Thank you, this is our 32 Anniversary run. Aiming to get 32 caches1 today to celebrate 31/32
Found by Mary and David at 16:00. Always time for one more before we head to our motel for tonight before this evening's Event. Would you believe that today is Nude Hiking Day (and no, we didn't celebrate it). Our thanks to Fergzter.
Find No. 4674. Found with FUF009 at 1.55pmTogether with FUF009 we went down to Creswick on Easter Saturday caching. After we finished the AFL Series we headed back into Creswick to have a late picnic lunch at the Gardens. On our way we stopped off to find this one. Even with the hint and three sets of eyes we found this one hard to spot. Eventually found it and signed the log.TFTC Fergzter
Find # 14420Found with Tyred n Cranky.A day spent down around Creswick picking up the odd cache or more.Heading back into Creswick from the AFL caches we pulled in to this one...With 3 sets of eyes it still took a bit to locate the cache. TFTC Fergzter
Out caching in the state forest, we noticed this on our way into Creswick for a cuppa. Quick find once we found the right gum tree. Cache in good order. Tftc.
Haha, this one took me way too long to find, i hadnt read the description or clue and faffed about for ages. Once i read the clue the cache was quickly in hand.I found this one as part of a spur of the moment drive down to the area. I had a long conversation this morning about global warming, el nino, drought and fire risks and was left feeling down and anxious. I sat at home and worried for a while before deciding to get outside for some exercise in nature. Great therapy i reckon. I checked out my geocache map looking for a place to walk in the bush and not be too challenged. These caches and the area in general fitted the bill so the geopooch and i set off in the early afternoon. A bit late but still plenty of time to find some caches. The rolling green hills, babbling creeks and verdant forests were just what i needed today. I left earplugs as swag in most of my finds, just in case the serenity here isnt enough for someone. I ended up with twenty one finds and one DNF. Thanks to all the COs for my fun afternoon.
Found with the Kennaclan on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Thank you for placing this cache here. Too bad if I needed the loo with the constant sound of water lol

Coords had me a little off which meant it took a little longer to find this one than it should have. First day out caching in quite a while. TFTC.

One last stop for the day as it wasn't too far down the road. Parked in the obvious spot and took the walk to GZ where the cache was spotted after a minute or two of searching. Log signed, cache returned and then it was off home.
Thanks for this one Fergzter...could certainly here some water flowing in...

A nice and quick find was had here!! Cache in great condition and ready for its next visitor.
Thank you
Thank you
Vinz was in the area today for "mortal work" stuff, the area around this particular artifact looks as if it will suit my needs perfectly so why not "grab a few" whilst here.
Did resort to the hint to secure the find as there were so many potential hidey spots at GZ.
Had grand plans about getting a few more in the vicinity before getting the company chariot expertly bogged and losing an hour of daylight for recovery.
Next time.

Find #4529
Traditional Find #2823**
I headed out with Steve on our first caching run since before the second lockdown. Ballarat, Mount Beckworth, Clunes and Creswick were our targets for today. We were now caching our way in the direction of home and made a few finds before we hit the highway and headed for home.
**Thank-you to Fergzter for placing this geocache**

*Cache find # 11103.*
Finally we are able to get out and about so we headed for Mt.Beckworth, Clunes and Creswick.
We had finished at Mount Beckworth, we had also cached out the town of Clunes so now it was on to Creswick and then home.
We started on the Goldfields track series but found a few other in-between before heading to the main road and home.

Came back up to Ballarat to tackle a few more caches and to also have a paddle on the lake.
It was very windy at the lake this morning so I pulled the pin on launching the yak and headed up to Creswick to check out this area after coming up this way for an event a few weeks ago.
While having a yummy lunch at the Farmers Arms Hotel I worked out where I was heading to next in an area that I haven’t been to before.
Noticed this set of caches on the map and decided it looks a good place for a drive.
Not sure about the tracks around here after the recent rain and as I was only in the Geowagon so after finding the ones south from here the Mitzi breathed a sigh of relief to be on some better tracks and even some bitumen roads.
Made my way into here and Noticed that very recently there has been a major tree fall as part of the fence has been replaced and that part of cover for the Watershed is new as well and also there is a lot of cut up timber around in the gully.
All this did not effect the cache which I soon spotted and added my name to the log.
I was able to add my name to the log as I had a spare log in the Geowagon so there is now a new log for the next finders to add their marks to.
A great place to have a look and I have seen a couple of sheds in my travels.
A great way to store our precious water.
Thanks Fergzter TFTC.

A short detour off the main road,
took me to a well watered place
I poked around where the cache might be found,
and caught sight of it from the corner of me eye
Tanks for the cache.

Find #1874 for me. Found at 3:40 pm while visiting the area from Bendigo. I didn't want to take my little Getz up the track to GZ so I parked off the main road and made my way there by foot. On the way here I spotted a discarded bra. The things you see! Then shortly after I came to the Lincoln Service Basin which was also a very interesting sight! Once at GZ I made a quick find after reading the hint. All was good at GZ and this was my last find for the day. It was only when I got back to the car that I noticed something missing from my key-ring - they key to the second car (a Honda) which my wife uses. I'm just mentioning it here in case somebody stumbles across it since I have no idea when or where I dropped it. Might even be home in Bendigo somewhere! But before heading back to Ballarat I did re-visit each place I parked this afternoon to scan the ground in an effort to spot the key with no luck. Caches are so much easier to find - naturally because we have the coordinates! By the time I got back to Mum's place in Ballarat it was after 4:30 pm and Mum wasn't too happy with me as she doesn't like me returning to Bendigo with the kids so late. Anyway thanks for bringing me here today Fergzter and thanks for the cache!
Found as we were in the area, the rain has stopped for now and we were able to make the search while staying dry lol, thanks for the cache and the fun
We're on our way from Lara to Maryborough and took the opportunity to grab this cache since, for a change, we're not in a rush.
This is the first covered reservoir I believe I've seen. Thanks for bringing us here.

Originally looking in wrong place but once we had a good proper look was right in front of us good hide
GPSr led us straight past the hide but a bit of spider sense soon had us searching, and finding, in the right place.

Decided to walk up the track - a little too much for my vehicle. Nice hide, nice spot. TFTC
Rather a rough track into this spot, but was worth it as we spotted this cache quickly. Good one Fergzter.
After a short 4x4 drive up the track to the designated parking spot. Had a brief look a the shed before venturing down to GZ where we made a quick find.

A nice location to start the day although I was glad of that hint with it being a micro. The water was a bit noisy today.

A Friday of fun, out and about around Creswick, in an effort to replace the green boxes on our geo-map with smiley tokens. Our last stop for the day, the tank was either filling or being agitated, it was even louder than our rumbling stomachs. Off home for dinner now.
Our thanks to Fergzter for placing this cache.

Off the beaten track and then back on it again to nab this one. What an interesting way to store water and what a lot of water. Tftc
Jenno3 spied this one straight away. Yay! After a whirlwind caching day with the crew it's time to head home. Tftc
This is the second water shed that I've come across today. jenno3 found this one. Cigc. Tftc
I detoured on my drive from Melbourne to Ballarat to visit Creswick and I'm glad I did. Plenty of caches to find and a scenic little town to explore. Thanks for the cache.
Located today, a balmy 28c in the bush. A few prospectors about, seeking their fortune from the old diggings.

Filling in some time on a lovely afternoon and decided to do some caching with the kids in tow. Found pretty easily although we were watching the big inch ants more than looking for a cache.
**Found whilst House Sitting in Clunes**... Beautiful little town...
Out and about letting my GPS be my guide...
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment Fergzter...

After attending "A Duck in the Falls" Event at Lal Lal we headed towards Creswick to do some caching while the rain held off, completing a couple of trails and picking up the odd cache or two as we headed back home. Found the track in and located the cache easily much to our delight as we normally struggle with this type of hide.
Thanks for another cache today Fergzter, we certainly never knew there was a watershed tucked away in here amongst the bush.

Nice spot to hide a cache. Have not been here before although lived 30 years in Creswick. TNLN TFTC.
Suscoe decided to do a last minute trip to the Creswick area today in search of golden treasures in the form of caches.
The weather forecast was looking pretty cold and wet but we decided to go anyway.
What else could you do on a day off but cache, so we rugged up with beanies, coats and boots and off we went.
We had gale force winds, driving rain, sunny breaks, hail, sleet and a touch of snow all in one day, what more could you wish for when there were terrific caches to be found.
Well we headed off road and the mud and slop was good here after some rain.
A short search and there was the cache waiting silently.
Log signed and all returned.
Thanks to Fergzter for this hide.
No noise from the shed today.
Plenty of noise from the tree tops with the wind roaring by.

I thought it was time to turn Creswick into smilies (again) so I bundled the 3 kids into the car - my two and wozzle68 (he he he). Wow! What a cool spot here that I never knew existed! Awesome! Thanks for highlighting the area
A quick find on my long way home from Daylesford picking off some caches in areas I don't normally visit. Thanks for placing this one, I love the name!
Ah... It all makes sense now.
I wasn't at all sure what to expect here. Found you cache information very interesting too. Maybe this type of storage could take off. The water rushing through was quite loud this morning.

A nice quick driveby on my way back into town this afternoon. I didn't realise this facility was here. Thanks for making me stop today Fergzter.
A beautiful day for geocaching, Bogonghazy and I took the geodogs and headed to Crewswick. Collected some lovely caches in a beautiful area of the countryside. Many thanks for sending us out to this gorgeous area.
Decided to take the 2 geodogs along with Leetalicious for a day's caching in and around Creswick.
A beaut day for the middle of the week had us parking near GZ and doing the short walk to GZ. These hides are always a challenge to me, but great hints made for a quick find.
Thanks Fergzter

I dropped in here jsut off the main road into Creswick this morning.
I avoided the temptation to scale the fence (no need) and soon had the bison in hand.
Thanks

Published at 6.38am, FTF at 6.55am. That's gotta be a record?!
Was driving Home from night shift when this popped up. Couldn't help myself. A fav for the magnificent wedge tailed eagle I saw fly over head which helped draw my eye to the cache from the position I was in.
There are some other new ones near by but it's off to bed. FTF can be for someone else, I'll get them later.
