I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.

Thorough search but DNF

We believe it must be stolen and so unfortunately we didn’t find

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. Looked all around but no luck

oh well

Had a really good search around the area, but did not come up with anything. Quite a few children playing in this area, so we waited till they left. Might need checking on. Lovely park and the giant painting on the easel is pretty special too. TFTH

Looked pretty hard no sign of a cache

Oh no gasp! Our first dnf for our geocaching roadtrip. Its day three and thirty something in, so we've done pretty well so far. Was looking forward to this find, as i've seen the original before..in munich i think it was
. Quite a bit smaller.
Offroadcaveman eventually called it off after digging all around gz. Just to be sure. So of course, we may be wrong, BUT. ...
We don't think it's there anymore.

Found by Phreddy of Newcastle. 

Today we are travelling to Emerald to go hunting for some of the geocaching gem stones on offer there. It turned out to be a successful day and we are grateful to those who have contributed to our caching experience here.

#111 Nice quick find. Cache is in good condition but the big painting itself is looking very neglected.

Painting spotted by son while driving through emerald. Stopped for photo and lucky for us a cache was here. In great condition. Like thw container.

It's Australia day and I am on the way home and holidays! Great. I managed to get all my work done by 10am and had a 2h window to go geocaching before leaving hot and muggy Emerald.

This was the first one on todays tour. Quick find.

Finally heading south. Today we left Clermont and headed to Blackwater

We managed to grab your cache as we passed by, not all were so easy with 24ft caravan on tow. All okay here.

TFTC. We are camped at the Showgrounds for the night as we went our way slowly south via Bundaberg. As the afternoon cooled a walk for some excercise was called for.
This is certainly an impressive piece of large Art. We have admired this many times as we drove through Emerald pre caching.

Off to an early stop before training for the day. Easy park and walk across the wet grass. GREAT van Gough here. Love the concept. Thanks for bringing us here

Tftc - Love coming back home and seeing others placing caches!! Very great spot! All in good condition.

This spot always bemuses me
I've seen the original !!
And it ain't that big !! [:o]
Nor can dimwit locals,
toss left over McTrash at it

But if this is what Emerald thinks draws the touristas,
good luck !!
Though I do think they got a foot in the door with this feature of the towne,
long before the latest crazes of sculptures on saltpans,
and painting wheat silos

So Kudos to Emerald !!
And to the new cache that has been placed here
