Heading back to Bendigo from Mildura via Swan Hill today with LittleBoss2 and Geo the puppy.Yes I know that Monty python film. One of my favourites, so I'm adding one to this
Quick find with Bogonghazy and Geo dog. Spent a week up in the Mildura area caching and golfing. Last lot of caches on our trip home. Thanks for placing the geocache
A quick find here today on my way past, cache found and is all goodOn the way home from the Capital Geobash Mega in the ACT, today I made my way from Kerang, Vic to home. Today was a matter of finding caches along the road plus meeting up with e.gregory1 in Robinvale to complete the get hooked series. Thanks for the series
Day 2 of my travels heading across from S. A. Mega 2024 towards Barrington Tops before making my way to the 2024 Canberra Geobash. Thanks Hercs&pinky for placing this nice cache here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy.
Blue is my fav colour. No red. No blue! Ahhhhhh.Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. Heading home from Mildura to Wollongong. We made sure we had the time to make a few cache stops to break up the journey.Cheers
I found some baby bird egg shell in the (insert missing word here). So maybe we have three birds in the (insert missing word here), which is how we would want it anyway, right? Ahh the circle of life.

Pulled up for an overnight stop and saw this close by. Couldn’t resist, the birds were still unhinged around. TFTC
As I was locating this hide, a Kookaburra started chuckling, so did I when hide was spotted, a very constipated bird, but could unblock the opening and sign log, Thanks Hercs&pinky, all is in good condition
Wasn't sure we were quite in the right spot, then the cache name showed us the way. Tftc
We stayed at nearby Tamit Station View campground and had our mandatory COVID test and breakfast in Robinvale, and were on our way to Echuca. To break up the journey, we thought we would do a little caching along the way. There are plenty of caches along this road, and they are all placed in spots where there is safe parking nearby. Mr. Dromaniax's mother would love this cache as the cache container is of a couple of her favorite things. Very clever container. The cache is in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache Hercs&pinky.
Very cute
Found during our COVID 2020 Murray River trip. While Melbourne was in a state of turmoil rural Victoria was still okay, and with 4 weeks leave, and all the borders closed we decided the only warmish place in Vic was going to be as north as we could get. After a decade or so travelling north and west we started on the trips we'd left til later - the Murray River. Starting from East Gippsland we got to Wemen out of Robinvale before they announced Victoria was going back into Stage 3. Now we're working our way back home and avoiding Melbourne. Found this along the way. TFTC. DJ

This is one of my favourite types of cache. The name of the cache provides a good hint and it didn’t take long to follow the finding device and make the find. It was very similar to one I found earlier in the afternoon. Bringing us here for the cache brought us to yet another beautiful spot on the Murray River. It was getting pretty late in the afternoon by the time we arrived here, it was even more beautiful.
In all are travels we would not have even thought to traveled to this location.
(Ha Ha). In your dreams, these cachers do.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.
Devilish
Brilliant and Clever

Found on a return trip home to Mildura. TFTC Cache was easily found and all is still in good condition
Suscoe was out today enjoying another gloriously sunny Swan Hill day.
It had been near to zero overnight but today made up for that with beautiful sunshine, no wind to worry us and blue skies from one horizon to the other.
We headed to the north of Swan Hill today taking in Nyah and Tooleybuc and many places in between.
Thanks to Hercs&pinky for this hide, a nice hide.

Found with Mum (GLISS!) and brother (Commando04) on our trip to Adelaide. This one was my favourite of the trip. I was the one that first spotted the hide. TFTC.
This was a team effort with Commando04 and Batz7. I navigated, Batz spotted it and did the tree climbing and C04 did the signing. It's as dull road between Balranald & Toolybuck so we needed to stretch our legs. We enjoyed this one. Tftc
Now, that hint was actually quite valid.... Something about 2 up the pepper tree.....

Found during my return journey back to Adelaide after a visit to Canberra for the fortnight. Thanks for the cache Hercs&pinky!
TFTC. We are camped at Tooleybuc Sports Club for a few nights. Today after a night of Thunder and rain, we used geocaching to do a bit of exploring around the area. Great day 25 finds and 2 DNFs. The overcast weather and the GPS on the iPhone made life a bit difficult as it took a lot longer to settle than usual. We got there in the end.
Before heading across to Piangil we went down to the river. Took a minute to locate until i went taller.

Had to use a bit of stealth to get this one as there is a camp set up nearby. Looks like they have been there for a fair while too by the amount of stuff around.
Parked further away than we needed to and quietly crept up to GZ.
This one would have been a lot easier if one of us had been a couple of inches taller. It certainly took some retrieving and returning.
But a cute hide. Thanks.

While exploring new territory today, we learnt more about the Mallee and its history, called at some interesting townships and of course looked for a number of the many caches hidden in the area.
Yes we soon had one in hand - a FP dropped into the ???
**Feedback to CO:** The log in this cache could do with some TLC.
Thanks 'Hercs&pinky' for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

We have commenced Part 2 of our holiday. Part 1 was Easter at Morisset and we came home to sort out some family business. Now we are heading back to Bendigo after some time in South Australia.
After a comfortable night camping in the Piangal rest area we headed off caching around Tooleybuc and towards Nyah. Well I had always thought it was in the bush but apparently not. Fortunately it was an easy find anyway.

We found this cache today at 1:25pm as number 6 of 22 on our way home from Renmark to Melbourne. Thinking of that property that is surrounded by this track all the way around. Thanks from D, HA & A B-A.
An early morning drive by.
Hardest thing about this was getting back out of the tree.. will smell like peppercorn all day.
Thanks for this novel cache.

Found by Mary & David at 1500. We're heading to Swan Hill for tomorrow's Event, then home after being away for 5 weeks. Our thanks to Hercs&pinky.
We are returning from the Red Centre Experience Event in Alice Springs and are staying in Swan Hill for a few days. Today we decided to do a loop to Tooleybuc and back finding caches along the country roads. It was a pleasant drive and the weather was perfect. Thanks Hercs&pinky for placing the caches. A quick find. Very cute, deserves a favourite. TFTC
Found this one back in January with old app and trouble with logging it, just had up grade to premium to be able to log it on new app
Looks like a popular area for fisher-persons. (One must be careful these days to be gender neutral in describing, or more exactly, stereotyping people shouldn't one? One mis-entered word could have the thought police after me!)
A rather unusual, albeit surprising cache! Glad I (we) took the time to seek it out.

Driving through Piangal again today
And like others before me,
I had a feeling of Deja Vu
A lovely spot for a short stop and a stroll
And a cache was quickly found,
above the ground

Not at all certain about the road to this one so we parked the motorhome up on a side road and walked the short distance to the cache. Has there been one here before, I think I remember doing one here a few years back. So pleased that hubby is tall or one of us would have been showing off our athelitic side. SL TFTC

We are on our annual pilgramidge to Strathalbyn SA from Newcastle NSW caching along the way. This year's trip over was in some lovely mild, mid twenty degree weather.
We took a small detour from our journey and soon had the cache in hand.

Geofamily trip to Victoria... Cool!
Mrs Moneydork, Moneydork, sushilord and I left Friday morning for a 4 day jaunt over the border to find a cache or two
Two nights in Wangaratta and then a night in Bendigo left me with 10 DNFs and 205 cache finds one of which was a FTF
Day 1 and the loooong drive to Wangaratta meant only 18 finds today accompanied by 3 DNFs
I could see the cache but..... it sure wasn't in my hand!
Thankfully the taller people with me did the retrieval and at least the log was in my hand

The geofamily are off on another trip to Mexico. Fun, sore backsides (for some) and Dad getting the geomobile stuck and breaking his bike, TWICE were the highlights of the trip. One of the running jokes for the trip was 'If it's 2.5T it's laying on the ground, if it's 2.5D it's under that pile of rocks or in the open, if it's listed as large we are looking for an eclipse tin' which came about due to a number of early finds. The lasting memory from this trip will be the grass seeds!!!
Geodad found this one, cute.
Thanks for the cache Hercs&pinky.
