Thanks for the cache, heading out a visit to my Dad but wanted to grab some older caches on my to Dunback. Didn't have time to walk the track but now I know it there, will make time one day soon.
Quick find.
Quick find.
Found an empty and unmarked click clack. Not sure if this is a decoy or accidentally there?
On a three week trip to the lower South Island with tmann421 hunting caches.
Enjoyed the trip around and the challenge of the finds.

Found on a nice afternoon alongside Hevic after a quick train trip up here. Again, no problems at this one - the hardest part was walking here from the main road and battling some slight nerves as we crossed the bridge on foot with a little wind. Hevic put her hands on this one after I quickly read out the hint - almost too easy. Cheers!
One last cache since I was close by. What a lovely walkway - I will be back to explore the area on another trip - too wet and also run out of time to do that today. TFTC # 16,424
We were walking along, enjoying the scenery, and realised that perhaps we should check how far away we were from this one, and found we were right on top of it! Great timing. Found with Debsnz.
Covid-19 pandemic Alert Level 4 so no one should go caching, stay home, stay in your bubble, save lives.
Found with MrsC on our NZ travels from the UK. A day out from Dunedin, quick find, thanks.
This is a nice circular walk. Found with mr c on our travels from the UK thank you.
First to sign the new log sheet. Finishing off the last 2 catches on this track. Well worth another visit.
Fabulous little track, really impressed with how well it has been maintained! thanks for the walk around here!
Not much room to turn round at the top
Heading down to dunnas for the weekend to "cache up" with KJR making time to grab a few I would usually drive past ..quick find tftc

I didn't know what it was at first but then when I went geocacheing again I was surprised that it was a geocach the whole time
GPS not helpful with this one, spent some time wandering around looking. Avoided 3 muggles! TFTC
Thank you for this series we wandered around on a sunny afternoon, punctuated with straight forward finds. There was plenty of bird life on display today, our favourites were the pukeko and possibly parakeets. TFTC #72
Perfect day to walk the Estuary walkway and find the caches. Thanks for taking us here! TFTC
A nice day for a wander around the track, many thanks for the cache. - Bitsprayer
Meeting our Wednesday Walking group for a Xmas lunch. I wasn't going to do any geocaching, but had taken my GPS to measure my km biking out from Dunedin.
I was a little unsure of how to find the track around the lagoon so got the GPS out to look at the map ... and saw a cache so conveniently placed it would have been a crime not to look for it! A quick find thanks to the specific hint and great co-ordinates.
Thanks to PAF111 for another invitation to take a walk and enjoy the wonderful NZ outdoors.

Sorry I had forgotten to check this, I checked today and have put a new container at the base of the next tree along.
Should have been easy but we couldn't locate the cache. Suspect we found hint items. Recent work on track at ground zero might have taken this one out?
Another beautiful Autumn day so off for a wee walk with KJR Senior since she had so much fun last weekend caching for the first time. Knew we must be getting close so K stopped to check phone but R with her inbuilt GPS already had cache in hand! Was a lovely walk around the Estuary. TFTC
We had been here earlier hoping to find this cache but there was no room for parking so we had to abandon our plans, today however we walked right around the track so no need for parking here. Thanks for this cache 111PAF.
Dakotacats found this one while I was trying to take photos of the fantail that was following us. TFTC
Found this one while out for a walk around the Estuary track with the dog and some friends. Tftc
Thankfully no one came to see what the dog was barking at which meant we could make the find and move on. Found with debsnz
A nearby dog was barking up a storm as we made our way along this part of the track. Found with AorakiSheep.
Little walk and a couple of caches locals were vey noisy (about 60 parries did not like being disturbed)

Did this as a park and grab and then later walked the trail with friends without realising there were more! TFTC
Found on 27/01/2017.
Out for a walk around the Orokonui Estuary Track after all the rain. A really well constructed track that has drained well.

The last one in this series (For now) What a great job the locals have done for their community. They should be commended. Well done. Such a great track and a wonderful walk. The poor dog was rather thirsty after this big run in the heat. No creeks running today. A great round robin trip. Thanks for bring me here. TFTC
An easy find by P&Vee and our muggle friend, while we were both looking at GPS some one ( Lee aka Hawkeye ) said " Is this it?" TFTC
After a bit of debate finding the entry way to this track we started off. I had came in the other way previously but PCsniff got us to this end. Only to hear that our non geocaching friend "say is this what you are looking for".............
I thought I had my jacket in the car but upon arriving at the cache discovered I didn't, which was interesting given the showers that were sweeping through. So these caches turned into a dash between the showers. Did the first three from the Orokonui end and then back to the car and then the final pair from the Chelivode St end. Managed to stay dry although sky was looking ugly when I arrived at the end of Chelivode St. Enjoyable outing. TFTC.
Missed this one by about 15 minutes but thats the way it goes. Second last one for the day then off for tea. TFTC
FTF 3.54pm. Saw a few new caches come up in our neighborhood and thought we'd head out after the rain stopped. Very pleased to see a blank log book! Sorry to spoil your run Gadget! Found with Conbat. TFTC!
