I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi jslove1342This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
I was on a walk awhile ago and attempted this but jt was think its gone due to construction
There has recently been construction in the area, so probably gone because of that
Cache still there - area is undergoing some work - check in before going to find it.
I don't know if it's still there or not since my visit as I am back in Wellington but for those who have DNFed the cache note that the hint is out of date, check earlier logs for clues. (I also don't know if this area was affected by the floods.)
Filing a needs maintenance log because even if the cache is still there the hint and coordinates need updating.

Nice spot, enjoyed the sea view and a few minutes to sit and relax while doing caches and Adventure Labs in the area.
I was grateful for the logs of other cachers updating the hint-it is probably just as well the hint doesn't apply as there is a sign on the fence that there is a surveillance camera, presumably on the neighbouring property.
Would give this a favorite point if the hint was accurate- as the CO appears to be inactive it might not get updated.
TFTC.

Came up from palmy for the weekend and had plenty of time to find some caches. I’m also trying to get to the 300th find milestone in the next two days.
Hint is incorrect but didn’t need a hint.
I wrote in the log and concealed it carefully back as found,
TFTCSL Thanks jslove1342 for this Traditional cache!

Relentless searching by jo9ty produced this from an interesting interpretation of 'rocks'. Tftc
After seeing a few DNFs I wasn't holding out much hope of finding this one. But persistance paid off. But a somewhat wooden rock perhaps.
Fun to find at night but if a search be prepared to get your hands in the area!!
Here for the weekend house sitting. Love coming here.
Took a bit to find. Good spoting Mr Puha.

Great sea views today and a cache to boot. Left my calling card. Cheers.
Day 15, Thursday 3 February - Gisborne to Napier. Parked up Zara for a well earned rest after an early start out of Gisborne. Then headed out with Toby around Napier and Hastings after TMGTs and a few others along the way. Come on Toby and Lenny lets go!
Zara, Toby, Lenny and I are on our North Island expidition for a couple of weeks. Got The Seagnoid along for the first 4 days, heading to the Auckland Mega. PWGTs and TMGTs are on the radar for this trip. Lots of driving on gravel roads and visited lots of amazing places on our 6000km road trip snagging 200+ caches along the way. Visiting Cape Reinga, Bay of Islands, Gisborne and White Rock along our journey. The highlight cache for the trip was GC815zh Journey to Pandora (night cache in Ack) Another awesome trip. Thanks to all CO's.

Find this one. It's now at the root of the tree. Suggest a change in the hint.
Have heard that the location has changed - not by us. We will get over to check soon. If you are looking, it would probably pay to cast a wider net.
The muggles in hte house adjacent remember the cache being *there* But there I could not find it. Was only found a few days ago too. It's probably still there...
Due to the MEGA postponement - DavidsonClan and I struggled to put together a weekend plan. The path of least resistance lead to a Squirrelnutcase & Fap'N'Gap adventure in Napier. My Alarm went off at 2:30am and caching started just before sunrise. We had an excellent day but due to a few DNF's - we'll be back. A big Thank You to the CO's for the virtual tour of your city.
Due to the amount of rocks and the proximity to the neighbours - this one took longer than it should have - got it in the end though just had to check a little further to the right.

Long weekend plans to attend the Mega in Auckland we’re postponed due to lockdown in Auckland. We decided to do a day trip to Napier so it was an early start Philip.Perry picked me up just before 4am and we meet up with Squirrel Nutcase and Gap from Fap and Gap on the road out of Rotorua at 4am. Had a fairly mild day weather wise only a few DNF were logged the rest of the caches found mostly in good order. Thanks to all the CO’s for placing and maintaining your caches.
we dont think its there, found likely spot and upturned every rock got prickled and had a time limit, pls check if its still there saw muggles in the houses that could of easily nabbed it pls replace or check soon
Maybe a bit to close to houses felt a bit wrong being so close to someone’s house
Sat and pondered after looking awhile and there it was. Felt pretty close to the neighbours though! Very windy today but a good spot to eat our lunch! TFTC!
Spending the weekend in the area. Escaped to make a quick find together with evilno9. TFTC
A quick find with Talla64. Lovely views from here. Thanks for the cache jslove1342.
With Flowerydaze on a trip to Napier with our wine club and this one was on the list. A lovely day for caching but felt a bit exposed when retrieving...tftc jslove1342
In Hawkes Bay for the night, a easy find after an evening walk around the estuary to do an Adventure Lab and find some caches. Thanks jslove1342 for the cache.

Decided rather last minute to head to the Hawkes Bay to do a bit of caching on the long weekend- it was late in the day to set out as we had a Birthday to attend first so didn't leave home in the BOP until 4.30pm. This one was located a bit further on than we had originally thought. Found under the cover of darkness! TFTC

One of nine caches located today on day 5 of our motorhome summer holiday to Hawkes Bay. Went for a bike ride from Awamoto, along the coastal cycleway up to the port and beyond, picking up seven caches along the way. A reasonably quick find. I was just glad there didn’t appear to be anybody peering out the nearby windows! #3665. TFTC.
We thought this was a lovely area for a hide - with wonderful sea views. Wouldn't it be rather nice living here - thanks for the cache, much appreciated.
In Napier for a family get-together, took time to ride some of the great foreshore pathways. On the clear, warm spring morning there were muggles everywhere, but managed to get a quiet moment in this spot to find and log.
Originally I had a non-caching road trip planned for the weekend, but the year that wont stop 'giving' put a stop to that, so plans changed and today I ended up caching my way from Napier back to Wellington. All good here, TFTC
Exploring around Westshore and locating a few of the nearby caches. this was a straight forward find and with no muggles in sight today .
Visiting Napier for several days using up accommodation Points and petrol vouchers to do a little geocaching and enjoy the area. The weather has been very kind to me although one afternoon of rain and not too cold at the nights. Napier certainly did not seem nearly as busy as usual and looking at the occupancy rate of the hotels it is clear Napier is missing out on the international visitors that usually visit Hawkes Bay area.- and gathering a few did not finds as well!!
Thank you for this cache. I took nothing and left nothing.
