Find #: 3,667Companions: NoneMuggles: Cars passing byWeather: Pleasant winter morningCache condition: Log mushyI wandered over from GSV2 and was soon at GZ, where I quickly had CIH. The log is very mushy (not sure how water-proof these containers are, so perhaps some rite-in-the-rains?) but I was able to make my mark - TNLN TFTC
Found it quickly. But I couldnt write log due to very wet. Please replace paper. Thank you
First had the right idea but not the right spot but once we widen our search we got it nice and easy!TFTC
Very cleverly placed I missed it for the first time round. Again out of sight of prying eyes. TFTC.
Just doing a bit of shopping at anaconda. Thought I'd try and find this one, that my wife had been unable to find previously. Took a few minutes, once we expanded our search area, found mice container. Thanks for maintaining the cache.
Todays geocaching journey provided a delightful blend of intuition and exploration. Approaching the given coordinates, it quickly became evident that our GPS and the cache had different ideas about playing hide and seek. The coords led us on a merry dance, but trusty geocacher instincts kicked in and nudged us in the right direction. The container itself was a pleasant surprise. It's always a treat to discover well-thought-out caches that showcase creativity and effort. Kudos to the cache owner for that! A small heads-up for future seekers and the cache owner: the logbook has seen its fair share of adventures and is now filled to the brim with tales from fellow geocachers. A replacement might be in order to keep the chronicles flowing. Despite the initial coordinate hiccup, the find was a straightforward and enjoyable one. It's caches like these that remind us of the importance of blending technology with good old-fashioned intuition. Here's to many more adventures, where the journey is as rewarding as the destination. Onward to the next cache, and may your instincts always guide you true! Happy Caching!
Out for a few caches to start the New Year and figuring this area might be a bit quieter headed over. A walk around from the nearby one and a bit of a search. TFTC
Took the opportunity to stop in this part of the world on my way to Windsor this morning. Took a couple of minutes to find this one, though it probably shouldn't have if I'd gone to the most likely spot first ... but my fault, I didn't wait for the GPS to settle.
Thanks for the hide.

Took the opportunity of a cool day to clean up a few of the local western Sydney caches along Richmond Rd. This was a quick find in the logical spot. I quite like these home made 3D printed cache containers; this was the first of this style I had come across. - well done.
Good to finish this series. SL TFTC

Nice to turn this into a smiley after a previous DNF. I have replaced the full log, all set to go!!
TFTC, early Sat morning hunt, less muggles. But log is full badly needs replacement.
#1701 Sixteenth of eighteen finds on day out exploring Marsden Park and surrounds. Nice quick find but log sheet is full TFTC
This was not too hard to find, but did take a bit of looking around to bring it to light. SIgned log, replaced as found and was soon heading off to continue the hunt. TFTC.

Ahh, the joy of going to IKEA, Bunnings and CostCo on a Saturday. Luckily a few cache just outside the Marsden Park cheered me up and made my ordeal bearable.

Another fairly quick find and another cool 3D printed container.
Only took a minute or two to find the spot which is logical and has cover.
Thanks for the cache!

Decided to go caching this way north today. Did not really check any weather and just left early. As I was already driving for an hour the radio was talking about 40+ temps, what did I get myself into? Still sticked to the plan, did a nice bike ride in sub 30 at that time and a nice breeze. As it really got hot I had shelter in my car and was able to do a lot of driveby's. Thanks for putting out all those caches!

What a fun way to spend the last day of the school holidays with the kids. With the pushbikes and a mountain of enthusiasm we parked about half along this mini series before find the ones in a westerly direction first.
Peddling back into the headwind proved difficult but we eventually found all the ones to the east, before feasting on Macca's for lunch. Thanks for a fun series of caches that the Rats and mini rats enjoyed doing together.

Came out here with the Rats for a bit of fun on our bikes. While the skies were gloomy and the wind blew hard into our face, it didn't stop us finding this series of caches and earning a stop at Maccas and Starbucks.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Our fifteenth find on our family geocache day today!

I backtracked along the path here after finding the other caches to the south, but after eliminating all hiding spots at GZ I expanded my search. Found the cache about 5-6m south of where the co-ords indicated. Cache creep, or do the co-ords need updating? Either way, great container. Thanks for another local cache, Deep_99!
Took a little longer to find than it really should have, since like with previous finders, some of the geo-trails had me was looking in the wrong place, but eventually I widened the search and found the cache. Impressive container, I really like the idea of using a 3D printer to create custom containers, I may have to investigate this for my own upcoming caches! SL TFTC Deep_99!

I received a reminder that I only had a week left to claim the final souvenir, so I hitched my biked onto the rack and headed out to Richmond Rd.
After parking at the hardware store, this was 20 of 22 of what would turn out to be a leisurely ride along the bike path. All the coords were super accurate which made for pretty quick finds. Having completed the northern branch of my journey, it was time to hit the last few caches to the south of where I parked. WIth the phone battery down to 1% at my last cache, it was lucky that I had a quick look at the map as I needed to find the last 3 without the phone. The cacher trail here threw me off a little bit but persistence paid off to find a different container.

Got muggled out of this one in the morning by a guy spraying weeds around here. In the afternoon it was much quieter and found forthwith.
A beautiful winter Saturday saw us travel west on M2 and M7 to pick up a number of caches along Richmond Road.
After the detour to Thebe, we were now back at Richmond Road. Spent some time searching for the cache before finally spotting it in a place that we had searched already.

#1827 13th of 15 after spending most of the day (12 caches) with alnic39 he headed off as he had done these & I was heading home soon as well but bumped into Everest High so went a bit further along the road with him. I found the cache after spending a bit of time searching in wrong spots saw something thought that was odd and soon had cache in hand
We both signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for the cache Deep_99

A great day for a bike ride in western Sydney with my granddaughter. Thanks to the COs for all the caches... and to those who helped maintain them.
We left early this morning to get as many caches as we could along this trail. Ended up getting just over 80 so it was a very good day. Thanks for all the caches.

After “master no more’ walked here to up the steps, found this one 7m out, but could see it from the posted coords. Thanks Deep_99
The last few days can only be call hell at work but it was now time to put that all behind me and get working on my number with less then 25 to get before find 2000 and I plan on that one being at the big event over Easter.
It was not to hot today so I walked the power trial I moved the car 3 or 4 times and just as well because as I was finishing the storm was coming in. I just made it back the to car as it started.
But I found all the caches. All logs were is great condition. Some of the tape is getting old and the magnets are coming loose. But they are all great little find when working on your numbers.
I finished the day with visit to Lindt for little rabbits and then to Ikea to grab some of their paper rules they make great log for bison tubes or bigger, tomorrow I'm off to do cache maintenance. Thanks so much for a great day and I feel a bit more relaxed now.

Out with the gang collecting caches along Windsor and Richmond roads. It was a medium long pedal but a great day. Disappointingly we had to replace a few containers along the way but no biggie either since the effort should breath some life back into the trail. TFTC.
Out on a bicycle caching run with geobuddies along both the Richmond and Windsor Rd trails and also grabbing any other caches in-between.
Overall our day was a whooping 10hrs on the bikes and we all enjoyed every pedel of the way.
We found a total of 87 caches today so I apologise for my repeated logs,
Thanks to all the cache owners for providing us with a great day out.
