mr Stormcatcher made quick work of this one and scored another *FTF* with Tankengine at 15:00. Sneaky and well camouflaged cache. Almost had a disaster with Mr Stormcatchers phone slipping out of his pocket without him noticing, luckily he realised before going to far and was able to come back for a "third" time to retrieve it, phew .
Great unexpected day out here, thanks for the efforts geobungers.
Edit: We should have read the description a bit closer and would have helped the first time lol !
