Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Moving again today from Wauchope to Kempsey. Once set up at the showground we headed into town for some advice then off caching we went. TFTC ozglory
TftcSomedays, i wonder about my caching skills, and others surprise me. Today, I walked right up to this one. Last week, I don't know what I was doing. I've turned the blue face to a SmileyI really like this one. Favourite point added.
Stopped by here due to the favorite points. Definetly creative! Thanks for the cache.
Considering how close the fire came we felt this cache was protected by the DiMorgan good cache vibes. It’s a wonderful cache with its mystery. We pondered on its mystery and discovered the well hidden log. What a cool cache that’s well deserving of another favorite point. Loved it!
Thanks OzGlory and wishing you many good caching moments yourselves for the great experiences you provide with your caches for the rest of us.
Cheers and happy caching!

Cache still there fire stopped about 2 m from the hide, wouldn't go there till after the fires stop.
We are now heading north to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria. Today I was grabbing some of this series along the way, after staying at Morgan's in Port Macquarie.
Had to stop off and make this find, paying tribute to both Di and Bill, who a friends we have found, through caching. The container was found after a short search, once at GZ.Loved the hide, so given a fav.
Thanks ozglory for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

Found with nissan65 on a day trip caching. Thankyou for your contribution to geo caching. Had me scratching my head for a few minutes as to how to sign
Found during a little side quest from riding down the highway.
I’ve seen aspects of this cache setup before but never combined quite like this. FP

It was a bit of a tramp to find where DiMorgan was hiding. And when we got there it appeared the star of homemade hides had struck again. A beaut looking container but ... how do we get the log... ! On closer inspection MrG had the right idea and we were soon signing our name. Very clever Bill.... I mean TFTC ozglory.
The last thing I expected a few days ago was to be caching my way home from Queensland. Our kids were due to travel by plane to the Gold Coast for a conference for the course they are doing but Jetstar had other plans. They cancelled their flight then cancelled the replacement flight causing them to be flying a day later. Then at 11pm the notice the following days flight was also cancelled with no replacement available.
With no notice the only way for them to get there was to drive from Geelong. Leaving home a little after midnight we had 19 hours to drive the 18 hour journey. Not leaving a lot of time for fuel and toilet stops. I managed to get them there with 5 minutes to spare.
That was few days ago, I have now dropped them at the airport for them to fly home while I was left to cache my way home wit Mr Dromaniax who flew up just to cache his way home again with me.
After spending the night in Byron Bay we were heading for Canberra for the night trying to pick up Adventure Labs and large caches on the way, as well as wanting to grab Lane Cove on the way past.
With a couple of large caches just of the highway it was too much for us to pass up.
A lot quicker finding this one than the last one which is good as we are getting further and further behind our schedule.
Thank you ozglory for another large cache to find

Mr Dromaniax flew to the Gold Coast to drive back to Victoria with Mr Sims_family. They decided that they would do some targeted caching on the way back. This would include some Adventure Labs, whatever Larges they could get their hands on, any high D/T caches that were on offer, and hopefully complete a D/T grid and loop as well as a Milestone cache.
Two large caches on one road. Why wouldn't you make the diversion?
We had been on this road earlier this year on our way back from Queensland in February.
This one was a wee bit quicker than the other one down this track.
The cache is in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache ozglory.

We walked round in circles and climbed over a number of fallen trees before finally locating this cache. Another minute and the log was in hand and signed.
A container much like the signatory DiMorgan caches we are used to. Worthy of a favourite.
After a quiet day yesterday in and around camp where we walked on the beach and enjoyed a coffee it was time to make use of the good weather and head out for some caching again.
Today we headed out to Crescent Head, a beautiful place and then back to Kempsey with Adventure Labs, the odd puzzle and multis and trads on the agenda.
The weather was lovely and a most enjoyable day had, although some of the caches were tough going in the bush.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache ozglory.

Little bit of a bush bash and tricky for the geo kids but it was found and signed

Walk through the bush so sorry I didn’t wear sensible boots but got there in the end. Tftc
Having done some of Di Morgans caches, we feel this one suits the bill (and Di) worth a fav. TFTC
Ah, this was a really groovy hide.
The log even better!
I did a double take at first wondering if I had to climb or do some trickery to sign but all was quickly realised.
Favourited. Tftc.

Dayboro QLD Mega - Day Three:
The third day of our mega road trip with buhfuhguh!
Up bright and early in Port Macquarie, we didn't get any caches here the night before so spent a small amount of time getting some interesting ones in the area before heading north. We were due to stay the night in Casino, NSW, our last night before heading over the border!
A long day today, our first and last cache finds were exactly 12 hours apart! Some of which was in pouring rain, but a great day!
---
This Cache:
What a great idea for a series! And even better that the caches are actually a deserving tribute to each "star" and not just a mint tin in a guard rail! We only did there 3 "Large" sized caches in this series, as that is what initially attracted us here, but would love to return in the future when I have more time!
A favourite point for all 3 caches we found today, top quality and great hides!

Day 3 of Buhfuhguh and Loci612's Dayboro roadtrip bonanza. This day staying the night in the beautiful Port Macquarie. With today's goal being heading towards casino and picking up as man Virtuals and Earthcaches as we can. Eitherways thanks for the cache and the little adventure.

We continued our wet track along this Firetrail. A short walk off the main path soon had us at GZ. How lovely to see that this one has survived despite the logging of all the beautiful native trees nearby. When we saw the container, we were not sure if it was really what we were looking for!??
Such beautiful camouflage and a great quirky design for this container.
This is a lovely tribute cache to DiMorgan. ??
Thanks ozglory

Oh what a trip! We finally bit off more than we could chew but it still somehow managed to end well!
Aquilus1 and myself have been striving on a mission for some time now... to get ALL the counties in NSW. We did the hard ones early actually, via two trips flying to Adelaide and driving to Sydney/Melbourne respectively. The previous trip was a simple Newcastle loop, so....finally the time had come....six months overdue because of Covid lockdowns to complete the last loop: Armidale/Ballina.
Of course, its not just about the counties, we crammed in a bunch of larges, DT, virtuals and even a Wherigo.
Day -30: Qantas screw us over and cancel our Armidale flight.... so a frenzied replan and Qantas agree to fly us to Ballina instead....bonus is that the car hire from Ballina comes with UNLIMITED km's.... this is great as we knew we would exceed the max by about 1200km...not cheap!
Day 1: We fly into Ballina, marvel at the super crap roads and all the people not working, but exercising, without shirts, in and around Byron. So glad my tax dollars support these people! After driving north to scary cow country we went west and made it as far as Tenterfield, but not before we got an amazing surprise FTF on a challenge cache in Casino....happy days! Yet another crazy late night pizza guy, and a lovely motel manager who had the BEST beds in NSW greeted us.
Day 2: Tenterfield to Tamworth, the long way, via Moree. Long drive through windmill country with some amazing walks for oldies and great views of cool mountains.....we said to ourselves "wow, look at that, there should be an Earthcache here that we could log fro the road".... and there WAS!!! We repeated this trick on day 3 as well. Got to love that. Outside Moree we found piles of various grains at the rest stop.... I wonder what that was about.
Day 3: Tamworth to Kempsey, we saw Armidale on Sunday... so quiet, but a great Virtual and a ridiculous journey through head high grass....for someone with allergies this was nuts! We managed a tricky challenge cache series and a multi that required Aquilus1 to go crazy high on a tree.... that ladder was well worth it yet again!
Day 4: More larges and then a great paddle for some great DT. The water at Stuarts Point was so nice, we kept going and going.....which in hindsight maybe wasnt the best idea, but we knew how far we had to get, and how much time we had.... the windy roads then roadworks however messed those plans up. 15 minutes late, watching them start to load the plane we werent on just sucked.... but, the HJ's (and our desperation) fueled the many new plans until Plan 'F', for fabulous, came to fruition.
We made it home, a little later than expected with slightly grumpier partners than ideal.... but we made it! Planes, trains & automobiles in the end..... so glad we didnt have to walk from Goulburn!

GreyHams and myself have been targeting counties for some time now and this trip was to be the last of the NSW counties... It would see ALL NSW counties complete!
It sure has taken us through some amazing places in the state as we journeyed through all of the counties, this trip would see the last 23 counties needed of the 129. One again we saw a lot of variety over the four days from the scenic coast, lush green country side, rainforest, mountains and out west to a much drier and flatter landscape.
Counties were our priority for this trip, and an abundance of larges also made the select list, Virtuals, types, old ones, interesting ones and of course DT, if your cache made this list it had a quality that was needed... we also managed a surprise FTF along the way as well!
It wouldn't be a trip without the ladder, or the esky... and good old Qantas happily checked them in with our bags!
Day 1 saw us flying into Ballina, driving North up through Byron, a beautiful part of the coastline where shirts and shoes are optional! After a dash up a hill, it was along the beach to the most easterly cache of Australia, a clamber up the side of the headland for an earthcache and time for a virtual. Driving north to Mooball for our most northerly county and then back down and across to Tenterfield, arriving after a surprise FTF and a long winding drive through the hills where we stopped for the night. Chose our hotel for the man sleeping on the sign, and as advertised, the best beds, and indeed I did sleep as well... the quietest hotel in town where everyone was sleeping and the lady working there the loveliest... and the best Pizza we will ever taste in town!
Day 2 we left Tenterfield with a wave of a local horseman and made our way west to Moree before dropping down and driving to Tamworth for the night. Some unexpected locations along the way had us saying 'there has to be an earth cache on that!' and indeed dropping out of our lists there was and a few extra locations stopped at and enjoyed.
Day 3 was the trip from Tamworth, up to Armidale and back down again to drive across to Port Macquarie before starting our way north to stop in Kempsey. Some interesting caches and tracks, and the good little SUV was the toughest and most reliable of them all for some of the tracks that were lost in the highest of grass and the pollen of the grass seeds that left clouds in the sky as we passed. A trail of challenge caches tested the little car some more and GreyHams navigated us through with ease. The ladder had a work out and some great caches collected for the day with it.
Day 4 we left Kempsey with the plan of driving back to Ballina for our planes back home. Some newer larges had us down some more bumpy wet tracks, some a little more than we could navigate so a short walk to finish. Very tropical with the mountains, even banana trees and so much sugar cane too. A kayak for great DT was indeed a great addition. Also our down fall as the drive was long, the roadworks a plenty and our plane due, it was a rush and many cache changes to ones along the hwy as we raced north for our plane. Just 15 minutes late and watched as everyone else boarded but us. Getting home wasn't so simple, we got to plan 'F' and a journey of planes, trains and automobiles to get us home. What a great trip!!!!
GreyHams was as always a great companion, driver, navigator, cache finder, planner, ladder carrier, disaster management solver on another very enjoyable trip, NSW counties complete... go team!!! Looking forward to the next adventure!

Loved this one. All the fallen trees made finding this cache feel like an obstacle course! Great idea - very creative! OCW Camicles. TFTC!
Clever cache design. Was worried for a second it'd been logged. Be careful with Geokids. They'll need good shoes and watch where they walk.
Cache still there, however, there is a lot of timber tops and tails etc still laying in the area, use caution
Great cache BUT we were searching for a large cache to fill with swag! Five stars from the Geokids! Thanks for a very special cache.

Up in Kempsey collecting caches. This trail looks like it will be the highlight for the day. FP for this one.
A very dimorgan cache. Some of the best of theirs we have found have been ‘hanging around’. Thanks ozglory
Find No: 7928. Visiting from Newcastle, staying with Bill & Di Morgan in Port Macquarie, drove up here to check out the "Star Trail", some great hides, this gets a favorite point for sure, thanks for the cache ozglory!!
Our second cache in this trail, it was located quite quickly and another well sized container. Concealment is good and we could have sworn it was hidden by the featured cacher based on the hides of theirs we have found over the past several days.
Thanks for the hide ozglory.

When I was talking to you at "Wayward Tardis", yoy pointed out the "Large" caches in this reail, and told me I could drive quite close to them. And so it proved. It was so close that I didn't bother unloading the puppies ...
Great cache. This sort of thing shoild be encouraged. Have a favorite point.
This one makes it fourteen "Large" caches for the trip.

We're headed to Coffs Harbour for the weekend, and of course had a list of caches to look for on the way. As we pulled into Kempsey I spotted the Star Trail, and wondered why I hadn't put it on the list, so we scrubbed our plans and made a start on the stars....
We parked and myself and the two lads set off bush along a nicely forming geotrail. Samuel spotted the hide (who couldn't!) and we set about working out what to do. I pulled on the tag for a couple of metres, and nothing happened, so shimmied up a bit to pull on other bits, as Samuel spotted the logsheet..... nicely done. One of our first caches was a bit similar - and I missed it then too! TFTC, +1 FP. We'll have to visit the star trail infrequently, to replenish our FPs in between....

A small caching window after work so despite the damp conditions headed out along the star trail for some interesting caches and learn a little more about the locals. Certainly slippery in the 2WD along the dirt or should that be mud road. Certainly some great and creative hides.

Another fine Autumn morning for a drive to Kempsey with MrsRoosta.
Lots of muggles on the roads and a few good hides.
All teams are worthy of a star trail in their honor. A special hide here.

Found on a day trip to Kempsey for some caching.... thought it was time to attack the star trail. Everyone loved this cache, well constructed and relevant for the honoured team. Have a fav. TFTC
The mossies are now getting so they settle in black clouds, so one is brushing the other while they are signing the log. I love these type of caches. TFTC
Finally time to get some caching done in Kempsey. After meeting ozglory we were keen to check out their caches and we were not disappointed. We particularly liked all the caches in this series. Fav point alloc. Thanks to ozglory for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Today we spent a couple of hours around South Kempsey to find a few caches, this was our second one for the day.
We have met DiMorgan twice and have thoroughly enjoyed finding their creative and well made caches.
We spotted something from the road and upon further inspection, it was the cache.
Thanks for the cache, worth a favourite

Love it! We've found one of DiMorgan's like this one before so the kids thought it was a perfect tribute. Nice work.
A brilliant cache and certainly indicative of a DiMorgan hide. I was just able to reach it, "Bobbie" had a blowout in his sandshoe boot and was reduced to bare feet by this time, not good in this sort of terrain. Log was signed, another fav point ozglory, fantastic cache, loved it.
Great to learn more about the locals as just passing through
Caching looks alive and well up here!

Hi there ozglory.
We found your cache **"Star Trail #2 DiMorgan"** at 1:43:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 17621).
We cached around Kempsey Smithtown and Gladstone today, & thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the area. We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes hidden along the way. Today we found 19 caches (& DNF'd 4). Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Favourite for this ... great hide. Log may be stamped Coongoola or small logs signed CG. SL

This was a cache that truly reflected the imaginative and fun caches the have been placed by DiMorgan. It was easy enough to find and the taller team member was able to extract the log unaided. Once we were registered as visitors, all was replaced as found. Don't know if anyone has been using the associated residence, but the cobwebs across the doorway say maybe not. Thanks to ozglory for this well made cache which gets a favourite point.
Found at 11:10 AM GAFF1 in the company of DiMorgan.
We were with the team that was being tributed and we were trying to guess what the container was going to be and we sort of got close. We spotted it from a distance and then were surprised at the method of the log. Haven't seen that done very often. Well done.
We have known DiMorgan since about 2011 when they "caught" us finding a cache in PMQ. We have since had many great times with them and have travelled and cached all over the country together and have become good friends. They recently managed to overtake us in the numbers race and I think they will continue to accelerate to become the top cache finders in NSW very soon.
Thanks ozglory.

Today we decided to Kempsey to attend The Christmas in July event. On the way we stopped to visit
a few caches that had been placed while we were away.
Met up with pprass at the Star chamber & then continued on together to find our respective caches.
We felt quite proud to be chosen as one of the initial cachers placed here. The container truely represented our team, it demonstrated the hard work that Bill has put into building caches that we like to make differently.
A favoiurite point here.

What a glorious day for some Caching and we thought we would kick off the days outing, with Ozglory's Star Series. A quick find was had at GZ and a very clever replication of Di Morgan's Cache. TNLN SL TFTC
Found in the company of Channy88 and the geo kid
So as we were walking towards GZ I spotted a very familiar cache which is something that the Dimorgan's have used for one of their caches. Loved it, very creative as well.
I met Bill and Di at a camping event actually hosted by Ozglory them selves, the weekend was a very memorable one as it was raining bucket loads, which forced us to come together under Dimorgan and pprass awning where it was sheltered.
Bill and Di are known for their very creative caches which Bill makes at home, and does a fabulous job too, Oh and home made Rum which I really like, perhaps drink it too fast at times ( I don't actually like Rum but this is good stuff ).
It's pretty impressive that this team has found over 21,000 caches since 2011 WOW awesome achievement. I've had a lot of fun times with Dimorgan, from events to a BBQ at Bago Bluff along with friends Browngang and pprass.
Bill and Di are such lovely people and I'm happy to call them my friends, not just geo friends. So those who haven't found many of Dimorgan's caches, I'd suggest you do as there is a lot of time and creative work put into these caches.

Having done a Di Morgan trail in the past I had an idea what to look for, love it!
TFTC, very clever and def a 'Morgan' cache, deserves a F.P. I have only met the Morgan's once but I have done all their caches and they are always different and very clever.
