TFTC - After searching for over 35 minutes, we finally located it. What a clever hide, although the coordinates were off on my phone by approx 4m.
The sneaky little blighter is ready to be found again after some maintenance needed after the devastating storm we had in the area in February 2024. The area doesn't look very pretty anymore - lots of tree litter lying around, but I have decided not to move the cache as there's a good little road pull off nearby for parking. Good luck with your search! Sixy2 Sue.
This cache is nearly ready to be back in play... just a couple more days and the blighter will be ready to be found. Stay tuned!
Very disappointing DNF. Lots of new logging of rotten tree trunks and foilage cut down made it hard and could not find it. Oh well next time maybe.
After a DNF and a BIG storm recently, I thought I had better check this one out. There has been a lot of trees down and I suspect the cache might be somewhere in the debris, but as it was getting dark, I need to go there another day soon and see if I can track it down. Seems like it might need to be re-made if I can't find it so this may take a few weeks.
Gorgeous sunny day and thought wed find a few caches while out and about. This was a pretty easy find with very clever camo!! Alas no extraction tool so didnt want to risk unwinding the log and not getting it back in!! TFTC
14:42We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out!Unfortunately this DR3.0/TR1.5 didn't want to show itself to us today! Thanks for the hunt anyway sixy2sue.
We have reluctantly driven past this one a few times, running late, raining… but today we finally made the time to stop and search. I think I struck it lucky with a reasonably swift find, but I absolutely loved this hide. Very worthy of a favourite point.
Thanks for an enjoyable cache sixy2sue.
Thanks for an enjoyable cache sixy2sue.
Retribution on this previous DNF, today i figured while the rain was at bay i would stop to give this cache another look. The place had been cleaned up and cleared a bit since last i was here, so it was a pleasant search. GZ was a bit sketchy but that's understandable. I started a systematic search, and then I stood back to access the location, it was then that i spied something NQR. Further investigation had me with the cache in hand...wow, that wasn't what I was expecting. No wonder it was a DNF for me last time. Nicely played Fav point from me for execution.
TeamSmokeyBear and I can turn any day cache into a night time adventure, and we certainly did with this time. TFTC
Out with the bestie tonight just grabbing random caches. One thing about caching at night is that you don’t have to worry about muggles catching you in the act. Our gps had us going in circles for a bit before Blazer Triaz found the cache. I had walked past it quite a few times without even noticing the sneaky hide out. We signed ours names and happy with the well camouflaged cache. Tftc
Heading back to my camping area near Boolarra from Churchill for caching all day. Stopped here to search this cache. Wow found it which is so bloody good hide. All good. Thanks sixy2sue for placing this cache
After a string of DNFs, I checked this one. The cache was still there but had repositioned itself and became obscure. It's back in its right place again and ready to be found!
No luck on this one, so claiming the dnf. Rubbish everywhere. Will come back for another look next time.
Had a fairly extensive search even PAF I think I had a fair good idea what I was looking for but the cache evaded me.
This cache was too good for us today, couldn't get the GPS to settle so that made it difficult. Will have to try another time
Seeing at the last attempt at my cache was a did not find, I thought I would swing by and check it. It's there in good condition and in the right place.
This was a very clever hide! The cache guardian skull had us (and the geokids) sidetracked for a while. In the end we resorted to a PAF for a cheeky hint and shortly had the very clever hide in hand. Great camo, well worthy of a favourite point! TFTC ️
Awesome awesome awesome. As my girls couldn’t be with me for the first ever time on Mother’s Day, I decided to go geocaching. Just when I was about to give up the gc presented itself and I really cannot explain it any other way. Love the effort and creativity.

This cache has been moved a little because the original location was no longer suitable. I think that the cache is going to be a bit easier to find than it was in the original location.
This troublesome little cache is up to its tricks again and needs to be disabled while I do some maintenance.

First cache for the day on our in Churchill caching. Found quite quickly but were amazed at this great geocache! Definitely a fav point from us.

Thought this might be a tough one but as i saw it was recently fixed knew it had to be here. Tftc really nice hide
I had hoped to get this one up and running again quickly but I had to order a 'part' to make this cache functional again. So just waiting for Australia Post to do its thing before this one can be up and running again.
i checked on this cache and whilst the outer section was still good the log was missing. Have disabled for maintenance.

I was off work for a week due to COVID-19, so I decided it would be a good day to go caching. I headed out to the Churchill area with beckNmonts for a fun day of caching. The difficulty level of this one peaked my interest, so we stopped in. After a bit of searching and nothing jumping out at us,we were about to sent off a PAF when I spotted something unusual. YEP. Very Nice.
Big things are continuing to happen! *Are you joining the fun again in 2020?*

ahomburg and I headed out this way today to see if we could find some previously solved puzzles and other trads between. Overall it was a successful day with no DNF’s. The variety of hides was great. Thanks for placing the cache sixy2sue, a favourite point for this one.
This was one of the most evil hides I have seen in awhile, took a couple of minutes for me to spot it, I was glad the GPS was spot on. Thanks for the cache.
We have around a 5 day gap in our caching calendar in March where we have found no caches, so with the likelihood of us being stuck at home for winter this year we decided to use some of our local as yet unfound caches to try and fill the gaps.
This was today's cache. We had looked for it previously with absolutely no luck, but today we spotted it straight away as we arrived at GZ. We can't believe it was there when we looked last time!

This is a very clever way of doing the cache although it was damaged managed to reconstruct for the next person! Goodluck searching this one has to be one of the hardest. TFTC
I got to give this one another go, while the weather was manageable (and the dead animal was gone) and WOW. JUST WOW. What a hide! Thanks to the previous hunters who left clues and TFTC! (Now that I've found this one, all the rest of sixy2sue's caches will seem easier... right?)
This cache has been revamped and is now available to be found! Good luck - you might need it!!!
Despite the DNF recently, the cache was still there. But I have disabled this cache to do a bit of maintenance to get it back to its best.
The bark of the tree on which the cache was hidden has come off the tree and is on the ground. Cache, camo and log were scattered on the ground.
After searching around geochild decided to look at large pieces of bark which had fallen off the tree at GZ. We found evidence to suggest that a geocache was hidden on the tree. After a short search we found the camo and log which we signed. Fantastic cache but it needs repair/ relocation. TFTC, Silkyie.
Didn't think we were going to find this one when we decided to look in one last place and there it was. Having found a couple by this CO, we didn't think it would be easy but we are finding out just how tricky both the hides (and puzzles) are.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
It seems that this CO's trads are almost as hard as her puzzles, to find at least. Thanks for another clever hide.

Hoping the previously mentioned carcass was no longer “lingering”, we set about looking for this obviously tricky hide.
Luckily it was almost all gone.
A long search ensued. About to give up when Mrs Papi4506 turned something over and Bam! There it was. Clever!
Cheers sixy2sue

I have a horrible feeling about where this one is, but didn't want to get too close to the dead animal lying nearby (I hope that it's just a nasty coincidence and not some elaborate camouflage)...
Last time we were here it was almost dark and although we gave the area a pretty good search we weren’t successful. Today was a much happier story. After reading previous logs thoroughly I was not much wiser than gathering it was very cleverly hidden. I was getting to the stage where you just try everything in sight and something gave way way too easily. Gotcha! This deserves a favourite point for its ingenious camouflage. TFTC
What a clever little hide. I think I was more lucky than anything.... either that or my geo instincts are starting to kick in. Thanks for the time spent on this one. TFTC
I was on my way to Boolarra for a girl's night without Zeus or any of the kids. Woo hoo! We're in the midst of the LGA challenge and although I come to Boolarra every now and then I didn't have Latrobe City ticked off this challenge. I didn't have long to search (bubbles and chill out time with my oldest and best friends was beckonging) and I was a bit worried about finding a D3 on my own. Well like others, the GPS was spot on but it still took me ABSOLUTELY AGES to find this cache! It took stepping back and then viewing the object from just the right angle to make something look ever so slightly out of place. Really well executed camo. Thanks for the diversion. Glad I did this on the way into town yesterday rather than today - I was feeling a little bit the worse for wear!
Heading this way to collect the puzzle caches in the area, we had to stop to collect this cache while in the area. Couldn't believe the number of cars heading up this dirt road, including 1 new, lowered BMW.
Literally found this cache by bumping into it, and then our son had to hide it again so each member of the family could find it themselves. Funny watching everyone find it the exact same way I did.
Another great hide, thanks Sixy2Sue

Making our way to Phillip Island from Sale we managed a small number of caches along the way. We were very glad we stopped for this one. Like others before us we struggled to see anything obvious. We checked and rechecked the GPS but we were in the right location. When unsure what we are looking for we often stand back and look for something out of place. Nothing did look out of place so we stepped up again. This attempt proved more successful as I was able to grab it this time, kinda halfheartedly but I'll take it as a win.
Great cache sixy2sue. A favourite point from us.

This is an awesomely hidden cache! It took me a little while to find, but after a few minutes of not looking at the gps I stood there and thought.. I wonder if.. Yep.. Found it.. Great hide
Awesome cache I ever found it.

Very clever hide. took a while to find and was about to give up when suddenly there it was right in front of us. Love this cache.
As cache owner I visited this cache today and it is all in good condition and ready to be found with a new replacement log sheet!
Happy New Year.
I did a Geo Dance when I finally found this cache.
A lovely bit of camo and deserves a Favourite Point.

Found this cache the other day though I think I had it a bit easier than others as it was slightly misplaced from where it was supposed to be.... I contact the CO to advise and unfortunately couldn't sign the log as the log was missing. An ingenious cache and magnificently disguised, thanks sixy2sue!
YAY - found it today on a cool and overcast Melbourne Cup Day 2016. Thanks sixy2sue for setting up this clever BUT tricky hide. It did take a little while to finally lay eyes of the cache container - certainly not an easy one to find
Another cache that d@geo found, after I walked passed it a couple times
Well concealed, but not.
Another Fav point
Out caching with d@geo
Thank you for the hide sizy2sue

Out caching the area with gwd.aussie Our aim was to finish off a few more caches in the area concentrating on a couple of specific caches that fulfilled a challenge cache. This was a well concealed cache but luckily the caching gods were on our side today and we could claim a find.
Thanks six2sue
Thanks six2sue
Well it took about 2 minutes to find after I put the electronic device in my pocket !!!

Out on a mini caching adventure with mummy short legs this morning, kid free and foot loose. Charted ourselves a loop of local caches we had yet to clear from our to do list and off we set in high spirits. This was the first in the list and you already had MSL hooked with the field full of cows... she spent an inordinate amount of time trying to commune with them which only inspired the cows to drop a fountain-load of wee!! Spent a little while searching, me steadfastly standing on gz according to my gps picking at everything before I took one more step and bingo!! Love the container, huge fav point from me. Thanks sixty2sue for the effort and creativity!
Kato Potato dumped her children on her MIL near Moe, I abandoned mine at home with my other half in Traralgon and we met in Yinnar to abandon a vehicle and begin a caching adventure. This cache was first on our list and we parked happily by the curious cows. We followed the GPS straight to gz, inspected many-a-thing before Kato exclaimed that she had it! What a clever hide, well constructed and sneaky. On the way back to the car, I tried to charm the cows but they just peed loudly in response. Clearly not a cow whisperer. TFTC sixy2sue, a favourite point for the creativity in your hide.
Last one in a winter's afternoon of caching. Usually I look for something NQR but the camo is pretty darn good on this one.
After spending around 30 minutes searching everywhere that looked 'suitable' decided to give up and try again another day. Out with misschief18 and Bentley TB
**FTF** Found 8:00 19/6 with N and J.
After a brief search in a widening area we concentrated on the GZ co-ords.
Voila … I didn’t even see it .. but now I have it in my hand!!
Excellent cammo once again from Sixy2Sue. And the co-ords were spot on.
A fav point for sure.
