DNF 11/07/24. Checked the log and hints and all possible hiding spots around the marker as best I could without being to sus. Its been a few months since a successful find, is the cache still in place?
I didnt find it, gave it a good look too. I assumed it is hidden in the bus shelter but coordinates pointed to the road.
Found on a lovely Tuesday drive to Goulburn for GGGT #70. First time I came here today there was a guy parked right out front of the bus stop. On the second time, the roads were nice and quiet and soon I had the cache in hand. Nice hide, TFTC Countrykittykat!
Found It!
Another quick find. This cache seems to have lost it's magnet.

A fun day here from interstate collecting a few caches for puzzles that have been in the finished pile a while, some caches started but never quite finished or others that were on our hit list. With my Namadgi Hike scheduled for today now postponed this was a great Plan B with ALL7. We had a lot of laughs as we communication our way around this lovely township.
Here with someone who had found it before so that helped. TFTC Countrykittykat.

Tankengine and I were in town to find a couple of caches.
It was a cold, windy, wet day, but ended up being very productive.
Most caches found without issues, unless stated otherwise.

Previous logs helped. Nice seat to sign log & strip layers for impending uphill on loaded touring bike to Crookwell.
A very tricky hide which took us some time to find. Signed and replaced. The cache is in good condition. Thanks for placing the cache.
Heading to Canberra for the night and picked this up on the way.
Nice quick find and sign.

Quick park and grab as I thought I knew what I was looking for, after reading through previous logs.
Got to GZ, which is right in the middle of roadworks at the moment. Got there on foot, but there was nothing there. Suspect the environment may well have changed with the works.
It's nice when a hint makes the find a fast one. Especially at the end of the caching day. TFTC
Finally found it!!
We have had 2 goes at this and wasn’t leaving today till we found it!! LOL
We were actually making it harder than it was!!

Great cache, had us looking for a bit...then used some logic for what’s there but shouldn’t be there! Found Mar 2020
Passing through town, and killing time before visiting a friend we headed up this way to watch the incoming lightening show over the hills yonder... And of course a cache lay in wait. Nice one Countrykittykat.
The last log is a little bit misleading! The cache is definitely still in place and ready to be found!
DSD had found it previously, but couldn't quite remember what the cache was or where it was hidden. So we spent a good couple of minutes looking for it, before almost giving up due to the last log's comment, but then I spotted something I looked at earlier and realised it was actually the cache! Unexpected camo that's for sure! The previous log about the magnet not being attached it correct however, but wasn't a problem just meant that I had to place it back in the exact spot I found it as the magnet didn't move!
Thanks CKK A good little find. Took a while to remove the logbook however!

We are on our way home to Melbourne after visiting family in QLD over the Christmas period. Staying with friends in Kingsdale for our overnight rest stop.
Whilst the rest of the OSHFAM clan go to bed for the night, geo mum goes out alone for a bit of down time and night caching.
Well I pull up to this one and started my search. I checked everywhere, well at least I think I did. Turns out I had checked the spot at least 3-4 times before making the find but not before almost giving up because I was back in my car ready to drive off when I thought I’d give it one more look over.
The cache container is one I had seen before but not expecting here so clever use of it. Well done.
Not much happening here other than the sound of youths yelling in the distance and the a slither of moon out tonight.
The cache container is in ok condition but the magnet does detach from the body. The log sheet was completely full. It actually contained 2 separate sheet squished in there. So I added some brand new log sheets for future finders to sign.
Thank you for the cache here Countrykittykat

Had to disturb the Postie having morning tea in the bus shelter, but we found the cache, and introduced someone to the world of geocaching! TFTC Countrykittykat
The Postie muggle having a break at GZ had us hesitating until EH explained what GC was all about. He let us work around him and we soon had CIH. He was quite amazed at this one! So were we. That was a near DNF experience that turned out fun. TFTC
Found this cache while staying for a few days in Crookwell with Aries44 & the Neighbs .We had a great stay.

We woke to a coo morning with quite a bit of fog about, but it soon cleared to a lovely autumn day just perfect for caching.
We set off on a loop in one part of town that had a variety of cache types. There were a few different types of hides and not many muggles in the areas we visited.
Goulburn is a much older town than where we live, so we enjoyed the older buildings and some of the history the place presents.

Coords seem a bit off but there's not many other options around so it ended up being a pretty quick find anyway. TFTC!
It took us a while to find it and was just about to leave when I went back to check for one more spot. The magnet is detached but it is still in the same position.
Find No: 6449. Visiting from Newcastle, staying in Wingello State Forest for "Let's Wing It, Again" event, thanks for the cache Countrykittykat!!
In the area for an event and spending the day visiting some new places and enjoying the scenery. TFTC
DY 7 of our caching xmas blitz. Nice to start the day of with an interesting cache and a reasonably quick one to. Tftc
Set out to do some caching in Goulburn. A quick find, signed log and replaced, TFTC.
Despite having reached my target number of finds for the day and it getting late, I decided I could squeeze in another one or two before heading home to Yass. This was a nice quick find. While the magnet has become detached it still sits securely in its hidey hole.

Seems part of this is missing, but still effective even though it does tend to stand out a lot. Easy find thanks.
This is our fourth trip to the northern island this year. The first three were primarily for family events but with some opportunities to do some caching along the way. The fourth trip is different as caching is our focus. After getting off The Spirit of Tasmania we are heading north to cache at Wangaratta and then Yass before heading into the ACT and Queanbeyan for a week. After that we will travel to Jindabyne for a few days with summiting Mount Kosciuszko being our main target for this part of our trip. Then we will visit Cooma and Tumut before heading back down the track through Wangaratta and Mansfield as we make our way to Alexandra for the MEGA. After the weekend we will continue to make our way south and back onto the Spirit of Tasmania for the “drive” across Bass Strait. We are really looking forward to three weeks of intense caching in great areas and, hopefully, catching up with some geocachers in each of the areas we will visit.
We have been working on the Canberra Mapping Challenge (GC5KB4J) for some time, taking the opportunity of reducing the number of suburbs still required every time we come through Canberra. So the first part of today was spent trying to meet the requirements for another six suburbs. We then found some caches in other areas before heading off to Goulburn for the GIFF Event this evening.
We arrived in Goulburn early and had some time to look for some other caches - this was one of three that we found. We checked the commonly used hide locations for this type of structure and soon located the cache. Unfortunately the cache container had lost its magnet but, otherwise, it was in good condition in a safe hide. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Countrykittykat for the cache.
***** We are currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. On 1 September 2017 our average was 86 which seems close to the 100 target. However given that we have found so many GC caches, we have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get our average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that we can strive to attain this challenge. After 158 caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 89.7. Progress is being made but there is still a long way before we achieve our goal.*****

Found this cache quite easily but also found that it had retreated well into its hiding place. However, there was something nearby that was used to encourage it to come out of hiding. Very handy! Log was extracted, signed and returned. Nice camo on this one. Thanks Countrykittykat for this fun cache.
Long weekend. I better time to go caching. I drove down from Greystanes on Friday afternoon so I could get an early start on my caching day. As I start to log them I have no idea how many caches I got today my target was 75 on my own.
Today did have a lot of first for me.
Saw my first geo snake which slithered away as I approached. I have a really fear of snake so was shaken for a while.
I saw my first beware of funnel web spider sign and then saw 2 on the cache.
I traveled 606km from the time I left home and then got home again tonight.
Thanks to all the geocachers whose caches I find today. If it was. It for you guys I would not have had a fantastic day. Seen some amazing and not so amazing sights.
Thanks heaps.

Out and about with Happy Uke again today. This time we had ventured south again to Goulburn to try our luck.
Thanks!
Thanks!
I had been sick with the flu and was champing on the bit to get out and cache... so a trip to Crookwell was organised. I haven't been out this way for years and it didn't disappoint. Finalf29 and I had a wonderful drive on such a glorious afternoon finding sixteen, before it got too dark.
This was our first for the arvo. Clever camo and hidey spot, but didn't take too long to find. Thanks

After a day out learning about orienteering with school, I finally found some interest in geocaching and asked if I could tag along with Noodles22 on his caching trip this morning. Catapult07 joined us for a long drive along Wombeyan Caves road before reaching our first cache.
With only 3 hours of daylight left we managed to get our hands on 22 caches. But it wasn't until halfway through them did i decide on getting my own caching name.
Hope to continue on with this game.
Thanks for the cache.

When I heard that Noodles22 was going out caching worth my other brother, newly named Wombat2005, i jumped aboard and joined them. At that time I didn't know how far we were going. After a long windy road and a case of car sickness the we reached the caching ground.
Another 22 to add to my score on this cold day.
