This cache has been going quite a while (2016). However I no longer live in the area and I am unable to maintain it. It will be archived at the end of 2023.
I had come over this way primarily to find the last cache I needed to qualify for the **Z-Z-Z - Challenge** cache... and while I was in the area, I went hunting out more caches so I could close in on the 100 Finds required for ** 100 Finds in the Knox LGA Challenge **. This cache was a nice, easily found cache in a quite reserve. The log sheet is full and needs replacing. Thanks **Lost_and_found_79** for putting it here.
An easy enough find here once the phone GPS settled. Funny little strip of park! The log is completely full though. TFTC
Lovely little park. Quick find today. Logbook is full, found one blank spot to sign. TFTC
It's been a while since I've found a cache, so since I was a bit early for work I checked to see if there was a (hopefully) quick one nearby, and there was It took longer than it should've but I've always struggled a bit with cache blindness on these ones, but found and signed and got to work on time.
Thanks Lost_and_found_79

Was in the areas so I thought I’d go for a wander.
The log book is still full but I managed to squeeze my name on there.
Nice little hide for this newbie.

Having a caching day around the Scoresby/Boronia area, this cache was on the list. It was found speedily
Decided to claim a few nearby caches while waiting for my tires to get changed on this rainy Wednesday afternoon.
This one was a nice quick spot, however the log needs replacing as it is completely full.

Seemed like a nice day for caching until Melbourne lived up to its reputation.
Nice cache took a little to find.

While waiting in the car at some nearby shops, I saw this on the map. Only 200m away, so quickly walked to the GZ. GPS had me look in a couple of places, and as I was about to give up, Geokid spotted it. Couldn’t sign, as log is full. TFTC
*Found on the 29 Jan 2022 @ 10:51 am.*
*Cache find # 12474.*
I was over this way today for other reasons but I was needing a few finds for today and had a bit of time to fill in so why not find a cache or two.
It didn’t take too long to find this one.
Log is full and needs replacing, managed to squeeze my name in.
**Thanks to Lost_and_found_79 for placing this cache.**

Quick little find after work. Have gone past here several times and not known anything was hidden until I started looking. Thanks!
We are up in this neck of the woods to get our car fixed before heading to Wangaratta for the Mega there next weekend. This took a while to find as coordinates not very accurate under tree cover in this lovely park. Eventually stopped and had a think and read of previous logs when I saw something only a metre or so away. The log is full and needs replacing. I managed to find somewhere to sign up the top. Thanks for getting me started on a caching day.
Finally! That took a bit too long. The light was failing but i did manage to spot it before complete darkness. TFTC!
On my way home from the first professional haircut I've had in almost two years I decided to grab some maccas for lunch. While waiting for food (a happy meal of course - never too old haha) I discovered that this cache was nearby and made it the cache of the day. The doggos won't be too happy I found it without them.
At GZ it took some circling to find the micro hidden away nicely but I wasn't too surprised about where it was, just had to do a methodical search!
Thanks for the cache!

Found it with my daughter. Took a bit of looking but we found it! Great hide in a nice quiet area! TFTC !
Had some time in the area between jobs to find some caches.
Had a fair idea what this cache would be, so a minute or so of perusing likely spots soon revealed it.

Out on the bike for a big ride around Knoxfield for some caches. I was looking for this one for about 15-20 minutes, even after PAF’ing which just confirmed what I was already thinking. Eventually I saw the shine of a bison and the cache was in hand. TFTC
Was annoyed by mosquitoes here.
They must have been desperate because they won’t normally come near me.
The cache was finally spotted when I came at it at the right angle.

After working in the area today, thought I’d explore here for a cache. This one took longer than it should with a jumping gps, I just looked at all the surroundings until finally there was a little glint of a bison- hooray! Thanks
Out to pick up some caches to fill another day on the caching calendar. Once at GZ it took a little while to spot this very well camouflaged cache. TFTC .
Quick find while walking the dog and child in the neighbourhood. No pen so took a photo of the last entry in the log. TFTC
Out and about early today in FTG and Knox area hoping at add some smileys to my local map. After finding some caches nearby in Lakewood , I meandered over to this one. took awhile , but eventually success. thanks
24 Dec 2019: Streak Day #299/366 (1 March 2019 - 29 February 2020). A quick find here after a lunch with a friend nearby. TFTC Lost_and_found_79.
We had to sign in green highlighter because we couldn’t find a pen, I hope that’s ok!
We had a fun day with Sarah yikes up in Olinda finding caches. Fed the kids at the local Golden Arches and notices this wasn't too far away! Quick walk up the road and once again miss 12 scored the find!!! She's had all the luck today!!! Thanks
Second time round for this one but a bit of rain and the sun shining made it easier when I spied something shining. Sure enough there it was. Pretty much where I had been looking last time.
TFTC, sorry to the couple nearby having a public with us carrying on looking for this cache.

As others have said, it was seen better from the other side, had to do a circle. A shame about the rubbish-dumped tires, old batteries and a computer chair.
Starting to head home as we are losing light, but thought we would try to fit a few more in.
The boys stayed in the car whilst the girls and I hopped out.
Searching for a few minutes when little miss gives the I found it yell!
Well done, I think, as in a few more minutes will be impossible to see anything.
thanks for the cache Lost_and_found_79

With the rain coming down and the Geokids waiting in the car after a Maccas party we attended just around the corner, this one took a few minutes to locate after the gizmo finally pinpointed where I needed to be.
Took a little wandering around GZ and was nearly going to give up when a different angled view revealed the hide. Found with Buffyelmo.

The dog next door was unhappy with our presence but geo-dad was undeterred and moved on in to make the find fast here. Thank you
Trust GeoUncle to make the Find, my GeoSenses have totally gone backwards lately. A quick sign and we’re on our way again, the dog over the fence was making it quite clear it didn’t want us around.

A conveniently located geocache.
I was on my way to Chirnside Park this morning and had 45 minutes to spare.
Parking nearby and a short walk had me at GZ.
After a few laps of the obvious location my phone rang.
Chatting with Add0 I was slightly distracted and this was all it took for me to actually spot the cache.
Thank you for placing this cache and highlighting this area, Lost_and_found_79.

After a short walk and a long search I spotted this cache just as I was about to throw in the towel. It was right in front of me all the time yet I couldn't see it until I began to move away. Well hidden. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kkams
Many many others who wrote in their logs that they circled a time or two, I too circled before seeing it. Thanks, Lost_and_found_79. 9:06 am
Out for an afternoon of caching with lochb and G&J of GJMMelb, this one took some of us longer to spot than G who found it first - it was what I had expected but my eyes just couldn't lock on to the target, not helped from being on the wrong side of course... G was on a roll today! TFTC
Out for an arvo of caching with quiet1_au and lochb, this was next on the list.
JMelb and lb arrived at GZ first, followed by q1 and finally GMelb.... so who found the cache??? ...Yep you guessed it..GMelb that’s 4/5 so far for the day. He just happened to approach from the right direction!

I originally found this cache with my Mum heymissjo, but now that I have my own account, I am logging. Thanks for the cache.
For the past few years I have cached as part of "team heymissjo", but now I am old enough to have my own account so logging the find. Thanks for the cache.
Had a hour between jobs so I grabbed some caches in this area. Sl thanks for the cache.
Had lunch at maccas and walk along to this park. I managed it during raining. Found it. Thanks Lost_and_found_79
Thanks for the cache! I'm about to try a simpsons cache next and all I could think of was 'look in the tunk', when reminding myself how to search for this cache!
Doing a training course on the same street so stopped here during lunch. Did a lap of gz before I spotted it
My closes t to home found while out for a walk. I have looked at this one many times before but never actually gone hunting for it given it thats close I figured I'd get to it eventually. Turns out today was the day and with a very quick find there I was able to finally get my name on this nice clean log book. TFTC
The first of four finds as I meandered my way home from visiting my mum for a slightly delayed Mother's Day visit tonight.
Parked and walked in, felt a bit cagey as always when going into an unknown park late at night, but figured the cold would mean only I was silly enough to be there, which turned out to be the case.
Was expecting to search for ages for this one, based on some prior logs I'd read, but it was in the second place I looked, so must have just got lucky with my approach angle.
Signed the log, it's completely full, so some maintenance is required to replace.
Thanks for the cache, Lost_and_found_79.

Suscoe arrived here just as the dark was descending.
Had the torch and lucky we did.
A short bit of figuring out which one and then a look and look and look and there it was.
Lucky we started on the correct side.
Thanks to Lost_and_found_79.
Time to head off for tea.

My 3rd visit to this one - I was nervous about facing my nemesis. I had a fruitless search for about 15mins and was worried that things were going badly again! But then there it was!!! Wow, can't believe how many times I went around this tree and never saw it! Thanks Lost_and_found_79 for driving me crazy!!!
