This was one of the first GC puzzles I solved. Why it took me over a year to get to this lovely place is beyond me. Thank you, CJPERX, for bringing me to a great location.
Pretty sure I found the original one years back. This one was just as good and cache found in good shape. Thanks for the hunt.
Spending the day out caching with @searchingformacca on the way home from weekend camping. Solved this puzzle in between grabbing other caches in the area. Great spot by the lake. TFTC
Out for the weekend Cacheing with @Smithiesoutbackgear. Love the Cache and was a good find. Cheers
With this mystery solved for quite some time it was great to finally pick it up this afternoon on our first ever visit to Glenmaggie and the lake. We were happy to see the water level was quite high, like most places we presume this is due to the good rains we had over winter and spring.
Thanks CJPERX for the fun puzzle placement.

Had a nice morning out at the lake finding some caches with my Da. Successful day for a couple of newbies.
F(H)ound It! #3763 @ 3:55 PM
A lovely afternoon geocaching with the Ridgeo-pup and Maddie the dog, SisterOutlaw and BrotherOutlaw.
Well actually we had one more, but we waited until after we picked up the car again to grab this one. The BOL and his dog have headed home, so it is just me and the SOL.
Again I was not terribly confident of my calculations, which were done on the back of a sweaty hand, but when we got to GZ it was a quick find.
Thanks for the cache, CJPERX

I solved this one a while ago in preparation for our holiday to lake glenmaggie. Today is a magnificent day for a geocaching run along the western lake edge on my bike. This was my final find for the morning before I headed back to camp. The cache was held securely in place by a net of cobwebs and the lid was secured to the container in the same way. I hate spiders. It took me a few minutes with sticks to make it safe to get my name on the logbook TFTC
A nice and easy puzzle to solve and a quick one to find, once we were in the area.

Found with Tooth66 and chiko24. Watch for 8 legged friends. Beautiful weekend for exploring TFTC
This puzzle was solved in readiness for our camping weekend to nearby Paradise Valley. It was so good to enjoy some exploring and caching, and not too far from home. Once again we appreciated the generous parking. Loved the puzzle and thanks for this cache and others in the area.
We spent a great weekend camping with the geokids on the Macalister River and finding geocaches around Glenmaggie, Heyfield and surrounds. Caches were signed/stamped between 25-27th, September. We found some really beautiful little spots around here! Thanks so much for placing and maintaining these caches . Cache was all dry and in good order.
We have been cooped up inside for months now with COVID but with the restrictions starting to ease decided that we would get out for the day and see how many of the caches closer to home we could find. Rebel Acts decided to come along for the ride as well. There’s not too many Gippsland caches he hasn’t found, but he is willing to watch and laugh if our efforts come up empty. The day has started cold, but fine and clear. Hopefully this will last but there has been hail forecast for some of Gippsland. With luck just not the part we are caching in.
Signing all logs today as RASP (Rebel Acts/ SKI Pair)
We have had this puzzle solved for so long we don’t even remember doing it, but at least we had typed in the revised coords so when we had the chance the work was already done! A straightforward find when we eventually got here.

A few messages back and forth with Ski Pair and plans were made to head out to Glenmaggie where there was a nice group of caches to find, we were very lucky with the weather as it did not start raining till we had found our last cache for the day, it had been eleven years since I had been here. Some logs were signed RASP. This was one of the cache we found while exploring the area.
Thanks CJPERX for the cache.

TFTC. Day 3 in Gippsland and today we ventured to Glenmaggie. I (Hans) have never been here, Linda has a long time ago. One of our daughters now holiday here every January. being close by we though we would let geocaching be our guide around Glenmaggie and Heyfield. A great couple of hours . All caches found were in good order .
Had quickly solved this puzzle last night.

Very nice area. Our first cache find in Victoria State. Always appreciate a puzzle cache we can actually solve as they are quite rare and we are quite dense. Thanks for drawing us here!

Good fun and great find after an early error with the numbers. Help from a fellow cacher and sibling that thinks he’s pretty ok helped as well
After working out the clues (without the table) we headed off to GZ. We found this cache sitting exposed out in the open. Logic told us where it should be so after signing the log we rehid it.

I had a slight DNF on this one a while ago, my coordinates were the old ones and I'd not noticed they'd changed. So, this time, with just enough minutes before I had to depart for Tinamba, I managed to dash in there, find the cache easily and dash out. So little water here, even less than last time. Amazing. TFTC CJPERX
A nice easy drive by cache once the co-ords are confirmed. Out with surefoot24 and partner for a day of caching around Glen Maggie

I’d solved this puzzle a while ago and have been wanting an opportunity to come up this way to find the cache. Today was my opportunity. We found a track into the lakeside and it turned into a park and grab cache. Although it was obvious that the cache hadn’t been found for a while, but the cache was in a good condition. It’s got a great view of the lake, even without any water in it.
I worked out the coordinates for this one before we left home and wasn't disappointed when we opened the container here for this one. Thanks for the puzzle CJPERX and thanks for the placement.
Interesting to note the last log back in July 2017 and how dry Glenmaggie was. Today the water level is nice and healthy. Nice little geohunt in the morning before enjoying water craft activities. TFTC CJPERX

Coming out here today, I took my little brother because he had never seen lake glenmaggie.... he still hasn't. Not a drop of water here. Stood in what would have been the lake just for kicks. No waterskiing out here today. TFTC CJPERX
Out and about with Geokid (Gunner_B) and decided we would get a few more of the caches out here.
Had this mystery solved for a while, gave me some entertainment one day while sick.
Thanks for the puzzle and cache!

Asked Mum (Psycho_Scissors) 'shouldn't there be water?' Then said 'I can see some!'

Found with O319 on our Easter school holidays road trip. TFTC! quick easy one to solve as we go.
For those who have tried this puzzle and failed I am truly sorry. There has been an error identified in the GEO Checker and I am not sure how long this has been the case. Try again as all is fixed and good!
Just a note for anyone that has previously completed the puzzle. I have updated the Co-ords and the puzzle to suit. I also added a Geo-checker...Enjoy!
Found with aqau while having a drive around Lake Glenmaggie.
I am sorry for the late log.

Worked out puzzle some time ago and finally got around to making the find. beautiful day for a drive so TFTC
Geochild solved the puzzle and GeoDad found the cache. Geomum was at ground zero which was a bit away from the cache's location. All good fun. Thanks. Silkyie
Having found the nearby cache on the road to Licola I honed in on this puzzle while still sitting in the car because I was sure this one would land somewhere on my way into Glenmaggie. I was right, although it's always a little disconcerting when your final gz lands you in water on your map. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the dry surrounds, the bird life and the tranquillity of the area. Thanks for the cache CJPERX
