I solved this one 2-3 years ago and with not much caching experience at the time, I didnt find it, especially with so many muggles around.BrissyCat had also solved this one so after the nearby event, we made our way to gz. Even at night there were still some people walking by but luckily BrissyCat spotted the cache and managed to grab it. With no lid, there was water inside and the logbook sodden so it was impossible to sign. BrissyCat had a spare logbook and plastic bag so after signing, we jammed it in and replaced it, upside down so that rain hopefully wont get into the container. Very glad to find this one at last. Tftc
A quick grab on a Brisbane stopover before heading to Norfolk Island. Thank youMr Jaiger for placing this game piece here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!
Visited the dji shop 2 days too early for the 3S. Found on the 2024 epic Norfolk Island jaunt. Of course there was caching enroute. This was one of them!! Have been meaning to look for this long solved puzzle each time I am in the area but always seen to be running late. Made a better effort to come early before the event at the Chermside library today and bingo!Thank you, Mr Jaiger, for this good puzzle and hide
Spotting this was easier than retrieving. Not sure that fence was there on placement. TFTC!
Headed over to the southside of Brisbane to catch up with a friend who is back in town for the week. First headed out to Scribbly Gum Parkrun and then breakfast. Now its time to cache befor heading home.I found your cache, Behemoth today. This is my 3111 find.Mr Jaiger, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
It was so long ago that I solved this cache, that I can't even remember solving it. What I do know is that even though I try to avoid the Behemoth, on those occasions that I've driven past on my way to get a car park, I've looked towards GZ and I've had the thought that the timing wasn't right because it was daylight and was a fairly open spot.Tuesday early evening, Shazzar66 and I had almost finished our Tuesday after work caching get-together and we stopped nearby. Arriving at GZ, Shazzar66 realised that she forgot her iPhone, so she went back for it. By the time she got back, amazingly I had made the find. We signed the log "ShaDup', took our obligatory photo of the cache in-situ, and replaced everything as found. We then headed nearby for a yummy dinner before going to a caching event organised by chamad. Thanks, MrJaiger, for the cache.
After attending a nearby event, cosmonaut97, 1MinnieMoo and I headed to this solved puzzle. we were hoping there would not be many muggles about after dark and we were right. The cache was soon located and our names added tot he log. TFTC.
Have solved this one ages ago but didn't find till tonight after a local event. TFTC.
Out on a group attack to finally get a smiley here. Found with cosmanaut97, Selva Girls and Dora The Explorer! As the log was full we have each squeezed our marks in wherever we could find a small space. Photo of log is available. TFTC
Back today with a bit of a hint. Third times a charm.Seems I was looking in the right space, but there appears to be a new fence which makes retrieval difficult. Grabbed the cache, but the log is full. Found a small spot on the first page to make the mark "FE59".Glad to have this one off the map.TFTC
Went looking for the cache with my siblings, the whole time asking, what if someone took it. Had to keep explaining there hidden so poeple can't find them unless you know what your looking for. We'll eventually I realised I may not know what to look since this was my 3rd cach but first DNF. I'll try again later just without the doubtful company.Really liked the math puzzle
Enjoyed the puzzle even though we got a couple of different answers from different websites. It was all interesting reading. Glad theres a checker. Today we came to find the cache and wed noted the hint which narrowed our options considerably. We discussed looking there but discounted it, believing there was probably private property. So we had a PAF and they confirmed where it was right where wed discounted. Put our hand straight on it then. And got wet under the sprinkler while doing so. Found a blank spot half-way through the book to sign. Thanks for the puzzle and cache.
First puzzle cache in Australia. Local walking his dog who knew about the cache stoppef for a chat Log is full; TFTC
Solved this one quite some time ago, just do not get down this way very often. So, taking the afternoon off from work and coming to do some Ad Labs in the area as a lead in to E vent at the Library, there was no way that I was going to miss grabbing this too.Got to GZ for Event, parked, grabbed some dinner, then walked past to get this one with less muggles about.Cache and container are in good order, and now have an extra squiggle in it.Thanks for the cache!
We needed to come to the shopping centre today so I solved the puzzle last night and with the final coords loaded made our way out to GZ and quickly found the cache. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Mr Jaiger for the puzzle and the cache.
TFTC Mr Jaiger your cache Behemoth that we found today
We had come to the nearby shopping centre to visit the ‘fruit’ store for a repair. While here we wandered across the road and had a ferret around. We had looked in a certain spot unsuccessfully but 5 minutes later we went back and found the cache well hidden.

On holidays with alphag_25 from Mackay, after ducking into the nearby behemoth and solving the puzzle, this was a nice quick find at the end of the day so not many people around. TFTC
Second time here, and I still needed a clue from Co. Found in good order. Log book is full, but I found a small spot to sign my name.
Sadly i was forced to visit this hell hole today but happily there is a cache nearby. A quick walk from our parking location had us nearby gz but man oh man there is a constant stream of muggles. Needing to wait for a break in all forms of muggles, we sought shelter in the shade... And i had a thought, what if the cache was.... Bingo. Cache found. I was easily able to disguise my activity and soon had the cache signed and returned all while the world continued busily around me. Great hide and interesting history lesson. TFTC
Today I was able to avenge a Did Not Find from a couple of years ago. We had to pick up a few items from the shopping centre, and now that we are in the danger zone between Melbourne Cup and Christmas day, we anticipated that the ,centre would get busy. We were arriving about a quarter hour after opening, and the traffic was already bumper to bumper trying to get into the car park.
Once parked and shopping done, I had a little helper with me to find this cache. I had also picked up a hint at a recent event. This time I put my hand on the cache container straight away. The log book was dry. There is only 1 clean line left in the logbook though. Thanks very much for placing the cache Mr Jaiger. Cheers

I had been reminded by jesswrigley of Chermside's behemoth status - I thought she had mentioned that Chermside Shopping Centre is the largest in the southern hemisphere too? It was only five months on 18/05/2022 that I had had a chance to open this puzzle, and realise it was a simple research puzzle. I was able to find the required answers, and I was glad to see that **K** of the number of **JK** tenants had not been used in the calculations, since I had found different numbers from different sources. Subsequently upon my first attempt, I had a set of coordinates that the GeoChecker liked.
This morning, georode and I organised an early kayak session on South Pine River. It turned out to be a spectacular morning to have a paddle just after sunrise. We then popped over to Tinchi Tamba Wetlands to grab another geocache, and I then remained to make a few more short walks. I then needed to get my car serviced, so on the way, I detoured through Bracken Ridge, making a stop at McPherson Park to grab a few train title-themed geocaches.
After visiting the mechanic, I took a detour past Chermside and Wavell Heights visiting a few more geocaches, before grabbing a bakery lunch and continuing to work from home for the remainder of the day.
Whilst nearby to the area this afternoon, I thought I would try to grab this geocache. Nearby parking was limited, and I had to leave my car in a 5-10 minute park, hoping that I would get a quick find of this geocache (or that the parking attendants weren't out in force today). Unfortunately, it meant that I would have trouble, and after searching around the place, I simply could not locate the cache! With the hint steering me away from certain places and structures (and I couldn't resist but checking those spots anyway), I ended up resorting to a PAF in order to locate the cache. Some information was forthcoming, and it was good enough to connect the remaining dots, and soon discover this very tough and sneaky cache hiding spot! The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Nicely played indeed! Thanks Mr Jaiger for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Looked at GZ and then a quick suss around further afield then back to GZ and found it second time checking same spot. TFTC and the puzzle. Did have to msg the CO to confirm some of the dates as google seems to give a few different answers
After attending the Community Celebration event in the area, and chatting away for another 2 hours, I went in search of a place to grab some lunch.
Made my way to the large shopping centre and was lucky to find a park quickly.
GZ was only 25m away and hopefully on my level.
Trying to look inconspicuous I strolled around until GPS settled enough to locate GZ.
Checked a few places until I located the container.
SL then returned as found.
Very busy this afternoon but managed to grab and return hopefully without anyone getting suspicious.

I was in the fence about this one. Do I bother? I don’t have much time passing through… Glad I made the effort. TFTC
Solved the puzzle but couldn’t find the cache at the location. It was a bit busy so I might have to come back for a more thorough look.
Solved this one a while ago , and today was the day. Went early so muggle traffic was almost nonexistent. Quick find once at gz. TFTC
End of lockdown caching on the North side, targeting Challenges to make the most of the little time I had.
This puzzle has not spent too long in my pile of solved ones, that is quite unusual as the solves ones often gather a bit of dust.
No one else around at GZ, tested one suss looking object before making the find.
Thank you for hiding Mr Jaiger

I finally got around to having another look for this cache while in the area. Last time I visited their was some workers at GZ so I didn't get the chance to have a look, this time I had GZ all to myself and found the cache in the first place I looked.

I came with an extra set of eyes after not finding this the first time and she found it within seconds in a spot I had searched extensively the first time! TFTC Mr Jaiger
2nd time lucky but for the love of me I don’t know why I couldn’t find it last time. It was quite easy. TFTC
I had never quite got around to solving all of the pieces I needed for this puzzle, so today when DisSister and The Marble suggested we stop and have a look for it, I gladly said yes! We found a convenient parking spot nearby, unexpectedly, and took a short stroll to GZ where I found the cache within seconds of arrival. I was surprised at how many muggles were passing and glad of having a bit of camouflage to make it easier. Very interesting puzzle!

No luck today. Hopefully I join the those people who come back a second time and find it very easily.
Headed to Brisbane with Kestal to collect a list of puzzles to fulfil a challenge I signed in Melbourne last year before the world went crazy. Have had this one solved for a while so it's good to finally convert it to a smiley although there was a moment we thought we might be walking away empty handed but Kestal eventually put her hands on it after both of us had previously searched the area. TFTC Mr Jaiger.
Eskies5 hatched a plan to ️ off a challenge she had signed in Melbs before the world was turned on its head. This was the second puzzle we signed for today. This one took far too long for us to lay our eyes on even if our hands had run over it. Eventually we got there and our names were in the log book. TFTC Mr Jaiger
Had to go shopping with the family so thought I would make the most of my time here.
Had tried to find this one about 3 or 4 years ago when new to caching. It may have been missing then as well. Today I was able to walk straight to it. Thanks for maintaining this one.
We can not believe we found it! Can not believe how we missed it last time! Second time lucky! A great sneaky hide. Puzzle was interesting too. Thank you so much for this one
Second time lucky for finding this one. I had tried a while ago but had no luck that time. Today after a yummy lunch inside of the behemoth I wandered over to GZ to try again.
Not sure how I missed the cache last visit as it didn’t take long to have it in hand on this hunt I left my scribble and replaced all as found between passing muggles.
Thanks for the puzzle and cache Mr Jaiger

Swearah had this one solved so while we were in the area we thought we would stop in to grab this one. 2 pairs of eyes are always better than 1 .
Getting the numbers for this was interesting! Have had this one solved for a while and today Jodsta83 and I decided to grab it. We arrived early enough to beat the crowd and were left alone at GZ to make the find. All is good with this one. TFTC
While visiting Chermside today to do a bit of shopping we wandered over and found this one that we had solved a while ago.
The facts about the history of the centre are fascinating. It's certainly a one stop shop now with all the various stores here.
We found the cache after a short search and everything was fine with it.

Solved this one recently and enjoyed reading through the history of this place. I remember it in the early 90s, the company i work for had a large training centre which has since been demolished and taken over by this Behemoth.
I came out early this morning to make the find before it got too busy. The hint made it easier, after a bit of a look around I soon had the cache in hand.

Solved this one today, and confirmed the co-ords but tonight didn’t have any luck. Very busy with shops open until midnight. I’ll be back with the kids with the keener eyes.
TFTC and puzzle to solve this one. A nice easy find after reading the hint given.
Hopefully this will be my first of many finds today whilst cycling around on the Geobike.

Second visit to GZ having solved the puzzle recently on a 6 hour sojourn to the area, mostly spent lounging in the lovely Chermside library...
Roughly half an hour to squander before heading over the road to what I hope will be the last of frequent visits to a Chermside clinic Almost singlehandedly funded a toll road (or two) on these darkside trips. Peepers seem to be in pristine condition, now if only I can see the flipping cache
Reread the hint, yup got it. But can’t see anywhere useful to search that is on public land. Squatted in the dirt and scratched around like a scrub turkey that is about to be late to an appointment Nada. Good thing it’s not flipping hot today. Just then happened to get a message from a cacher who logged it a couple of years back so asked and, naturally, he had no idea what or where it is. But helpfully suggested I look in that spot again as bells were ringing... for the THIRD flipping time!!! May as well give it another crack.
Just. Kept. Feeling. My. Way. As sometimes pokey fingers are better than having perfect eyesight A slight shift in position and my hand wrapped around an object that moved. Soon had the log out and signed and cache replaced and dare not check the time as need to get back to the cachemobile and drive and sit at traffic lights and park and run into the clinic and wash my grubby mitts
All ends well and I will not be returning to this muggle-infested walkway

Sat in the air con doing the maths and got it right after a couple of tries. No such luck at GZ A steady stream of muggles did not deter me from searching as I had a fizzy drink and used the shade as cover for loitering in the garden. But really have no idea where the cache could be
Resolved this some months ago and got a green light for our numbers. All good to go. At the end of the day of Geocaching, we made a detour here on the way home to see if we could collect this one. Quite a busy place and despite a pretty good search no luck for us today. Thanks for the puzzle.
We’ll try again!

Solved the puzzle a while ago but my first visit to GZ was a DNF. So glad to turn that frown upside down! TFTC
Very busy around GZ today with some garden maintenance muggles. Will have to come back another time.
Solved puzzle easily enough last night, got the checker tick. I made my way to GZ and looked - mot too many muggles going past. When an old lady stopped and lit up I made a dash inside for a toilet stop and messaged the CO. Went back again but this time me gps was even more uncooperative and wouldnt setttle. So for now I will have to log a dnf and hope for better luck next time. Cheers.

Dont give up. Keep looking where you think it should be based on hint and coodinates. It is there!
Solved this one at home.
Whilst in the area for work was able to pick up the easy find.
Thanks for the history of this now very big shopping centre.

Had a few things to grab at the Behemoth today and wandered over to this one. I was talking on the phone at the time, which I find handy to take suspicion away from what one is doing. I mean, who's gonna closely monitor the actions of someone who's having a lighthearted, jovial conversation?
Had no issues here except for fumbling it and dropping it thanks to my one-handed phone call. All is well! Thanks for the fun and the history

The find that was nearly not a find.
I spent a considerable amount of time at GZ. My smartphone put me in a yard - but common sense told me where the cache should be...
.. Orrr maybe not I came up empty-handed. I PAF'ed twice. Both were different - but I had checked both areas. But one gave me an idea. And yep. THERE it is. It has moved slightly. I'd have personally called this one a micro - but there's no hard and fast rule to such things.
I enjoyed this little puzzle. I have memories of my Dad and I dropping my mum and sister off at this shopping centre while we made our way to the wreckers nearby. That would have been the early 1980s. It was a very different shopping centre then.
A great little puzzle.. and I struggled with the hide for a variety of reasons. But I got there in the end. TFTC Mr Jaiger

On our date night and thought we’d grab a couple of caches we haven’t had a chance to before. Pretty quite on a Tuesday night. No luck though. Seen a likely spot, but it must be to well hidden.
I had promised the geodaughter that we would visit the sales today, and the happy compromise was that we would pick up a few caches in the area as well. I had this one solved, and tried to hunt inconspicuously as the hordes of muggles flocked in. A PAF confirmed I was in the right spot and the cache was found soon after. TFtc and the puzzle Mr Jaiger
Solved this a few weeks ago knowing we would be staying nearby for a few days. Relief when found knowing I didn't muddle the answers!
I had solved this one when it first came out & despite many trips very close to GZ since then I’ve never attempted to find it. Fast forward to tonight & I haven’t found a cache to get my souvenir for geocaching day so I drag hubby along to search for this one. Lucky I brought him along as he made the find for me with just a few sporadic muggles passing by.
Thanks for the fun puzzle & cache Mr Jaiger

We are staying with omaster for a week and set ourselves a challenge of trying to get the nearby caches that have emerged since we moved down south. Worked out the answer when it came out but had to wait until we came back to claim it. There were persistent muggles standing in the area and nearly gave up but then the area cleared and raced over for a quick find, signing and return.

The puzzle has been solved for a while. I am very happy to say I have not actually been inside this place, and hopefully never will.
Much happier out here on the bike paths.
There was a constant flow of walking, driving and riding muggles near GZ. The hint was very helpful in narrowing GZ down and making it a nice easy find. [^]

I worked here in the mid 80's when the expansive part of the centre was the car park. Had some time to kill this morning, so got my maths brain on and calculated the numbers. At gz, the hunt want that difficult. All good with this cache. Tftc!
Had to give the dog a break and was pleased to see a geocache here. It took a bit of finding but you would expect that in such a busy area. Thanks Mr Jaiger

Greetings from Norfolk Island South Pacific
Mrs endeavour3 chaise Westfield Chermside to do our Christmas shopping this year. While doing multiple trips back to our nearby rental apartment ( and this is only Day 1) I made a couple of attempts to find the cache. I knew I was looking in the right place as they Geochecker confirmed my numbers. To avoid Christmas road rage I reached out to the Co who gave me a very useful hint many thanks. On our way to dinner the cache was right where he said it would be, except it was very low and I had been searching higher. TFTC

Problem being that all the mysteries I have solved awaiting collection most are off in bushlands and of course I had a nap after work and was left with caching in the dark - not fun. I scrambled for some near puzzles that might be found in a well lit not Spider area. Not having much luck I remembered that I had solved this one way back on its release and kept it a possible 'B' for the months challenge. So in the end it was a perfect cache for today - well lit GZ, already solved and I needed a puzzle as I haven't spelt November yet! I think that equals up to a favourite point!
We solved the puzzle while finishing lunch at Cafe 63 (very nice) . Made our way to the soled coordinates and started looking around. Noted the hint and moved on to the next obvious spot that it could be but after reading recent logs we were still bamboozled. Looked a little harder an eventually made the find. Given the COs hints in the logs we think it might have been returned to a slightly less elevated position than originally placed so we rectified this before heading back to the shops. TFTC
