It looks like someone has done some pruning here and now the cache is missing
We wont be replacing this one.

In between showers we decided to go for a walk and grab some caches. This was the first for the day and once we got our cache heads on it was an easy find. TFTC
Dropped of a new TB we made from a Greymouth Souvenir coin.
Happy Travelling

If my memory serves me correctly, we were in the team that came second at that quiz. However we won't hold that against you
No problems making the find here. Thanks for setting it up

Very nice historic building nearby. Muggle close by, but surprisingly the trail was quite and I could do a quick grab without being observed. All in good order. TFTC
A train came through just as we got to GZ, so I left Andy to do the find and sign and I took a video of the train for our 3-year old grandson. We then went back to the car and headed back to the caravan for the night. tftc
we would like to say thanks to this geocache creator, we really enjoyed finding it
We found this one while completing the adventure lab. Quick find here thanks to the coordinates and hint. Shame about the litter at gz. TFTC
More Wimbledon common surroundings. Nice we box of prizes.
Thanks for the cache. TFTC.

Searched for ages, couldn't find a corner to save ourselves. Found it eventually, cheers
Cache found on a 4 day caching adventure across to the West Coast. Started in Westport and traveled down to Greymouth and Hokitika and the hinterland. Sorry for the generic log but found so many great caches on our journey. Many thanks for all the Cache owners for the cache placement maintaining the caches. TFTC
Found this guy this morning before we were to take the return journey on the tranz alpine express.

Out and about caching for the morning before driving home.
First up a nice but rather cold walk along the stop bank answering the Adventure Lab questions.
The signal box completed so not for a quick search nearby before I continued my walk.
The cache name has me wondering if I was in the right town but on reading the description all was revealed.

The first stop of a maintenance run out to Nelson Creek up to Ikamatua then home via Taylorville Rd on a miserable day. I gathered from reading the logs that this cache wasnt quite where it should be so we stopped to check it out. Yes it had suffered from cache creep. We tided the logbook up by re-stapling the rusty staples and placed it back where it should go. All good here. Happy Caching
Lots of muggles out for a promenade on a beautiful sunny Sunday in Greymouth. After a bit of patience and a lot of stealth cache was found. TFTC
Need to be stealthy and not wearing your Friday clothes for this one, quick find after looking at the wrong wall. TFTC
The first cache in greymouth thought I would get lucky over on the train for a q quick stop thanks for the cache
Victoriousone joined me for som cache finding on this side of the river.
Doing a road trip as I have to wait for my villa to be refurbished. What better way than doing a road trip geocaching. Thanks for placing and maintaining.

Found it but didn't want to get on hands and knees to grab it but definitely saw it
Finally found it! After reading the hint, me and my friend found the cache, signed the logbook, and left a little knick knack inside! TFTC from JB & Sleepercache
After arriving by train, once we grabbed the rental car we found a spot to park, then walked by the river grabbing caches. Not the first or second place I looked but the third. Tftc
Thanks for this cache, gracie7 + Mum; we had stopped here to start the AL series and it would have been rude not to look for this cache at the same time.
Thanks for putting out this cache for woolwood9 and I to find!
SL **tm/ww NZ** (may just be a black smudge on the many wet or plastic logs)
*We soon had another good cache located!*

Couldn’t find the cache. I looked all around from all angles but couldn’t find it.
(# 6197). Day 12 of my South Island odyssey. Today is getting some caches around Greymouth as well as having a good look around. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
Looked for this last night with no success. Came back in the daylight with the fabulous IceBerguson, a photo with a smudge helped our quest and the detective (IceBerguson) soon had cache in hand . Tftc
When we were finding the cache I was wondering what this MIA Turangi was all about. why are we celebrating Turangi winners here?? The cache pages answered the question (this is me reading it a week late!) Because Greymouth is where it is at! Walking the great Wall of Greymouth doing the lab caches in my hand, and the GPS finding other caches in the dragon's hand.
Taybeedragon and I are off on another weekend's exploring - again! This time to the West Coast. The company owes me some time so I took Friday off. Lots of rain on the way down, but after that it was a nice cloudy-but-not-rainy weekend. It never rains on the West Coast when I come to visit! Parked Zara in Greymouth and explored mostly around the Hokitika area. Taybeedragon had an excellent trip planned - two cycle trips, some TMGTs and adventure labs, 74 caches all up yesterday. Today... Brunner!

Spent a couple of hours at Brunner this morning. Now its a walk along the riverside for the LAB cache. So had to snag and tag this one on the way past. Cheers
The Seagnoid, Zara, Toby and I are off to the West Coast for the weekend exploring. It had rained for two days before we arrived but mostly stayed dry. Waded my way along the Mahinapua board walk with the bike!! Picked up some LAB caches and checked out Brunner. Another great trip. Thanks to all CO's.

We've taken advantage of the cheaper-than-usual Tranzapline fares and popped over to Greymouth for a night away. After checking in at the hotel we went for a wee wander around town and, of course, I answered the questions for s few multi caches. Unfortunately the first few had GZs a bit further away than we wanted to walk, so they'll need to wait.
We did find one multi, then wandered down to the river for a look, and on to this cache. For some reason my phone just won't give accurate GZs on this Coast- it kept pointing to the wrong side of the path. Eventually I saw the error of my ways and easily spotted the cache. Phew!
All good with this one, nice & dry.

Nice easy find, thanks to the hint. Snagged a Travel Bug! Thanks for all your efforts, Gracie & Mum. You do well.
Found it today with Angie33210, Starwars33210 and T00thless. Managed 24 caches in 24 hours. TFTC
After a wet day walking a beautiful trail, caching of course, we thought we'd get a few more to make 24 in one day at least.
So wet and tired we were grateful of a quick and easy find. TFTC.

A short search at a quiet time and the cache was discovered. I signed the log and then I replaced the cache container as it was found.
Thanks for placing this cache

We arrived in Greymouth this afternoon on the train from Christchurch and picked up our rental car. Before we drove to our Hokitika hotel we stretched our legs along the riverside to find some geocaches. Had to wIt u til a group of workmen were distracted by the arrival of some equipment before we could dive in and retrieve the cache. SL. TFTC.
Found with MrsC on our NZ TRavels from the UK. Got off Tranzalpine Express and nipped across the road, quick find
We had just got off the trans alpine Express. Amazing journey. Found with mr c on our travels from the UK thank you
We got a DNF message and photo of a pill container found here so we checked this cache out tonight after a trip to the supermarket. We didnt manage to find the pill container (not ours) but our cache (a 200ml sistema) was just fine. All good here. Happy Caching
Found this while waiting to watch Trans Alpine train depart. Can you believe that the train actually left the station, minus two items of baggage and with two station staff inside the baggage compartment. After considerable delay (minutes) holding up the traffic with the red lights flashing, it reversed back into the platform. At this point we moved on!
It is was lovely walking along this path in the morning when it’s cool. Great views of the strata of the rocks across the river.
The third day of our road road trip and we are having lots of laughs, hunting hard and signing logs. Signed NE as I am caching with Nosynel. TFTC and apologies for the generic log.

* 20 years since New Zealand had the very first geocache hidden outside of USA.
* And it's 2020 - all the 20s!
Talk to your geo-friends and start planning to be part of [this event](http://nzmega.com) - you won't want to miss it!

Sadly there was no large event in New Zealand in 2019 but there are a few Mega events planned in Australia. New Zealand will have another large event in 2020 in Auckland.

Our last cache of the day, #20. An easy find when you approach from the right side. TFTC!
An early morning find before leaving town. I just got a text yesterday (10/01/20) to remind me that we have Quiz starting this coming Tuesday night. How will Team T.V.P go this year I wonder.

Ah yes, I seem to keep driving past the sister cache in Christchurch, one day I'll find that one too. TFTH .
Quick find as you say while waiting for the Tranz Alpine. Took TB. Will drop in UK on return. TFTC
