Due to the rain I haven't been out to replace.
The work to the bridge is completed. I aim to put down within the week to put the cache back!

Bridge was getting fixed, I managed to retrieve the cache and will have to replace it.

Found but about 10 meters out and guarded by a critter. Cool trail thank you!
Heavy rain again forecast for my trip home after a family function over the weekend but thankfully the sun shone long enough to collect some smileys along the way. Choosing an area that didn’t require too much of a detour or petrol (prices crazy atm!), selected Pemulwuy as my target. Lots of muggles passing made timing tricky but eventually made a quick and stealthy retrieval.
This took me a little longer than the others and I was glad for cool weather while I was searching TFTC
No luck, heaps of garbage and snakes... Also not a good idea to search for it during a wet weather
Covered in cobwebs, but where are the spiders. They make caching more interesting
It's here and in perfect condition.
Ready to go.
Please make sure you sign the log - there's a pen.

A nice quick find on a quiet Sunday morning.

The container is in good condition and the log is dry.
Thanks.

It's nice to be able to log a find finally. This one has eluded us twice before.

Just found the actual cache, WanderingDude41 and I accidentally found another that probably got removed from the app. Cool!
Coords spot on using maps to have CIH at first place we checked. Hardest part was getting the huge plastic bag out. TFTC

This was the fifth of 9 finds for the day. After finding ‘Pemulwuy Power Trail #14’, I walked back to where I parked my car and found the man and dog I previously passed still in the off-leash area, both of them sitting there not doing very much. I thought that quite odd – usually dogs go nuts in off-leash areas. I was fortunate to find another cut-out to park in near GZ of this cache and whilst walking to the bridge, I made a note of the hint. Dark clouds threatened overhead but this time, I started to feel a few drops of rain. I made the decision to keep looking, as the rain remained very light. I checked both sides and felt for likely caches that matched the hint. Still turning up empty-handed, I decided to take a different approach and search from another side. Whilst one option didn’t reveal anything, the other side did but just as I grabbed the cache – down came the rain. I have never signed the log and replaced the cache so quickly. As I ran back to the car, I made a mental note to always take a rain jacket. TFTC.

I had time to find a few caches this morning before I had to head to the airport and home. I had some breakfast in the nearby shops then went for a walk around the power trail and associated caches. It was a bit hit and miss as a few of them were either too hard to find or were missing. Apologies for the cut and paste logs, I'll mention anything that stood out for me if I can. TFTC, Biggles.
Squatted a bit to find this one, so I probably looked like I was trying to do a #2 in the bush neat hide!! Tftc!
Found it! The log sheet was thoroughly stuck inside the cache, managed to get it out with some struggle though.
This cluster of caches was on my agenda for today but unfortunately, I arrived too late to give the whole trail a go, so instead, I just focused on knocking over the southern most ones before it got dark. As it turned out, though, I only managed to get four since a few at this end appear to have gone AWOL. This one, however, was a straightforward find thanks to good coords. Log is chocker though and needs to be replaced, as do a few others on the trail.
Thanks for the hide wraacie.

Setting out today, Ms Atalanta and I went to the western area known as Pemulwuy.
Pemulwuy was an aboriginal man born around 1750 in the area of Botany Bay in New South Wales. He is noted for his resistance to the European settlement of Australia which began with the arrival of the First Fleet in 1788. He is believed to have been a member of the Bidjigal (Bediagal) clan of the Eora people.

Needed a few more steps & some caches for the souvenirs. Nice quick find and a lot of farmer's friends came along for the ride. TFTC
Deciding I needed to pull my finger out for this year if I wanted to average one find a day coincided nicely with this lovely winter's day and the early days of the Hidden Creatures promotion. So, geoboyfriend and I decided to target some caches around Pemulway today.
Geoboyfriend took one side, I took the other. The farmer's friends were friendly in pointing the way - geoboyfriend's side, but I spotted it looking from the right angle. Thankful for the long pants today with all these farmer's friends around!

I was enjoying my morning finding caches before it started getting too hot. this was another quick find but another full log. I squeezed MM in to a spot . Thanks for the cache wraacie tnln replaced as foun sl
Out and about on a Sat morn with karennicole and thereimer. We were pretty successful on the trail plus a couple of extra ones, but had to add a few DNF's.
Parked the car at Woolies and returned just before the 3 hour parking limit was up, including tackling 17 caches, bumping into fellow cachers and walking close to 6km.
This was a very quick find, especially wasting so much time on the DNF at #9.
Thanks for the series wraacie

Family caching day with Blundo Busters and thereimer on a Saturday morning. A quick and easy find. Thanks wraacie.
Despite my best efforts and dirty knees, no luck on this one. But I got the close-by GCA one!

I drove down here from PPT # 9 which was tricky as the streets around here don't all have signs on them. Found geomobile parking very close to the target area which was lucky as a muggle told me this was a learner driver track on the weekends.
Walked over to GZ and began to check possible spots. After a couple of minutes I decided to look in another type of hide for this sort of area and there was the cache.
Signed the log and visited some TBs then headed off. I will complete the PT on another visit.

After nearly missing the last cache, Gabstar redeemed herself by grovelling at our feet and retrieving this cache. Signed and replaced and away we went. TFTC
Located at 9:04pm. Fourth of six finds. I had a good chuckle at this one and so did Coastblue over the telephone as I went over and under the bridge looking for this before realising it was simpler than that and making the find. Another chuckle after signing the log because it was then I read about the black snake sighting. Don’t they Slytherin to their burrows at night? Спасибо! תודה! L’chaim! Happy Chanukah! TFTC!

Decided to give my numbers a bit of a boost to see if I can reach 2000 by the end of the year. Brought the bike with me on this boiling hot day and parked near #2. I had a bit of a hiccup to start the series, missing #1, DNFing #2 and #3 and being muggled out at #4.
My instincts here were good and for the first time today, I found the cache in the first place I looked.

Tracked over from the eastern burbs to tackle the Pemulwuy Power Trail and the three others suggested by the CO. Probably could have chosen a cooler day but for the most part I was the only one on the trail. I started at the first cache and then followed the numbers. I got lucky here as the first place I put my hand it was CIH. TFTC.
Quick park and grab in the early hours of the morning, once muggler had left the scene
