Staying in Koroit, we decided to head for Warrnambool. I found the mural and was soon heading to the final coordinates, where the cache was found after I had looked at the hint. Great spot for a cache.

Horn and gehschei had eyes and the eyes had the cache after a short while of looking. Thanks for showing us this interesting spot and hiding the cache!

I saw what you did here. Quick find here. Thanks for the cache.Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Moon's day the fourteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit cooler today. It was so windy today. A few showers. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Found with Pat5280. After a couple of games of tenpin bowling and dinner we wandered around and picked up a few local caches before heading back to our accommodation. Sneaky little hide, needed a little help from Google and past logs to narrow down the hiding spots. Tftc

I had packed up A'Tuin the geomobile, the geodogs, Gypsy Girl, Teeny Treek, and Mini Michi on board, and we had set off for Warrnambool, where Mrs Dromaniax would meet us later in the day.We had a list of caches we wanted to find today, and having just completed a First to Find, we were back in Colac to find the Multicaches hidden around town. We had completed the data collection task on previous visits, and now was the day to find them all and see if we could finally have a day with six Multicache finds. After a couple of days in Warrnambool, we were on our way back home, but before we left Warrnambool, we wanted to see if we could find another six multicaches in a day. This was the seventh one for the day; we had found the six we wanted, and this one was for luck.It was a nice, quick find.Thank you, Kia1, for this Multicache.

After solving the other one nearby I came here to solve this one. From the hides point of view this one looks a bit freaky. Points for the cheeky hide as well.

Second multi for the day which is a feat in itself for us as we avoid them usually.Loved the painting and it is very similar to one we came across in Dubbo a few years ago. After getting the required day we made the short walk to GZ where the cache was quickly located, mainly because Mr Beetle knew the significance of the clue. Thanks and a favourite point from us here.

#14,496. I have come over to Australia to attend the Great Leap Forward Mega event and travelling around with geocaching buddy Infoferret. We are now making our way east to Melbourne but staying at Geelong tonight. The target today is a series of challenge caches but virtuals, earthcaches and adlabs are always of interest and we are sprinkling in some traditionals and multis to boost the number of counties for various challenges. Stayed overnight in the lovely town of Waarnambool which I last visited in 2002. Before we hit the road we are doing some local caches. This is one of them. I gathered the information and we did the calculations. IF headed over to GZ but we couldn't find anything. I went back to the car to get the GPS but by the time I had returned IF had discovered what the hint was about and had cache in hand. Signed the log and replaced the cache as found. Thanks Kia1 for hiding it here.

8 March 2024 10:26 TFTC Kia1 for placing this cache, number 13771 for me.GSEL collected the information. We then wandered over to GZ. I spotted nothing initially (having misinterpreted the hint), but once I realised, it was a quick find. TFTCI would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.

Greetings from Seattle! I am lucky enough to attend the Great Leap Forward Mega-Event in Adelaide with my fellow Lackey and best geo-buddy giacaches, and we hit the road to take the scenic route to get there. Today we'll finally be arriving in Adelaide, heading north from Warrnambool. The goals were to get as many LGAs as we could and see how many fun spots we could find along the way. It's always great to pick up a multi-cache since I have a bunch of challenge caches which require them, so this was a great way to kick off the day. We signed in with our sticker (discover it if you see it! )Thanks for adding to this great adventure down under!

Greetings from Seattle! I'm down under for the first time with jtcoffee to attend the Great Leap Forward in Adelaide. While here, we're naturally trying to pack in as many "bonus" activities as possible, including (but not limited to) the following: Log our find finds in the southern hemisphere Find Australia's oldest, [GC3E](https://coord.info/GC3E) Lane Cove & the world's **First** Earthcache, [GCHFT2](https://coord.info/GCHFT2) Experience Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Sydney Drive the Great Ocean Road Tackle a challenge cache requiring 31 Earthcaches, and 31 Virtuals in 31 days ([GC32TBZ](https://coord.info/GC32TBZ) and [GC32TC2](https://coord.info/GC32TC2)) Visit the Lord of the Rings filming locations in New Zealand I'm half-heartedly working to complete my multicache calendar and while I know it'll be a multi-year endeavor, today is an open date! What a stunning mural and a nice little multi. Thanks for placing this one and thus contributing to our amazing adventure in Oz!

I didn't have pencil and paper with me (yes, I'm old school) so once we had identified the coordinates for GZ, we gave each 'child' (well they are all teenagers now) a couple of digits to remember. That seemed to work well and once I had GZ recorded in the app, I gave them the general directions and they were off and running and had found the cache almost before I could even look up from my phone! TFTC!

solved and found. a quick find at gz. I was getting my numbers up to 20 finds in this LGA. The hint made more sense when i go to gzFound with Mogni. I think this is the most changed trip in the planning stage that i have ever been on. The " original trip " was supposed to start on the 31st of dec but at the start of decemeber life changed and the trip was now starting on the 26th of decemeber and all accommodation that had booked cancelled and now see what else is free on the ealier dates. A major readjust of plans and got 1/2 the trip booked before the next curve ball came in to alter the plans again. More adjusting the plans again and i realized i could host 2 CITO's in 2 different LGA's in victoria. What we do to qualify for victorian challenge caches. Also i got my 20, 000 cache over in victoria in this trip. It was decided in the end that the 4x4 was going to be the vechicle for this trip that way we could go and target all the caches that you never get, the ones down the sandy/rocky/dirt and forestry roads/tracks. We left Adelaide and headed to Casterton for a couple of days, then to Budj Bim National Park ( and saw 5 koalas in the camp ground high up in the trees ), then over Heywood, a night in Mount Gambier plus there attended the 3rd CITO of the trip before sending a few nights in Millicent and then finally home. Over 250 caches found plus 86 lab caches. Mogni also got her 11th D/T loop. I also got 3 more victorian LGA's up to 20 finds mininium for another victorian challenage cache. If the cache was broken/eaten/smashed it was reaced with a new container and if the logsheet was wet it was replaced and if the log was full or almost full extra log sheets were added to the cache.

A nice simple multi and enjoyed the artwork. TFTC.

Weve treated ourselves to 2 nights in a caravan park with a Black Friday deal. Today is day 2 we had a nice little tour around town and collected 19 caches, tried to get to 20 but ended the day with 2 x dnf .We had a super day and managed to get all our city chores done between caches.A very cool little multi, quick offset, love it!! Apparently today is day 4 off our holiday from Brisbane. (I wrote day 4 in all of yesterday's logs). So....day 4 was The Flagstaff museum at Warnambool after a few caches in the morning while waiting for it to open, and then the drive back to Lorne. Not many caches today because we found most of them on the way west, but enough today to break up the drive.

We discovered the required information and the mural last night and I did the calculations before coming back in the daylight. It was good to see the view over the cliff in daylight too. The hint speeded up the search. Thanks for introducing us to the interesting mural. I love the old horse trough nearby too. It’s a bit different to others I’ve seen.

No idea why this one evaded me. I went back to check my answer and double checked I'd added the coords into waypoints correctly, but no joy at GZ. On a trip the Otways, taking advantage of the ultra cheap v-line ticket price, so a 2 hour train trip each way to get this LGA and a few things I needed in the area. But this was the start of not such a good trip, 4 DNFs and only 3 finds. Some days it just happens!

We had left our car parked, and came to watch the railway line, where and historic train was about to go on a trip. We could see the dining car, the parlour car, first class and second class. It looks like they were about to have a lot of fun.
While we were waiting for the train to depart, we came to collect the information for this one.
Log signed.

We weren't going to be in town for long but we did a couple of caches that took us to some great locations so just one more continued until we were out of time. This was another interesting location and great sites as we wandered from one cache to another. Thanks for placing it for us to find.

On a holiday with friends, couldn't resist a nice art based cache. Went on a bit of a walk seeing what I could find without too much trouble as i was on a bit of a time limit. The mural is amazing I was really impressed I brought my friends back when we were nearby for them to see it too.
Really easy find when you use common sense.

On my way down to Warrnambool for a bit of caching.
Collected a few on the way down and some in town when the shops closed.

It is an interesting mural. Painting around the corner must present a different challenge.
The deadly treadly took care of the parking problem.
Thanks, Robmc.

We were out with SuperPop today doing cache maintenance in Warrnambool and thought that we should at least get one cache for the day and as we needed a non trad today for a personal challenge we decided to have a look at this one. We gave driven passed here many times and have never taken much notice of the murals until today. The cache name says it all and we were quite impressed by what we saw while collecting the information.
Once the required work was done we were quite happy with where the GPSr was pointing and we headed off to gz, Here the cache took longer than it should have to locate but we eventually did and our names have been added to the log.,

Many thanks Kia1 for showing us this location and the nice hide, a favourite point from us.
