Needed to get a cache today so grabbed this one on way to Supermarket. Very clever cache with a lot of effort and much appreciated. Never knew this park existed
Needed a quick find to cheer up my day so I made a detour on my way to Frankston for a not-so-fun appointment. I'd never been to this part of Somerville, let alone known that there was this beautiful and peaceful reserve here (one of the many perks of geocaching!) I wandered in and had read the hint about something not being quite right. When I came to the obvious "place" I knew instantly what my eyes should be scanning for, and sure enough hand my hands on it straight away. A favourite point for making me smile, the effort you've put into this one & for bringing me to this lovely space
After visiting friends in Somerville decided to do this one with Dot558 and after climbing and going around in circles about to give up when desperation took over,I even check dead branches in the trees nearby.Reached out to friends with no help coming about to give up when I found itThank you for the cache I enjoyed it
Good hiding After spending 30min about to give up. Rex 46 keep going I want to give up but was I happy . Very clever indeed .
I had trekked across town for an early morning physio appointment... and decided to stay in the area and chase out some caches. After grabbing some morning tea nearby, I made my way to this cache. Having not read the description fully, I wandered in circles for a while... looking in all sorts of silly places. Eventually I read some past logs... sat on the handrail... and looked around. Bingo! I spotted something a little unusual... and on investigating, I discovered the cache. Quite a clever hide! Thanks to the **Wombles of Woodlands** for this one.
Tricky cache with great construction. Took a while to work out what wasnt quite right. TFTC.
This was a really cool find!It only took me about 10 seconds of searching before I got interrupted by a muggle so struck up a conversation.Whats funny is I was sat on the railing on the bridge and noticed something astray mid conversation! We finished chatting, I pretended to go my own seperate way only to come running back like a little kid to confirm my suspicions!A really cool cache that makes you think a little outside the box. I don't think I would've found it so easily if I didn't sit back and relax for a second.Thank you so much for this one!
I was being quite lazy today and it got the better of me so I headed out for a shortish drive to an area my sister used to live a few years ago and I hadn't been here for a while.Geez muggles can come from all directions here but luckily none did. A little bit of playing around and then .... aha ... that's brilliant. A favourite from me.Thanks Wombles of Woodlands for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
TFTC SL - Found on my way home from a lovely lunch at Tullys. Found quickly but a very clever hide and well constructed. I was just lucky I went there after checking a few other things. Cache in great condition
Out on the peninsula after helping mum in Frankston. I found this very quickly, but I think I might have been lucky. I really admired the work involved in this hide, and I give it a favourite.
My thanks for the cache, Wombles of Woodlands.

Out and about with Rebel Acts after finishing early from work. It's always great to be out putting smiles on the map.
Cheers for the cache and the opportunity to get out and have some fun.

Yes, indeed. Very nicely done.
I popped in here after a little shopping nearby and had a lovely stroll to the cache. I was in the right spot early, but was on the wrong side to see it. After a little more searching, I approached it from the correct side and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks, Wombles of Woodlands.

Very nicely done. Someone had added a new log and I added a bag.
Had to pick something up nearby and just thought I would check if there were any caches nearby and there was a cash 80 m away.
Last one for the day, serious! Great way to end day.
btw no maintenance required as per previous log. Log dry, cache in perfect condition

Found after a bit of a search. As I accessed the log, it and the lid fell out. I retrieved them from down below. The log was dry enough today to sign, but this needs a CO visit. TFTC Wombles of Woodlands.
Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to Wombles of Woodlands for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

Spotted the NQR immediately on arrival, super impressive design! Well done, gets a fav from me, tftc!
Some after-work caching, exploring the area with RoamingHowie.
Made our way to this one, and began our search. Checked out a couple of things related to the clue, and voila! Nice work.
The logbook is now full and needs replacing.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, Wombles of Woodlands

With the weather looking a bit better than yesterday we hatched a plan for a cachernoon down south.
We found a way into this park amongst all the well manicured lawns and set off to the cache. A very clever hide here at GZ which deserves a fav point.
Thanks Wombles of Woodlands for placing this gamepiece in the wild for us to find.

I attempted this one about six months ago but there was too many muggles around so had to abandon.
Came back today and was scratching my head for awhile but soon found in hand.
Great cache. Logbook almost full.

These sneaky ones are my favourite! I'm starting to get better at finding them now which is exciting!! TFTC
Great hide! A friendly cockroach hiding there too. Very sneaky, one of the cleverest we’ve seen
Well Han and I were up for a bit of a challenge and decided we’d come and test our luck. We searched the bridge thoroughly for 5 minutes, high and low, far and wide but no luck. I stood back and looked at every part of the bridge. Something there made me think “Ah, seems odd” and what do you know after 10 minutes of searching we found the clever little hide

Out on a beautiful sunny day, a bit cold and windy, but dry. Scratching my head a little I sat in the sun and pondered. Ha!! There is the little bugger!! Very sneaky. Love it. A favourite point from me. Thanks for the cache.
Signed! Another late log...happens when you discover a pile of drafts when there's some down time in lockdown. TFTC and the fun!
We spent about 20 min looking for this little beauty I was about to send my daughter into an undesirable location to look when bam it was staring at us! This was fantastic fun thank you
Thanks cheeky Wombles of Woodlands, that was fun!
And lovely figuring out this puzzle to the sound of birds and loud buzzing and yes! Rustleling in the undergrowth! I couldn't actually spot a bush rat but I don't doubt they're there!

Another great day out with My friends Skipair who picked Me up from home for a day out caching, we picked this area for today's fun and to clean a few unfound caches off the map, it was a rather hot day and one of the most frustrating days in awhile with 8 DNF and 32 finds.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels.
Logs signed as RASP
Thanks Wombles of Woodlands for the cache.

Great hide. Unfortunately we have one almost the same so it was a bit like deja vue. We still loved it, always great when a CO puts imagination and effort into a hide. A bit cheeky to give it a fav, but what the heck, you deserve it!
We have been gradually chipping away at the caches in this part of South Gippsland over the past weeks, and having to lengthen the distance from home we travel. We’re almost up to a two hour journey each way when you factor in our detour to Warragul to pick up Rebel Acts-our partner in crime for a lot of our post COVID caching in Gippsland. As usual we will be signing our joint finds RASP. Today is quite a bit hotter than our previous excursions, quite different to last year at the same time. February has been cooler, more rainy and generally more pleasant than the often 40C days we experience. Far more enjoyable for caching. Much rather a bit of drizzle than stinking hot!

Out for a day caching with two friends mrx2 and monica_is_evil. Great day had by all with some interesting caches. Thanks to all cache owners. TFTC
TFTC! Lovely reserve totally free from muggles while we were there. Really liked the camo!
Found the hide but as last finder stated the log and rest of the cache is missing. Wont log the find as rules state a logbook must be signed
Found caches location, but log is missing. Have sent a message to owner.
A neat little hiding spot
A neat little hiding spot
This was our first cache find! Don’t look for big glaring details it’s all in the little things. Part of something that is there but wasn’t meant to be when first put!
Out for our hour walk and second attempt at trying to find the cache. Geodaddy spotted something not quite right and bam, we found the cache. Had no pen to write in log but will next time we are around. Tftc
Geomissus made the find here, while I was making this a lot more difficult than it should have been. Nice one Wombles!
Doing some last minute caching before daylight saving ends. Stopped to find this one on the way home. Nice little walk but was stalled by kids on bicycles. Read some logs while I waited around and sussed out a spot or two. Before long the cache was in hand. Great hide. TFTC
Very clever hide which only took me a few mins to find. May want to keep an eye on this one as part of gz needs repairs by council. Lovely homes in this area. Thanks kindly.
Nice sunny day out with the family, going shopping so pulled over hoping for a quick find. Bit of persistence required, but it's a great clue and a great cache!!! TFTC
After checking the obvious spots I had a brief look at this but discarded it as an option. After about 19 more minutes I took a more detailed looked and was soon signing the like. Nicely dine. Tftc fav
Found it , very sneaky lots of fun. We do appreciate the work that went into this one. Tftc
A very clever hide .. took us a while to get acess to the gz with a muggle family enjoying the park .. a quick find by Kezshan TFTC
Found this very sneaky little hide this afternoon while grabbing a few caches in the area with Happy Feet. We had this section of the park to ourselves and we quickly located the cache in a minute or two. Nice work Wombles of Woodlands, thanks for the cache.
Down in the area with Happy pants, picking up a few caches along the way. This one one was found after a short search.

Clever cache in a great piece of bush. I spent some time listening to and watching birds around GZ before moving on with my mission. Worthy of a favourite point. TFTC

I was in the company of CaptainCooper09 this arvo to find a number of nearby cashes. It was a bit cold and a little windy but we were well rugged up.
Our first find for the day. We had a race from the car to GZ where we searched until we found a clever hide indeed that we both really liked.
Thanks WoW and a fav for us.
