First of 4 days caching with Robmc today. Today we left home in Melbourne to travel via Apollo Bay, Port Campbell and then north to finish in Mortlake. Grabbing caches as we went along.A lovely spot for a geocache. Thankyou.
Day and I have set off for a LGA collection trip around Western Victoria. We started today heading down to the Otways, then across to Port Campbell, then north to Mortlake. The weather was somewhat changeable, but we stayed mostly dry.Parked fairly close and walked back to GZ.A nice spot and a good sized cache. Thanks, Robmc.
Missed the stop for this one so took a while to find somewhere to turn and come back to it.GPS initially took me into the scrub but after failing to find a cache there I took the obvious and easier option and the container was soon in hand.Would love to see the falls in action but unfortunately nothing was happening there today. Thanks for the smiley Lumpyjrb.
Parked really close and made a nice quick find.We headed off down the Great Ocean Road for a few days for a belated wedding anniversary celebration. The weather was kind and the scenery along the road spectacular. We based ourselves in Lorne and then tripped around checking out the local places. While we had visited the area some time ago it was great to spend more time exploring the area, and of course the caching.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Lumpyjrb.**SKI Pair****
Bullertrout, Nanzie and i are caching our way to Adelaide for the mega. Picking up what we can in the time available. Nice easy find here. All logs are being signed as BT, N, PC or some variation of that. Thanks Lumpyjrb#15138
PCNBT TEAM our way to join our other caching friends in Adelaide for the Event this was a nice easy find thanks for this cache Lumpyjrb
Found without any issues. When back in the car we used the satellite map to ascertain the location its pretty impressive when you locate them how could you miss that!!TFTC and an opportunity to tick off another waterfall.
A nice spot on the way to Apollo. A fun on a trip from Geelong to Adelaide via the Great Ocean Road. Thanks Lumpyjrb and clear skies from TeamAstro. Last time I visited Apollo Bay these falls were completely dry. Not so today after all the recent rain, there was stacks of water going over and it was very impressive. It is a tragedy that these falls are on private property and can't be viewed closer.
The cache was a quick find in the obvious spot. TFTC!

Thanks very much for placing this cache. Certainly a nice but distant view of the falls.
Left car in a parking bay nearby and hoofed it down the road to get this one. What a beautiful thing to have in your backyard. So glad that it had been raining so that we could really appreciate it. Left some swag items. TFTc
Another beach approach made this cache almost to challenging. I found myself in a thicket of trees, with an old pair of tracksuit pants on the ground? Oh no, that doesn't seem right! Is that a gaurdrail I spy? Wait, what's the D/T on this one? I make my way around and dodge traffic as I sign the log.
An interesting cache only made more challenging by getting to it on foot. Thanks for the fun hide!

We were here - Joodie & Joodax
after work walk, wine and relax!
Lumpyjrb Thanks for the cache and yellow dandelion.
Today we move to the Great Ocen Road and travel to Kangaroo Island. Of course, our journey is divided into 2 stages. I'm looking forward to a little cooler air, because I have health problems from the endless air conditioning, and big ones at that. For now, I live on modafen, which is the strongest over-the-counter drug in the Czech Republic. And it cannot be used for a long time .
We stop in Geelong to look at Port Philip Bay and then head west. At Aires Inlet we were drawn like a magnet to the lighthouse. The honest old lighthouse that sits there on Eagle Rock. The lighthouse is fine, only the sun shines here so much that I feel like I'm at Uluru .
Another mandatory stop at the GOR gate, clear and obvious. And then we stop at a few places with caches. At first the views fascinate us, then we get used to it. It's more about stretching yourself.
By the end of the journey, I'm going by willpower alone. I didn't sleep much yesterday and I'm completely KO, like I haven't been in a long time. I'm quite afraid of what will happen tomorrow
******************************************************
A ten nejde užívat dlouho .
Další vlastně povinná zastávka u brány GOR jasná a zřejmá.

Lovely spot. Will come back in winter when the waterfall is flowing again. Watch out for cars
Had our glad rags on for a pre Xmas posh dinner, but also a calendar hole, so chose this one as it looked an easy one. But what a lovely view too. Thanks for bringing us here.
#2051 2022 Great Vic Bike Ride - Day 5 Colac to Apollo Bay Almost at the end of todays ride (and for me this years ride) so decided to make it a leisurely ride into town doing a few caches on the way. This was a quick stop and grab in between passing cyclists. TNLNSL. TFTC Lumpyjrb. Forgot to look for the falls (there should have been some, given the rain of late) but was too busy looking out for bikes.
Heading home after wedding in
Melbourne on the weekend. Hopefully the weather improves. Tftc

My Gps took me all over the place but when I had a think about it I went straight to it. Busy part of the road so didn't sign. Great view of falls with all this rain
Where expected. Watch for cars. Don’t forget to look up towards hill to see waterfall!
Really is a shame these are only viewed from so far. Easily one of the tallest in the area I know of, and we're certainly flowing today. Did a quick park and grab, as well as some pics. Thanks!
The falls were fantastic today after all the rain.
Thanks for highlighting the location.

Yesterday afternoon, Mrs Woodyrothwell and I drove into Anglesea to visit the the IGA + Liqour. We were there to buy a packet of chips, some olives and some important medicine, otherwise known as liquor.
It was raining then and we could see the waterfall just tickling over. This morning was very different as there was nothing to be seen. We need some more important medicine, stat! tftc

Happy Wear Two Different Coloured Shoes Day!!!
I decided to do a road trip along the Great Ocean Road this week. It’s been a long time since I travelled along this area and it was certainly before I was into caching! Today after my geocaching interview with ABC South West, I’m traveling from Sugarloaf to Lavers Hill.
A nice quick stop for this one.
Thanks Lumpyjrb for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Quick find and the waterfall looks beautiful! Luckily there was some unexpected rainfall this morning and we got to see it flowing!
Falls looking great today after some recent rains. We have drove past here many times over the years and didn't know these falls were here. Thanks for making us stop.
We have been waiting for the opportunity to head through the Great Ocean Road for months. We had planned on heading through in early July, but we had to change our plans, so here we are now. The weather today is very changeable, sunny one moment and drizzling rain the next. We were able to pull off the road safely and walk to GZ. We soon had the cache in hand and signed the logbook. The cache was in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache Lumpyjrb.
Out and about a bit later than intended this morning but that’s alright as it’s cold but not wet… and not too cold at that - a balmy 6 degrees! TFTC
Off on our first family holiday in a long time and taking the kids to see the sights of the Great Ocean Rd for the first time. After a big day on the road yesterday, today was for simple pleasures closer to home, like checking out rock pools and ambling along beaches.
I could hear the falls by no luck sighting them. Approached from the beach and did some ducking and weaving to retrieve between muffle drive bys. TFTC

Didn’t like to proximity to the less than slow vehicles, but quickly found the straightforward find, T4TC
Never seen these falls before which aren't signposted from the road.Hard to park on the Great Ocean Road but managed to pull over just far enough to grab the cache. Thanks!
quick find for the morning cycle to Lorne and Aireys. very misty above and impending rain. cacahe container and log all in good condition. tftc
Another early morning caching run, but a late start for me with the sun already above the horizon.
After reading the title, I had saved this one to do with the family. But after reading the whole cache description and the nice weather we have been having knew that there would be no actual falls, so drove down here. Nice quick find in the obvious place, that I grabbed between cars.
Thanks for the cache Lumpy JRB

#3874 A nice quick find here. With very little recent rain there is no flow at the moment. These are similar to some nice falls in the Warby Ranges behind home, in that they are located on private property and only viewable by the public from a distance. TFTC Lumpyjrb.
Unfortunately it has been very dry lately so no falls to be seen but luckily there was a cache.
