With a day off from work and a CITO in Goulburn, I made the trip over to for my second ever time caching there. I made the promise that I would return for a proper day of caching and it finally came true. Today’s focus was mainly some solved Multi’s and a few other quick finds to maximise my cache find total for the day given I was limited with time as I needed to be back in Temora by 5:30pm at the latest. After the CITO, Fitzy_1965 and I headed up the hill to collect the ‘Mount Gray series’ caches as he believes that they have run their course. Unfortunately, I will need to return for the rest of the caches that I missed along that are along the same road again due to time constrains. I ended up with two DNF’s today. However, I loved my day out. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found for allowing them to bring me and the caching community enjoyment. TFTE and TFTC’s!
Fitzy_1965 and I collected all the 'Mount Gray series' caches ready for archiving including the remnants of the two caches, that were already archived. I will however, need to return to find the other caches along the same road, as my time was limited. Thanks so much.

Another day in Goulburn which has some great caching. We are staying a while longer so we can join the Events scheduled for tonight.
Today we spent our time in and around town working an Ad Lab we had not finished and a range of caches we have not got to yet, and what a beautiful day it was for it.
We managed more multis, puzzles and quite a few traditionals, both in town and ventured up to Mount Gray.
Another good day with most caches in good condition and muggle traffic not too high.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache minniek.

Came back today to complete more caches around the area - Thanks to 80degrees – I signed the cache - TFTC / TFTH / SL
This morning we headed to Mount Gray to look for GC and CGA caches in the area. It was a beautiful late autumn morning and the different views we saw as went progressed along the road were superb. We drove in our low clearance car and by very careful driving, we were able to get to all but Mount Gray Series #9.
Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks team_lewin for the cache and the series.

#11286 - 11:51:00 AM; Set out on a cold, windy morning with Sol de lune and Smitten granny on a caching mission which will take us north to Goulburn along country roads and through some of the smaller towns and villages between the ACT and there. While SG logged a nearby GCA cache, I made my way over to this cache for a nice quick find and sign to add another in this series. TFTC minniek
Out collecting the ALs around Goulburn today and this seemed like a good little series to target as well. I've driven past this hill on the other side several times, so good to finally make the trek to the top. No problems locating the cache at GZ - thanks team_lewin.
Was near any so time for one more before I head to Sydney.
Quickly found and all fine here

Finally had the opportunity to complete this series which has been on my radar for some time. All caches found and in good condition although some of them took a bit of hunting down. TFTC and the series team_lewin
This was the first find for our son and the first cache of the day doung Mt. Grey. Thanks team lewin
Today was to be my final 'work from home' shift, but I decided to take the day off and head towards Goulburn, collecting caches along the way.
The 'Mount Gray' series was one of my primary objectives on today's trip to Goulburn. I was very pleased to discover that the series is accessible by car - I had assumed that the caches would be located near fire trails, with no vehicular access allowed.
A nice quick find to get underway.

So many times I have looked at this steep hillside as we whizz past on the highway. It’s interesting to drive up here and get a different perspective. An easy find thanks team lewin.

OCW Stumble's Mate today to, coincidentally, avoid the Bowral Cycle Classic being held today in Highlands. Take two at this lot on the ridge. TFTC!
OCW StumbleTrip today to finish off the series we started several months ago.
Absolutely NO IDEA what in the world the hint is referring to here as it makes absolutely zero sense! Even when you find the cache!

After the SideTracked Day 2019 meet at Marulan Station, I came here to find the caches along this road / track. This was a quick find, and the cache and log are good. TFTC minniek.
In Goulburn to visit my mother. I ducked out after lunch to grab a few of the local caches. Thanks team_lewin.
Day 16 Mainland trip
Out and about caching around Mount Gray with Tassie Trekkers and Gullivers Travels 54 and this was one we found. Great views from the top. TFTC

Caching in and around the Goulburn area, we picked up a few caches with Whitewebbs and Gullivers Travels54 and this was one of them.
An easy find at GZ, enjoyed the views along the way, cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Today Geoturtle37 and I are caching in and around the Goulburn area. We managed to get quite a few caches done and they were all interesting in their own way. Sizes locations and ease of find were varied today . Thank you to all the CO’s that made this possible. Thank you for showcasing this lovely town, it’s views, it's architecture and it's history which is certainly fascinating and worthy of the caches dedicated to it.
Came for a drive to see how far up the camper could go. Managed a fair way which was great. A nice quick find on our visit to Goulburn . Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Having to be in a meeting this evening, I decided to drive down early and grab a few caches. I saw this series and thought it would be a good one for starters.
Great views all the way to the top.

Drove down from Sydney after work, going to Canberra for an aunt and uncle's 60th wedding anniversary. Plan was to go for a nice shady bushwalk here before it got dark. Reality was a hot hilly walk that I couldn't do for long haha.
I should have noticed he "Mount" in the cache names, I was for some reason thinking it would be flat. But instead you could bring a Mars Rover here for practice on the terrain haha. Cache found and log signed. TFTC!

We headed to Goulburn today with Rapidlywild to attend the Giff event. There had been a few new geocaches published since our last assault to this area, so we decided to head up early to find them.
We had collected some of this series and today we finished it off, a nice bumpy ride up the hill. Local muggles were walking their dog,
Thanks team_lewin for the series, we had fun finding them

Plans were put in place with the ladies of FurfacesLL to head up to Goulburn to attend the GIFF event and clean up the area again. We had a great day with lots of laughs and some adventures in the new geomobile. A wonderful way to spend Rememberence Day (which we stopped at 11am to take a minute silence in respect and we were just down the road from the Rocky Hill War Memorial)
Thanks for the cache hide minniek and the ladies of FurfacesLL for another great caching day out

We scratched around on the wrong side of the road for a bit, before expanding the search and coming up with the goods.

A bit manky but the dwarf figure residing in the container looked happy enough! Tftc
I've dropped my lady at work, the GPSr is loaded with caches around Goulburn, the SUV is loaded with fuel, a slab of bottled water, my GeoSchnauzers and my lady's GeoCavoodles. We are off up the road towards Goulburn for a day of caching and walking. Excellent spot for walking the dogs. I'll hear traffic coming for miles, and there is plenty of room. This series looks like a good dog walking area.
Find no 21 of 22 today.
Thanks, minniek

Found with nissan 65. Decided we would leave bikes at home and walk it today. Great day for it. Thankyou for the cache
Starting my Sunday with a walk/run with this one... walking backwards a great idea for the warm up
Another day of caching it started as a cloudy cool day good for going to the scrub but soon the sun broke through and the temperature rose by the time we got to the last cache of the run out it was already getting very warm. We managed to add 15 this being number 3 for the day.
Thanks team_lewin for showing us the way to better views of the area as we climb up the hill.
Grand Cache count = 553 total consisting of 518 Traditionals, 18 Multi, 5 Mystery, 4 Earth, 2 Virtual and 3 Event.

We've arrived in Goulburn for the next part of our xmas caching blitz, having completed the trlt series its time to see what Goulburn has to offer. Which looks like alot . Got attracted by the line of caches. No problems for big brave geocachers Tftc
Found while taking a break from driving. As I wished to stretch my legs a bit, I parked at the cross road. A short walk to GZ while my GPS warmed up. Once it had satellites and had settled on GZ I soon had CIH. I think I've now finished the series. TFTC.
Went for a wonder around this trail looks good so far. 2451 so far for us. Thanks for placing this cache team_lewin, without cachers like you we wouldn't have a hobby. Signed log. took nothing, left nothing
Found today with Legocacher while exploring the area around Goulburn before attending the GIFF event. TFTC
I headed to Goulburn today with Joolay and SmittenGranny to grab some caches and attend the GIFF event tonight. Signed as the Capital Crunchers. Cache found in good condition - an easy find. TFTC
What a wonderful day I had today. With two incredible geocaching buddies, Kitty Katch and Joolay, we were the Capital Crunches and hit Goulburn armed with the solutions to many puzzles and determination to conquer the Mount Grey series plus some extras. The weather was kind to us at first but by the time we arrived at the top of the Mount (yes Mohamed(s) came to the Mount), it was windy and cold. The views had been spectacular but rather than sit out for our picnic lunch to enjoy them, the weather drove us into the car.
After lunch we did a couple of Governor Hill caches then decided to grab the puzzle caches we had solved. With a few extras thrown in for good luck, we decided to call it a day about 4 pm and headed into town to check into our motels for the night.
A brief rest, then a walk to the Paragon Cafe for dinner where the service was exemplary, and then luckily we caged a lift to the GIFF which was a fantastic evening.
Thanks to the ladies for a fantastic time, to all the COs for placing and maintaining the caches - all of which were found easily and in good condition, to the fellow cachers at the GIFF for adding to the enjoyment of the evening and Sol de Lune for the lift back to my motel saving me quite a walk (yes the legs and feet knew they had covered some distance today.)
Found today with Chakram while exploring the area around Goulburn before attending the GIFF event. TFTC
We thought this series was worth a try and were not disappointed. The views from various points were really great and it was worth the drive for that alone. But these caches added to the fun as well. Many thanks to team_lewin for these placements. We only saw a couple of vehicles while we were on the hunt and they did not happen to be at inconvenient times.
I was in the mood for a drive so decided to target Goulburn to Taralga for a solo geomission. Lovely sunny day for a country drive with a swag of caches found and really enjoyed the day!
Up I went in the geounit and she made light work of the trail [^] First find of the series (grabbed #1 at the end) and a quick one at that.
Thanks for the hide, team_lewin

Quick find with pinkih. I used two sticks as tweezers as I’m a little cautious of putting my hands into anything that a snake could hide in. TFTC
