I suspect that the obvious rock is no longer on top of this case, if the case is still here at all. Thanks anyway, Southpaws88.
A quick stop here but with the string of DNFs stretching back 14 months, the CO may want to check this one is still here.
Heaps of rocks here but nary a one looking any more obvious than the rest.
Also being on the back of 4 straight DNFs we were somewhat skeptical to being with
Maybe come back if there is another find or a note from CO

Oh no There were 3 of us and we had a good luck under every rock but no joy. It has rained though. We will be back.
Parked in station carpark which was almost empty, short stroll to GZ and then found the cache in the first place I looked. Coords for me where spot on!! TFTC Southpaws88
What a beaut outing on a slightly cooler morning, ‘tho it warmed up by the time we returned to base Pedalled around 30 kliks with Beardman75 from Petrie station to Kippa-Ring and back. The trip east was punctuated by Stargates and a few side bites. Pretty sure I was running on Red Bull on the much quicker trip back Logged 21 finds, 6 + 1 bonus DNF Hope to be back on the bike to clean up the map
TFTC dfm Looked under the obvious rock and about 50 more rocks

Ms Maddy and I met up at Petrie Station for a ride to Kippa Ring and some caching along the way. It was overcast and cool when we started at 8am but quite sunny and warm by the time we arrived back at Petrie Station around 1pm. We found 21 caches and unfortunately DNF'd 6 caches but it was a fun morning out and the muffin at the turnaround point was well earned. Thanks for the cache
Haha. How do you choose which one is obvious out of all those rocks?? Was right next to it to begin with then tried other spots then went back to where I was and found it. TFTC
a few of the caches today have had us checking the hint, due to areas that are a little more popular than we usually cache in. Now read the hint and look at GZ and then decide for yourself if the hint is really a hint. Anyway, not to matter we found the cache. SL TFTC
Considering it has 2 b out of likely water level, not too many palces to hide it...Log damp but scribable & TFTC
**# 24665** Found on our 2019 trip to Qld for winter.
A fine Autumn day for a bike ride along more of the SG1 trail and SHCS series.
Not that many muggles around here today and many good safe hides.
Thanks for the cache Southpaws88,

Found by Princess Buttercup75 Left a surprise for the next little princess who finds.
Beautiful sunset view from the train station... we raced along the path, being on a race against time to get enough caches for the carnival challenge finishing today and we needed to drive still another hour to get home.
Dismay as we approached and saw all the rocks. The hint and last few logs seemed to make it sound easy but we made a a very ineffective random search of the area where it wasn't, then rethought - changed location and sure enough, only a couple of rocks uncovered and there it was! Yay!!!
Thought this was the last one we needed, then recalculated and discovered we needed one more...

Out on the scooter today picking up few caches on the Redcliffe train line. Did ask my Geoson to come with me no luck. A few hard ones to find and few easy ones to find, so a good day. TFTC Djmccullagh D8 #721finds
Turned over heaps of rocks then gave up. Not sure what "obvious" means. Moving on to next in area
Out for a stroll on New Years Day and stopped by to find this cache. I had no luck previously but found it within seconds today! Thanks for the cache, Djmccullagh!
Most definitely not under an obvious rock! This took us some time of rock turning before the blighter turned up. (Rock caches don't rank highly amongst our favourites to do!)
Found it pretty quickly but thought it was rubbish. Needs to be clearly labelled as a geocache container as it took us way longer than necessary
Didn't find it under subtle or obvious rocks. It was getting a bit dark, and then an 'interesting' muggle road slowly past repetitively saying 'Pooh bear' to himself... just a tad unnerving! [:S] I'll be back!
all tocks looked onvious. that was my draft which is all rocks looked obvious . we did find it after looking at alot of obvious rocks. thank you once again
Find #2103 at 18:30.
Back again now that the cache is replaced.
A quick find this time, though I admit it wasn't the "obvious rock" I'd identified last time.
Thanks for the cache, Djmccullagh.

What’s an obvious rock look like? That's the question I had to ponder as I turned over nearly every rock in the area, until I found the right one and it produced the goods. Hmm, didn't really look obvious to me, but the CITO-worthy container should ensure a long, muggle-free future for this hide. Thanks for another fun challenge, Djmccullagh. I'm slowly turning these green boxes into smileys at last.
Out riding with hubby from Kipparing to Petrie. Made it all the way with 22 finds, a handful of dnfs and one rather spectacular fall from my bike.
Which rock could be the obvious one? So many to choose from. Eventually I located it under a rock that didn't look any different from the other hundred or so. I suspect it used to be under another rock, rock creep maybe?

Nice to change the blue smilie into a yellow one.
Thanks for replacing it.
Headed down with Geopartner to find this one.
It was the last one in the rail series that I had not found.
Started to hunt.
I knew I had to hurry as those black clouds were almost upon us.
I had heard the first rumble.
Luck was with me. The cache came to hand.
Signed the log and returned to where I found it.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Djmccullagh All good with this cache

This does appear to have gone missing.
Replaced. Located to the top close to the concrete under the “obvious” rock

No really obvious rock, just hundreds of them. After reading the old logs I searched for a short while then gave it away. Think that it, and the rock, might have disappeared in the water that would flow down here. Perhaps the CO could check and verify its continued existence.
Thanks anyway.
Thanks anyway.
Not sure which is the obvious rock, but I looked under a whole lot of feasible ones and found nothing. Eventually running out of time and blood, I had to retreat.
The obvious rock didn't produce the goods, neither did any of the other, less obvious ones. The lack of daylight and hungry mozzies didn't help either, so after checking previous logs and seeing the last couple were also DNF's, I too gave up the search for this cache.
Have been here 3 times.
Coordinates about 8 metres out according to other cachers who have found it.
Spent 2 hours here this afternoon.
Lots of samples probably not in the place when you placed the cache.
After serious rain mud from the sides has covered all under the rocks.

Finally out for some caching fun with barbb - it's been two weeks since we've managed to escape, LOL!
Ha! Ha! Very funny with the hint Luckily barbb was on fire with her geosenses today and it didn't take us too long to find the sneaky cache container (thank goodness - I was worried we could be there forever). TFTC Djmcculagh

11.55am. Continuing my walk along this great pathway. A bit of a surprise but I hit the right rock on the second turn over.
Thank you. David,
Thank you. David,
TFTC... 17/7/17. Tough Mothers were surprised that it didn't take long to roll the right rock.
Found with lisylou, bennyboppers, REMSJW and mnance101 (aka the tough mothers).
Out caching with Tough Mothers (Remsjw, Bennyboppers, Lisylou, and Misssusan79). TFTC!
Out for a walk with Stealth Seeker.
Looked under all the obvious ones but it wasn't them. It was the other one...

Out for the afternoon with Aussiemates for a lovely winter day walk to collect a few caches. Lots of obvious places to choose.... TFTC
Continuing my trek west, parked at the nearest railway station to the rock pile. This is not the first time I've looked for Cameron Cache. Found he is an elusive one!!
With little bike traffic on the trail, had some quality time to do a search. It did take about 10 minutes of moving rocks around before latching on the obvious one!! Wasn't expecting such a small container. Not nice Mr Djmccullagh!! Glad to put a smiley on this wicked hide.

Much much harder to find. Took a while. Enjoying the reminders of the awesome Stargate series!
We started this series last week so returned today to hopefully finish it off. We really dislike this type of cache hide...but wanted to find it after having a DNF on a similar hide in this series last week. We searched and searched to no avail. We gave up looking for the "obvious" rock and turned over nearly every rock in all four corners of GZ. We eventually found the cache.
Visiting geo-son and decided that this new rail line needed our biking attention.

After doing all the normal weekend things that get in the way of caching, I was finally free to jump on the tushy pushy and streamline my way to GZ. Bright, sunny, no breeze, comfortable, idiot; are all words I would use to describe the day and myself.
Pulled up at GZ and had one of those ministrokes. It's that feeling you get after you've driven past a speed camera and haven't been checking the speedo. Lots of rocks here and so I started the process of trying to find rocks that just look a little different. Luckily after turning over a few I struck gold.
Back on the pushy to head home and there was a strange sound in my ears. At first I thought I might have broken the sound barrier but instead it was just Man of Constant Sorrow by the Soggy Bottom Boys coming through the headphones. tftc

Out on a Saturday morning caching run with Selva Girls to collect a few more smilies on the rail trail. We have been gradually walking sections as time permits each Saturday and today we made a few more finds. Thanks for placing these caches for us to enjoy Djmccullagh
Last cache of the morning. We easily found a spot to park the car, then wandered along the path to GZ. Upon arriving there, my heart sank, but, keeping the hint in mind, the cache was quickly located. Stortigirls and I added our names to the logbook, rehid the cache, then headed back tot he car and home. TFTC
Out doing the Redcliffe Rail Line Loop to Petrie and back home. 80 km and 13 caches. Not a bad morning out on the bike.
Missed this one last time and needed a clue from a previous finder. My GPS was looking for something 7 m away. Then proximity to rail lines can be a problem.

Today I decided to apply some physical exercise, and a 60km bike ride covering about 6 and a half hours and 36 smileys (of potentially 38) sounded like just the ticket to me. A good day in the saddle, although the day after my saddle is raising objections. All in the name of good health.
For me the coords were too far on ... by about 8m or so. Don't need to walk quite so far.
Thanks for placing this cache, Djmccullagh. Found in good condition.

T-Tech and I took a ride today to gather this series of caches. We parked at Petrie station at 1pm, then set off eastwards, picking off all the caches from Osiris to Aliens, then did a long pedal to Kippa-Ring station. On the westward run we picked off all the caches from Apophis back to Vala Mal Doran, then had a glorious non-stop long ride all the way back to the car, arriving just after 6pm. About 26kms in 5 hours of easy riding, with 25 smileys, 1 PAF, and 2 we 'did not attempt' [^]
Mmmm, this one was tricky, as the hint really didn't help much A bit of searching happened before T-Tech made the find, and I had the co-ords off by 6 metres. TFTC, Djmccullagh.

Found this little guy but not before dropping a rock on my finger! oh the pain!!! But CIH so walking away feeling good
Was a little skeptical after a DNF the same day we were here, but after widening search and looking high and low, it was my lucky find.
Signed the log and replaced this sneaky little hide..
I look forward to completing the series, TFTC.

Yes obvious rocks are so easy to find NOT. It looks like no stone has been left unturned here.
Now I see others have found it today, leaves one feeling very cache blind, I would have spent 30 min here.

A message from NyssaFlutterby this afternoon asking me if I was busy - well I kinda had stuff on the go but hey what's up? Caching of course! Well I can always make time for that!
So a little fiddling around and we decided to meet by here for the first of our caches today.
As we arrived at GZ we realised we could have our work cut out for us. I had an idea that what we were after could just be that thing over there, not the "expected spot", however that proved wrong but then I headed directly to the right something instead. "I've found it"! You what? have you really?, asks Nyssa. Most definitely!! Woohoo, a quicker than expected find here today.
Thanks for the cache Djmccullagh

Back along the walkway/bikeway today to pick up the caches between Mango Hill East station and Kallangur station. Nice that it is a bit cooler today. This was the first cache of the day. I was happy it wasn't too hot so the rocks weren't burning me like last time. I did however have issues with the GPS swinging all over the place, so I couldn't find the obvious side, let alone the obvious rock. After turning over about 50 obvious rocks I found the cache. TFTC
Another successful find on my bike ride this morning. What a great bike path. I must admit that it took a while as to me there were lots of "obvious rocks". TFTC Djmccullagh
On my way home from a caching adventure I was alerted to there being some new caches published so I pulled up to this one first and started looking around within a minute or so of me looking then someone called out and I then realised it was Mr Orange Crew. We both looked for a few mins and then we got the *ftf* signed and moved onto the next one. TFTC
After spending yesterday morning on the Petrie to Kippa Ring bike path chasing Stargates, of course Murphys Law dictates that tonight a whole new batch were released.
So out the door I rushed, and headed directly here as it was the closest to my home. As I approached GZ I saw someone familiar searching... Oh Hi RhoBoCacher ! We searched here and there before I found what we were looking for, and it had a blank log, so FTF for us . At least it's cooler hunting along here at night, and the muggles were non existent.
We headed back to the station and saw J&NKeeble briefly before RhoBoCacher and I joined forces to find a few more.
This cache is in good condition, and makes smilie #3214. Thanks **Djmccullagh** for bringing us here. Feel free to discover our trackable TGQNRV .
