I visited this cache today, through geocaching Ive visited a few watersheds which I otherwise wouldnt have known what or where they were.Todays find proved difficult as my GPS decided to send me all over the place. Eventually, luck had it that I spotted the cache.I added my name to the log and replaced as found. Thanks for placing this cache
Thank you, this is our 32 Anniversary run. Aiming to get 32 caches1 today to celebrate 22/32
After a big walk with the sister and Little Goat at St Georges Lake, LG fell asleep in the car which provided us with the perfect opportunity to grab some quick stop and grab caches. This one was just dumb luck as we were on our way to a different spot when I asked my sister to check the current area. As soon as I was in the GZ I spotted this little gem, log signed and we were on our way! Cheers
A rare day where the full Crack'n'LeeLee team could venture out together. Today we targeted a few caches in Creswick, Ballarat and finished with an event and yummy Bahn Mi. Thanks Fergzter for creating for us all to enjoy. A quick find. All good here. --------------------------------------------------------The nominees for the [**2023 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards** ](https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/2023-victorian-cache-of-the-year-awards/) have been announced. Thanks Fergzter for adding another cache to be found. Always happy to add another yellow smile to our map.
Found it but had to pry it out with a ling stick as there was a nest of mozzies the size of magpies around it
Out and about finishing off the trails close to our camp at Slatys. Off to a good start TFTC
Found with FeatherWaite on a 4-day trip to Victoria. From Adelaide. Our main aim was to complete the Ballarat Geotour and other caches of interest in the broader Ballarat area. There were also a number of events and a CITO to attend. The weather was on the warm side, but not too bad for this time of year, which made for pleasant camping each night. The cache was found in good order. Thanks Fergzter for the cache.
Found during an extended weekend in the Ballarat area with e.gregory1, with the main aim of completing the Ballarat GeoTour, but taking the opportunity to attend a number of events and CITOs, and searching for a good range of caches while touring around the district. Thanks for the cache Fergzter!
In the Ballarat area for the weekend, so a perfect opportunity to hit up the MSP series and other random caches along the way. Always in the last place you look! Especially when wed all walked right past it. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Fergzter ~~
We all walked past this one and searched around. It wasn't until we were walking back that OHC made the find. Thanks for placing the cache for us all to find.
Find No. 4564. Found at 6.09pm.A day spent at Creswick to do the '50 Must See Places' caches, on our push bikes. We got the first one on the way in, then parked the van between the 1st and 2nd and off we rode doing these in order. Got to No. 33 then it was back to the van for a rather late lunch. After lunch we loaded the bikes, drove and done No. 34, then drove onto No. 35, where we got the bikes out and off we rode again to finish off the series. We enjoyed riding the tracks, approx 20 ks, through the pine forest and finding the caches as we went.We also found the extras on the trail. On leaving the Pine Forest we went and found this one seeing how it was nearby to where we came out.Wow, now that's what we call a cache. We really enloy finding these older style caches, that have swag in them and are a decent size. They are more enjoyable to find than the modern day nano's and larger caches with nothing in them but a log.A favourite point from us for being the Best Cache we found for the day.TFTC Fergzter
Another one on the way home from RACV resort. Nice walking area just off the highway. TFTC
Passing by so made the quick stop to collect this cache. AusFox found this cache sometime ago so he stood back to watch and laugh if I was nowhere near the hide.Spotted soon enough All is good here, thanks for the hide.
Last year was my best year for cache numbers, and I was just 19 off that number for this year, with 9 days to go. So the Christmas Down Under series was perfect to cruise past my highest and make this year the best. This one was a bonus after finishing the series. My thanks for the cache, Fergzter.
Out doing the new series in the area, stopped by this one for a quick findThis week I decided to head to Victoria for a few days to target finishing off the Ballarat Geotour and also find the new series in St Arnaud, anything else was a bonus. I ended up finding a little over 300 caches plus a tonne of ad labs along the way. Thanks for the series
Having attended a recent event in Brisbane where a fellow cacher brought my attention to the geo tour in Ballarat and its up coming finish in February, i knew this was something I had to make an effort to get to.I also quickly realised that the attribute for the geo tour is the last one I need to achieve a personal challenge so the planning began.Today is day two of the mission and Im down to only two more caches to complete the tour and have the local geo art on the radar. I. Also hoping to squeeze a CITO and an event in if time is on my side lets see how we go.I jumped in The geowagon and ventured off the o soon find a nice parking spot. A short stroll later soon found me at ground zero. It wasnt long before cache was found and my name was printed for prosperity. I returned the cache to its hiding space and made my way back to the car. Ready to head to the next adventureA big thanks to the cache owners of Ballarat for making this cache available to be found.Cheers
Quick find for the day to keep the streak going.
Thanks for the cache Fergzter

Love this little bush track - easy to get to from a park and walk! The little geocachers were keen for the adventure and the roos watching!
On the way to Creswick and stopped off for this one. A quick-ish find and I was soon signing the log.
Thanks for another one in this series. Cache all good.
Thanks for another one in this series. Cache all good.
On our way to another cache I particularly wanted to find further along the old road here, I decided to try to find this cache. We found a dry way to cross the verge to an easy climb up the embankment and I headed off up the hill. It took a while to find the cache because I finally found it about 11m from GZ on my finder. It was all in good condition and well hidden. There were flowers out all over the area. Thanks for bringing me here.
I had been planning a "cache run" out this way for some time now and have to put it off for a number of reasons. Yesterday I looked at the weather forecast and thought "that looks alright, it shouldn't be too bad"... and so this morning I set off from Melbourne with the sun shining. Well, that didn't last too long and by the time I got to the top of Mt Warrenheip, I was in low cloud and persistent drizzle that lasted pretty much all day.
My first stop for the day was at Mt Warrenheip to pay homage to a really old cache and find anything else nearby... and then it was on through miserable drizzle to My Beckworth to specifically to find the **100 Earthcache Challenge**... and then on through more drizzle to Creswick Cemetery... to visit a "dead Premier" (art of a Wherigo if you aren't familiar with it) ... and then lunch.
Leaving Creswick I took the "old road" that runs beside the Ballarat road to look for a few caches placed along it. First stop was this one for a quick and easy find.
Thanks **Fergzter** for putting it here.

Found with PapaGrouch. We headed out towards Creswick to find some caches, it was a much nicer day than yesterday, still fresh but the sun was out. After finding the multi nearby we made our way to this cache, a nice quick find of a well-sized cache. TFTC

Well it’s 2021 and I have finally said good bye to a not so great 2020 and it was great to finally be able to have a reasonable holiday as I have not had a decent break since 2019.
So after making it to South Australia, crossing the border and then being greeted by a couple of very friendly SA police offices for which i had the official paper work to allow me to enter I then made my way west along the Eyre Hwy and I went as far as Penong and the Eyre Hwy on which I have not travelled along since the late 70’s when I was on a holiday with my folks and this was the last holiday before I started full time work as a sparkie.
I then toured the Eyre Peninsula and throughly enjoyed the 2 national parks down the bottom of it.
COVID got in the way and interrupted my dates so the planned Yorke Peninsula part of the trip will have to wait for another time except for Port Germein and Crystal Brook.
Finally recrossed the border back into Vic after being in SA for 3 great weeks near Pinarroo
And stayed at Murryville for the night.
Geocaching when towing a van is not always easy and I have to be a bit selective on which ones I decide to try and find for safe parking purposes especially along busy highways.
Heading towards Ballarat to attend the launch of the Ballarat GeoTour which is tomorrow afternoon.
So after reaching my destination for the next 2 nights which is Beaufort I then set the van up and spent the afternoon chasing a few select caches in the outer regions.
I remember finding this ones twin a couple of years ago and it was good to hit the old highway and come across another watershed.
Thanks Fergzter TFTC.

The last for the afternoon. Seeing that we didn't venture out until late afternoon, I am happy to say that we got this far. Pretty tired after the last cache that we searched for but, a nice easy find and we were returning home.

That is certainly a huge amount of water being held in these covered water tanks. Interesting that the main highway is not far away but you can hardly hear it. SL TFTC
Great a large cache and lots of trinkets left Racv resort for a walk in the bush. Short stroll good for the youngsters
After checking out of the RACV resort we took a short drive with the O’Gomells to make this find. TFTC
