Like previous geocacher we searched and searched but came up empty handed.
Searched everywhere with Peas&CarrotsForever. Found a pine cone in the middle of a tree & a big cone under a tree plus many other cones but no Geocache. Searched high & low.
The usual Wednesday Wander in search of solved puzzles by members of Befuddled Puzzle solving group didn't have anybody available. I got a call from Blackadders during my usual weekly shopping and asked if I was available for a Thursday afternoon wander instead. [?] You betcha. [^] And so we met up in North Adelaide and set out in search of puzzle caches and anything else that came up.
I found 6 pine trees easily enough. Each time I searched one without success I moved to the next and looked. Each time my GZ spun wildly but suggested this was the correct one. Having searched all six without success and only irritating the neighbour enough to come to the fence and enquire angrily what we were up to I still had nothing to show. [:(!] But I am with a previous finder, so where is it. It wasn't this hard when we found it - I don't think it is here!
One final attempt - I walked out onto the grass and let the GPS settle. It then led me straight to a pine and went down to 0 metres with 3 metres accuracy. This has to be it. [^] But alas another ten minutes and still no cache. BUGGER. [:(!][:(!] How can a newbie with 300 finds actually sign this in between three cachers with 45,00 finds between them can't find it with a previous finder in tow[?] It is either really really well camouflaged and higher than a D1.5 or it is missing and needs to be checked.
**Thanks ThePennas for the search anyway. **

I visited this one again last week, and found quite a few pine cones, but none would reveal a cache. I spent a good 15 minutes looking in and around all 5 pine trees without success. I will keep an eye on this one for future visits to the area. Thanks Pennas.
So after waiting some time at the Riverside View cache for muggles to depart, I ran out of light for this last one of the day. Using torchlight I managed to find the pine cone, or as it turns out, one of the possible many, I think I may have found a decoy, as the torch did not show anything else cachey like. With the light completely gone, there was little chance of finding a cunning camo hide that I am expecting is in play. I had to resign this one for another time. Thanks for the hunt.
With the weather so good it would have been a shame to stay home and do not much today. So jumped into the car and headed out to the north eastern suburbs. All up 18 caches were found, 2 DNF and one was given away as the area looked to "snakey" for my liking. All caches were in pretty good condition. TFTC to all COs.
Tardy mouse[?] Better not be too tardy, Rex is a mouser and a ratter too so any tardy mice may get caught
Up early again[?][|)] to be at the Tardy Mouse event at a location that I have not been to before!
By day's end, Rex and I had 8 cache finds and had spent a few hours in Payneham, Glynde, Hectorville and Windsor Gardens. All suburbs that I have spent many hours of my childhood and later life in and around
The Glynde drive in was a favourite as a child and again as an adult![^]
Hectorville at the Glynde corner used 2B the home of Makis' Yiros: in it's little red brick building[:X][^]
Had my 1st ever yiros there when I was 17[^][^]
All in all a memory filled and interesting caching day[^][^]
Drove up to this cache before we left Windsor Gardens[^]
Made the quick find of the expected camo[^] but with an unexpected sized cache for this type of hide[?][^]
Have really enjoyed[:X][^] the last 3 caches found which have all been ThePennas[^][^][^]
Thanks for some interesting caches[:X][^][:X][^]

Today, jesswrigley and I planned a ride along the Torrens / Linear Park, and along a section of the O-Bahn. We managed to stop here/there for geocaches, whilst enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the river surrounds. A very enjoyable day in warm-ish weather, despite our surge in fitness.
We detoured along our bike riding to visit this park, and a steep-ish ride up the hill from the O-Bahn walking/bike track. A nice park with playground, and I enjoyed grabbing a drink of water from the fountain. The cache took a while to find, and I initially found a few decoys before finding the nicely camouflaged/constructed cache. Rather cool in fact. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks ThePennas for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

This cache wasn't on our hit list today, but we were passing by this reserve and needed somewhere to stop for lunch and a play. We also hid a GCA moveable at the other end of the reserve while we were here.
I like the camo. The hint made this too easy!

Out with Sir Spectre, mogni and JJ52 to find some caches north of the city. A great day weather wise and good company. I liked this Traditional cache in between a lot of puzzle finds. Good camo. TFTC ThePennas, favourite from me.
A group of cachers banded together to go out and have some much needed laughs ( and find a few caches ) now that the covid 19 restrictions are slowly winding back. Those cachers where sir_spectre, Mogni, Allister W, and JJ52. All logs today where stamps with the new " JAMS " stamp. The target today was to get a wherigo for this calendar month for sir_spectre, a multi on this calendar day for mogni and as many " REEL " caches as could north and east of the city. Any other caches where a bonus as we passed. Some caches found today one or more of the party had found, some one or more of the party had solved but not found, even 2 puzzles were jet skied. Again thanking BFE for mentoring through some of his puzzles found today.
Sir_spectre, allister w, and JJ52 joined me for anothr geocaching adventure. We were on a BFE hunt But as always we managed to find a few others as we were passing nearby. A beautiful day to get out and visit the northern suburbs with some great friends.
Thanks to ThePennas from mogni

#404 gevonden! Thanks for the cache. Found with conardel @1727, happy aus day - webbers
Sunny Saturday afternoon decided to get out with the geoson and grab a nearby cache. This one perfect as geoson can play in the playground too. Nice easy find tftc
No one was in the play ground today which made for a nice and easy find
Today I headed out to find some caches around Holden hill area and few others along the way, although it was a stunning day without a cloud in the sky the phone GPS never wanted to settle so made the day a little tough going. All in all a good day out.

With an early finish at uni today I headed out to do some caching, starting near Magill and ending in Bob Land before the heat got the best of me. An enjoyable day of caching.

Mr Tardis went for a nice caching afternoon in the cold and rain. I had my caching mojo happening today, because I found this in the first place I looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache ThePennas.

We are out and about Geocaching in the Suburbs of Adelaide today.
Meandering through, checking the sights and delights, the hidden gems through the eyes of the local geocachers as we are traveling back towards Western Australia.
Thanks for sharing this interesting spot in the Adelaide Suburbs.
We found cache tucked away nicely and with signing duties done and dusted we replaced the cache container as found.

Hiding but in plain site... but which one is it? We finally located the cache after a quick search. Log book is nearly full. TFTC ️
After dinner I took a ride to grab a couple of caches. This one took awhile but patience paid off. No muggles about do I could search in peace.
Great hide. Fav point.
Thanks for the cache.

A very late logging but I do remember having a nice walk in the area. Thanks The Pennas.
Man! was I looking, looking, looking for about nearly 10 minutes before the supposed "Quick" find, as I hoped it would be, being this close to back fences of properties, was made.... but it was made and the very unwanted Dog-walking Muggle nearby was away far enough for me to, eventually , make the find of a well cammo'd cache without her being any the wiser, [being Non-Geocaching, we won't hold that against her, poor thing]. The dry and in A1 condition cache was signed at 10:17 on Sun. 26 Aug. 2018.

Found with geodaughter on our way home from a shopping afternoon. Easy find, in a lovely quiet park! TFTC!
At the going down of the sun I found it on Anzac Day!
Fun cache to find (although not the green and orange camo container in the description). TFTC

Good news. The cache is OK but I found it about 30 metres away. Maybe a muggler with his dog playing fetch. It will be back online soon!
Good cache. Found after looking in the wrong tree and after an attempt of theft of my bike! Lucky it was chained up. The orange part of the camo almost instantly gave it away. Rehid a little better. TFTC.
A night out caching with Moneydork and SEMIK, after a few of our regular companions were forced to cancel. It started out like a normal caching run... until we hit the Hope Valley series, and I discovered I was dangerously close to a milestone. Sums were done, and we cleaned up the rest of the series as quickly as we could so I could head back down south for a very specific cache for find number 4000!
Moneydork was kind enough to stop off at this one to allow myself (and SEMIK) to make the find so I could finish the night on my target number. Luckily SEMIK had this one on hand quickly.
This was find number 12 of 15 for the night for me.TFTC ThePennas!

The park was empty as I pulled up... and seemingly out of nowhere, a couple of muggle lads were strolling towards the play equipment as I walked towards the pine. Luckily they headed through a gate in a back fence. I found & signed a cache soon after.
A very quiet, warm Saturday morning in the burbs... Lest we forget

I have been working towards a goal of getting my 500th cache during an upcoming trip to Jordan and Qatar, so I was visiting Metworst and decided to drag him out (which makes it seem like he was a lot more reluctant than he was) caching to get a bit closer to my goal of 499 before I depart at the end of the week.
We were going to get this cache at the beginning of our trip but there were some muggles around so we ended up getting it on our way back. It took us some time to find the right pine cone, and we were slowed by great reluctance from me as I react to pine trees. TFTC.

After an appointment in town I thought I would go for a drive to get a couple of newly published caches and this one just happened to be on the way. [^]
I stopped off here but couldn't look as the local postman had stopped to have his lunch in the park.
So I headed off for the new one close by and after I found that one I came back here and the postman had gone.
Made my way over to the pines, found the right one and soon after found the cache.
Thanks for the cache ThePennas.

A perfect Spring day for a drive around in north east Adelaide again.
A lot more muggles around today, and mostly good quick finds.
Spotted this one hiding safely in the 1st place I looked.
Thanks for the cache ThePennas,

After meeting the COs at another cache, Owl thought she should find theirs. Nicely placed away from the mini muggles on the equipment, so only the 'My GPS is a phone' muggle deception technique was required.
Found the cache while in the area today. Thanks for the clever hide ThePennas!
Needed a find, found a pine.
