Found this one quickly. Enjoyed the beautiful view when writing our name on it. Thanks for this lovely spot!
Despite searching & using alternative coordinates couldnt find anything but stones.
Coordinates changed from:S 45 4.135 E 168 32.857Coordinates changed to:S 45 4.120 E 168 32.859Distance from original: 89.2 feet or 27.2 meters.Coordinates updated thanks to those supplied by WEKA
We drove virtually to the cache location, and using haydn.seek's alternative coordinates of S45 04.120 E168 32.859, the cache was a quick easy find. TFTC
Found with Dali87 within our famous trip around New Zealand. Thanks for nice cache ....................................................................... TB Koumesovo geopivo DDEV7M
Looked for a while. Found it bit GPS coords were on my device 22 m off. What a eonderful place to be!
TFTF like others said the GPS co ordinates are a bit off but still a fairly quick find
Dieser Cache konnte heute erfolgreich geloggt werden.Danke an den owner fr's legen und pflegen TFTC Schmerzbefreit
Luckily we read previous logs and spread out our search. Still took a while to find. The lupins are beautiful. TFTC
#40269, 2023-10-14 at 15:31, Thanks for the cache Walter ll and the owner nzwildsouth.Found during our 2 weeks in New Zealand trip.
While on the way to Glenorchy today we called in to check out the camping ground here and look for this cache. We spent some time looking before discovering from old logs that the coords were out, and eventually located the container. The coords were out for us too, by about 22m. We were able to retrieve and replace the cache without being seen by muggles who had their backs turned to us looking at the view.TFTC nzwildsouth.
Found after a short search. Cache all good. What a lovely spot in here, thanks for bringing us.
Took a while, had to grab coordinates from another log to push me closer to the eventual hidey hole.
Maintenance conducted - log wrapped in plastic again, junk items removed from container. Good to go folks
Co-ords 30m off for me. Thanks to previous log was able to locate..super place for a picnic .
MrF and I have no work for next 4 days, over Easter. So a road trip to a place I have never been to before, but MrF has done a few deliveries this way. So on a beautiful sunny Good Friday we are off to visit..... and cache
Stopped for this cache. It was not too hard to locate as it was lying exposed. We recovered it up after signing log. TFTC

On the way from Queenstown to Routeburn Shelter, jup, Bill and I were ahead of schedule for meeting our friends who were taking the bus there, so we had time to stop at one geocache. This was a nice scenic spot.
It took a while to find the cache, but eventually I was able to download enough past logs to get alternate coordinates, which helped. Here they are for future searchers: S 45° 04.120 E 168° 32.859

Found some alternate coordinates mentioned and they did the trick. Many thanks for the hide. Found with Nosynel.

I am helping out my kids who are doing the Routeburn Track. So I am caching when I can from Christchurch to Queenstown to Glenorchy to Te Anau and then back to Christchurch. Thanks to the corrected coordinates on the HandS log we managed to find the hide quickly.
We spent a long time searching for this cache & almost gave up. But persistence paid off & we found it, but the hint was more use than the co ordinates. Thanks for placing.
Found it today on cub scout camp (trying to) teach a bunch of cubs & scouts what geocaching is all about. Excellent location and perfect for camping cachers = thank you Hopefully got a couple of new junior cachers for the future too!
Found today with my scout mates trying to teach them caching with the leaders. There was a tourist literally sat about a metre from the location quietly chilling with a beer….. not for long when we turned up Cache box was empty of toys…. Filled it up with a good selection of trinkets for the next load of cachers
Greetings from the Czech Republic and thanks for the cache.
Very nice place

Weren't planning on stopping here but glad we did! What a gigantic campground! Great views and nice track nearby. Our co ords were out but a bit of geo sense will get you in the right spot
This is our third time looking for this cache as the co-ordinates have lead us on a wild goose chase. 16m out today. Thanks for the hint as nadeau not rely on the technology- logic and good old fashion treasure hunting skills cane to the fro. Yes you are right a beautiful place with majestic views.
Not very good co-ordinates here but thanks to more accurate co-ordinates provided in other logs, cache was quickly located in a likely spot. What I was actually attracted to first was a travel bug that was sitting on top of the camo??
Coordinates way off. Had to do some real searching and remembered the hare part of the hint. Found it. TFTC
The coordinates were obviously not right, and without the benefit of reception to check logs for alternatives, we had to do the “where would I put it?” We were close. Readily found. TFTC
Took me a while but I got it! Not quite in the mouth of the creek and the compass leads you to the wrong point but nonetheless I found it! Sorry signed with an eyebrow pencil as had no pen
Arrived to find a camping spot, but before I set up camp I figured I'd come looking for caches with the last bit of light. Coords from previous finders were helpful so I'd suggest a possible update? Cache was found safe and well and I dropped off 1 TH to carry on its journey TFTC!
#20526. We had hoped it would be pretty quiet in Queenstown on this trip due to COVID (no overseas tourists, and no Aucklanders), but it seemed as busy as ever. So, we were looking forward to more solitude on our day trip. When we got here, however, the car park was pretty full (turned out we'd stumbled on a regional orienteering comp for primary school kids). They were some distance away. The published coords took us to somewhere where the cache obviously wasn't. We went straight to the alternative coords and Troodles didn't take long to strike gold with her walking pole. Whew! TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ's on our day trip out to Kinloch, Paradise, Glenorchy for a late lunch then back to Queenstown.
We were surprised to find lots of cars and people in the car park, and it turned out to be a heap of primary school children competing in an orienteering exercise. We never did stuff like that when I was at school!
Luckily we were far away from everyone, and the cache was quickly sniffed out by my trusty walking pole at the co-ords provided by a previous log. TFTC.

We were camped nearby so I wandered over to have a look for this on.
the GZ area did look very unstable and I think the Hares home may have caved in.
Cheers and thanks,

We went up to Glen orchy and on the way back we visited this site . It took some time to locate this cache but eventually we found it a little way from the given co ords so i took some new one -
S45 04.120 e168 32.859 which may help the next cachers. we took several photos of the lovely peaceful scene which i will log later.
Another winter trip down to ski fields around Queenstown , Wanaka etc . and of course locating some of the newer caches or caches that had not been found on previous visits and so when the weather is not conducive to going up the mountains sight seeing was the next choice of action along with locating some of these caches . I am pleased to be able to change 3 blue faces to smiley ones this tour down here but it was disappointing that several of the Frankton to Queenstown cycle trail caches have been disabled and so the final of these is not found as yet .
thank you for this cache

I was attracted to this cache by the possibility of ducklings, if I’m honest. I initially assumed I’d have to cross the swift-moving stream and ended up following a track far away from where I needed to go. Eventually I decided to go straight towards GZ to see if I could jump the stream closer to the mouth. To my moderate chagrin I realised I didn’t need to. The GPS was pointing me to water so I looked around and spotted a likely looking hidey hole a few metres away. TFTC
Lovely spot, and a surprisingly quick find using the hint, despite the coords being 25m off. And I got a new family (of ducks) TFTC!!!
Stumbled across this one while camping. Maybe a little obvious. Tftc first find in ages
Just when I found it thee was a family with a tour guide explaining about some LOTR film locations. Had to wait a bit, but they seemed to be more interested in the story and the views.
Cool camping spot here!

Awesome picnic spot and a lovely place for fishing. Not that we did either. The GPS made it look like the cache was further away and while I was fiddling about, M had already found the cache.
I tried to find this one earlier but like others the GPS took me into the water. After dinner I decided to go for a walk and my phone found some reception so I sat down to read the new messages, it was while sitting there I noticed right beside me a clump of dirt with just the slightest piece of plastic showing underneath it. My coordinates were about 26 metres off. Thanks for the hide

If it was moved we probably found were it use to be but couldn't find it sadly. It's probably in a great hiding spot. TFTC
Easy find, even if coordinates are a bit off. Nice peaceful spot! Great view of the Remarkables.
Found out in the open, put in a better spot up off the ground. - Many Thanks Bitsprayer
Surprised to see a number of campervan down here, They must have had a real cool night. Cache all good TFTC.
