Was with CO and finally logged this oneTFTC AnyMules. Found on 3 Nov 2024 at 11:56AM. Find # 2831
This cache has lived long enough, upon visiting today it had deteriorated significantly as well, so it has been removed from the game board. Thank you to those who solved the puzzle and made the find.
Find # 13514I'm in the Adelaide area for the Great Leap Forward event. Not just for the days event, but making it a week long trip of caching n catching up with mates.Found with sharkiefan and AnyMulesSigned as FUSHAMDay 2 AnyMyles taking sharkiefan and myself out 4x4ing. This a first for me as I've never been 4x4 caching before. But before we got off road a stop had to be made for a maintenance check. All good and happy to be with the CO and being allowed to sign n log this one.TFTC AnyMules
Not unlucky for this one. Found with FUF009 and the CO. Logging with permission.Tftc
I hatched a plan last week for a T4 cache by reaching out to weredunn4 (the high terrain maestro), asking if he was free after work one day this week to tackle it.It was a Zytheran T4 cache and along with the logs, it read like a nasty one. So 2 of us attacking it was a far better option than one That plan then morphed into a search for many high T caches from St Peters, Bridgewater, Mylor, Chandlers Hill to Reynella, so we covered some territory Weredunn4 claimed 5 new finds while I managed a handsome 7 new caches.and with the COs consent, we even managed to replace a cache that had gone AWOL.2 x T5s, 2 x T4s and a T3.5 in the mix, a great collection Finished the night off with dinner at Hungry Jacks at cholesterol corner TFTC
Needed assistance to get the final coords on this one, with this one sitting in the solved list for a while. Today I was driving past on the way out to a hike at Kuitpo Forest and made the find then stamped the log.
I’ve had the solution to this puzzle for a while now but finally had the opportunity to pass by GZ and stop for a quick visit.
Found quickly, emptied about 50mL of water from container (lid has a hole in it) and left a scrap of paper that I signed. Logbook was unusable
Cheers AnyMules TFTC and puzzle

Luckily I had a few nudges in solving the puzzle. Passing through the area today, I stopped by for the search. Thankfully there was just enough room to pull off the road and quickly grab the cache. Thanks for the puzzle and cache AnyMules!
With COVID locking us down in Victoria a whole load of puzzling was completed. Most times I had help from some very friendly SA Cachers. As others have said this is tricky but with patience it can be done.

This evening, I travelled to Clarendon primarily to complete "The History of Calerendon" Adventure Lab, and visited a variety of places that contained geocaches. I hadn't fully explored Clarendon before except for an engagement party at the pub, and found it a quite historical and quaint town sitting next to the river. I used the remaining day's light to find roadside geocaches along the turns and crests of the roads, driving back through Blackwood to return home.
An unlucky number, or just an unlucky puzzle?! I was near enough in the area, and so swung past this location. I was initially searching on the wrong side of the fence and around the tree (of which there looked to be a few good hiding spots), and eventually expanded my search to make the find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [@AnyMules](http://coord.info/PRDXXVF) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. I thought there was a bit of unfound love to this cache (472 days [15.5 months / 1.29 years]), however it looks like from the logbook that there was a recent finder in May 2020?
Also note that there was no sign of the TB in this geocache?

Well when this cache was first published i was one of the unlucky ones. I worked out what i had to do and then realized i had only just over 1/4 of the needed information. Solved some puzzles and got a bit farther. Then my luck changed. A team was interested in completing there first D/T loop and needed a monkey. They had solve most of the needed puzzles and they hadn't found them. They did have to say " something " about the co and trees. That left me with 1 left. Recently got the last one and came up here for a day i needed a puzzle on a calendar day. quick find.
Well what do you know, will majority of the mules puzzles solved this one became quite easy. Cache is all good
A quick few caches this evening, needed a puzzle for tonight so went for a few a fair way from home
followed by a few trads.

This one took ages for the penny to drop. Once the puzzle was understood then the real hard work started. Over a year after publishing finally our name is in the logbook.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache AnyMules.

Yet another puzzled puzzler's Tuesday caching expedition. Today's crew of brisal5, Mrs. SA Sewer Rats and Doctor Owl set sail south again to where we were caching DNF's recently. Whilst doing that two weeks ago we saw we had a dozen of so solved puzzles just waiting to be found. So that was the target for today. We may of course got a few others along the way. [:o)]
When I first looked at this puzzle I think it was 9 o'clock. After a prod, the rat and I worked feverishly unstill it was 12 o'clock and then we found that we were out of order. After putting things right we discovered we were near Tailem Bend! But that proved to be very lucky for us and the Geochecker told us where to go. [B)] Today we took that advice and stopped and found the cache. LUCKY for us. [8)]
**Thanks AnyMules for this cache. **

A scurrying Rat, an Ocean dwelling Starfish and a Low flying Owl set out on a caching day.
This took some time and hints to solve this puzzle.
But the rat solved the puzzle.
We stopped by and went for a short stroll.
The starfish quickly located the cache.
The cache was soon located and stamped. Tftc

Owl was out on her usual Tuesday Tour with SA Sewer Rats and Brisal5. Last time they were here on a DNF search it was realised that there were an awfully large number of unfound caches in the area and they set out to rectify the situation. There are still plenty for a return trip, but some have been removed from the map, including this one. Of course, that means that the unsolved pile is growing, but Owl knows where to go for help if she needs it. In the meantime, what a great view!
Unlucky for me solving of this puzzle took a very long time and a great deal of pre work over a number of months. I decided recently that I needed to spend the time to try and get a result. [^]
Many hours later I had a green tick...wow did that feel good.
Today I decided to go for a bit of a drive in the country to pick up a couple of caches with this one being my target.
Was very impressed at GZ where the cache was found in a very accessible spot.
Thanks for the brain exercises and the cache AnyMules.

Having convinced the starman to "do a couple more", we ended up here after being unlucky at a nearby ladder cache... we were caught short...
A quick find in a location only a few hundred metres from where I lived about 5 years ago.
Luckily we had solved this awhile back and enough room at GZ for a park without anymore walking needing to be done today.
TNLNSL
Thanks

Well I guess it was my lucky day.
Under a fair bit of pressure from Hurtle, we had done that just one extra on the way down from an epic cache with the CO of THIS cache. I was dropped off at AstroWes' so I could do some non caching stuff (yep, unlucky for some washing) and the offer was (well I was asked 100 times on the way) can I pick you up so I can hold a ladder (or words to that effect).
I said yes.
As it turned out, there was a failure rate at the ladder cache as the 5 P's of success were not adhered to.
Luckily for some that this cache was not quite that bad! [:(!]
Thanks to AnyMules and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!
Sometimes I solved the puzzle.
Sometimes friends helped.
Sometimes friends showed me how it worked.
Sometimes I asked my daughter for help.
Unlucky for me as I have solved some puzzles but there are trees to be climbed.
Found it easily and the view was magnificent.
Thanks AnyMules for the cache

Unluckily for us we were unable to get to this one yesterday as finding this on Friday the Thirteenth would have made this extra unlucky for some. Or do two lots of Unlucky make it lucky?
Great views from GZ and a nice and easy find.

Having been the recipient/victim/object of 12 previous Anymules mystery caches and with most of them already converted to smilies, it didn't take long to get a thirteenth green tick.
However travel to these parts of the world is rare, so it took until today before I had a chance of visiting GZ on our way to a 6h Bush Rogaine in Meadows.
Unlucky for me I climbed the fence first and only after exhausting all locations on that side, I discovered the little container on the side I came from.
Oh well, a fifth name is now in the book.

Unlucky for some you say?
Id say its unlucky for 1 Geocacher at the posted CoOrds haha, ive even been to the posted co ords for a Covefe a few times but did that help?
Endlessly staring at a clock face with no hands, an image search gives you a black box and we all know the CO does like his colour puzzles, there are 12 numbers but where is the 13th? in 24hr time #13 would be represented by the #1. Virtually visited mexico in the time machine to search for answers. Few things were tried ans after rereading the cache page the good ol light bulb lit up. had a whine to myself AGAIN. The CO knows why With the required info on hand there was still that 13th issue after 20 hits at the checker it finally gave up its location boo ya.
After dropping the daughter off home i decided its a good time to grab this as my Bday cache. After parking the car and just getting out it was unlucky for me as it started pissing down, a short stroll in the dark with the asain work boots on and found it in the 1st place i checked now that's not unlucky.
Thanks for the puzzle and cache Anymules

#4 is unlucky for some 2 billion Chinese. About 1/4 of the earth's population. If you look at real estate in Hong Kong you will never see appartment #4, floor #4 or building #4. Guess who gets seated at table #4 in the China Town cafe?

Strangely, both Brad and Janet had independently chosen the same two digit number to be their lucky number well before they met. It is not 13.
When this puzzle first appeared a quick check on the iphone showed the picture of the clock face. A clock face image triggers the phrase "Get on the clocks" in Brad's memory. This phrase is a reminder of what to do when flying a plane entering "Instrument Meteorological Conditions" (IMC), perhaps known better to the non-pilot as "cloud". It means you should stop looking outside and concentrate on the instruments.
As it was time to go to a meeting the puzzle was put aside for a few hours. Perhaps this image wandered around Brad's subconscious as when he left the meeting there was the start of an idea. Possibly other pilots might understand from their flight planning experience how aviation might possibly relate to this puzzle? Or they might not.
But even if the idea was correct there were/are a number of possible variations.
And it was not quite that simple. Suffice it to say that the geochecker took more than 13 hits from Brad while trying to make the correct choices. But eventually in the late afternoon the checker smiled, although it was too late to head to GZ
Today a meeting took up most of this morning. After that Ruff_Ruff indicated he was keen on walkies, but when isn't he? So the R4V4 was launched, but low flying was avoided. And at GZ a cache was found in the first spot checked.
Unlucky for some? Maybe, but not for us today.
The log was stamped, all was returned as found, and the R4V4 was re-positioned to a better spot for a longer Ruff_Ruff walk.
