### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there josiejae,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Having previously found this cache and I walk past this location almost daily, the cache appears missing. I have had a good look around the whole area - nothing found. It wasn't a difficult hide and was in an exposed area.
I have sent a message to josiejae to assist here if required but having a look at their profile, it appears they haven't been active since 2016.

Last time I passed by here it was pouring with rain so opted to stay in the car and continue on my journey. This time the dry weather allowed for a rather easy find. Cache was hard to replace given the amount of traffic on Nepean Hwy. Perhaps a higher difficulty level due to high muggle activity? Alas, TFTC
Found fairly easily although we still have no idea what the clue had to do with the hide?! So I forgot about trying to make sense of it and searched in the most obvious hiding spot and found it pretty quickly although it did mean I was bending over during my search which nyochi found incredibly funny due to the facial expressions from a number of people driving past apparently! Lol hopefully I didn’t scare too many people! TFTC!
I wasn’t really sure what the hint meant but once I stopped thinking about what it could mean and started looking in potential hiding places, the cache was quickly found. Thanks josiejae for placing the cache.

Find #3526**
**Traditional Cache Find #2389**
The day dawned fine but overcast and cool. Steve and I headed over to the other side of the bay to attend an event and to try and finish the Mystery at the Museum promotion. Another quick find as we made our way along Nepean Hwy.

Thought it was going to be a quick stop but yeah, muggles everywhere. Time it right or come back at night.
Sneaky little spot but we found it. Lots of cool things in the cache. We added to it with a hot wheels car.
My car was in for a 4 hour service in Mentone, so what else was there to do but go for a 13+ km walk with my GPS in hand. I headed for Mordialloc, caught a train to Southland, then walked back. Nice quick find and retrieval. Though not in the open, with the wind blowing a bit, it was easy to see. I left it a bit better covered up.
Thanks for the cache, josiejae.
Thanks for the cache, josiejae.
Yes clever no pen lucky I brought one nice little spot nice birds thank you great
Found it, still in good condition. Have stocked up the cache with many new little presents!
Nice to go there while going for a quick shop thanks! We loved the mint container with a bracelet in side, thanks
We hunted around for a while back without any joy.
Thanks anyway josiejae.
Chiefton!!!

Found the cache purely by chance as the GPSr was no help and the passing traffic made it difficult to conduct any serious form of a search. Very confused by the clue. Made absolutely no sense to me, yet I did manage to find the cache. Not to sure if it was meant to be where I found it but I had no idea as to where it should have been so I could only put it back where I found it. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kkams.
Great little find. Thanks to Sir J-Oz notes which made sense when you look and see the things described. Not too difficult to find. The hint about the sister I don’t get.
Found it! Kids waited for a break in muggle traffic, then swooped in and found it!
Find #3956. Found @ 15:44 with The Good Lady Wife.
My self-appointed challenge for the year is to get 1000 finds for the year, and I've fallen behind in that. To get me closer, The Good Lady Wife and I made a couple of finds while out and about running errands.
On the way between dropping some things into storage, and to look at a nearby shop, we made a stop here. This was to be a quick find, but didn't end up being one. The obect of interest at GZ container a bunch of, what looked like stolen and dumped, dresses - tags still intact. The presence of said dresses didn't make for easy looking, and now that I think of it, I wonder if I should have notified the constabulary?
Anyhoo, after trying to remain inconspicious and searching around in between muggles, I found the container, signed the log and returned it to where I found it.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache josiejae

Coming home from an amazing holiday in Flinders going to do this one but to late
Happy birthday Jacklyn

Found today as I was picking up some snow chains just down the road. Cache was a bit exposed and there was a lot of rubbish around it. TFTC
Our very first find! Next time we will remember a pen and something to leave behind.
I'd headed to Melbourne on the 5th May for a weekend stay to see Priscilla: Queen of the Desert
Instead there was a mammoth change in my plans when the Corolla suddenly needed new brakes [xx(] which led to needing new tyres [^] which led to needing a new wheel bearing [xx(]
So a weekend turned into almost 3 full weeks and my HUGE thanks to the very patient and tolerant kmace who not only provided accommodation for myself but also for Rex [:X][:X]
Having your home invaded by a rabid geocacher who gets irritated when they have no car to go and find caches because it is in the workshop [xx(] and a pup who shreds his toys all over the house is not an easy ask for a day or two: let alone 20 odd days! [:X]
Rex also loved the beaches and the seagulls so there were many walks on the beach, some in pouring rain and gusting winds but that's what being a dog owner is about [^]
During this time some fantastic caches were found and some adventures occurred [^]
My thanks to all of the COs for the fun and the finds [^]
Day 11 and today was a day that I had the car to travel, so there was 8 geocache attempts for a total of 7 finds and 1 DNF.
Considering the DNF was a Sparra0907 cache and I've cached in Swan Hill before, I didn't feel too bad about it!
A quick find at 9.30pm at night How nice of you to commemorate your sister's birthday

First find! We attempted one closer to home but failed. Had some interested workmen nearby this spot today!
Nice easy find but as described, it’s very exposed so be careful. My sister was born at the old Mordy-Chelsea hospital too, I remember meeting her there for the first time
found it after a couple minutes of looking around, don’t understand what the clue had to do with it though?!
Awesome spot, found at night so no unwanted attention, felt like we were being watched though !!
A nice easy find in a very exposed location. Hundreds of cars streaming by but none too interested in me. Left a tb to continue journey.. thanks..!!
Found in the first place that I looked. Actually it was the second but the first was so silly that I am not counting it.
