Found it with my beautiful gf Kristina ! New and old cache here, technically double cache xD
Checked this one and it is missing. I shall prepare a replacement in the next couple of days.
Thanks for the cache!! Interesting find although no official log book or paper. We find treasure is a rarity in this new hobby of ours. But weve left a little something for the next! Officially our 6th find.
Staying in the area with my brother and getting some caches. All good with the cache. Thanks
I headed out in the geo-car for a few caches today.Decided to hit a few along the way to visit my granddaughter for her 1st birthday.I found your cache, Monier your life today. This is my 2583 find.Quick find.George Montague, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Got to GZ but I thought it was in the middle of the road! Got it real quick and luckily got out of the heat. Nice one, thanks for the cache! Coolabah OUT!!!
Made even more fun by finding the girl guide badge inside, I think I might start leaving a scout badge at each cache
Tftc, out and about with Poddy03 and kids, taking the time to explore a few different areas of Brisbane.
Follow the clues in the comments. Pretty easy. No treasure, but the adventure worth it!
Was easy but took a while. Looked at comments for clues. No trackables but worth it
must have been moved because we checked all around the area and it was no where to be found ️
Found it! Maybe while we’re here, we can hang out in the casino! Look for the signs
Ah, finally a cache that glorifies the benefits of gambling. Unfortunately I am a super keen punter and have been known to give the pokies a tickle at times. Once you realise they are evil you can have a lot of fun with them. In fact I have a strategy of how you can win on the slots every time you play until the dreaded beer demon rears its ugly head then all bets are off (and usually lost).
The mistake people make is that they are hell-bent on winning hundreds or thousands of dollars on the pokies. We all have a friend that “cleaned up” one night yet they seem to omit the ten thousand times they didn’t.
The strategy for winning is simple; only win enough to buy the next beer. Don’t try for the jackpot, just get a few dollars then collect and grab another beer. Repeat this process a few times and before you know it you’ve had a skinful and all the money you turned up with.
Once you’ve had a skinful the lucky gods will be shining down upon you and you will feel unbeatable. Keep going and before you know it you’ve lost a few hundred dollars and realise that beer is the actual evil (but sh@t loads of fun). tftc

Found with my son on 28-11-2022, as an advid coin collector he was exctatic to find some 1c coins to add to his collection!
Today i was passing by and decided to pick up a couple of caches in the area. I found 3 all up and this was my first. At GZ i got lucky and it was the second place i looked. Interesting information. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
With work finished for the day I now had time to grab a few caches. A drive over to Darra as the caches are getting less and less in my area. Looking around and I see a few caches that will do just nicely, this will help keep my challenge going along.
As a kid I used to come to work with my dad and drive the dumpy trucks with him. He was the manager of monier and then with monier roof tiles. It was bought out by Rocla and the place was closed down ant the factory was expanded at Gailes. It is 40 years since I have been up this way, wow the changes. I found this cache a fair way up, I signed the log and replaced the cache as I found it and then continued on with the other caches in the area. Thank you for the cache.

Came to the pub today for a hot rock steak and there just happened to be a cache nearby.
Bit of a backbreaker retrieving this one for me. I’m not that agile these days but in the end a relatively quick find.
Log signed over lunch and cache replaced as found.

On a caching and maintenance mission in this area today.
It is not a caching day unless you draw blood. Now will have to go home and nurse my wounds.
Travelling and caching with RoddyC and imbunda.

Yes, The original container was missing its lid, and had obviously had been wet. Removed the old container and left the newer container. Last visit, I couldn't find the old one in the dark, but after consult with Pjatpac, knew where to look tonight. Thanks also to VryBurgers for stirring me into action.
Waiting for a takeaway meal to be prepared nearby I thought I'd grab this one while the rain was not coming down too strong. Quick and easy find, but when I flipped the container over to grab the little plastic bag with the paper log, wayer came streaming out of both, as the bag was not sealed. Thanks for the cache and the history on Monier regardless.
Couldn't find the old broken cache container in the dark. Replaced the container and log sheet. Is magnetic again. Currently roadworks adjacent to GZ may make access difficult especially with stop-go folk on duty while works are in progress.
I have a new container and log ready to replace in the next couple of days. GM.
Easter Saturday. I've already done parkrun, thought I'd come and do the shopping but everything is opening later today. That's ok, I'll grab a nearby geocache. Didn't realise it was a George Montague hide. Unfortunately it's neither magnetic or waterproof anymore, the lid has come off. The log was paper machete, so I didn't attempt to sign, bit have taken a photo for the CO. I didn't bring anything with me to fix. TFTC George
