Today we saw that the Gate Only access has been removed, the footpath/cycleway has been opened, and we are just waiting for the final construction fence to be removed
Bummer! Roadworks have changed te sign again. I think I'll wait until roadworks are finished to reposition and enable this cache. Apologies in the meantime.

Looks like this one has succumbed to the roadworks too. Nothing but a pile of gravel at GZ.
Pretty confident this is missing - thanks to major roadworks along here. Tried to get in here months ago but access back then was even worse. At least today we could pull in and walk to GZ.
Dropped in here today but there are some major roadworks and no sign of the cache for me.
I was surprised to find this one with all the road works going on here. All good. TFTC
I was driving past here and I was actually going to go to a different cache but I saw this was a nice little spot and decided to grab it instead.
The hint was nicely done and I did not even take the phone to check. I just walked up and saw the cache sitting there, awesome. Usually I dislike Nano’s but this one was an easy find and an easy to retrieve from the container.
I signed the log and returned the cache to its hide and made my on. Thanks for the hide here all good with this cache.

Couldn't resist a subgenus as I headed to Brisbane. Soon had it on hand.
Thanks to RoddyC for the fun and the adventure.

Still haven’t found it , checked all the signs, shook everything I saw haha nothing!!
My day out with TripleTurmoil is almost done, but we’ve got time for just one or two more before she turns into a pumpkin…
I’m pretty sure I checked “there” last time…

Out for the day with nikid1 on the hunt for caches with the dangerous area attribute & whatever else we happen across. It was my job to grab the cache here as I had a slight advantage.
Thanks for the cache RoddyC
Thanks for the cache RoddyC
Out for a day of caching with KerriMG. With thanks to the generous hint it was a quick find. I allowed KerriMG to grab this as I would have needed assistance.

In the area chasing another of the CO’s creations and I was literally stepping over this cache…
I had a good look at all the options, including the most obvious, and failed to spot a cache….

pulled up & dropped me off to retrieve this simple find, or so I thought after a few minutes the car stopped & got out & reached for the cache passed it to me turned & continued to eat her pie. Signing the log I was disappointed at some people who unthinkingly use an inch of space on a nano log sheet Any way I signed us in over some useless info by an unthinking cacher. PS nice hide
Muggle65 was on fire today. He couldn't find the cache, couldn't get the log out, couldn't get the log back in and wanted me to put it back in the right place. So much fun caching together
Took me a little bit but I found it on a sneaky cache after a morning of football
We tried to look for this more than a year ago, when we clearly didn't know enough about what to look for. Today, Miss 10 all spotted it immediately, saying "I can't believe we missed that last time!" Lucky she was there as I need her to help me get it.
Today, jesswrigley and I started the day with our attendance at the Slacks Creek CITO event. Once the area was cleaned of litter, jesswrigley and I separated, and so I continued to stay around the Slacks Creek and Logan area. I primarily followed the *Ugo in Slacks Creek* Wherigo as it took me a tour of the vicinity, and then later, I visited the centre of Logan and completed the *Logan Gardens* Adventure Lab. Just after lunch, the torrential rain started, and I decided to head home earlier than anticipated.
I continued my Slacks Creek tour Wherigo and stopped here to answer that question. My attention then turned to this traditional cache. It was an evil cache type, but conversely, it was a quick find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks RoddyC for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

A sneaky and lovely Hide as we make our way through this
Wherigo! Almost a drive-by. We will have to come back and visit this park as it looks like another great walking area around here.
Thanks RoddyC for placing these Geocaches along the way of the Wherigo.
They are a fun added bonus!

I had several target caches that I was after and most of those were caches to finish off the JULY Challenge. As of today I still needed a J, U and and Y and since I'm running out of caches where I am, I decided to head over to the dark side of town to an area that had all those letters that I needed.
The day consisted of 6 different cache types (Wherigo, Traditional, Earthcache, Letterbox, Virtual and Mystery) with plenty of time spent driving around and around and around Slacks Creek, then off to Karawatha Forest to weave in and out of the many different trails this place has to offer, but be careful, if you're not paying attention to where you're going you could easily get lost, plus it was my first time here, so I didn't know what to expect. While on my travels between caches I also picked up a few traditionals and even an Earthcache that I pass every Wednesday for work, so it was nice to finally grab that one while I could.
Thank you for bringing me to all these locations, many of them I've never visited before, so thanks. All in all it was a stunning, but rather warm day here on the southside of Brisbane.
A quick grab here while I'm completing a nearby Wherigo.

Just wanted to get a cache in the area after a short 9 hoels nearby this afternoon. cache in good condition thankyou again Roddy C
I was glad to have found this one. Had a fair idea where it might have been but was afraid to grab it as it was getting dark. Did not want to make the mistake of touching an insect haha.
A quick stop here and a short walk produced a cache. I would have liked more time to explore the area, but alas... TFTC where all is fine.
A quick park and grab after collecting a few other caches along the paths.....Will come back another time to explore this place...TFTC!
Out to find the longer wig.
Stopped here on my way to the monthly event once. Continuing converting dnf to happy smiles on my Logan map
Thank you for hiding this cache RoddyC

While gathering info for another cache Kestal mentioned there was a cache 9m from where we were parked...Sure...Signed Kes and E5 as space was limited. TFTC RoddyC.
Making our way around gathering information for another cache we found ourselves within reaching distance of this one, well Eskies5 was, I wasn't. Log signed and all returned and we were on our way. TFTC RoddyC
A very busy road during the morning commute, but easy enough to pull in and search undisturbed. A quick find in the logical spot, TFTC!
We were down to 1m and still couldn't find it. Even though we knew we were looking for something tiny and sneaky.
Making our way around the area doing a wherigo and we found this one as we passed by.
Nice one. Thanks RoddyC.

Selva Girls and I were on the run home after a day caching at the coast. We had detoured for some smilies and Selva Girls kindly called in here to let me make a find. Luckily she came to help with the retrieval since I am vertically challenged. Tftc Mr & Mrs RoddyC
