Make sure you take your mozzie spray! Didn’t find this one but didn’t stay around too long. Nice spot if we had sprayed ourselves first
Watch out for the mosquitoes they will carry you away. the GPS for it was 5 m out but after a little Hunt I found it.

Thankfully my bf is tall af. Nice to see the river and no fishermen around thankfully!

It’s all about the angle of approach!
Not to give too much away, but in reference to the hint, the first thing that crosses my mind when reading one like that is “whose head?!” Lol it’s rarely mine.

Wow. Quite a peaceful, unexpected spot here just before dawn, despite the nearby workings of industry. Thanks for the cache.
Have searched without success 4 this b4...today, I c u even b4 my fon pings......TFTC
Looks like a tree here isn't oriented correctly. Wonder if that's where the cache was? Maybe not...
I may return at a time when waving lights around near neighbouring workers isn't necessary. Can't say the area is very inspiring by night....

Been here a number if times this year but never in the early morning. Today with the sun at the right angle the cache was easily visible even from 5 m away. Glad to cross this one off for 2017
Needed the clue but phones were a bit crazy trying to fi d GZ. Amazing place so close to city. Tftc
TFTC , no pen on this outing so unable to SIL
P.s I think “ easy to spot “ is a bit of a stretch of the imagination

After finding a nearby cache, stortigirls and I headed to this one. The cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
Collecting a few after work caches with Selva Girls, we headed off to find this one as it sounded interesting. Another little area discovered thanks to caching. Container found as described and our names added to the log. Tftc!
Seems this has become my true Nemesis cache for 2017. I ride past this spot on a regular basis. Sometimes I veer off the route to check on this cache location, often there are people fishing so I continue on my way, sometimes I stop and look for the cache.
I now only have 2 more weeks of riding to work, I'm beginning to wonder if I will find the cache this year. [?]

Found on a quiet Saturday afternoon fairly easily. A bit eerie with no-one around and no mosquitos. Signed and returned after checking out the ooze from the nearby establishment.
Parked Suzee nearish by today so as to make a quick getaway after work - places to go, films to see. Scooted over and whilst still in work clothes carefully made my way to GZ for a quick find as advertised. All good here.
Thanks for placing this cache, Mr Jaiger. Found in good condition.

Out today gathering a few more green boxes into smilies on the northside.
A little wander in checking out the nearby industries and the creek.
Soon found the cache and signed the log.
Returned how I found it and headed on my way.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Mr Jaiger All good with this cache

I am in Brissy today to find the first of the three new Virtual caches. [^]
I currently have a Virtual caching streak of 2 days.
And I am going to increase that to 3 days.
How awesome am I [?] This is day 2.
Now that the business for the day is done I can go find a few more to help with my calendar.
After 20 mins I moved on. No luck for me today in the wet.

Went to have a look at this one today. Cache is still in place and ready to be found. Took a new GPS reading today that might assist but the old co-ords were still ok.
Happy Hunting!

Oops I have forgotten to log this cache that I got the other afternoon. Quickly found after work and business had almost stopped. Sneeky hide but I got to turn it into a Smilie and replaced as found. TFTC
Looked up, down around, in and out, pulled the chair out of the tree and left empty handed.
Standing on the concrete block but no cache. Hmm.. Step back and there it is. Not what the GPS was saying but it is sometimes not that reliable. TFTC
My last one for the day and this one was a little more tricky than I expected after some help from a paf and a helpful C.O. I then soon had it in my hands. TFTC
A quiet Sunday afternoon and I was in the area. I thought I would check on what was nearby. I nearly gave up a few times because the GPS seemed to be out but I looked at the clue and changed tactic.
Log signed and cache returned. Thanks, Mr Jaiger.

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 10:06am. The cache was found after a few minutes search. TFTC
Quick easy find... even at night. Logged and our way to another cache
Thank you CO for the cache
Thank you CO for the cache
Thanks I should hv read the hint for my 3rd geocache find! Very cute. Glad I persisted. Cheers
The concrete plant was busy as I arrived, but I had no trouble reaching the right area, but before I could get into the search a fellow came to check on me! Seems he was concerned I might be going for a drinking binge, but he rapidly worked out that was not the case I explained the game to him and would have liked to have shown him the container, but I could not locate it After he had gone back to work, I searched all over the place for about 20 minutes before I gave in and made a PAF to the CO. However I still couldn't find it, so made a PAF to a previous finder and had to widen my circle a few more metres before the cache was in hand. Definitely a bit of a stretch for me to make the grab TFTC, Mr Jaiger.
I took a leisurely bike ride from Nundah along the bike path through Wooloowin and Lutwyche past RBH before swinging east through the Valley and then north along the Riverbank at Newstead to complete a circuit.
Along the way I stopped to collect this cache. No problems here - cache was spotted from some distance. The spawning place of the crabs was thankfully silent today - so the midgies and mozzies were clearly heard. Didn't hang around too long. Thanks Mr Jaiger.

Parked in the side street and walked across to the park for the dog to have a quick run around. The rain was starting so I headed back to the GZ and carefully dodged all the rubbish and checked the clue. The co-ords were spot on and I looked up and saw the cache high and dry. TFTC Mr Jaiger
Having finished training a bit early, i of course looked for the closest cache! the nearby sports fields were packed with people, so I thought I'd try my luck here instead
Never really been down in this area, despite being so close to home. A cache of course it the perfect excuse to explore the area. Found the cache easily. Looks like a good trainspotting location here. TFTC
sounds like you had a great childhood. loved hearing about your times here. I think however those cat fish are scary looking fish. My good friend at work is interested in the crab catching however. your story brings back memories of my brother and i going tadpole hunting in melbourne. They were fun times. Anyway on my way to work i decided to finally get this cache. i got to gz today and found easy park and a geo (or fishermans)trail . saw the cache after a few minutes thanks to the hint. Thankyou Mr Jaiger for your story and the cache.
I slipped over at lunchtime today and parked as close as possible. Hoped the concrete guys weren't watching! I also hoped I wouldn't have to get muddy because I wasn't dressed for it.
I wandered back and forth for a while but couldn't see anything. I haven't been able to do much caching in recent times, so maybe my skills are slipping. After returning to my first spot for the umpteenth time, I finally spotted a giveaway sign... what a relief!
All good inside so TFTC. An interesting view of the waterway here.

Joint **FTF** with nikid1 at 9.24pm
We were on our way home from an enjoyable evening at the local RSL with friends & our respective families when nikid1 decided to check if anyone had found this new cache yet. To our surprise there were still no logs so nikid1 sent her family home & came on a FTF hunt with geohubby & I.
We arrived at GZ & the cache name suddenly made sense! Found a nice path to lead us close to GZ & set about searching. Geohubby discovered that the mud was softer than he thought - glad he went that way & not me! We all spread out to different areas & amazingly all managed to avoid a rather large spider & it's considerable web - phew, that would not have been a good way to end the night.
Geohubby was soon calling out found it & nikid1 & I went in to sign a lovely clean log - yey!
Cache replaced as found & we headed back out to the road, carefully avoiding the spider...
