Logs
This used to be my cache but it was adopted when I moved to Newcastle it need a new log I will try and get there tomorrow before going to the golf club for a Chinese lunch for Mothers Day. So glad you adopted my caches.
Phone GPS and GZ a little separate, however an easy find. As others noted, a lidless cache meant soggy contents. Photo sent to CO DarkAvengerx as proof of life, TFTC
Nice hide. Found with my best tri geobudLid missing and log looking sad and sorry
This was an easy find as the cache was completely exposed to muggles (photo sent to CO), there was also no lid on the container and the log sheet is in poor condition, owner maintenance is required. The cache has been hidden in the same spot but less exposed.
Out for a nice walk with Czech_That_Out.
This one took a while. Eventually found it but perplexed with all the variables in the posts…

Got to GZ and started looking to no avail then read some logs and realised I needed opposite to where I was. Got down on my knees and spotted the cache.
Good hide, I saw some kids rip up the log and drop it though before I put it back. Someone should replace the log
Just trying to catch up logs from the past couple of weeks, apologies for the delay.
OCW SueDan83 on our bikes, exploring the Pemulwuy area - a great location for cycling!
Had a bit of cache blindness here and it took a second look from Dan to point out what I had missed initially. TFTC!

Found It!
A quick find here which was good since there were some kids playing basketball nearby.

Very bushy hide and on the other side of the footpath from the coords. Found with ReverseG in between rain showers.
Heavy rain again forecast for my trip home after a family function over the weekend but thankfully the sun shone long enough to collect some smileys along the way. Choosing an area that didn’t require too much of a detour or petrol (prices crazy atm!), selected Pemulwuy as my target. Felt a little exposed with cars and walkers passing by but good co-ords had a quick and stealthy retrieval in hand.
Think someone’s taken it cause we looked at photos of where someone found it and it’s not there
Roxygirl is getting cranky because I find them, but she never starts in the obvious spot

A sunny winter's day begs to go out and do some geocaching. So I loaded my little foldable bicycle in the car and drove to Pemulwuy for the powertrail and some of the other traditionals in the area.
Unfortunately quite a few caches have had DNF's for quite a while and clearly CO attention would be much needed.
Luckily there were some good finds as well, so all in all still a nice afternoon in an area of Sydney I have never visited before.
Unfortunately the logsheet is very damp so it was quite hard to add my name to it. So I added a photo of the cache as well.

This one took a long time to find. Previous comments helped in a way, but it still wasn't in the spot I was expecting or spent a quite a while searching. TFTC

Found on 15.10.20. We ended up on the ground below the bridge and saw a red bellied black snake just one metre away. We decided to get out of there and then looked through the fence. My son saw what he thought might be the geocache - told his girlfriend and I to keep an eye on the snake whilst he went in to retrieve it! Yippee it was the geocache. We put it back up on the bridge where we thought it probably should have been. It had obviously fallen off the bridge. I sent a message to the owner. A very exciting and eventful find! So believe all the signs saying that there are snakes around!
Strolled up for a quick find, located a seat not too far away, muggle friend watched local boy practicing his free throw skills while I did the legals.

This one had gz on the road but we eventually got it. Thanks to a hint in a previous log. TFTC!
Came back today, rechecked a couple of places, and found it in another place we had looked at before.

I did some of this trail a while back, with mixed success. Came back today but I'm not doing any better ... this one, however, was sitting there waiting to be found, which I duly did. Thanks for the smiley wraacie.

Out in the area this morning grabbing some caches. Trying the power trail today.
This one was the last for me today. It got so hot and I was disappointed with the lack of maintenance on this power trail. So many DNF's

I made a short detour in my travels and decided to try for this one. I arrived at GZ and started searching. After a few minutes I checked the hint and narrowed down the search while expanding the area. This paid off and I soon had CIH. TFTC.
Needed something relatively easy in these conditions and this fitted the bill perfectly. TFTC
Geobiking day around the Pemulwuy park. Very nice and quiet cycle way.

I had time to find a few caches this morning before I had to head to the airport and home. I had some breakfast in the nearby shops then went for a walk around the power trail and associated caches. It was a bit hit and miss as a few of them were either too hard to find or were missing. Apologies for the cut and paste logs, I'll mention anything that stood out for me if I can. Took longer than it should have done to find this one but I eventaully got my hands on it. TFTC, Biggles.
Setting out today, Ms Atalanta and I went to the western area known as Pemulwuy.
Pemulwuy was an aboriginal man born around 1750 in the area of Botany Bay in New South Wales. He is noted for his resistance to the European settlement of Australia which began with the arrival of the First Fleet in 1788. He is believed to have been a member of the Bidjigal (Bediagal) clan of the Eora people.

This was our sixth find for today.
