This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 28 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

Out for another epic days caching with marj01; this time around Erskine Park, Orchard Hills, Kingswood, St Marys and Ropes Creek, suburbs that I would never have visited if I wasn't for geocaching. We found lots of caches; mainly nanos, minties and a few small sistemas plus a good old ammo can.
We gave this one a good look but no luck today.

The senior male of the group ran off ahead and had cache in hand before we got there
It's been some time since I DNFed this cache when it was unavailable for a while. So I stopped by to pick it up this after a doctor's appointment earlier this afternoon.
Public Service Announcement: Slip Slop Slap and get any skin abnormalities checked cachers... I had 4 moles frozen this afternoon, I think more because my doctor likes burning things off than because they were of concern regarding cancer! It's nice to have the reassurance that they weren't concerning to the trained eye though.

Looks like I'm the second visitor here today. The hint had me looking up instead of down, but soon spotted the camo. On the inside the hint made sense. TFTC
CACHE #162
Time: 09:45hrs
Finds today: 1 of 4
GPS bounced around making it difficult to locate GZ. After some trial and error, I found the location and read logs. A previous comment from 28/07/2017 (Thanks cruiseforever), identified the type of container to look for. Not long before I had CIH.
Signed log - replaced as found. TFTC

Interesting hide. We actually found the orginal buried in the ground. Moved to a more suitable area near by. TFTC
Found the original container buried in the ground nearby. Signed log and moved to where the coords showed. Tftc.
Tftc - found it with geokids while muggle wife goes shopping. Easy find when looking for right camo
Out this way this afternoon to see my skin cancer specialist. I' m looking a mess so please remember to slip slop slap.
Thanks for the quick cache.
Thanks for the quick cache.
Back for another look and found it this time, yay! Signed log and replaced as found. TFTF.
GPS puts cache under a pile of cut branches. Just way too confusing. Will try another time.

A couple of recenr DNFs. Woukd the owner perhaps be able to check this is still in place, if they have time?
Directed us to the 3 trees nearby and couldn't find anything, checked the playground just in case, we couldn't find anything there either
GPS couldn't make up it's mind and I must be blind. Searched in both locations it was giving me but left empty handed.
"Closer to the ground" than the original may not help when the original was atop the playground! However after having a very thorough search of the copse that appears to host GZ (my phone gps wouldn't settle either) I am fairly certain that this cache is no longer in place. Will return at a later date.
Looking around for a bit before looking at a particular angle. Then it sort of just jumped into my line of sight.
Nice natural camo in use here.

Parked the car and then walked to GZ. The cache was found quickly and easily. The log was signed and the cache was replaced as found. Thank you GeoMonster10 and Argeisia a Ca for placing this cache.
After a bit of a hunt we found it and couldn't believe how blind we had been. Found with funhippo.
Well well well it was 7 years and 2 days since I found the original "Peppermint Twist GC2709W". Found this one in the dark by torchlight after work on Wednesday. Walked around a little bit but in the end trusted the GPRS which was right on. Thanks GeoMonster10.
Found with Mekobear. We searched up and down the field between all the trees until it suddenly hit me to start lifting things up. Almost kicked ourselves for walking past it so many times !
Find number 3839
It has been quite a long time between finds for us with life and weather often getting in the way of caching. Today was a surprise as the sun was out and a cool autumn breeze made the walk to GZ pleasant even with the ground underfoot being soggy.
Thanks for placing this cache The Booos

16/2/17. 10:59 AM. Cache #4761.
1st of 3 finds - Kingswood & Caddens
I headed out west today to get a few close together park & grabs. This one wasn't as quick as I thought it would be; lots of scratching around revealed nothing until I checked a recent spoiler photo and worked out where it had been taken. Aha, that was well covered. Ribbit! On to "Gandell Reserve" next. TFTC.

Late afternoon Geocaching. Was initially quite concerned by recent muggle activity but cache was safe and sound. TFTC!
Found. TFTC. Not sure the clue helps much, croak would be more appropriate, but a short search soon had CIH.
We stayed overnight with friends in Penrith last night after a trip over the mountains and while everyone else took advantage of the public holiday to sleep in, I was silly enough to wake at the normal time ... but that gave me the opportunity to get out and grab (I hoped) the few local caches that were still showing up as unfound on my geo-map.
I visited this park/playround a year or more back but wasn't happy to search for a cache where my GPS was telling me to look, and so every time I've been in Penrith since then, I've ignored the one that's here. However, when looking at the satellite geo-map of the Penrith area recently, I noticed that the cache here is now showing up as being away from the no-go zone I remembered it being in. Looking closer, I saw that this is actually a relatively new listing, so I guess that the one I was ignoring has been archived and that that this new one has been placed in a different, more solo male friendly location.
Whatever, the cache went back onto my to-do list ... and now its done and Peppermint Park finally has a smiley face on it. Thanks GeoMonster.

Found it! Very different from the old one. Much easier for us shorties. Happy new year.

I did Pokéthings with Geoson #3 this morning and it's the cricket tonight, but in between I have time for a few caches.
Went Penrith-wards for a few, but one longish DNF limited the finds to three before I needed to head home.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Started here. I was slightly worried that the finds here had suddenly stopped a month ago. This worry was increased when approaching GZ I realised where it was.
But to my surprise it was a quick find in an unusual spot. I'm not sure how it has survived, to be honest. But I have a quick find here. Interesting camo...

Somehow the camo for this cache has swallowed a container that it could not digest. Ouch! All is well with the cache and it was found easily once the GPS decided to settle down. Our name was soon added to the log sheet and everything was put back as it was found. Then it was back to the geo vehicle to find a few more caches for the day. Thanks to GeoMonster for placing this cache.

This was the only unfound cache in this area so it was on the to do list today to be converted to a smiley.
I have been all over this area in past years and have been to this park before and was lucky enough to find it while it was here.
The cache notes tell you that it is a nano but that is not the case as it is a bison!!!
With perfect co-ords it turned out an easy find.
Thanks to GeoMonster10 for placing this cache for us to find.

We spent the morning climbing around ridges and bushbashing, so it was time for something a bit more leisurely after lunch today. The day had warmed up, so not many people were around as we walked across to this one.
Quick find, thanks

When we found the hint object, Mr MR was expecting to find the cache at a different level. I checked more widely and soon found it. SL TFTC
As we were at Kingswood buying lunch we took the opportunity to grab this one. I was looking for something quite different but YGAT soon had CIH.
Nice camo but the cache is nothing like its namesake. Thanks GeoMonster10 and Argeisia a Ca.

I was out west and needed a find for the calendar. I found the screw and the rivet.
